Kinda really want an AU where Krypton survived and Clark still came to Earth, and the Justice League is established.
Naturally, everyone wants a smiling, helpful, God Made Man on their team. But it's safe to say Batman isn't everyone. Not when he knows sunshine both burns and heals.
Regardless, he can't deny Clark is a huge help (literally. The guy always has to slightly bend down when talking to him, and that beard frames a starshine smile too well, and why is he smiling around Bruce for? No one's happy around Batman)
"Thank you for your help. But we're not looking to expand the team at this time, --"
Surprise is clear and concise on those baby blue eyes. It makes Bruce bite the inside of his cheek. " Team? Oh no no, I'm trying to court you! Do they not have mating rituals on earth?"
Bruce does the mature thing and vanishes with a smoke bomb. Only slighting tripping over his cape.

In superman #417, an imaginary story is told of what would have happened if Kal's rocket landed on Mars instead of Earth. He gets found by a warrior race of martians who are so impressed with this baby's strength that the leader adopts him as his son. He lives among them as they conquer other Martian races, and eventually helps them assume control of all of Mars.
But even after being raised by a violent group of Martians, and eventually invading Earth, Kal falls in love with humanity after living in disguise among them for only a couple of days, and when the Martians attack, we get this phenomenal sequence:

Ancestor's Fury AU
( Inspired by @glow-in-the-dark-death and @vixen-uchiha )
The Infinite Realms are, well, Infinite. They are the doorway between dimensions and contain every after life. This includes the Krypton one.
When Danny learned that the Infinite realms contained the afterlife for aliens he didn’t stop gushing about it to Jazz for days. He was awestruck. Not everyone would stop to talk to this excited child, especially when they don’t know that he is the King, but some would, like the Kryptons. They were quite happy to talk to the boy king, especially when they could get updates on the last of their kind in the Living Realm. When they learned about the Anti-Ecto Acts and the role the Justice league and the last of their living had in it they were angry and confused. To learn about why the Justice League didn't do anything about the Acts they traveled into the Living Realm to find out. This is how they found out about how Superman treats Superboy.
When Danny first told them about Superboy they threw a party, after all they gained a new family member. Look at the baby, isn’t he adorable?! Traveling to the Living Realm and finding out he was a clone didn’t change that fact. Learning how Superman treats him for being a clone however opens the floodgates of their fury. They were already weary because of the inaction with the Anti-Ecto Acts and now he is calling the baby an “it”! Not happening on their watch.
Then they remember the boy king. The one who brought this to their attention in the first place and who has a clone he treats as family. So they decided to bring this to his attention.
Danny, when he learns of this, is furious. He knows what it is like to be cloned by your worst enemy in an attempt to replace you, but that is on the fruitloop who cloned you not the child who was dragged into their scheme and is as much of a victim as you are. He could never treat Ellie the way Superdouche does. For Ancients sake he was barely a teenager when it happened and yet he handled it better than a full grown adult superhero (not that he should be called that after what he has done).
In conclusion no one is happy with the news, especially Ellie. She is furious with how her fellow clone is treated and is definitely planning Superasses demise, though silver lining, clone buddy!
All of this leads to Danny putting a blacklist on Superman. No one from the realms can help him and are welcome to beat him up as long as no one else gets hurt. So when the JL Dark gets called to help because Superman keeps getting targeted by supernatural beings they refuse and explain the black listing. The JL then bullies John Constintine into summoning the Ghost King, who is his nephew, not that they know that, to retract the blacklisting.
Danny: Yeah no, can’t help you there. The ghosts hunting you down are not very happy with your parenting, and neither am I for that matter.
Superman: ??? I don’t have a son.
Danny: *sarcastically* So the kid running around with the moniker Superboy is someone else’s Krypton kid? Sorry, didn’t know there was another Krypton that survived the destruction of their planet.
Superman: It’s a clone, not my son.
Danny: *pissed* He is not an it! You may not consider him your son but the ghosts of Krypton do. Your parents thought the Kents raised you better than that.

okay i've seen a few Just Some Guy!danny aus and they've consumed my brain so here you go, it's under the cut, you're welcome and thank you (ps it also combines part of a prompty type thing i saw the other day, props if you know it)
Danny was not entirely sure how he got here.
