trying to remain cognizant of the fact that there is no amount of vetting processes to 100% without fail keep losers from out of your life, but more importantly that it isnt my fault that i do inevitably end up involved with them

i cant know who people are until i know who people are! it just is what it is. just gotta move accordingly once they make themselves known. i guess its tiring getting your hopes up. like..

its not fair to others to try and connect with them without putting your whole heart in it, but when you take it seriously, it only hurts that much more when it inevitably flops, but if you dont try then you only guarantee that youll never have what it is you seek

its so hard to fight off the question of "why bother" while trying to take human interaction in stride. the complete lack of control of how relationships go regardless of which perspective you have is maddening. you can do everything right and still be reacted to as though you did everything wrong. and theres no recourse! it just is what it is. like there's no justice or rectification. like that happens and thats just it; youre just expected to get over it and keep moving forward, regardless of how gutted you are. like nobody cares but you, because you're the only other party thats emotionally invested.

the more you try, the lonelier you get, and the more you inevitably suffer. "when does it end?' i scream into the void for the thousandth time. the void stares back; arms out, silently beckoning me towards its embrace

About ; You’ve been feeling down on not being the best like your older siblings Lyney & Lynette. You always practice on how to do the trick yourself over and over again but only burdens you out to which, your dear sibling notice your change of personality

A/n ; been wanting to write something for quite some time with my super duper lack of motivation , been also feeling sad lately might as well try cheering myself up by writing my favorite siblings !! FYI : freminet is only mention, he isn’t here sorry :(

Word count : 972

Being siblings with the famous twin magicians has its funs. Like also sometimes being in their performance as an assistant and show the item they will be using is completely empty, nothing is there etc. but recently you started to practice more to be more on the stage with your older siblings and to get better as well! You would ask time to time on help to maintain that unfazed look when doing a trick to get advice on what to do. Maybe that’s the reason you’ve been feeling down and tired.

You’ve been practicing for hours trying to perfect everything for a single trick even your facial expression in the mirror to really challenge yourself, you would nonstop until it was perfect just like how Lyney does them. You sat down on the couch tired, head looking down as about to pass out of being so tired. Lyney got curious on you looking so low lately, you’ve been coming back home bit more tired and almost sad too. “[Name]! Are you alright? You’ve been looking tired and down a lot almost everyday, did something happen??” It was, to you, normal on Lyney checking up on you more whenever he saw you. While lynette and Freminet both wait til you’re both alone to see if you are possible dealing with something in secret you don’t want everyone to know. But lynette also slowly started to walk towards you with Lyney from how your state is, is it really that noticeable from how exhausted you are now? “Oh I’m fine lyney I’m just a little tired that’s all! There’s nothing to worry about..” trying to hide the tiredness in your voice you tried to imitate your normal voice but your face says it all and no point in hiding it anyways. “You sure? You look like you could pass out on the couch right now just by seeing you lending on the arm rest.” Lynette said trying to reason with your words. “Wait, [name], is it because both me and lynette haven’t been spending with you and freminet in a while because of our shows?” Well you did miss spending time with your older brother and sister, but that was not really the reason. “No no it’s not-” You got cut off by lyney hugging you saying “I’m sorry [name]!! I swear! No, I promise! I’ll make both you and freminet up for it! I’ll buy you your favorite-” “Lyney no no it’s okay that’s..not the reason..” both your brother and sister faces’ changed to a worried one from your response, did they do something they have not realized?? Were their spam on attention really went to zero with both you and freminet?!

Fidgeting with your sleeve trying to calm down your nerves, were you this nervous on wanting to be like them? Lyney & lynette could see you were nervous on saying your reason on sudden behavior, they even were scared and nervous a bit waiting, thinking they did something wrong. “[Name], if you’re not ready to say why or only want one of us we can do that and wait, we don’t want you to feel force.” Your sister tried reassuring you, but think it’s time to tell them why. “No no it’s fine sister! I was just trying to find the word to start.” Taking a deep breath to hopefully calm down, you started to tell your sister and brother your reason. “The reason I’ve been coming home tired, exhausted and sometimes sad too is cause..i was practicing tricks you guys do to perfect them and be like you. I like being on the stage with both of you, it’s like im part of the performance with you guys and not just a side assistant to show the crowd whatever you are using is really empty… I just really want to be like you two.” Tears were fighting to come out, you tried hiding your face away from your older siblings to see and scared for their reaction.

