synopsis: moments you and shoto had on stream and one off

the “shoot your shot”.

leaning closer to the screen, jaw clenched and eyes focused, you visibly scowl at the sound of his voice laughing. not with you, no. at you. your 2D model seems to glare as you bite your lip in anticipation, skillfully aiming your mouse in the perfect spot. the stream chat flooded with random words of encouragement as you were in a valorant “training” custom game. your opponent? beloved vtuber companion, shxtou. shou, if you wanted to be nice to him.

“come on, y/n. if you get this headshot i’ll give you a big sloppy kiss.” your friend says, a teasing smile contaminating his tone. your viewers watch as your character’s eyes widen, mimicking your real self. the heart monitor seemed to pick up on your flusteredness as well, but you chose to ignore it. with careful movement, you see his chosen agent, back to you. with quick actions, you take the shot and laugh to yourself, reading the small ‘HEADSHOT’ title come into view. shoto yells in response to his death, shocked to his very core. “there is no fucking way. no way.” he repeats in disbelief. pulling your microphone closer to yourself, you glance into your camera. “come on, shou. where’s my kiss?” you asked him lightly, causing him to laugh. he seems to have gotten closer to his microphone as well, speaking lowly as if right into your ears. “you’ll have to come over to get it, sweetie.” he says effortlessly.

your chat blows up like never before.

“DID I HEAR THAT RIGHT??”

“Y/N PLS”

“DO IT DO IT DO IT”

“OSGOHS SHOTO AND Y/NGHEOGUHESOG”

your heart races as you lean back into your chair, letting out an airy laugh. “eww don’t say stuff like that!!” you giggle, covering your face in embarrassment though the camera couldn’t catch the bright blush on your face as you read the chat from the corner of your eye. “no, come on. i promised you the kiss and you deserve it.” he says to you lightly as his character respawns. he walks over to you in game and presses shift, his agent moving up and down excitedly. “okay wait c’mere.” you tell him, moving closer before laughing. “mmmmwwuaahh!” you made a kissy noise as you pressed your character against his. he copies your actions, giving your game agent a multitude of overexaggerated kisses.

you inwardly wished they were real- and so did shoto.

the “besties only”.

“hey babe.” you say, creating emphasis on the cheesy nickname. “aww goodmorning, darling. how are you?” he instantly banters back as you cringe to yourself. “i’m a lot better now that we’re talking, sweetie.” you reply to him, stifling your giggles as you watch your friends’ models exchange looks of shock. mysta rias is the first to speak. “i’m sorry, did i miss something? why are you guys flirting?” he asks, causing both you and shoto to burst in a small fit of laughter. “can’t i flirt with my super totally real boyfriend?” you ask in between your laughs. iron mouse scoffs at your statement, joining your laughter. “boyfriend? no way you managed to pull someone so easily.” she jokes, laughing as you sit there, in shock, as you try to calm your laughter. “nah, mouse, that was FOUL.” you laugh. shoto speaks up again, “haven’t you guys seen the fan art? the guildies and (whatever you call your viewers) love us together.” he explains. in the midst of the chat messages, you read that he was, indeed correct. “yeah, a little too much.” mysta says, fake gagging to show his disgust. “aww are you jealous it’s not you they’re drawing him with?” you teased into your microphone. everyone laughs and they accept the joke. you and shoto always joke-flirted. this was nothing but you and your friend messing with them and all of your viewers for the content. shxtou and you? nothing but a duo who liked to laugh.

the “comforting”.

you were wrapped up, sitting with your legs hugged towards your frame comfily. it was getting colder, as winter approached, so you and your 2D model were bundled in a sweater and f/c blanket over your shoulders. you felt at ease and comfortable at your desk, a warm cup of coffee sitting safely to the side. though you felt warm and cozy, your friend was on edge and anxious. as he played a new horror game, you had decided to watch in attempts to keep him company whilst he streamed. on his screen was the game and his character, along with yours sitting right on his shoulder cutely. “what if whatever’s chasing you is over there?” you asked him, half jokingly. the purple haired streamer stopped in his tracks, turning around. “nope. i’m done. y/n i don’t like this game.” he panics, running away from the place you had mentioned. laughing at his reaction, you read through his chat every once in a while.