He was just walking along, bopping to some great interdimensional tunes, eating his tuna fish sandwich - with ectoplasm and pickles, of course - when KABLOW there's this big ole tightie-whities-on-the-outside wearing guy.
Now, Danny's not great at keeping up with the times, but he's pretty sure this is that Superman dude.
Said SuperDude was staring at his headphones and making vague "hey take them out pls so can converse" gestures, so naturally Danny pops the Interdimensional Walkman out of his chest to pause his wicked music, and then puts the whole kit and kaboodle back behind his rib cage.
"What's up? Did you need help or something? I mean, I'm pretty solidly retired but I guess if it's super important I can-"
SuperGuy abruptly stopped staring and started speaking, "Uh- no, no, thank you. Although I'm sure you could be helpful if I did need you! But, ah, well, was that a Walkman?"
Ohhhhh, Danny totally gets it now.
"Oh, dude, I gotchu. You want me to hook you up, right? Don't even worry about it, I know a guy who'll give you one a these babies for free! You're Kryptonian, right? Yeah, I totally get it, you wanna listen to some music from your home planet, no problemo my newly-minted friend, give me, like, ten seconds-"
And so Danny tore open a neat little portal and stuck his head through it, asking Technus to pretty please give him another Interdimensional Walkman, no he didn't even break this one-! He ran into a Kryptonian who heard him rockin out and wanted to know where he got the beats, and he'd told them that he could hook them up! C'mon Technus, you can't let them down! They're all lonely! They want to learn about their culture!

Clark has no idea what's happening.
He had been searching for this ear-splitting, headache-inducing noise, and had come across a guy dancing down the sidewalk.
Not unusual, right?
Except that the terrible noise was coming from this man's - kid's?? He can't quite tell how old he is - headphones!
Of course, he didn't want to be rude, so he politely gestured for the man to remove the headphones. The man then proceeded to reach into his chest and pull out some kind of - Walkman?? Do people still use Walkmans?
Clark was naturally concerned, so he activated a spot of x-ray vision, just to see what's going on in there, and was promptly horrified.
This man was using his chest cavity as a storage compartment!
Two wallets, a key ring, a lunch box, some sort of odd thermos, bits and bobs of random parts and tools were all tangled around - and occasionally in - this guy's organs!
Suddenly, Clark realized that he'd been staring for a while, and the man was now talking. Something about coming out of retirement to help, oh dear, Ma would knock him around the head if he kept being so rude, "Uh- no, no, thank you. Although I'm sure you could be helpful if I did need you! But, ah, well, was that a Walkman?"
And now he was speaking rapidly, something about music from Krypton? Clark's pretty sure that not a whole lot survived the explosion, and he'd be pretty surprised if this guy just happened to have-
A vaguely Lazarus colored portal??
What in the world-

"Thanks Technus! You're the best! I owe you one non evil scheme related favour!"
Danny zips up the portal and turns around, fiddling with the tapes and Walkman in his hands as he goes.
"Here you go! I wasn't entirely sure what genre you'd want, I don't really listen to a whole lot of Kryptonian stuff to be honest, it's usually too heavy on the vocal for me- not that vocals aren't great! But I want a whole band experience, yaknow? I'm not really looking for individual singers. Anyway, I just had him go for a couple songs of each major genre, but if you want something different you can totally-"
"Wait, hold on, you're telling me that there's Kryptonian music on those tapes? Playable by that Walkman?"
"Uh, well, yeah. Isn't that why you tracked me down? And, technically, I mean, they're ectoplasmic tapes and an Interdimensional Walkman, so. Hey, did you know that kryptonite is actually super-condensed ectoplasm? And since it's filled with the anguish and suffering and fear and whatnot of your entire home planet dying, it only negatively affects your species! Pretty cool right? Oh, shit, was that insensitive, I really didn't mean to be, I just thought that maybe you'd want to- ACK!"
Danny was not expecting SuperMuscles to get so close. He thrust out the IW and tapes and dropped them into SuperFellow's hands, "Listen, I gotta run. I'm supposed to be at a o-chem study group right now and they're totally gonna be pissed. Hit me up if you want a different tape."
And the proceeded to run in the opposite direction, duck into an alley and turn invisible, and fly over to the cafe his study group was in.
