Heart and Soul use tickling as a nonviolent way of persuasion because they think it's fun to see reactions (and because it actually works most of the time). Mind tries to stay out of it because he deems it childish, but this ends up just making him a bigger target of the other two's shenanigans more than half the time.

when sleepy, Heart will just crash onto their bed like the meteorite from the Cretaceous extinction and fall asleep instantly
Mind looks like they have no sleep schedule but they actually have it planned out for maximum efficiency while awake. They sleep standing up and sometimes with their eyes open. This scares Heart and Soul frequently
Soul is a chronic insomniac and has to be physically dragged to bed. They move around a lot in their sleep, so don’t share the bed with them unless you are ok with being kicked and accidentally launched onto the floor at mach speeds at 2am

Heart really likes to chew on rubbery things (ex: pencil grips) and has a strong bite, Mind really likes to chew on soft fluffy things (ex: sweater) and has a soft bite, and Soul really likes to chew on hard crunchy things (ex: plastic) and has a medium bite
Also hms all also communicate with growling, purring, ect.

I like to think that HMS acted diffrent when they had a crush phase with love interest™ (aka the one to who Haiku and Hidden in the sand was singed to)
Heart was, litterally talking about them ALL THE TIME.
Soul would be "alright guys, remember we have to make the best impression on them"
Meanwhile Mind would look at them both and be like "you idiots" and act 'normal' but constanly she would think about them when she do anything slightly relateting to, then she would go totally flustered finding she also have a crush in them

Heart collects fabric stickers to customize his blindfold and hoodie
Mind collects old pocket watches but keeps them hidden from Heart and Soul in fear of them breaking it

Its more of a lore analysis than a headcannon, but with that being said..
Post ROE - Pre The Bidding, Soul hated nothing more than Heart and Minds constant bickering, so much so that he’d think about killing them to finally be free. But Post The Bidding, he realizes theres another way to becoming free, is to become whole. And would try his best to get Mind and Heart to quote on quote “Fuse”
Heart wants nothing to do with Mind after ROE (aka the Juno incident), since during ROE he’d tried killing Mind with the shot, although he missed, it made all the bickering worse, and drove Soul insane.
Now with my main lore idea, Mind is the only one keeping their Whole from dying.
Despite hating Heart with all of his guts, he would still try to reconcile with him so that they can become whole.
In Be Born, I believe during the song it was Mind and Soul “fusing”. Having that Mind wants to help to get Heart on board to becoming Whole.
During Light, on Hearts second part, its when Heart finally realizes how much Mind has done to try to become Whole, even as to try to stop his side of the bickering. With the lyric “But everytime i hurt you, or at least tried to, you laughed and smiled instead” is Mind trying to not bicker back, despite Hearts constant nagging at him.
In The Whole world and You, is when Heart finally accepts that even though they have their differences, that they have to become Whole, for Soul’s sake. Because of his mention in TSE “i wont hesitate to kill my heart and mind” meaning that with killing the both, it would kill Whole as well, as well as also leaving himself for dead. In The Whole World and You, with the lyric “Im not quite alright, but at least now im mine” has Heart sounding hesitant with actually trying to get along with Mind, but ultimately accepts it.

Mind sometimes forgets that he has makeup on whenever he sleeps and because of that, her pillow is sometimes just covered in blue lipstick and foundation smudges.
