Hi! I hope you enjoy the Yotes pride game! I saw your post on the coyotes being an oft shittalked and underrated team and I pretty much just wanted to swing by and say 100% yes to all of that. I’m from Australia and am both accustomed to our teams playing out of shit rinks (only two in the country have glass… there are I believe 22 rinks in the entire country also), and was also EXTREMELY impressed with the Coyotes at the global series game, both the org’s culture and passion for growing hockey in oft untapped and under appreciated markets and with the team’s performance. They’ve thoroughly become one of my favourite teams, and I wish more people could look past the arena thing and look at their community efforts.
Welcome lovely, firstly I'm stoked you got to see them when they were in Australia and so very glad you had fun and they got to show off for you. Secondly I've genuinely only seen good things and reviews/comments from the org and the team about being there-- other than the technical difficulties with the rinks. They loved going and stated they'd love going again if the opportunity came up. So hopefully in the not so distant future you'll be able to see them and either the kings or another team.
But yeah, living in arizona, being a yotes fan and trying to be on the Internet is hard. If it's not getting shit on for the lack of a full sized arena it's the teams record, it's players asking for a trade not because they dislike the team, fans or area but because they want to win, it's well y'all don't pay your bills, it's well it's not like there are any fans to upset.
We're here and we're proud, we just aren't loud because coyotes that bite are an issue and get fucked with even more by the people who don't like them. Once again welcome to the pack, I'm always talking about the Bois and posting goal videos

VERY IMPORTANT a dam in the Netherlands, the weerdsluis lock, is directly on a migratory path for spawning fish. They have a worker stationed there to open the door for the fish, but they can take a while to open it. So to keep the fish from getting preyed on by birds they installed a doorbell. Only, the fish don't have hands to ring the doorbell. If you go to their website, they have a LIVE CAMERA AND A DOORBELL that YOU RING FOR THE FISH when they're waiting, and then the dam worker opens the door for them! I can't express how obsessed I am with this. look at this shit. oh my god.
Please check on the fish doorbell once in a while :)
