3 DAY ROUTINE BASED ON ANONS VOID SUCCESS STORY
( Requested by an anon ✧ )
Introduction to the routine :
Before I could join Tumblr, the 3 day Manifestation challenge was already published on Tumblr and it become really popular and so many Anons succeeded with it. It was STARLIET who made the post and oh my word, it was beautiful ( I miss her sm ). So, this was inspired by star and my anon <3.
The 3 day concept was based on the following points :
✩ " Three days; the duration is three days for response in this world. If I would now assume I AM what I want to be, and if I AM faithful to it and walk as though I were, the very longest stretch given for it’s realization is three days. If there is something tonight that you really want in this world, then experience in imagination what you would experience in the flesh were you to realize your goal and deafen your ears and blind your eyes to all that denies the reality of your assumption . . . If I could completely saturate my mind with one sensation and walk as though it were already a fact, I am promised (and I cannot find any denial of it in the Bible) that I do not need more than a three day diet if I remain faithful to it "
✩ " Begin now to mentally see and feel yourself as that which you want to be, and feast upon that sensation morning, noon, and night. I have scoured the Bible for a time interval that is longer than three days and I have not found it. "
✩ " The Bible gives it as three days; the duration is three days for response in this world. If I would now assume I am what I want to be, and if I am faithful to it and walk as though I were, the very longest stretch given for its realization is three days. "

Main terms to understand in this post ♡ -
State of Akin to Sleep :
State of akin to sleep is the most talked about method in Neville's Goddard books and it is one of his favourite techniques to manifest. Sats is basically falling asleep in the wishfulied state in even more simpler terms meaning imaging your desires as if it ALREADY manifested.
Neville says:
" You change your future best when you are in control of your thoughts while in a state akin to sleep, for then effort is reduced to its minimum. Your attention seems to completely relax, and then you must practice holding your attention within that feeling, without using force, and without using effort " .
Living in the end :
Living in the end means to go straight into end idea of what it feels to have your manifestation. As Star said, what thoughts will you think, if you had your desire!
" Techniques such as affirmations, visualization, feeling as if, are very important. You do them, let's say 15 minutes, multiple times a day, and then during the day, you just remind yourself "It's done." You have it. You are it. The problem is resolved. THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO DO. "

Routine →
Firstly, I understand that some of y'all might have problems with visualizing when it's comes to sats, but that's totally ok. Instead of imaging you can use Affirmations <3.
Your Affirmations can be :
✧ It's a fact that I always manifest within 3 days.
✧ I successfully entered the void state within 3 days
✧ I always wake up in the void state aware within 3 days.
✧ I can easily manifest whatever I want within 3 days.
Day 1 :
Step 1 : In the morning as you wake, you are naturally in Sats without having to meditate to get into it.
You start affirming any of the affirmations above or simply imagine telling someone that entering the void state is completely easy for you.
Step 2 : During the day 3x whatever time you want, you going to meditate on the feeling of the wishfulied on how entering the void state is easy for you. See, think and act it out in your imagination. For example, I want you simply feel how it would be if you entered the void state and manifested all your desires, would you feel excited, happy or fulied. This will take you out of the " TRYING " mindset and put into your desired state of being a master of the void state.
Before bed, you are also naturally in sats, use this as the perfect time to affirm any of the above affirmations. Know that you will wake up in the void state within 3 days!!
REPEAT FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS!!

