Johnny's ass keeps pushing Sento away from the support on his back because it's too big btw, do you think Sento knows. Is Sento aware that johnny's cheeks are constantly pushing it. And if so, do you think Sento cares at all, being a sword and all. Is that mundane for a sword. Does Sento compare whose backs or waists or butts or hands felt nicer. Does Kenshi know. Would it tell Kenshi that his hands are the most caring but Johnny's ass is the biggest.

obs drabble request for when jk and oc ditch class for the day to do something spontaneous 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
our beloved summer; a drabble
Tumblr media
"I can't believe I let you talk me into ditching class."
"Y/N, it's an elective class. And you told me you handed in your midterm paper last week. You'll live."
"I would've preferred to maintain a perfect attendance rate!" You roll your eyes, but you still settle down next to him on a bench in the middle of this empty park near the store that Jungkook just dragged you to half an hour ago. It's a beautiful spring day, flowers blossoming all around you, painting everything in vibrant colors, eclipsing the residual melancholy of winter. Part of you is glad that you let him kidnap you from class; you prefer this to being stuck indoors for most of the afternoon anyway. "Whatever. Take your photo."
Your boyfriend grins brightly like a child in a candy store, admiring the ring on your finger before he kisses your hand. The fleeting feeling of his lips on your skin makes you soften, eases the harmless furrow between your brows that never held much annoyance in the first place.
The thick clay ring on your finger is heavy and uncomfortable, but you have to admit it's cute. Silly and might be more appropriate for a 7-year-old child, but it's cute. It's adorned with SpongeBob's face, two buck teeth and giant doe eyes and all. You would've loved shit like this when you were a kid.
He's wearing a matching one on his finger too, though his is pink instead of yellow, Patrick Star instead of SpongeBob SquarePants.
Jungkook holds his polaroid camera with one arm outstretched, while his free hand raises to fit into the photo, showcasing his ring for the shot. You scooch closer to him, mimicking his pose to display your yellow accessory. It takes him to a brief moment to adjust the angle, and before he snaps the photo, you press your lips to his cheek. You feel his bunny grin widen, and for a second you worry that the brilliance of it might just blind the camera.
The photo comes out a bit blurry, a bit out of focus, though it still managed to capture your happy faces and the rings, the carefree crinkle of his eyes and the pink tint on his cheeks. You know instantly that this is one of your favorite photos that you two will ever take.
"Okay, so what are we doing now?" you ask, watching him tuck the polaroid safely into his wallet.
"I don't know. What do you wanna do?"
"What do you mean you don't know? You abducted me."
He shrugs casually. "We could just sit here then. Enjoy the sun."
"You abducted me just to sit around?"
"Stop saying I abducted you. I'm your boyfriend."
You make a face, as if to try to weasel the last word in and argue that yes, Jungkook did abduct you today. Yes, he's also your boyfriend. Both of these things can be true.
Nonetheless, you still let your head rest upon his shoulder, still let his arm wound around your frame to hold you closer. You don't remember the last time you allowed yourself to be in the sun and enjoy a nice day out without worrying about getting ahead of schoolwork or internships. It's nice, like time has stopped for a while just for you to relish the feeling of warm sunshine on your skin.
"I get sleepy if I stay in the sun for too long," you say, already sensing it creeping up from behind your eyelids.
"Then sleep. Just do nothing for the rest of the day," he murmurs, angling his face to the right so he can press a kiss against your forehead. "I know you barely slept last night."
You didn't tell him that you did, in fact, stay up until 5:30AM, hunched over your notebook, trying to finish a piece that you wanted to submit for an internship application. The only person you did tell was Taehyung, when you texted him in the middle of the night with a bunch of keyboard smashes to complain about how tired you were.
You call his name softly, as gentle as the cherry blossom petal that sways in front of you before it falls to the ground. "Did you get me to skip class just so I would take a nap?"
Jungkook's reply is immediate, a half-steady No, but you know he's lying. He has a tell when he lies, one that makes the end of his sentences come out with a tiny lilt, makes his voice go just a note higher.