“shoto, i was joking. im pretty sure you should just-” your explanation was cut off by a scream, causing you to let out a small yelp in surprise as well. as the monster chased him, you laugh lightly. “y/n help i can’t please i don't know where to go!!” shoto pleads for help as his game character proceeds to run. “i can’t help you? i’m not playing!!” you tell him quickly. “y/n,”your friend whines, “hold my hand at least. this is scary.” he tells you in what you think was a pouty tone. “want me to hold your hand? i can hold your hand, shou. don’t worry.” you tell him comfortingly. though you could not do it at the very moment, his heart warmed hearing the words. his viewers awed at your interaction, accepting the normal flirty banter between you two. that’s all it was, though, for now.

the “subtle hints”.

letting out an over exaggerated sigh, you glanced into the camera, pouting. your 2D model, of course, mirrored your actions to the stream. “guys,” you say to your chat, “shoto is so mean to me.” you claim, a false sadness lacing your voice. “what- what are you even saying?!!” the other person in call says. “look! he doesn’t even know what he did wrong!!” you plea, starting to ‘cry’ to your viewers. “n/n, come on..” shoto says with a defeated sigh. his tone makes you hold back a laugh. “no! you’ve hurt my feelings already. we’re done!” you say dramatically. “chat, you’re not allowed to ship shoto x y/n anymore!” you say as your friend gasps.

“tHEY WERE ACTUALLY DATING?”

“NOOOO SHXTOU PLS”

“y/n yOU CANT SAY THAT”

“NOOGOERHGOEUGHNOOOOOO”

you bite back a smile at the flooding chat, glancing at your phone sitting on its stand on your desk. on your screen, a muted facetime call with your friend on the other side, smiling as well. his hair was messy and, from the camera angle, you see the black hoodie and a peek of white sweatpants. he glances over to you, flashing you a smile that causes your heart to burst and a blush crawling onto your face. your flustered expression and his smile doesn’t go unnoticed by your stream, a whole new flood of messages flowing through. but, you didn’t really bother to read them right now. not while shoto mouthed a faint “i love you.” to you through your personal call. no, it was truly just you and him. and though you’d only ever known him through a screen, you smile at him and mouth the words back.

the “peppermint”.

you were exhausted, to say the least. after a straight week of back to back streams, you were grateful for your short two day break. though it wasn’t a full, laboring job, it takes a lot to just sit in front of a screen and entertain others for hours on end. more so because they couldn’t actually see you. setting your headset down after a particularly long stream, you lean against your desk- elbows resting on the hard surface as you cradle your head in your hands tiredly. you absolutely adored your job and the friends you’ve made along the way. although, sometimes, you needed a break. with a sigh, you stand from your seat and stretch in an attempt to sooth your tense muscles. while you stretch, there’s a ring from your front door. fixing your hair messily as you move to open the door, you wondered who could be visiting you on a random tuesday afternoon. from the peep hole, you see a mop of dark purple hair you could never mistake.

opening the door, you let out a deep breath you didn’t know you were holding as he wrapped his arms around your frame. “what are you doing here?” you ask him, your friend, your duo, and the one who you held so many feelings for. “i heard you were having a bad week so i came over..” he explains, his embrace tightening just a bit. you buried your face into his chest, taking in a whiff of his cologne. “you flew over here just because i’m a little moody today?” you joked, entirely grateful that he was here, right in front of you. he runs his fingers through your hair, kissing the top of your head. “say it already, you missed me.” he says lightly as he awkwardly shuffles you both back into your small apartment, closing the door behind him as he attempts to keep an arm around you. you look up at him, feeling a blush crawling onto your face at this new sense of closeness. “i missed you, shou. thank you for coming over.” you tell him quietly, sincerely. he looks into your eyes and you look into his, getting lost in the dark shades. “can i kiss you?” he asks you quietly, almost afraid to ask. the moment you nod, his lips are on yours gently. they were soft and you could taste a hint of peppermint before he pulls away, cupping your face with both of his hands. he smiles at you, causing your heart to beat faster than it ever has before. “fuck, y/n.” he mumbles, “i love you so much.” he tells you before kissing your face all over, holding back his laughs as he does so. you giggle at the affection, smiling at him.

“i love you too, stupid.”