In the other hand, both your brother and sister, lyney & lynette, were shocked from why you were so tired and sad you also wanted to be on stage with them, they both had sad faces from you trying to hide your face to not cry. Tears were slowly beginning to form in lyney’s face from seeing you sad, lyney began to hug you tightly near him after a few moments which shocked you seeing your brother like this. Lynette made her way to hug you too seeing there was some space for her to sit and hug you. “[Name] it’s my fault for making yourself practice on wanting to be on stage, you impress both me, Lynette and everyone on how incredible you do them! It’s my fault for this [name], lynette has been bugging me about it because I’ve been scared something might go wrong in on of our tricker stunts. So I’ve been holding you back a lot and i knew i shouldn’t, I’m sorry i made you feel this way dear [sister/brother/sibling], can i make it up to you somehow?” You have never seen you older brother looking so low before and apologizing so much, you hugged your brother tightly. “Can..I be on stage with you guys on your next performance then??” Lynette added to your response with, “it’s only fair after making them feel this way lyney, and should be time [name] to be in our performances now since now you opened up to her why.” Lyney sighed and only nodded his head from being scolded by his sister, “Yes [name] will be us now, no need to make me feel more bad about myself now after [name] being open to us.” A small fond smile appeared on you from now finally going to perform with your older siblings.

Student Council Headcanons

summary — being the council's advisor, you have a lot on your plate. but they don't ever hesitate to help you with anything [student council! x gn! reader]

content warnings — sfw, crackfic(?), maybe some angst, takes place during anime plot [SPOILERS OF THE WAR], inaccurate(?) religion practices (buddhism im sorry)

author's note — i loveee writing for the graduate's third years, LOVE IT. i just had to include all the council cause... why not?

BEING YUMENOSAKI'S COUNCIL ADVISOR WAS ROUGH.

And although the President's and Vice President's role was much more important, you felt like your role carried the most work. Planning out the DreFes', scheduling tours, making sure parties, dinners, and the overall festivities were under control... it was quite a lot for even a workaholic like you.

Not only that, but you were probably the favorite Council member. Students went to you for tips, advice, and general therapy. Yes, you were the unofficial therapist for all these idols. Soon enough you might need a therapist yourself.

But no matter how much sleep you get a night, or your workload being so much you were forced to skip classes, the other Council members would pick you up every single time. Even if it conflicted with their schedules, they made sure that their friend and crush was healthy and proper.

Eichi Tenshouin

We already know he's out for half of the school year due to his illness, but when he's in he makes sure that his advisor is in peak condition.

One of the first people he visits once he comes back (Wataru pretty much the first I mean come on-)

You weren't anticipating his arrival so soon so you didn't bother to clean up your desk, but it's the least of his worries when he realizes that it's become your new sleeping spot

Walks over to you, yanks the papers away from you with a careful smile, and lectures you. Although he's being extremely hypocritical he can't stand to see those eyebags become permanent on your beautiful face

Doesn't give you any time to complain because somehow he now has you sitting in the Garden Terrace with some hot tea to drown out your worries. Makes you sit with him well over two hours or so, always inserting random topics into the conversation to keep your mind off of your work.

Once he makes you promise him that you'll get a good night's rest, he'll be going to Keito and discuss the workload share.

Besides the point- generally Eichi has an extremely soft spot for you. Because not only you stayed with him during his reign as Emperor, pushing everybody away, but you made sure that he wouldn't lose himself to the guilt caused by those past months.

So he's simply stating that it's payback. You helped him, now he is going to help you.