Wake up with your dream life: affirm & relax challenge

This is a challenge suggestion created by @leilth that I expanded upon ❤️
This challenge is going to help: calm your anxiety & stress, remove negativity, help reprogram your mind for manifesting your dream life, shifting, or entering the void.
Most beneficial for people with: overthinking tendencies, overactive minds, stress & anxiety, difficult circumstances
Why affirm & relax?
Most people have heard about affirm & persist, which has a lot of baggage attached, and may be seen as “robotic” or a chore. We’re switching that mindset up now.
We’re affirming because thinking positive thoughts makes us feel good. We’re thinking all the time anyway, we might as well be thinking thoughts that make us happy.
We’re relaxing because we know our dream life is on the way and we don’t have to do anything to deserve/earn/achieve it.
We’re not forcing ourselves or doing techniques to “get anything”. Like doing a yoga class or getting a massage - we’re doing it because it’s relaxing & makes us feel good.
We already know our desires belong to us, the techniques are just calming the doubtful human mind to make the transition easier.
We are relaxing and not obsessing about a deadline or time crunch because we know time is an illusion and our success is inevitable.
Challenge steps!
1) Decide your focus/intention. Do you want to wake up with all your desires? Master the void? Shift to your DR? Decide now and make your script or desires list, if you haven’t already. Got it? Alright, it’s yours! All you have to do now is sit back and relax and wait for your reality to conform.
In the meantime, here’s what you can do to relax and embody your desired state until it materializes:
2) Pick a sub playlist or make your own. I have curated a couple playlists with trusted subs you might want to try:
If you have a lot of negativity and unfortunate circumstances in your life, this playlist is for releasing negativity, curses & toxic people and manifesting a better life.
I collected a bunch of subs for this challenge that include topics like waking up with your desires, manifesting overnight, shifting, self-concept, blockage removals, boosters and more. The first sub in the playlist is one that can be looped overnight to wake up with your desires.
Subs for the void state
Pick the ones most relevant to you and make your own playlist to use daily.
3) Listen to your playlist 30-60 minutes a day. Try listening once in the morning and once at night, but any time works. You can also loop your playlist in the background throughout the day or night and listen while doing other things.
For about 10 minutes of your listening time, try to relax and breathe deeply while sitting in the psych-k position.
4) Listen to an aff tape for 10 minutes while doing psych-k or another calming exercise. Instead of psych-k, you could also try SRT, tapping, breathwork, lying under a weighted blanket, or any other calming exercise. If you do it with psych-k then do it 5 minutes each sides.

5) EFT tapping for your desires twice a day. You can follow the basic script I provided here, but try to use your own words with whatever specific emotions you find coming up for you in the moment. Try to tap for around 10-15 minutes. In the morning just after you wake up & before you go to bed are the most powerful times.
You can also do quick mini tapping sessions throughout the day. It’s fine to just tap only on one point while repeating your affs for a positive tune-up.
6) Each hour say your affirmation 30 times. Set a repeating reminder on your phone with one blanket aff such as “I have all my desires” or “I woke up with my dream life” or “I’m in my desired reality” or “I have mastered the void” and repeat 30x when it goes off. It’s ok to repeat it in your head if you can’t say it out loud.
The specific number of 30 affs is based off Cleo’s 12hr movement challenge which was very successful for many people who tried it. Feel free to repeat more or less based on your preference.
7) As you are drifting off to sleep: imagine, affirm, or intend to wake up with your desires. You might picture a brief scene opening your eyes to your desires in the morning (if you’re good at visualization). You could repeat the same aff you have been repeating throughout the day, or pick a short phrase that would make you feel successful like “I did it!” to loop until you fall asleep.
8) Repeat daily until you wake up with your desires!
NOTE: You may or may not see 3D acting up but again it's a good sign that what you are doing is working. You can tend to the 3D but don’t react to it. That’s just the old story trying to pull you back. Treat those old thoughts and circumstances like unruly children, firmly tell them “no!” And don’t let them get away with anything!! You are the boss now!

Daily Activities Summary:
1) Listen to your sub playlist for 30-60 minutes. It’s fine to listen while doing other things. Try to sit in the psych-k position while listening for at least 10 minutes.
2) Listen to an aff tape while doing psych-k (or other calming activity) for 10 minutes. Just breathe deep and relax while listening.
3) EFT tapping for 10-15 minutes, once in the morning & once in the evening, more if you want!
4) Affirm with your main aff 30 times each hour you’re awake.
5) Affirm or imagine waking up with your desires as you drift off to sleep.
6) No identifying with 3D circumstances, tell negative thoughts “No!” and counteract them with your affs.