"Listen, I know I'm late but you'll never believe why-"

ohemgee that Krypton Clark arriving to an established Justice League AU is perfection!
I imagine he tries to wear down Bruce in his courtship by stepping up a little because surely if The Bat were to consider him then the man needs reassurance Clark will always be present and there for him, like he once overheard ((from miles away on the farm of course, because his soon-to-be mate was hiding , what a shy, lovely creature he is!)) Bruce offhandedly mention some space meteorite and potential dangers so Clark is thinking I am going to show him I am willing to protect him and our this planet by destroying it and bringing him a piece to prove my loyalty and commitment! And when he lends a hand to the league in the watchtower or out in the city, he will slowly come up to Batman and always pick up where left off My dear this game of tag of yours is very endearing, I almost didn't catch you! More proof of how you are such a trained and skilled fighter. Together we make a good team and I can see us being most agreeable pair of mates... and Bruce is a mess. He may even rope Hal into the convo for an out because he's so flustered. What if it results in him doing a amongus/Clint Barton move and vents his way out and leading to the Zeta-tube. I've strayed off but the hold this has on me is immense.
What I love about this is that neither of them can flirt like normal people. Lois desperately tries to show Clark earth appropriate dating customs and he's just confused. " But that's so slow and inefficient. And so needlessly complicated. Besides, Bruce likes when I bring him rocks."
"Yeah, rocks! Not the freezing corpses of alien enemies!"
Clark is currently holding a lifeless body of an alien who planned to abduct the bat. Its just easier and cleaner if Bruce doesn't know. Poor darling already has so much stress. " This one's still warm."
Also; I couldn't agree more with Kryptonians being more alien like. Bruce usually has little problems with harsh rejection, but if it's Clark...He simply asks Hal to drop an arm over his shoulder.
"Can I squeeze a boob? I just feel like it'll be more realistic if I squeeze a boob. "
" No."
Oliver side eyes, " You're a grown man. Call them milkies."
Clark comes in, solar sweep smile radiating, except there's nothing friendly about the way his fangs glare. He pulls Bruce in, and his face just...Does a thing. There's tentacles and screeching involved and Hal is frozen in place.
Clark is back to normal in less than a minute.
" Please don't do that! If Bruce chooses you as the better mate, that's fine, but you can't interrupt my ritual. It's rude!" And then he happily flies away with a curious and blushing Bruce.
"... You ok, Jordan?"
" Ring; dipers."

Political Thriller AUs..... where the Arranged Marriages are more lethal than the cyanide-laced donuts. How are you feeling around this AU?

Arranged Marriage AUs or Betrothal AUs are sort of a weakness of mine particularly when the author is wise enough to include more of the political reasons behind the union rather than "force my idiots to fall in love" which is the common path a lot of these AUs take. It's not a BAD direction and I do sometimes want to see End Game of my idiots falling in love but that's not necessarily what's important.
It's the why, what is this world, what are the stakes, what's going to be broken if one, or both REFUSE, do they have other people they want to marry etc.
There's a lot you can do with these AUs other than "teehee they had no choice but to fall in love"
As for who I would do this to I have a Konbart one pingponging in my head that the concept is Krypton never was destroyed, Tomar-Re managed to stabilize the planet and save them all, but Jor El sent Clark to Earth anyway because he was certain it was going to happen, and the fallout afterwards was a lot of political upheaval and he was caught in the crossfire and was murdered (possibly by Dru). Things unfold more or less identically except Clark finds out where he is from, that they are all alive, has his own adventures there as a adopted child meeting the bio fam and their culture some 25 years later, meets his mom who did manage to survive the post-near-apocalyptic event. He has a lot of inner struggles of 'what is home' and knows in his heart it is with the Kents and his mom knows this too.
Eventually Kon comes along, but he's created on Krypton, not on Earth, as a sort of co-opt project between planets. Krypton wanted a way to try to genetically engineer Kryptonians to be able to have their powers AND live in any environment regardless if they have a red sun. Earth was needed because Krypton does not have as advanced of knowledge on genetic manipulation as Earth does, and use with the Earth Metagene was something even their own geneticists were curious about. The only way they were able to do this was cooperation between planetary governments. Kon was a secret side project that when exposed blew up because 1.) they used Kal's dna 2.) they were successful and 3.) they have a fucking clone running around and Krypton had actively BANNED cloning due to the last time they dabbled it and it ended badly.