It's quite hard for him to make you take him seriously because like...

What is he gonna do to you with that frail body of his? Come on-

No, don't doubt the man. He will not hesitate to throw your work right out the window right in front of you with that shit-eating smile of his

Sorry folks in the courtyard-

AND DO NOT TELL ME YALL DON'T BICKER LIKE AN OLD COUPLE- I swear you're gonna be yelling at him so much and he'll nod with that lovestruck expression and wait until you're tired out

Then he'll sweep you away from your desk and other people and have a lil tea party

It's his favorite thing shut up

Also you better not have him catch you talking with Sakuma, he'll get so sad seeing you talk with his enemy :( won't cheer up until you give him a lil kiss on the forehead and cuddle with him instead of doing your work

You sometimes practice with fine, and everybody has a fun time! Because Eichi really really likes you Tori makes sure to become super duper best friends with you in order to impress him, so he won't be bratty at all! Wataru will love witnessing the love quarrels between the two of you, and Yuzuru will be contemplating his life choices

Overall? 7/10 (bit low cause im pretty mid for eichi)

Keito Hasumi

He’s never in the right position to tell you to take a break because... like he’s a workaholic too come on. So instead he’ll offer his help with his work or simply spend time with you so that you don’t feel so alone in the Council office filling out all that paperwork

Keito is at your command during these times too. You need some coffee? He’ll bring an entire pot with you and several creamers to fit your taste! Need a certain book from the library? In and out in no time, even finding the right page for you!

But even he will stop you if it gets too much, to the point where you’re missing frees and lunch for work. He is VERY adamant on trying not to look hypocritical so he’ll simply send Souma to retrieve you if you’re even five minutes late for lunch.

“Why are you here?”

“Has- er, I have decided to sit with you at lunch, so I have come to retrieve you!”

Never works lmao. At least, not believing poor Souma. Kuro is much more lax with it but Keito isn’t 100% sure that the man won’t be flirting with you so he’s off limits

Only until you start downright refusing Souma he decides to take action himself. So, throwing away his pride and self-importance, he comes up to your desk and slams his hands on the surface, demanding to go out with him.

You stop, stare at him, and gape.

GO OUT WITH HIM FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG HE’S BEEN WAITING JESUS CHRIST BUDDHA ALMIGHTY-

It’s definitely awkward the first time, but you are really really glad he pulled you away from that desk or you would’ve had another uncomfortable desk nap.

Because this was last minute Keito is a thoughtless mess and has nowhere else to take you so subconsciously he takes you to his favorite Buddhist shrine-

Once he realizes it he apologizes immediately and requests that he takes you to the nearest cafe, but...

Taking your shoes off and walking on the platform, you kneel and start praying(?)

He’s never seen a more beautiful scene in his life

You look so serene, so calm meditating in front of him that he wishes to see more of you like this.

Joins you and you two stay like that for a good hour or so. When you’re done you stand up and looked relieved

“Thanks, Keito. I really needed that.”

Ok, Keito. Write this down. Meditation dates are a must.

Mao Isara

You friendzoned him. I will say that.

He was busy with his work, you were busy with yours. Nothing more than a work relationship, no?

Poor guy, you don’t know that he’s trying so hard to get close to you.

He was a bit reluctant at first b/c of how close you were with Eichi and Keito... ykyk the revolution thing and all that

But as he observed you more he realized you were a pretty cool person.

A pretty cool person that he would increasingly gain feelings for

Would try his hardest to ‘accidentally’ come across you in the hallways, classes, even projects and work. He wants to learn more about you, ok?

His efforts were unfortunately futile for the first few months, but did he stop at that? Nope.

I feel like Mao is a very obsessive person but is able to keep it healthy and under control

But that won’t stop him to learn your schedule and meet you during your little breaks, pestering you to see if you need anything for him to do.