Why do we do each method?
Psych-k: we do psych-k sessions while listening to subliminals or aff tapes because it helps calm our nervous systems and connect both sides of our brains, releasing stuck stress and speeding up the process of learning the affirmations.
Tapping: we do tapping because it helps us to remove all blocked energy & emotions holding us back, replacing it with beliefs that say we already have our desires. It helps us shift our state to feel like we already have what we want and makes it easier to accept our new affs.
Repeating affirmations: we are repeating affirmations each hour so we saturate our mind as much as possible and remind ourselves of the new story. We’re doing this to calm the impatient overactive human brain that wants to keep telling the old story.
SATS/lullaby: Imagining your desires fulfilled or repeating affirmations as you go to sleep are some of the OG methods of loa manifesting. Whatever you think of right before you fall asleep is going to powerfully affect your subconscious mind.
How long is this gonna take??
Everything depends on how much resistance you have and your personal mindset and journey. We’re not making deadlines or limits because time is an illusion right?
But on average, both EFT and Psych-k have been proven to permanently change beliefs in about 7 sessions. So one week should be more than enough. Since we’re also doing tapping and affirming and listening to subs, it’s gonna work from all angles, speeding up the process even if you have doubts, fears, or limiting beliefs.
Now stop scrolling and go affirm and relax!! You’re gonna be living your dream life in no time at all! 💕

this is a manifestation challenge to strengthen ur mind and ur mastery of manifestation. its mainly an affirmations challenge so if ur into that kind of stuff then great, but if any of this feels limiting to u then just take what resonates and leave the rest.

THE CHALLENGE OBJECTIVE ;
the objective of this challenge as mentioned before is to strengthen ur mind and to simplify manifestation for u, by building up ur repetition and persistence game just as though u were building up a muscle.
GETTING UR REPS IN ;
i want u to download an affirmations counter app where u can keep track of how much u consciously affirm. choose a set amount of affirmations that would equal a rep and keep track of how many reps u do daily.
set a goal for a minimum amount of reps that u wanna do in that day and see if u can meet those goals/exceed them. for me, 100 affs were equal to 1 rep.
MENTAL DIET ASPECT ;
if ur into body building at all u know that its not only the reps that u do that get u the physique u want, but also the diet so lets talk mental diet.

the strictness of ur mental diet all depends on u and ur circumstances and capacities so take my word with a grain of salt but me personally, i recommend a stricter mental diet.
i've already gone in depth about mental diets in this post right here so if u haven't already read that i recommend u should. for this challenge tho i recommend a strict mental diet and consciousness towards ur thoughts.
THE THOUGHT BEHIND THIS CHALLENGE ;
the idea behind this challenge is just to simplify manifestation bcuz a lot of the time we overcomplicate it for ourselves or we consume content that does so when in reality the easiest thing to do (at least in my experience) is to affirm.

bunny's ✨digital detox✨ + manifestation challenge!

hi friends! i've decided to do a little "dopamine detox" so that i can become more present in my day-to-day, connect with myself and my passions, and apply the law. instead of leaving you without any posts, i thought i would turn this short absence of mine into a challenge so that you can join me if you're interested! this is going to be a very simple challenge that mostly focuses on regaining joy in your life, but i hope it can bring you inspiration and peace.
purpose of challenge: to help your brain enjoy simple things again and fill your life with more joy, to get off of social media and apply the law, and to manifest anything you desire. as you can see, this is mostly a challenge to reconnect with ourselves and what brings us joy, but manifestation is the added bonus of this challenge!