Clark finds out about this clone and storms there like WTF - It's a mess. There's back and forth bs on what to do with him - some politicians are just 'kill it' but most are 'well no hold up, he actually has some intriguing abilities, we can use this!' Meanwhile Clark is just - 'sort this out, now, or I'm taking him to Earth.'
So they agree, he is an El, so he is released to Lara to protect and raise. Lara by now has high status (for now) and power under her so while critics might grumble, there is nothing they can do less they be shot off to the Phantom Zone.
Things settle down, but only so much.
Earth starts becoming a bigger presence in the interstellar community, Krypton is ever paranoid that Kal on Earth with an endless supply of Metas is a threat to them and so tensions begin to rise.
Some of the more warmongering Kryptonians want to conquer Earth, its conditions are ripe for them to be as their ancestors should have been under a young sun, and humans are soft and need help from aliens and only a spare few of their own kind are even worthy their grace as something approximating equal (metas, Amazons etc).
Clark knows if he just evacs Kon and Lara from the growing tensions on Krypton it would send a message to various Kryptonian politicians that Earth just may be that shady after all and Clark really is plotting against them so he works with his mother to try to find a solution. What would make the tension lesson so diplomacy talks could go positively.
Lara suggests an arranged marriage, because nothing makes Kryptonian's more excited than the prospect of legally bound by blood and law cooperation.
Clark says no before he even hears who or why. Lara persists and explains that while he, who was raised among people that do not partake in arranged marriages, and he who has a very singular mindset of what a marriage should be, arranged marriages are common among Krypton and nothing will show the wide majority of their people that Earth is willing to be neighbors and allies than by participating in one of their most time honored traditions.
Clark relents, and asks who. It is Kon. He has to think about it because that's his little brother. After much self reflection and dismantling his initial responses to the suggestion he relents that it is not a bad idea.
The hard part is deciding who would be a good match for Kon - but the fact that any gender is open for consideration makes things easier. After weighing all the options they have, and getting a lot of "wtf no!" Bart is suggested partly as a joke by [redacted].
Fucking Bartimus. At first he is written off as absolutely NOT eligible due to his more or less canon impulses but out of all the suggestions between metas and Amazons and Atlanteans Bart is the one who is in a position best suited to protect himself against literally everything. No one can touch him unless he wants to be touched. He's also from prominent Hero Family and has a name for himself on Earth as Impulse so it's not as if he's really ineligible.
So they agree.
Bart's not happy about this AT ALL and he thinks they chose him just to get rid of him because this takes place just little while after Max vanishes and he's feeling like he's being yanked around (he is 18 though, he just had longer with Max) and he's had so little control of his life this is just one other thing he has to deal with. Wally tries to explain but he does it badly so he pisses him off even more. Iris explains and he's beyond listening at this point. It takes Helen letting him rant at her and talking through things for him to come down that maybe they really don't HATE HIM.
So he shows up and lets Clark explain it and he, after thinking about it for 2 seconds (for Bart he was going back and forth for about 20 minutes though) agrees that this will be interesting and might just be the right thing to do - and because no one else will I guess it should be him.
Kon meanwhile wasn't taking the whole thing seriously enough because he didn't honestly think it would happen.
He was wrong when Lara told him they found him a husband. Cue record scratch, glass shatters and a cat yowls sound effect. Cue panic. Cue the last 5 years of being totally out of control of his life and being yanked around by anyone and everyone as a political pawn exploding.
It takes a long time for Lara to calm him down but she has a tough job because everything that Kon is freaked out about is TRUE. She reminds him that this good for him and their people, that she too was from an arranged marriage, and that the match they secured for him was a good one and it is for the good of everyone and, dickishly, what would Kal do?
So Kon is sort of guilt bullied into it even though he agreed to it in the first place (very quickly and was just like 'hey just so long as they're hot!') and knew it was happening but he didn't think it would actually happen.
Seeing Bart's picture does dispel some of his anxiety, he is cute, he's attracted to him, he has a nice bod, super speed sound pretty neat and he knows Clark wouldn't choose someone who was creepy.
Little does he know Clark didn't even choose Bart at all at first and Bart wasn't even an option until everyone said NO.