Slowly but surely he would happily notice that you would rely on him more often, to the point that you would invite him over to your house to help with work! Man is jumping in joy fr

Solely because of how on top of you he was you’re able to have a healthy sleep schedule now and balance your work smoothly along with school and idolwork. Thanks Mao!

Soon enough you guys go on little friendly dates to rip you away from all that council work. But they become so frequent to the fact Eichi sees you sneaking out of school with Mao almost every afternoon now.

Does he stop you?

No.

Ah~ young love...

Because of this you would even in fact start lacking in your workload, but Mao is always there to help you no matter how big it is. Between the two of you, you could get an entire DreFes set up within five hours.

20/10. Why? Because im biased over Mao.

Tori Himemiya (Yuzuru Fushimi)

He’s a whole another thing you have to take care of on top of your work.

This boy is so dependent on you that Eichi sometimes has to move you out of the office so that you can finish your work in peace without Tori jumping on you every minute or so.

But the only reason’s he’s been getting away with it is because... well... you absolutely adore him

Whenever you’re off of work you’re hanging out with him and Yuzuru or your sleeping. Yes, there’s no way Tori’s letting you forget about your meetups.

And although Yuzuru does enjoy your company very much, he won’t hesitate to try and cancel the meeting if he sees that you are not doing so well.

One time you had gotten bedridden from the lack of sleep, and Tori and Yuzuru were the first to visit you. They stayed at your house for hours on end, making sure that you are getting rest and are comfortable. Of course Tori would have to refrain himself from throwing himself on you; he opts to tell stories about him and Yuzuru

Whom the latter is rarely present, he doesn’t want to get embarrased.

Tori can’t stand being without you for even so a day, he’ll get ballistic. He is so attached to you that he would sometimes choose you over Eichi, which is very surprising but nonetheless wholeheartedly accepted.

Rarely does Yuzuru have alone time with you, but when those rare times roll around he won’t let it go to waste. Even if it’s just him accompanying you with work, he’ll cherish these little moments with you. A plus if you talk to him about topics completely disregarding the paperwork.

im gonna miss splatoon1 and nintendo is a bitch ass company as a whole but MAN does it feel like some of yall grasp at straws to complain about things like, splatoon’s eight years old on a console which is two generations behind the current consoles releasing. i agree with the point that its sad but thats part of the contract you sign when you first get attached to a game which is online & live service, it cant stay up forever, and even if it could, it’d virtually have a ‘spiritual death’ in another 5-10 years when absolutely no-one’s on the servers at all also like, how many of yall actually played splatoon 1 regularly before the news came out of its closing??? atleast the hackers and level 50 super duper tryhards played the game in the past six months

it had been three moons. three moons since neytiri, and her children had come back. three moons since you found out that jake had returned to eywa.

you couldn't accept it. how could you? he was one of your closest friends. that was until today. you mustered up the courage to go and see him at the vitraya ramunong. it took a lot of convincing from your sa'sem, but you finally did it.

the closer you got, the more anxious you felt. trekking the same path you have since you were a child, the one you knew all too well. moving the same flora out of the way every time. you hated this. as blessed as you were that you could see loved ones that had passed, you hated it. you hated how you could see them for a certain amount of time before they were gone again. jake was gone, and he was not coming back any time soon.

and there you were, stood in front of it — the vitraya ramunong. all you wanted to do was turn back, and run. run far away and escape it all. but, of course, reality slapped you in the face, and told you, in its own way, that you couldn't. so, you took a deep breath, closed your eyes and connected your tswin to the tree. letting yourself be embraced by the great mother.

you opened your eyes to see the forest, as it always had been. without jake, you felt a shift in the atmosphere, but now, something was different. but here, where you knew he was, even breathing became more natural to you, normality was there, once again, even if it was for a moment.

you remembered this. it was the day jake had taught you more about 'rrta — earth, he would call it. you hated that language, the tawtute language. you hated them. 've'kì, is a strong word ‘ite,' your sa'nok would say, but it was true. which was why it surprised you, when you let him in so quickly, too quickly you could say.

"hey, you." his voice snapped you back to reality.