What are your dr ocs relationships with each other! Like are any of them friends? In my mind I'm imagining Keiki and Chami being besties and throwing the best tea party ever

thank you so much for the question!!! and omg im absolutely delighted that people point out Keiki and Chami looking like they could be besties/gfs - because they are! im going to go into details under the cut :D

Keiki and Chami are what i like to call one-sided rivals to best friends- since they share a "similar" ultimate, from the start Chami feels a little bit thrown into a competition. See, the thing with Chami is that she tries REALLY hard to cater to other people and her perfectionism makes her push herself a little too hard to the point its overwhelming to others and in turn makes her insecure. this is the total opposite of Keiki who is an effortless people magnet- even the grumpiest in the group like her. this makes Chami really jealous so in her head Keiki becomes her rival and she avoids her altogether. Keiki doesn't hold any negative feelings for Chami although she can tell Chami dislikes her- so accordingly, she is not a fan either.

this changes after the second trial though- when Keiki successfully protects Chami from unjust accusations. Chami is like "WAIT so you actually don't hate me and don't want to steal all my friends from me???" and Keiki is like "girl NO? where did that come from, i was hoping for us to be friends!" and Chami is like "oh. oh 🥺" and they have a very heart-warming "conflict" resolving moment that is interrupted by Jun going "umm ladies i think we're in the middle of murder investigation?" to which they go "RIGHT. im so sorry"

they become best friends after that! inseparable too. turns out they work amazingly well together and like u guessed, they throw the best tea parties ever!

they're hinted to have feelings for each other too- after Paris (who went to american school before) suggest they organise a prom night, Keiki and Chami work hard for it to be perfect. and when the prom night comes they also realize they were so busy they forgot to get a partner!! which, you know, isnt that tragic because turns out they both planned to ask each other <3

me when i go on 34324 pages essay on Keiki and Chami ANYWAYS. one last fun fact i wanted Keiki's hair to resemble cinnamon rolls and for Chami's hair to resemble croissants with the ribbons being like "chocolate toppings"! not sure if it shows through so i thought ill throw it out there :3

from other's distinctive relationships we have Paris and Yami- theyre complex as they are kind of working against each other all the time, but Paris wants to prove herself innocent to Yami and by proximity pretends to want to befriend her. Yami is very weak for kindness shown her way but shes also very smart so this is very hard for her- she's basically having to battle between rationality and feelings. if the game was from her perspective it would be "danganronpa: yami's struggle between wanting justice and crushing easily". Although Paris quite literally gaslights her all the way, she does eventually put so much work into befriending her that the feelings overtime just become a little bit real

i think im gonna wrap it up so no one falls asleep on my post (although if you're curious about anyone else im super happy to answer! :D) BUT i also wanted to mention Kei here since i noticed a lot of people like him- Kei is bros with Kenichi, friends with Akane and also the only person Yami has to a real friend too, he's super sweet to her! Kei is "autistic - loves to talk" and Yami is "autistic - loves to listen" so theyre very wholesome together :'3

Godddd ISAC I stayed up last night and woke up 5 hours later just in time for the race and omfg Woo! Ana Hwaaa said 8 makes 1 team, that's hot of him ngl... So many interactions, some I expected, but some HELLOOOOOOO?! Like Seonghwa talking to P1harmony member, Hongjoong and Yeosang giggling with NCT, obviously Atz, Skz, Tbz stuff but that's not surprising. Did you see Woo and Changbin "fighting" lmao both groups embarrassed me so much... some idols just went there to mess around and I respect that. And Kang Yeosang archery king huh?!

You know listening to the album with friends and just banging our heads, dancing is a great experience and makes me enjoy the album more, I'm not focusing on the things that throw me off. 💗

The trend of remaking old cartoons, seriously the 3D Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse, Bob's "glow up" yikes yikes yikes. I still remember the intro to Noddy noooooooo... I never actually got into Ben 10, but lots of people were obsessed, I think it came out a bit later?

Yeah I obviously wouldn't wear any of those wedding fits unprovoked, because why should I, but in the context it's okay and sometimes something you have to do in order to respect the culture. Like in Korea they made me wear a Hanbok for Chuseok, haha. It was a nice experience and I felt good being able to participate in other cultures.