So there they are, both initially GRRRRRR about the whole thing not because of the other but because of the situation. Kon feels like he just a tool to be used, and Bart feels like everyone just wants him gone even if everyone has done everything to explain that's not the case and they believe in him. Bart's older and wiser to know that if they really did believe in him, he would have been up for consideration at the start instead of [redacted].
Overall the stakes are pretty basic - get married just to open the door to start a meaningful conversation. Not even to STOP a conflict, just to hopefully get communication better. If either Kon or Bart balk on it it has the potential to exacerbate tensions between Earth and Krypton though Earth has more to lose.
In the end Kon and Bart do find love.

I'm planning to write a DPxDC fic, though the world is ending and not even Danny nor any of the Justice League can stop this event, It's inevitable, do you perhaps have any Idea for this au?
Ooooooo. Well the answer extremely varies depending on what is causing said world ending event.
One answer that can be a very easy way to destroy earth: Darkseid. Unsure how much you know about this character but imma explain it just so those who don’t know about him can learn somethin new :).
Darkseid is DC’s version of Satan. He’s the embodiment of evil. No literally. The dude is the ruler of the 4th dimension planet Apokolips. It’s a literal hell planet. Everything is red and it has giant holes in the planet that spew out flame from the planets core. n. He cannot be killed. He is the exact same person through every single dimension. This planet wars with New Genesis who’s planets race is called the New Gods. They are locked in an eternal war.
Darkseids one goal is to destroy free will of the universe via the Anti-Life Equation. The equation has some fucking wild ass history but to sum it up simply: it’s like The Ultimate Weapon. It destroys all hope and free will of everyone in the entire universe if used. If Darkseid gets it, he wins.
Darkseid is not only OP as fuck, he’s omnipresent. He has a single consciousness that extends to every single universe. The character you see in the comics isn’t truly Darkseid. It’s an avatar of his consciousness. His avatars can die but the true Darkseid He Cannot Be Killed. I repeat literally cannot be killed. He cannot be killed the same way more than once and if he dies he always comes back eventually. He also has his Big Move that’s are his Omega Beams. If these things hit you it’s basically an instakill. In many DC wikis you can spot extremely powerful heroes by the documentation that they can survive an Omega Beam.
It’s not like it’s just Darkseid against everyone. Apokolips has a seemingly endless supply of parademons which are the infantry of Apokolypis. Other notable fighters are Granny Goodness and her Female Furies. They’re head torturers and are damn good at it too. (If u wanna see that shit up close and learn more: Miracle Man by Tom King is a truly incredible read and lets you know a lot about the Apokolips & New Genesis War. If you wanna get a read on Darkseid and how catastrophic his attacks on earth is you can also watch Justice League Dark: Apokolips War. It’s on HBOMax and a pretty damn decent movie.)
Darkseid conquers planets and repeatedly attempts to conquer earth. This fucker turned Apokolips into a hell pit and goes out to conquer other planets and terraform them with those giant flame spouts out of the planet (usually the threat of those is that Darkseid is planning to mine the Earth’s core for resources which’ll make the planet inhabitable.). He wants to do this to the entire universe until eventually literally every sentient life form is stripped of their free will. Dude is bad news.
So what if Darkseid succeeds? He conquers earth? He successfully destroyed the reality changing heros like The Spectre and so forth and the machines used to drill into Earth’s core penetrate earths core before Earth’s Heroes can stop them? The earth would well and truly be fucked.
OTHER IDEAS:
-Darkseid created Doomsday via forced evolution by yeeting a kid with spliced together Superman DNA onto Krypton until it was strong enough to slay the most powerful beings on earth. Darkseid could do the same with Danny. Fuck around with his DNA, do some funky forced evolution by yeeting a baby into the Ghost Zone until it was powerful enough to defeat even Danny.
-Is it a ghost entity that’s allpowerful? Is it Black Adam? The guy almost destroyed the entire world and the only thing stopping him was like 70 magic users all collectively casting a spell to stop him.
-Is it a natural disaster? Is there just some fuckery that causes earths axis to change and the planet gets farther from the sun and very quickly causes an ice age that causes everything to freeze?
-A silent invader of some life form that was so stealthy with its invasion that by the time the League or anyone noticed, it was already too late.
