thank you, i genuinely had the absolute best time working on that, like as dumb as it sounds; it was so cathartic. it was like the most indulgent thought experiment. i just love the possibility of those characters and love the potential dynamic, so the fact so many of youse immediately were on the same wavelength and so into it was just the best thing ever

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

Having Thoughts about garbage man eddie: bc he looks mean and scary a lot of people assume he has to do community service so he gets a lot of dirty looks, but Eddie genuinely loves the work. He gets to be outside and active all day, standing on the back of the truck is a great vibe, driving the truck is also pretty fun, and there’s something insanely satisfying about cleaning up big amounts of trash.
Every other week, he’ll see this one guy run outside in a panic with a bunch of trashbags in hand when the truck pulls up to his house; apparently the dude’s housemate keeps forgetting to take out the trash whenever it’s her turn. He never looks at Eddie with disdain but thanks him for waiting with a sheepish smile on his face and politely apologizes for delaying him.
Sometimes, when Eddie is making his rounds through that particular neighborhood, he’ll see the guy on his morning run, all sweaty and wearing ridiculously short shorts. And one time when that happens, he gets so distracted that he loses his grip and tumbles off the truck and faceplants right on the street. When he lifts his head to look right into the worried face of the cause of this situation, the sun illuminating his golden locks in a way that can’t possibly be real, he thinks he must have died and gone straight to heaven. He tries to ignore his colleagues cackling loudly behind him, and instead focuses on the hand that’s brushing his hair out of his face to check if he’s alright, brushing warm and soft against his skin.

“I don’t understand why you’re so adamant on asking me this, Hal. I just mentioned to Barry that I talked with the head Easter Bunny once and now everyone keeps asking me if I think the Easter Bunny is real! Why do people keep asking me? I’ve met them. I don’t understand why I have to ‘believe’ in the Easter Bunny for them to be real! They exist!”
Hal put his hands up and stepped back, clearly not expecting the frustrated and somewhat hostile response of Billy who slumped back into his seat, which was slightly less satisfying in his bulkier body, and began running his hands through his hair.
The repetition of being interrogated over a simple comment was not only bewildering but had gotten increasingly more annoying to answer as somehow the members of The Justice League, the literal most powerful group of people on earth, didn’t seem to understand a piece of basic knowledge.
Billy was not only very tired of being asked the same thing but even more-so he wanted the laughing at his ordinary response to stop.
He paused and looked Hal dead in the eyes then began to speak in the most dead tone Hal had ever heard from the usually cheerful man.
“Hal, I know the Easter Bunnies are real because I had to spend two, very long weeks personally overseeing the creation of their union that made sure they no longer routinely experience unsafe working conditions and helped establish 8 hour working days so they no longer get overworked or are required to do 80 hour weeks prepping for Easter and get punished for doing less or don’t get paid”,
Billy’s previously slow, blank tone grew more rushed and frustrated as he went on,
“I mean, I didn’t even do much other than sit there and look intimidating by throwing around lightning sometimes and make sure the Easter chicks didn’t do any funny business or tamper with the legal process!
It was in all the papers in Fawcett! I had my picture taken with them and everything. But Hal. I can guarantee you that the Easter Bunny exists. Please. Please stop fucking asking me.” Finally done, Billy slumped onto the table with a loud clunk.
Hal stood there shocked for a moment. “Marvel, did you just imply there’s multiple easter bunnies and they established a form of government?!”
Billy, with seemingly tremendous emotional effort, lifted his head from the table by a few inches and looked Hal in the eyes with a pleading tone, “If I just say no, will you please stop asking me?”
“Absolutely not, now I have even more questions”
Billy let his head fall back onto the table with an even louder clunk and groaned.

[spoilers beware obviously] yeah i "played" backseated eta lol UTY. gotta be honest though, and i hope i don't sound too mean with this, but when i finished the pacifist route and it just did nothing with flowey i was so disappointed i lost any remaining interest i had in doing the rest of the endings. so I'm afraid that's a no on your second question

I dont usually write posts about critical role but this episode did things to me and I have to talk about it right now right now right now don't mind me just yelling into the ether for a minute
the last half hour of ep77 just made me love Ashton (really everyone) so much more. They're being an INCONSIDERATE DICKSHIT and a HYPOCRITE with a MARTYR COMPLEX who makes HORRIBLE DECISIONS yesss gimme the complicated relationship dynamics and the morally gray moments AND THE ANGST. There's gonna be some good ass roleplay moments from this I feel it in my bones and it's gonna be DELICIOUS. Hey ashton greymoore my beloved shithead what is wrong with you <3
And it was such a sweet thing to look at Ashley Johnson/fearne and say "I see you don't want the shard and I want you to keep your characters agency I will take it" but then they were a fuckhead about it!!! Literally did a nice thing in the most fucked up way possible that it circled around to being terrible. I love that!!! Say what you will about this episode but by god is it entertaining. I ship callowmoore even more now that they have shit to work through. I love complicated relationships in fiction I am living!!!!
(i genuinely didn't like the very real tension at the table and had to skip it on Thursday night but! Im excited anyways!!! I'm having the time of my life)

So far it seems like RTD's approach to this era of this Doctor Who is "I'm gonna have as much fun with this as humanly possible" and honestly? I respect it. Hell yeah let's have a kiki of a show!!

Had a great time moderating the Mass Effect reunion panel I organized with @ladytoxie and Tali's VA (Ash Sroka). The cast is such an amazing and fun group of people to interact with, and it was just a very special experience for everyone to be together and talk about a game series we all love so much with some of its characters. As this is the first panel I have moderated EVER, I have also been so moved by the amount of people who have told me they had a wonderful time, including the actors.