step one:
delete or hide apps on your phone or laptop that involve mindless stimulation. for me, this includes tumblr, social media, checking things that give me notifications like my email, etc. normally, tumblr wouldn't be included in this because i use it for learning about the law, but part of this challenge is about getting offline and actually applying the law, so for now i will be deleting it.
step two:
make a list of activities that bring you joy that don't involve mindless stimulation. here are some ideas of things that i like to do if you're having trouble coming up with your own list:
scripting my dream life and coming up with cute scenarios in my head
writing a letter to a friend and decorating it with my own art or stickers
reading a fiction book and getting lost in the story
reading a non-fiction book to learn things about my passions and interests
singing and playing instruments
journaling or filling out writing prompts
going for bike rides or long walks with music
playing fun video games, but not for hours on end like i normally would heh
step three:
decide what you are going to manifest and choose your favourite methods to fulfill yourself! remember, this challenge is about connecting with yourself and what you love, so pick the methods that make you smile. i really enjoy daydreaming about my desires and feeling every emotion in my body that comes up and knowing that my desire is real.
REMEMBER: this challenge is primarily about doing a digital detox to give our brains more happiness. the main goal isn't to manifest, but it is SO much easier to manifest when our brains aren't constantly stimulated and consuming information. our desires manifesting is an added bonus for this challenge!
step four:
as you engage with your life and connect with awareness (who you are at your core) and as you enjoy activities that bring you joy, remind yourself in whatever way feels best to you that you have all of your desires, and that this extra space you're giving your brain is allowing more space for your lovely desires to show up in your life
step five:
report back during the end of any three-day period from when you start this challenge with your results! results could include how you feel, what you learned about yourself, what you manifested or realized about your manifestation, how your days looked without constantly stimulation, or anything you wish to share!

important note:
detoxing from constant stimulation is a HARD THING TO DO! they design apps to make us addicted, and your need for constant stimulation is not your fault. if at any point this challenge brings up feelings of shame or struggle due to the addiction of constant stimulation, make sure you are compassionate and loving to yourself; you're doing a wonderful thing as a gift to yourself and are a good person who is doing something very tricky, and you should be proud that you are even giving it a try. you are strong and badass and deserve the world and all of your desires! if at any point you need to dip out of this challenge, make sure to pat yourself on the back and thank yourself for trying it and know that you can always do it again in the future if you want to c:

VOID CHALLENGE!

This is just a little challenge that I’ve come up with to help you fix your void concept and to enter the void. Don’t hesitate to leave out some steps, only do what you feel like doing.
STEP 1 — make a list of exactly what you want to manifest in the void, you can either do this on a piece of paper or on your phone. Don’t worry about this step that much because your subconscious already knows exactly what you want.
STEP 2 — repeat affirmations throughout the day whenever you can to saturate your mind. Truly get into the mindset of someone who enters the void on every try. Think as someone who has mastered the void.
STEP 3 — Every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to sleep vaunt about how easy it is for you to enter the void.
STEP 4 — Meditate and visualise. You can either follow a guided meditation or just simply focus on your breathing, then visualise what your life will be like after you’ve entered the void. Feel free to do this multiple times a day.
STEP 5 — Once you feel ready and are sure in your ability to enter the void, I want you to sit or lay down, close your eyes, focus on your breath, then simply repeat “I am in the void”, or do whatever method you’d like instead.
EXTRA — You can also listen to subliminals throughout the day, as well as affirmation tapes, or you can loop them overnight.
AFFIRMATIONS:
I have mastered the void.
I enter the void on every try.
I never fail to enter the void.
I am always aware when I enter the void.
I am the void, it is within me.
It’s incredibly easy for me to enter the void.
I never complicate the void.

10k affirmation challenge!