"jake?" you called out to the man standing in front of you. you couldn't believe it. even though you knew you were visiting him, it didn’t seem real.

"who else would it be?" he joked with a stupid, cocky smirk on his face.

you let out a quiet laugh. a laugh of disbelief, a genuine laugh of happiness, and a laugh of sadness. too many emotions coursing through your veins to process anything that was happening around you.

"uh, hello?" jake called your name and waved a hand in front of your face.

"i am sorry." you apologised and looked away, trying to hide the tears that were now pooling in your eyes.

he waved you off, thinking you just had a bad day or something. oh how wrong he was. something about the fact that he didn't know he was dead made goosebumps appear on your skin. but it did comfort you in some way, happy that he didn't have to live for eternity knowing he had passed to save his eldest son, neteyam, and passed to his biggest enemies, sawtute.

at least he died for a good cause, you thought. saving a young boy from death deserved praise, from both the living, and the dead. but jake was also young, him being thirty-two. he was no where near one hundred and eighty.

AAAAAAAAAAA IM FINALLY DONE WITH CHARACTER SHEETS FOR MY ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE KIDS WHICH IVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR AGES NOW😭😭😭

Although i couldnt fully finish quinn and alice because school is starting literally tomorrow for me so i had to cut down on the expressions and poses 😭 and also i want to work on something different now HAHA

BUT YEAH!! if you wanna see me ramble abt em and know more abt their lore and some additional sketches of em together, ill put em below to save your scrolling fingers!! :]

OKOK SO!! The designs on the character sheets are actually a bit of redesigns!

Like for example, Alice was supposed to have a bunny mask like the pic below, but i changed it because i couldnt think of a solid reason WHY shed have the bunny mask so unmasked it is! (although, a bit sad to lose the bunny mask because it was a cool design, but i can always use it in another oc i suppose!)

(Although i put a lil bunny design on her sneakers in her post apocalypse design, as a lil nod to this!)

OKAY SO THEIR LORE!! AHEM AHEM

Carmen : Shes the typical rich kid that comes from a prestigious rich school that few can get in, although their parents pressure them alot especially in how she presents herself and in her studies :(

She often gets forced to do things she doesnt want to do, but because of her parents high expectations and harsh judgement, they do it anyway even if theyre unhappy abt it :( [thats the reason why she looks so sad in her pre apoc. design!]

And in one of those things she doesnt want to do but does anyway because she was forced by her parents was Ballet!! And in that ballet class, they meet Darcy. She absolutely hates him in how much he trashtalks her and in every mistake they do, making her even more miserable. But even so, shes actually really good at ballet!! she just hates it HAHA <3

But ohoho!!! The apocalypse comes!! And she finds that with no society judging her every move, she finds freedom to be themselves!!! Mischievious and sly, as well as loving beating things up!! <3

Post apocalypse time! They realize that life is too short and precious to constantly worry about what you look like and to always cower under her parents gaze, so she goes #girlboss and lives her life the way she always wanted to be >:] She gets so good in fighting zombies that she becomes an instructor in self defense!! B]

Darcy : ALSO a typical rich kid thats also very annoying and pompous in every way, loves belittling and trashtalking others for his own benefit <3

Hes also brothers with Anthony! Although they have a very strained relationship (to the point he wont talk to him) because Anthony never defended Darcy against their parents whenever they chastised him for wanting to be a ballerina because that aint a 'boys' thing and that fact he never was 'manly enough'🙄

But how does Darcy get these prestigious ballet lessons you may ask? Well he gets funded by his way cooler uncle B] in who he lives with!

Hes top in his ballet class, being the star pupil even, until Carmen arrived that changed everything. She was just as good as him, and maybe even more. And that shook him to the core. He had to be better than everyone, he just has to! Because what else was his effort and fight for?

So yeah, WOOHOO RIVALRY!!!! He made fun of her at every turn, talked shit behind her back, just anything to maker her miserable so they would stop attending classes.