Thankfully some shops are missing like ktown4u, MMT but I just know there will be so many rounds from shops like Wonderwall, Makestar etc 🤡 we ordered from almost all shops, so hopefully I'll get all my Hwa's, if not with the first batch then the second. But I won't tell you cause you're the stealer :(

"...fine." you grumble so quietly you're unsure if he even heard it - until you hear the giddy squeal come out of your boyfriend's mouth from the other side of the door, catching you so off guard that you can't help but let out a snort. before you even have a chance to do so yourself, gojo swings open the door and catches you as you stumble out.

he grins at you cheekily, one eyebrow raised and a low whistle sounding from his lips. "you were already wearing it?" he asks, and before you can respond a bright light flashes in your eye, and you realise he's taking pictures.

"satoru!" you go to cover your head, immediately regretting your decision. "i'm changing back right now!" you exclaim and try to rush back into the bathroom, only to be stopped by him pulling you back gently, his chest colliding with your body.

you didn't think last week that your saturday night would be spent waiting on your boyfriend's bed, dressed head to toe in a bunny girl outfit while you waited for him to get done showering. it originally began when nobara showed you a funny tiktok of someone else pranking their significant other while they were dressed in a bunny outfit, and you'd both joked about doing it to your respective significant others. you had teased nobara, doubting that maki would be flustered even by such an outfit, which then led her to tease you about how fushiguro wouldn't even bat an eye at it. and, well, here you are.

you want to blame nobara for this entire fiasco, but you can't help the scratch of curiosity you yourself have about your antisocial boyfriend's reaction. if you're being entirely honest, the thought of making him flustered makes you a bit giddy. you decide to wrap yourself in his bed covers, seeing that fushiguro's designated showering time is ending soon, and then duck your head under the covers like a child hiding from a monster. the door lock clicks, and you hear the familiar sound of the sliding door.

"what are you doing?" fushiguro asks, closing the door behind him as he makes his way over to the mound on his bed. you giggle and hug the covers closer.

"take a guess," you tease, and you were sure if you could see him he'd be rolling his eyes.

"i don't know," he responded bluntly, "are you cold? i'll warm you up." you could hear the slight grumble in his voice at the last part, clearly still getting used to voicing his affections. it made your heart flutter a little, and you decided to stop teasing, mostly because it was the first time today you'd be able to see your boyfriend's face. you quickly pulled the covers back, sitting up on his bed as you stared up at fushiguro with an innocent grin.

"wha?!-" fushiguro spluttered, pink immediately beginning to stain his cheeks. his mouth hang open as he stared at you, eyes rapidly glancing around your outfit. "what are you doing?" he asked, gulping obviously after his sentence.

"what do ya think?" you teasingly asked, deciding to stand up and give a quick spin around, only flustering fushiguro further. "maybe this should be my halloween outfit? oh, we could even match! you could be a magician-" fushiguro let out a noise similar to a growl, and the next thing you knew, you were back in his bed, covers one again wrapped around your body like a cloak.

"no." he said plainly, and you had to hold back your laughter.

"no? no what, love?" he scrunched up his face at the nickname, but you could tell he liked it just by the simple fact that he'd never told you to stop. your teasing smile dropped when he leaned in closer, his breath ghosting on your ear as he whispered,

"i wanna be the only one to see you that way."

INUMAKI TOGE ►

...and now here you are, dressed in a bunny girl outfit, standing in the middle of your boyfriend, inumaki toge's, room. the outfit was bought last halloween as a complete joke between the three of you, and you had completely forgotten about it afterwards, keeping it in the deepest part of your closet. how had maki even come up with that on the spot? damn her brains. your phone pinged, vibrating on inumaki's desk where you had put it, and you glanced over to see nobara's text;

'he's coming!!'

the simple message made your heart pound, your head frantically snapping back to look at the door as you waited for your boyfriend to come through. you held your breath when you heard a key being inserted into the door, and a small noise of surprise when inumaki realised the door wasn't locked. he quickly understood that you were most likely in his room.

"kombu-" inumaki froze, quite literally froze. it reminded you of the times he'd unzipped his collar and whispered the words "don't move,", his enemies bodies going rigid just as his just did.

you began to speak, and then realised, what the fuck were you meant to say in this situation? you'd been so focused on when inumaki would come through the door, you hadn't even thought about what to say when he did. you quite literally felt the way your heart fluttered when you heard inumaki let out a quiet breath, and you heard him whisper,

"wow."

it was already rare to hear your boyfriend's soft voice, even when he was simply speaking in onigiri ingredients, and you were shocked that you had caused this much of a reaction from him.

inumaki finally took back control of his body as he dropped the plastic white bag full of late-night snacks he was out getting, quickly shutting the door behind him and rushing over to you. his arms snaked around your waist, and you stumbled when he pulled you from the middle of his room to his bed.