I've recently seen a new manifestation method and thought it would be cool to try it out and you should too!
You can do this manifestation method in many ways but the way that I am doing it is whenever I am not thinking of anything or not doing anything I get out my counter app and I say/think of the affirmation. I basically say/think of the affirmation whenever I have free time in my day.
I initially thought this would take super long and be like a chore, but once I actually started to manifest, I realised that it wasn't bad! I do find that this does take a bit of time out of your day if you are busy that day, but if you are not doing anything then it gives you something to do because it is time-consuming.
My affirmation: I look like my desired appearance.
I am using a blanket affirmation so that it covers all my appearance desires instead of your affirmation being,
"I have pink luscious lips"
"I have green eyes."
"I have long hair." etc.
Your affirmation should be something like,
"I have all of my desires."
"I love my physical appearance."
"I look like my desired appearance." etc.
how many times I said/thought of my affirmation each day:
day 1: 2323
day 2: 6677 (I made my own subliminal saying of my affirmation, I recommend doing this, it is way faster!)
day 3: 1000!
10,000 affirmations done!
This manifestation method works!! I got my desires amazingly and I love the results. I totally recommend this manifestation challenge if you have the time!

Manifestation Book Challenge!
Hello, everyone! I have a super easy manifestation technique that will ensure you get your desire(s) easily and on the exact date you set!
So, for this challenge, get a notebook or a piece of paper and write down your desire or desires. There are no limits. If you wanna manifest that you’ll get into the void state or shift your reality, you can do so!
After you write down your desires, write anywhere on the paper the date you’ll get your desires. After you write down the date, you cannot change it. That date is the date you’ll get your desires, and that is it.
But there’s something else I want you to write down on the paper. Write anywhere on the paper, “Whenever I get a negative thought, I am closer to getting my desires on my exact date”. This is definitely going to help you guys, as you guys seem to over complicate things a lot. So when you’re done, put your paper in a safe place. It can be under your pillow, too.
So now, persist in the thought that you will get your desires, and that whenever you get a negative thought, you are closer to get your desires. That’s why we call it law of assumption.
If you did not get your desire, you persisted in the wrong assumption. Yes, we agreed that whenever you get a negative thought you’ll get your desire, but you persisted in the wrong thought by saying, “I’m never going to get my desire” that’s not what you’re supposed to say. You’re supposed to assume that every time you get a negative thought, you get your desires. Not persist in the assumption that you WONT get your desire. See what I mean?

Haven’t updated sorry 🤍🫶🏻 it’s pretty much coming up to finals weeks and I’m kinda stressed ngl 😩 things have been going good with my manifesting and I’ve been journaling it all just haven’t been doing daily updates on here. I will at the end of the week! At first I was having trouble trying to pinpoint what exactly I wanted to do first and next but with the way the cookie has been crumbling I know the next ones I’m going to be focusing on! I urge you to post updates if you’d like or we can discuss our updates of the challenge in dm never feel too scared to reach out! With that being said I’m going to work on this manifesting discord soon just trying to find the time to work on it but I hope to have it up and running by next week aka week 2 of this challenge.

Hi luvs <3 I told you guys I would update y’all every week about the 3dolc X roe challenge but I’ve been really busy so I couldn’t have😅 BUTT I HAVE AMAZING RESULTS

My boobs : they look bigger and feel heavier compared to before
My butt : it got BIGGER like 🤭 I didn’t think it would but it did there’s a difference if you compare my butt now to the one from before
My pear body : my overall body is starting to look more pear shaped ( im still going to keep affirming to make it even more noticeable)
My waist : got a bit smaller and curvier
My hips : I haven’t been affirming for my hips so I can’t really give you guys any updates on that

Clear skin : I haven’t been affirming for my clear skin yet so no results on that but I will soon 😔
Longer eyelashes : I naturally already have pretty long curled eyelashes but my eyelashes look prettier than before and longer
My eyes : I forgot to write this as my desires but my eyes have been looking so PRETTY and more cat like. (Wide big cat eyes)
My nose : my nose got a bit smaller but I’ll keep affirming
My lips : OUU guys my lips look so BEAUTIFUL and I love love love it
My face ( slim face , side profile, photogenic, symmetry, etc) : my face got slimmer , I got so much more photogenic ESPECIALLY with the back camera I look more like my mirror self when I take a picture with it. My face got more symmetrical 😫
I’m going to keep affirming for more results and will affirm for my school life 💋 I love you all cuties hopefully this gives you guys motivation and helps you <3