Untillll the apocalypse came :]]] AHEHEHEE he was sure put in his place, as he had to begrudgingly team up with Anthony and Carmen of all people to survive. Although, they do get to bond, and becomes a better person during and after the apocalypse.

POST APOCALYPSE YAYY OKAY SO hes achieving his dream and training to be a ballet instructor!! >:D

Anthony : Hes a super duper kind sweetheart, very much contrasting to his brother, Darcy! Hes the captain of his schools soccer team too! Combined the fact that hes very kind and also very good at soccer, no wonder many other kids get crushes on him, but he never really returns the feelings.

But at the other side of the coin, hes afraid of making other people sad or disappointed, to the point where hes non-confrontational and self-sacrificing, and wants to be useful to others.

And why does he and Darcy have a complicated, strained relationship you may ask? Well hes afraid of confronting his parents that he ends up betraying Darcys trust and hurting his feelings because hes too afraid to defend him, even if he really wanted to. He feels really guilty about it everyday, but he cant bring himself to say a word against their parents.

At the start of the apocalypse, his first thought was to find Darcy. And with the help of Carmen and Quinn, he does! And during the apoc., it was hard to try to rebuild their relationship, but through understanding and trust, they become close again as they were when they were little children :]

And uh,, youre probably wondering why he doesnt have a post apocalypse design? To simply put it, he sacrificed himself for everyone to get out safely <3

Quinn : The typical mean delinquent girlie who always gets in trouble in school along with her squad of bullies as they like bullying other kids and messing shit up that gives their school a constant headache😌😌😊

But sometimes, in the back of her mind, she knows that what shes doing and what her other 'friends' are doing can get too far. But that gets overlapped be her squads pressure to do shitty things. She cant turn back now, can she? She has no one except for her squad of 'friends'! 😔 So better do what they ask so she doesnt disappoint em! Plus the fact her family life is just... not good!!

[One person in particular got bullied so much that they moved schools because of them, which is Alice]

When the apocalypse hit, all her 'friends' left her to die, but was saved by Carmen! Hooray!! And during the apoc., with no squad to pressure her on, she doesnt know who she is without them. But she cant help but feel like she can breathe more as well. Plus the fact that shes teaming up with Alice, and has to confront her complicated feelings of the past with that.

after the apoc., she never goes back to her previous way of life, and goes to study to become a therapist so she could help troubled youth, as she was never given the help she needed before.

Alice : A very shy, quiet girl whod prefer to be in the corners to not be noticed by anyone. Very low confidence in her self as well as very self consious- as she was bullied in her previous school.

When the apocalypse came, she was saved by Carmen, Anthony, Darcy, and...Quinn??? One of her previous bullies from her previous school??? Gasp!! But yes During the apocalypse she slowly finds confidence in herself again, letting all out her feelings in smashing zombies heads!! >:D You go girl!!

And with Quinn, although she may never forgive her, she slowly gets along with her along the way.

After the apoc.,,,,, well honestly i have no idea ill just have to think about it more HAHA

Never really requested drabbles before so im sorry if it's weirdly worded aaaaaa-

this is a two parter, here is part 1 ! Little bit of a slow start.

Mega/tron x Sound/wave, feeding,

The only sound emanating from the empty room was his grumbling belly. Sure, the mission to retrieve the relic was a bust, but was it really wrong of him to be angry? How hard was it to foil those pesky Auto/bots and their child counterparts? The warlord growled as he busted open a fresh box of energon goodies. He had his supper, consisting of a generous portion of food, and now it was time for dessert.

At least the snacks had been replenished. By who? He didn’t know or care; he just unwrapped the light blue round cake and took a bite. The sweetness soothed his woes, even if just for a moment. Thankfully, he had the whole box to himself.

Cake after cake was devoured, each bite bringing a smile to his lips. His tongue eagerly licked up any cream that smeared over his lips. These treats hinted at vanilla and were ever so moist; it always put Mega/tron in his happy place.

Why?