-A Virus, bacteria, or fungi that just fully wipes out the human race. Something so quick and rapidly mutating that there’s not even a chance to synthesize a cure in time.
The big question for me is what is stopping heroes with time travel from changing the timeline and reversing it. If you plan for this to be a time travel au, then why is that ONE person traveling back and not the other heroes using other ways to time travel. Why is it this attempt of time travel the one that works. Lemme list some ways that DC and DP can time travel that I know of off the top of my head.
Ghost portals (Ghost fuckery)
Clockwork (Time Fuckery)
A Dozen Speedsters (Speedforce go brr)
Superman (only sometimes tho. Dude flies around earth so fast that he reversed the rotation and goes back in time. No I am not making this up.)
Time Spheres
Abra Kadabra (Flash Villian. He’s from the 64th century and uses future tech that’s so advanced that it appears to be magic. Has a Time Machine be goes back n forth between now and his time period to collect tech)
Composite Superman (does he still exist in canon? No. Will I still mention him because he’s funny? Yes. Please for the love of god look up this man I promise you that you’ll laugh your ass off. his design is Peak Perfection.)
Booster Gold (from the 30th century. Stole tech from Hall of Heroes and Time traveled to present day for fortune and fame. He pops in and out of time sometimes and helps fix stuff. He’s a time cop.)

Last night I had an idea for the single parent au. What if, after college, Lena took a year or so off? What if she traveled to a distant region where an enclave of strange people had settled, creating a peaceful community of relfection and inner tranquility? What if, during her stay, the brilliant Lena Luthor picked up some of their language?
And then, what if, years later, she hears Kara speaking Kryptonian in a low voice to Kal-el? What if, in a bid for solidarity and acceptance, Lena responded in kind?
Kara head whips up, her eyes wide with shock. She hadn't meant to be heard, after all, and she's gone to great pains to keep their alien heritage secret. So imagine her utter shock when Lena speaks Kara's native language-- warped and clunky on her human tongue, but recognizable all the same.
"How-- how do you know those words?"
And so Lena arranges a vacation for the three of them, and brings Kara and Kal-el to the enclave. Upon arrival, Kara freezes, stunned at the sight of her culture intermingled with human architecture. The kryptonian robes and low lamplight playing over rich fabrics to emulate the red sun of krypton.
Try as she might, she can't help the emotion that bubbles up, bursting out of her in a sob. As the tears flow, the people who welcome Lena as an old friend turn to receive their lost daughter of Krypton and her cousin, who never knew that others of their people also survived.
They envelop her as family, bonded through the loss of their home and their desperation to cherish those who remain.
Kara still hasn't explained her heritage to Lena, but here she does, revealing the true nature of the enclave-- and herself.
Lena expects Kara and Kal-el to stay with the enclave, now that they've found it. Of course Kara would want to be with her people, be surrounded by the echoes of her culture.
But Kara surprises her.
"As comforting as this place is-- and as grateful as I am for it-- it wouldn't be home. Not without you."
There in the moments that follow, surrounded by the remnants of Krypton, they share their first kiss.

Conner Kent/Kon-el aus
Heres two of my aus that i love very much. i tried to put some warnings in there for anyone who doesnt want to read the specific au.

Overall title: Kon Lok-Ghul
Overall themes and triggers: League but mainly Superman bashing, child neglect in the beginning, self-harm thoughts and alike. Lotsa kryptonian mythos, legends and religion that I made up myself
Main characters: Kon-El/Conner Kent, Lar-Ghul, Adra Wann-ke, Lok-Ghul.
Ocs: Lar-Ghul the kryptonian god of the moon, also known as the banished god. Extremely powerful magic user and is the reason kryptonians biggest weakness is magic. Adra Wann-Ke goddess of the sun. Kryptonian goddess of the sun and is the reason they gain energy from the sun and alike. Lok-Ghul, the first and original Nightwing, son of Lar and Adra. Banished to and died in the phantom zone.
Story, shortened in some cases: After Lar-Ghul cuts his connection to krypton after the banishment of Lok-Ghul, canon continues as normal. He took all his followers with him to a side dimension of his own creation.