( Remember this time you not Affirming to get something, you asking your subconscious " why is this particular situation always happening to me" so it gets to work instantly by answering your question. This is perfect for living in the end)

Easy right? Just affirm your Askformation.
I want you to take at least 10 minutes , yes 10 minutes, 3x during the day to affirm.
These are the perfect times to affirm →
⋆ In the morning, when you wake up because you're naturally in Sats ( state of akin to sleep) and your subconscious is wide open.
⋆ The second affirming session can be at around lunch or whatever time you prefer.
⋆ Before bed, When you are falling asleep. Affirm your Askformation until you fall asleep, this also a perfect because as you falling asleep your brain goes into theta.
( You don't have to follow this particular schedule, you can absolutely make your own) .

Dream life script Google Doc template ✩ pink pixel princess aesthetic

Sharing with everyone a Google Docs template I made to script my dream life 💕
I decorated the doc in a pink princess aesthetic, with animated pixel gifs I’ve had saved on my computer from 2006. I was living in Japan at the time and was obsessed with pixel art. 😍

What to use this for:
Scripting your desired life/dream life, as a void list, as a shifting script.
It’s fairly straightforward, the first page has a general summary of your desired life with umbrella affs to say that cover the entire document. Then there are area of life categories with a gratitude affirmation below each one, with space to write your desires.
A lot of my own script was inspired by the doc from baejin cafe’s perfect life sub. I literally summarized large portions of the affs from there. I removed any of my specific personal desires but left a lot of stuff that is general and fairly universal, to give you ideas or a starting point.
Of course feel free to add, delete, rearrange, customize it to your own liking. The last page has a bunch of extra decorations I made with the gifs if you want to change any of them or copy/paste them elsewhere.

Manifesting Your Dream Life Challenge idea:
Fill out the doc with all your dream life desires.
Pick a few umbrella affs that state you have all your desires already (use the ones above or make your own). Repeat these affs throughout the day, especially right after you wake up and as you’re falling asleep.
Optional: Use tapping or psych-k to reinforce your affs.
Listen to IWIIGI’s Docs Desires sub for at least 30 min everyday
Live in the state of knowing your desires are yours, they’re in the mail on their way to you right now! 💌

ELECTRA’S SIMPLE
MANIFESTING CHALLENGE!

★ step one
know what you want, you don’t need to write anything down but at least have a basic understanding of what you want and who you want to be. Don’t hesitate to add anything, this is your reality so get as creative as possible!
★ step two
this is the main premise of this challenge and is what will get you what you want: Keep your inner speech in check. Make sure you’re thinking as if you already have what you want, when you have a negative thought just remind yourself of the power you have and that negative thoughts have no power over you.
★ step three
as soon as you wake up vaunt! Vaunt when you wake up and before you go to bed, you can also visualise while doing this. You can also vaunt 5-10 minutes every hour. You can have a vaunt written out, but I would recommend just saying what comes to mind.
★ step five
Create a playlist! Make a playlist of songs that make you feel good or even remind you of your desires! You can listen to this playlist while visualising or doing whatever methods you enjoy. Instead of doing this you could create a subliminal playlist.
★ step six
optional, but for at least 10 minutes once or twice a day do whatever method you enjoy most, completely immerse yourself in it and feel the wish fulfilled!

★ some advice
if you feel as if you’re about to spiral take a couple deep breathes and tell yourself the new story, maybe even meditate and remember to fulfil yourself in imagination. If you do end up spiralling don’t tell yourself you’ve ruined everything, use this to your advantage and tell yourself that spiralling helps you manifest! You must persist, make sure you’re thinking in your favour but don’t stress yourself out. Remember that manifestation is instant, leave the 3D alone and work on your 4D!