It was simple. Being stuck working in the mines with next to no pay, one could not afford such snacks. Lunch consisted of liquid energon with metal additives; while it did the job, it wasn’t anything to write home about. However, one would occasionally magically appear in his dreary lunch pail. After admiring the pretty light pink color flecked with blue geode crunches, Mega/tronus would unwrap the surprise. It smelled so lovely- he swore the little round ball just reeked of sweetness! And that first bite lit his taste sensors ablaze.

He felt as if his whole frame was lifted out of those mines and into some kind of nirvana. Each bite brought him so much joy! Sadly, like with most things in life, all good things come to an end. After licking his claws clean, there was no more to consume, and he sat there looking at the empty wrapper.

Ok, he also licked the wrapper clean, but who could blame him?

Now, all these treats were gone, making him feel just the same: sad and nothing to look forward to. The evening would be much more productive if he reviewed his battle plans instead. His rumbling belly did not agree, but there were no more of his favorite treats in stock.

You know when you just want to be alone and not bothered by anyone or anything? Yeah, this is how Mega/tron felt. So, when the door opened in this tucked away room that not many mechs used, you could imagine the annoyed look washing over his face as he gave a death glare at whoever dared to enter.

Once the door fully opened, it revealed Sound/wave's long, spindly form.

Great. Just who the Decep/ticon leader wished to catch him pigging out on sweets- it was a super-duper family-size box nonetheless. And yes, he ate them all; their empty wrappers lying around him didn’t leave any doubt about who indulged in them all.

Primus, Sound/wave better not gripe about it!

Instead, the silent warrior respectfully tipped his helm, acknowledging his leader’s presence, then walked to the pantry.

And cue a loud belly grumble. Mega/tron bent forward and curled his arm over his swelled tummy. With brows furrowed, the gray and purple mech cursed himself for not retreating to his personal quarters.

Perhaps he could just get up and leave?

Well, the sound of the other walking back to the table squashed that idea. He tried to shimmy his midsection out of view. Out of the peripheral view of his optics, Mega/tron saw Sound/wave set a large box down and then take a seat.

Couldn’t Sound/wave take a hint? Indeed, he’d not be this oblivious…

Those thin fingers made quick work of ripping the seal from the box and opening it up. His visored helm took a peek, then rubbed his servos together in what can only be imagined as glee. Then, his servos reached into the box and gently lifted out its contents.

And yes, a stupid smiley face appeared on his visor as a large cake was lifted and set on the table.

Large cake.

It was light pink with blue geode crumbles.

And very, very large!

Mega/tron couldn’t help but stare at the gorgeous sight. This was the biggest of his favored treats he had ever seen! Before he knew it, he was licking his lips and reaching out a claw to help himself.

But Sound/wave slapped his hand away and wagged a finger.

How dare he! Mega/tron’s face scrunched as he growled, watching his subordinate grab a fork and stab into his favorite treat. Just how the slag could Sound/wave eat this? He had no freaking mouth!

But that fork traveled his way, and those furrowed optics grew wide in shock. What the slag was going on here? The treat stopped just short of his lips—so close that the warlord could practically taste the sweetness.

And Mega/tron just stared at the communication officer. Was he being serious? Was he wanting to feed him this cake? While the mech may have been unsure, his belly wanted the attention.

A loud, whining gurgle erupted, demanding to be fed.

And Mega/tron had a ferocious appetite!

And that chunk of cake pressed ever so teasingly against his lips. The spindly blue mech made some clicking noises and tilted his helm to the side.

Mega/tron was no dummy. He got the hint. Hearing the other’s engines purr, it was clear Sounwave wished to feed him. And the sound of the warlord's belly grumbling, he wanted to be fed.

Was there a downside to this?

Weirdly I think out of the two of them he's the most understanding about this. And I don't mean understanding he would hate you otherwise and be a dick (he's always a dick but not like that), he's just weirdly educated on the topic but refuses to outright admit it.