Everything follows canon until Conner is introduced, this follows more like young justice. But unlike canon where Conner gets introduced to the world and whatnot, this Conner is just kinda left on his own. The league doesn’t trust him at all and are ready if he turns on them, not knowing or caring that Conner can hear them planning his death and whatnot.
Clark is pretty cruel to Conner in this au, mainly by ignoring him and insulting him, not even referring to him as a living breathing person. Even members who don’t fear Conner ignore his existence, and the titans are ordered to stay away from him. Conner doesn’t even have a name In this au and go by Superboy, since it’s the only name he’s ever been given.
Adra and Lar being gods of krypton have an eye on all living kryptonians and see Conners situation. Lar takes him away from earth and bring him to his side dimension, where Lar and later Adra adopt him.
During the destruction of krypton, Adra took the few loyal followers she still had and brought them to her own side dimenson. The moon and sun faction have been at war for as long as they have existed, but Conner takes the place that Lok-Ghul had in the past, as their “chosen one”. Him simply being there puts the factions at ease.
Lar gifts him magic and Adra gifts him the kryptonian abilities, like flight and lazer eyes and whatnot. He also becomes a lot more resistant to kryptonite since he now has the blood of gods. Time passes differently in the side dimensions so Conner, who now goes by Kon Lok-Ghul, becomes an adult.
Overall title: Red Krypton, Yellow Krypton, Orange Krypton
Overall themes and triggers: Major League and titans bashing, child abuse? child neglect, self-mutilation, self-harm, gore and torture, mass genocide. Things like that. Much hurt, little comfort.
Main characters: Conner kent/Kon-El who goes by Con in this au. Dex-Star plays a smaller role but is there.
Ocs: None.
Story, shortened in some cases: After conner is brought into the outside world, the league and titans lock him away in mount justice and ignore his existence. They are convinced he’s evil or a mistake. He has no food or water, and only survives on the little bit of sunlight that gets into his room.
Even after all this Conner, who’s not been named and goes by Superboy still, believes that the league and titans will just need time to get used to him, and that maybe Clark will take him in or teach him about his abilities.
As Conner lays starving in his room, splayed out in the little patch of sunlight, he develops his abilities, like hearing and sense of smell and alike, and he listens to the league and titans and whatnot. He listens to them speak horribly about him and insult him, it makes his heart ache to even hear the titans talk about him this way when they’re supposed to be teammates.
It continues like this for a while, until Kara and Jon are introduced. He listens to them and the rest of the world talk about superman finally getting a sidekick and whatnot and it finally breaks Conner, cuz his last ray of hope was being Supermans anything.
He despises looking like Superman, and goes as far as to start scratching and ripping at his own face, using so much force he rips through the kryptonian flesh. He’s so angry and scared, it feels like it is suffocating him. He screams and cries and yells, cursing the league, the titans, and the world.
That’s when two rings smash through his window, one is yellow and another is red, and one goes on either of his hands. The red and yellow combines and summons an orange suit. By smashing the window, the sun comes inside more, and Conner starts healing immediately when it hits him, his healing having gotten stronger too over all this time.
He feels full of anger and fear and leaves the planet, smashing the wall as he goes. He uses the rings to create a mask that covers his face and most of his head. He feels so full of rage and fear that he releases it on other lanterns that cross his path. When Green lanterns start to try and capture or get rid of him, he vows to kill all of them, resulting in him killing thousands of other lanterns as his kryptonian abilities grow.
He choses the name Con, short for Consequence, as he is the consequence of the league’s actions. His eyes are always glowing red ready to use his lasers but also because he’s overflowing with rage.
On his travels he meets Dex-Star. They become allies, as Con loves animals and Dex-star can get his help in his revenge and because he secretly loves pets. Con will regularly hold Dex-star and pet him.
At some point Con will return to earth and wreak havoc, having grown stronger than ever before. Here he uses his dual wielding rings to almost defeat Superman by crushing him, and kills Kara by using his lasers, think how Superman kills Shazam in injustice. He is only stopped by Hal, who has known of Con, also dubbed Red, yellow or orange krypton depending on who you ask.
Con makes some speech about him being their consequence and their fault before leaving the planet again, having asserted his place. Its first then that they check on mount justice, where it’s been months or years since they’ve heard from Conner, having forgotten about him. They find the destroyed room and old blood stains, and it hits them they have created a monster.