Looking down at your hands resting next to each other, you keep your lips pursed as your chest tightens. He'd convinced you to miss class because he knew you wouldn't do it on your own accord just to stay home and catch up on sleep. The rings catch on some light, the pit of your stomach catches on some butterflies. Jungkook is warmer than spring itself.
You intertwine your fingers and close your eyes, mostly because you feel them start to burn and you'd rather not dwell on that thought right now. You'd rather focus on the weight of the ring on your finger and how comforting your hand feels in his, how his thumb rubs over your skin back and forth like he always does.
The thought that Jungkook cares about you enough to make up a dumb excuse just so you would care about yourself more - you'll have to shelve it away for later, to mull over when you're alone.
"Love you," you say quietly, squeezing his hand once.
More petals fall. Another kiss pressed against your forehead. "I love you too."

I feel like Nicky is the one Wymack is most nervous to mic up, but trusts Matt & Dan enough to be sure they'll get something good from that. Allison, he knows what he's signing up for, so no one is surprised when she's as aggressive as Aaron. But I think it's Renee who surprises everyone (except Andrew).
When Renee gets mic'd up, everyone is expecting serenity. Peace. "Oh, that was a good pass" about the other team. "Come on, Foxes!" quietly chanted from goal. Maybe some prayers.
Instead, they get a constant stream, in a similar style to Andrew. They get screams loud enough the mic crackles. They get "YOU LITTLE BITCH" screamed at full volume multiple times. They get "Aw, the big baby got upset that the lil midget hit him? What are you gonna do, big guy? Cry and crawl back inside your mama?" when Aaron takes a swing at a guy twice his size. They get gamer-girl-playing-with-a-group-of-boys-who-don't-go-easy-on-her level trash talk. They get hopes and wishes for players to drop dead or go to Hell and burn for eternity. They get angry shouts. They get swearing with 0 filter. They get death threats. They get detailed fantasies about gutting people like fish or of where she'd like to break their bodies.
Wymack is shocked. The audience & fans are eating it up because Renee walks off court with a serene smile and is sweet as sugar. When the other Foxes watch it back, they're all speechless because.... is that THEIR Renee?????? Are we sure???? Because it's easy for them to forget she grew up in a gang & testified against her former found-family. Andrew is the only one who isn't surprised because that's the version of Renee he spars with.
Wymack decides Nicky and Allison can get mic'd up as much as they want. All of the cousins can get mic'd up again. But Renee is banned from doing it again.
Neil gifts her a bar of soap to clean her mouth out with.
THIS !!!!
This was an absolute joy to read and you’re so correct, I have no notes
I can also imagine her being like “thoughts and prayers” in the most passive agressive way possible. The Foxes win and she’s like “I’ll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers tonight, I know that was a tough one for you” and she has the most menacing smile ever that actually shakes the other team to their core.
Also Renee knowing like 101 ways to seriously maim someone and when one of the Foxes gets hurt she just shouts a number at them. She’s been doing it for a long time and none of the Foxes knew why. When they’re listening back to her recording they hear her shout a number and then mumble to herself what that maiming technique is. And they all are just like OH. So it’s a lot more intimidating and meaningful when they hear her shouting numbers on the court from then on.
Andrew very quickly memorizes the list as well and offers her his opinion on which one he would’ve used when she gets off the court.
“22 was a better option”
“Yes but 54 is more creative” And just smiles at him.
The other Foxes also start to remember some of what each number means. They feel especially honored when she wips out certain numbers in defense of them.
Renee shouting from across the court “34”
The Foxes “Oooo, you’re fucked dude. Good luck!”

In Ep55 A Place for Everything, when Minkowski thinks Kepler is doubting the likelihood of Eiffel still being alive after he's floated towards the star in his spacesuit, Minkowski says "Eiffel had plenty of air left, and let's not forget he survived for -" It seems pretty likely that she was about to say that Eiffel survived nearly 200 days stranded in deep space on Lovelace's shuttle. It's interesting to me that Minkowski uses that incident as evidence that Eiffel will survive this time too, because that's not really how situations like that work.