Anyways, yeah so you're going through one of those days where the dysphoria is getting especially bad. How can he help? He loves you, and I think one of his love languages is acts of service.

So, how can he help you feel less of that? He knows that there's societal expectations for you to look the way the sex that you were born as, would you like to go in another direction? Do you want to vent?

Just let him know and he'll do his best to accommodate. He's very affirming in your identity and will always perceive you as you wish to be perceived.

If your insecurities are in anything else, he's a big hype man without being a stereotypical hype man. He's very realistic and gives a sense of tough love when it comes to loving and trusting, even becoming neutral with yourself. He won't let you talk down about yourself. That's not good for you.

He will always uplift you. By no means is he super duper soft, but he will uplift you and remind you of your worth every single day.

Sniper

Doesn't understand this stuff at all. Very big "what other people do isn't my business" but you're his partner and this is really important to you so now he needs to brush up on what you're talking about.

He's always found the gender binary kind of silly. Understands the concept of being gender neutral, or fluid, but that's about it. Even then, his understanding is flawed. This does not mean he is totally inept though. He's your biggest supporter.

Much like Spy, what do you need? He's a man of action. He will listen to you, support you, and uplift you. You just need to tell him exactly what you want.

Though, he's very observant. If you're not able to say it, he's pretty much on it before you can even start to think of the words to ask. Whether that's breaking away from what other people think you are, or getting you things to feel more at home with who you want to present as, he's very thoughtful and introspective!

He also has a lot of affirmations for you. Has you repeat things like, "I am strong", what not because he read it in the back of a newspaper once while holed up in a sniper's nest for a job.

If it's not related to this, then he's also got a tough love approach but somehow a bit softer than Spy. I think he's more prone to listening, and then acting, whereas Spy manages them all together. Sometimes, you need to be angry and upset or sad, and that's okay. Mundy will support and love you through it all.

honestly? i'm vibing with the whole 'pregnancy' take on it!! i actually think it's really very good!

it sets up the premise perfectly imo

the words are heartbreaking enough to curse suguru into becoming a curse.

i don't know how curses are made, so i don't know if suguru, on some level, would need to be willing to become a curse or whether the words do their own thing??? like do they need to be alive, on the threshold of death, or dead to become a curse?

but anyway, that's just... super duper duper duper sad... but i'm ready for the angst!! come at me, sab!! come at me!!! hit me with the angst!! i am ready for it!!

i feel like it also kind of... propels the story forward? this angle, i mean. like it gives it a certain drive and momentum? like there's so much emotion that you can play with, and that's super duper cool!!

also, also, also, sab, our brilliant wordsmith, for this one, take it away and write as much as you want!!!

i always salivate like a dog for a bone (okay, in my experience of having dogs, they kind of prefer sausages and human food over bones but anyway!) so a long fic is like a treat!!

no me too!! I think it’s a very interesting premise honestly!

so from what we know about how curses are made — it’s from negative emotions and words — words are very powerful, especially ones said when faced in the final moments of someone’s life or said by a dying person.

for rika, she became a curse because yuta wished her not to die — and she remained a curse until yuta could truly let her go and admit his love for her. I assume her ‘interesting’ background that seems very questionable may have something to do with why she was so powerful — since misfortune and death seemed to follow her from a young age.

for suguru, I think he’s had a lot of misfortune in his life to begin with (re: his whole life as a sorcerer lol), and perhaps reader’s words could be “I’m pregnant” along with “I don’t want you to go” or “I wish we had more time to spend as a family” or something — said in the heat of the moment (perhaps because suguru died protecting her) would trigger his transformation into a curse. I do think there needs to be some desire to stay based on what rika said at the end of jjk 0 where after yuta apologized for what he did, she said she was glad to have all this time with him.

anyway also you’re very kind and I hope to do this incredible idea justice 🥹💕 it will probably end up being very long based on my ideas for the fic so far. I need to probably discuss with Hannah (my beta reader) for thoughts 💕🥹 I love you. You’re far too sweet 😭😭😭