"toge!" you yelled, arms wrapping around him automatically. you giggled when he began bombarding you in kisses, kissing you on the tip of your nose, the corners of your mouth and continually along your jaw, each a sweet peck full of affection that was more than enough to convey inumaki's feelings. "toge," you whined, now lowering your voice, "maki and nobara are probably right outside the door!" inumaki continues to hold you close while he reaches into his shorts pockets, pulling out his phone and typing a quick message, still giving you sweet pecks as you read his text.

As Keigo’s assistant, you were no stranger to his shenanigans

Every day he was up to something, whether it was continuously trying to talk with you to continuously trying to flirt with you, you were used to it already

Today seemed to be different though

At first it started off like a normal day, the usual “Good morning, baby bird! Did you dream about me last night?” as he walked up to your desk, to which you always replied, “Not in a million years Mr. Hawks.” while keeping your eyes focused on your computer.

You expected him to walk away, like he usually does, but he continued to stand there looking at you. When you looked up, you noticed he had a frown on his face and his arms were crossed

“May I help you, sir?” You asked, finally turning your attention towards him

Once he had your full attention, he walked towards your chair, and to your surprise, he picked you up bridal style

“U-um, Sir? What are you doing?” The confusion clear in your voice as he walked towards his desk

“You’re gonna work with me today, baby bird.” He said as he sat in his chair placing you on his lap

You were incredibly confused. Usually, he left you alone after you replied to his flirty comment, so why were you on his lap right now as he was logging into his computer?

When you realized the situation, you started blushing like crazy

You had to admit, you did have a pretty big crush on your boss, but you always hid your feelings, fearing that it would interfere with your work.

When he hugged your waist, you were snapped out of your daze. He didn’t seem to care about you little jump though, because he placed his head on your shoulder and started typing away on some reports

Remembering you had your own work to do, you tried to slip your way off of his lap, to which he reacted by squeezing you tighter and grunting

“Uh, Mr. Hawks, I have some work I need to finish, can you please let go of me?” The blush on your face turning darker because of his reaction

“I’m giving you the day off, just stay here.” Now, you weren't going to complain about getting the day off, especially if you were able to spend it on your crushes lap

ith nothing to do, you decided to check your phone to see if there were any hero updatesKeigo had night patrol, so you wondered if he were to have done anything interesting

Once you tapped on the news app, the first thing you saw was his name in bold letters, “Pro Hero Hawks Hit With A Cling Quirk After Fierce Battle” you kept on reading, the article explained that the quirk makes the victim cling to the person they love the most

After reading the article, you decided you should act bolder around the office from now on...

You and Shinsou did everything together, the two of you were best friends and you went to the same school, did you really expect anything else?

So when he didn’t meet you after school to walk back to the dorms, you knew something was up

You texted him at least 20 times and called him about 12 times, all to which he didn’t answer

Feeling disappointed, you walked to your locker and put your stuff away, then started to walk to the dorms alone for the first time in 2 years

It had been about 3 hours after school let out, and you still hadn’t heard anything from Shinsou, panic starting to run through your head

As you got ready to go out to look for him, you heard a light knock on the door in the familiar pattern you and your bestie came up with your first year of high school

You quickly walked to the door and opened it, a drowsy looking Shinsou in front of it

As soon as he looked up to your face, he yawned and reached his arms out, as if asking for a hug

Confused, you leaned into him, and hugged him

What you were not expecting was for him to completely collapse in your arms, leaving you to almost topple over

As you gained back your footing, you stood there in silence, not sure what to do

When you heard his breathing get heavy, you figured you should probably lay him down somewhere.

You dragged him to your bed and tried your hardest to not wake him while lifting him up

You knew he got poor sleep, but you didn’t know it was this bad

“Jeez, you gotta start taking better care of yourself Hitoshi...” you said, running your hand through his hair, he opened one eye and looked up at you

“s’ not my fault... some loser... hit me with their quirk or something...” his voice heavily laced with sleep

Understanding his situation, you chuckled, he opened his eye again and scooted over making room for you, “Sleep with me...” he said groggily

Now, this was an offer you weren’t going to pass up! You got in the bed next to him and he wrapped his arms around you

You hugged him back, and sooner than later, the two of you slipped into a deep slumber together