We don't know exactly how much Minkowski knows about Eiffel's time on Lovelace's shuttle, but the reality is that he survived for those 193 days due to an extremely specific combination of impressive ingenuity, incredible perseverance, access to the right resources, a fair dose of stupidity, and an extraordinary amount of sheer luck. Without just one of those ingredients, he would never have made back to the Hephaestus alive. The ingenuity and perseverance could serve him well in this situation too, but the other factors don't exactly apply in the same way.
In my view, it isn't really that Eiffel's survival on that shuttle serves as evidence of any specific attributes that will guarantee his survival this time. I think it's more that the events with Lovelace's shuttle - Minkowski thinking Eiffel was gone forever but then being miraculously reunited with him - have given Minkowski a non-specific sense of Eiffel as a person who survives, a person who ends up in nearly inescapable peril and yet somehow always escapes, a person who makes it back alive against all the odds. It's not a piece of logical practical evidence. It's just an emotional instinct that allows her to believe that she's not going to lose him, allowing her to focus on what she can do to try and find him.
Minkowski's 'Goddamn it Eiffel' when he floats towards the star in Ep53 is so much less dramatic than the way she yells his name as the shuttle drifts away in Ep28. And that's partly about what the story calls for in those moments. And it's partly about the specific situations and the agency Eiffel has had in them. But it's also that in Ep53 she already believes that he will be okay, that he'll come back. He's done it before. He'll do it again.

Second Act Problems and Izzy's Death
I thought I was out of things to say about That Ending, but now that I'm thinking about the rest of the show, here's what I'm figuring out: to me Izzy's death seems to set the season's flaws in stone, in a way that makes them a lot harder to overlook.
Like, second acts of trilogies are hard--you have to move pieces into place for part 3, while telling enough of a self-contained story to keep the audience invested, but not resolve so much that there's no tension left for part 3. It's difficult, and it's pretty typical for the middle installment of even very good trilogies to be considered the weakest of the three. (I had trouble getting through The Two Towers, and I know I'm not alone in that.)
What we got, with OFMD, was a part II that has a lot of really fun moments, but doesn't hang together very well. There are lots of loose ends, things that don't quite make sense if you think it through, bits that never pay off, but it's fun to watch--and gives the invested viewer a lot to speculate about in terms of how things are going to resolve.
If you have to pick a direction to err in, that's a good one to pick--especially for a sitcom! We've still got part 3 to weave in the loose ends: some of the things that don't make sense now, will make sense once we see where it was going, and the rest will seem less important once we're looking at a complete story.
But, to those of us invested in Izzy's character, his death brings all of that to a screeching halt. The loose ends involving him can never* be woven in. His relationship with Ed can't be resolved, and his relationships with the crew can't develop any further--even if Ed and the other characters come to understand things about him and his death (perhaps through flashbacks, guilt hallucinations or other devices which will give us Con on our screens), that will only develop their arcs, not his.
(*Unless, of course, we get real, autonomous ghosts, a resurrection, or a complete retconning of the death into something else. I'd personally take any of those, over a complete lack of Izzy, but I'm not able to fool myself about it being good writing.)
It also sucks a lot of of the fun out of the earlier parts of the season. For a lot of people who are already upset about how it ended, rewatching the good parts just makes them feel worse. Ditto for speculating about where it's all going. I have some ideas about what the narrative payoff for Izzy's death is going to be, but thinking about them isn't fun.
Izzy's death seems pointless, because one of the challenges of writing a second act is that the audience doesn't yet know the payoff. I'm sure Djenks and the writing team have a plan, and it might even be a good one! But at this point, trying to figure out what the point of it all was, just throws a spotlight on the loose ends, the hurried pacing, the muddled messaging around the themes of love, violence, and revenge, of what exactly piracy represents.
"Doesn't hang together very well, but has a lot of fun moments" is a good direction to err in on a Part 2, as long as you don't plan to suck all the fun out of the room in the last few minutes.
