LARUEEEEE 😭😭😭😭😭😭 HE’S HEREEEEE HE’S HOME…… MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT CANONICALLY QUEER SIDE CHARACTER……. the narrator referring to the two of them as ”team geto” made me SOB but more on that later i’m just. so happy to see him??? one of my favorite side characters???? i never thought he’d get more screentime?????

and that goes for miguel too!!! i adore them BOTH and they looked so pretty this chapter …. T_T hhhhh

miguel is so handsome ….. just one chance plspls king :’3 i’m hoping more screentime will get him more fics…… maybe specifically x reader fics…….. just a thought……….. (yes i have a miguel/reader drabble in wips no i don’t know when i’ll get to writing it 💔) and larue my gay bestie he rlly is so pretty!!!!!! hhhhh i missed them sm :(((((

he’s so cute …. andddd while we’re talking abt this interaction!!! i loved loved loved that miguel got the chance to lecture gojo on his racism. and so blatantly too !!!!!! it feels so refreshing to have a shounen manga where casual racism is acknowledged and not just treated as a gag…. and gojo apologized (albeit a lil casually but i do think it was genuine. that’s just kinda how gojo talks </3)

SPEAKKKKK YOUR TRUTH KING ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ LET HIM HAVE IT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ personally i think gojo should’ve let his infinity down so miguel could get a couple good smacks in but that’s just me. (miguel looks so good here also!!!)

serving cunt since day one ….. where would we even be w/o her……. i AM very worried for my boys and that black flash at the end but :’3 this chapter made me feel hopeful….. it’s nice to see a good ol jumpjutsu kaisen 5v1 battle.

BUTTTTT with that out of the way!!!!! let’s talk about my absolute favorite part of the chapter (and why it’s one of my favorites in shinjuku)….. which is ofc. the talk between miguel and larue. i absolutely unabashedly ADORE geto’s family and i’ve been waiting to see them again for so long!!! to learn more about them, their feelings towards geto, their feelings after his passing…… and i finally got it. and it was just…. so, so good. wow.

like …. this page almost made me cry. genuinely. i adore larue so much and it was so nice to see him again….. he’s definitely my favorite member of geto’s family (excluding geto himself ofc) and clearly the most heartfelt!!! there’s the scene in shibuya where he stops the rest of the family from harming each other because he knows that’s the last thing geto would want, he calls everyone by their first name…. it just feels like he understood geto the most. understood that what geto cared about above all else was his family, not his own plan (hot take maybe?? but i’ll die on that hill).

and goshhhh…… ”we all loved suguru-chan” :((( you don’t UNDERSTAND how emotional i feel rn. i mean we basically already knew this but it just feels so nice to get confirmation on how loved geto was!!! not just by a couple members of his family, but by all of them!!!! i think it’s so telling that even miguel, who acts a bit colder than someone like larue, was willing to help geto and grew to love him. geto is just such a sincere character at his core and i think that’s how he won them all over. but aaaa i’m just :((((( they loved him!!!!! and he loved them just as much!!!!!! i’ve said this before but i NEED a slice of life spinoff manga only featuring geto and his family.,, they mean so much to me.

and i haven’t even MENTIONED larue’s speech????????????? how lovely it is?????? how sick it is????????????? his version of mourning makes me so unbelievably emotional :(((( geto would be so fucking proud of them i can picture him looking up at them from the fiery pits just CHEERING as they punch sukuna…… sniffle sniffle. he loves them!!! and they love him!!!!!!

also obviously i NEED to mention this bc it broke me. i’ve seen people making jokes about what miguel says AND I GET THAT bc i too love joking about how geto is definitely in hell but. this line is very tragic to me!!! or maybe not tragic but it’s definitely somber. i don’t think it’s meant to be humorous, it’s there as a grim reminder of the things geto and his family did…. they loved each other but they were villains. there’s no denying that. larue is obviously a bit of a romanticist but miguel is enough of a realist to call him out on it, and i think that gets his personality across so well. because he still ends up agreeing to join larue in the fight!! those words got to him!!!! seeing his expression crumble in this page made my heart ache :((((… they were villains but they loved each other so earnestly. and i just adore them so so much!!!

okay i think ….. that’s all …….. suchhhh a wonderful chapter. it made me insane!!!!! i love miguel and i love larue and i’m hoping they’ll survive this :((

(….. but . i mean … if they end up dying ……. there’s the slightest chance we’ll get an afterlife scene of geto and his family, so …. um ……. yk …….. 👉👈 maybe . some sacrifices will have to be made……..)

top 3 favorite layton games?

this is a leftover from when i asked for layton asks but im stashing the ones i didnt answer away for the winter …….

you will never guess what sweeetrandalls favorite layton game is. on a subjective level i love miracle mask, i really love the desert casino city setting, i love the flashback segments and learning about hershel as a teen, i love the akbadain part, and i love RANDY. i grew up in a desert-y city so it feels like home for me. but objectively i also think it has a bunch of flaws, the 3d models look kind of funny, the mocap cutscenes are pretty bad, the pacing is fucked at some parts, and i will always prefer the design of the ds games over the 3ds games.

that being SAID…..it remains my favorite. whenever it gets any acknowledgement by level 5 (it tends to get left out a lot) im like look gary there i am

second is unwound future because obviously. Objectively the best layton game and always the one i send people to if they want to get into the series. I feel like it hits all the hallmarks of what makes layton great, it feels cozy but the story is still grandiose and exciting, the characters are charming … future london is a very very cool city and i especially love the dingy feel, yellow sky and the gear motif. and it has the hottest guy everrrrrr in it squee!

third is a tough decision. i place diabolical box and last specter on the same level of quality. i think folsense is so so so so awesome, the nighttime setting really sells it for me, but the meandering in that farm town was annoying and i think antons family drama wasnt THAT interesting. sorry. but it gets the atmosphere down perfectly. Last specter used to be a game i HATED … but having replayed it these past few weeks its a lot more charming than i remember. Descole is always a treat to have even if he disappears into the ether at the end. its the first game you see layton get excited about archaeology, and since its the first game chronologically seeing him struggle to adapt to having both emmy and luke around after a presumably lonely 17 years of loss is cute. you see a lot of everyones personality. even if i think loosha being there was stupid i dont even mind that much. so i think its a tie between them…

So... yeah, Iris West...

EDITED TO SAY SOME TRULY NICE FOLKS (NOT BEING SARCASTIC) HAVE POINTED OUT THAT I’VE MISTAGGED THIS POST AND SHOULD HAVE PUT ANTI IN FRONT OF THE TAGS I USED. I NOW KNOW AND WILL BE MINDFUL GOING FORWARD.

TO THE OTHER VULGAR INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE SO DISCONNECTED FROM REALITY THAT THEY COULD NOT HAVE CIVIL BANTER OVER A FICTIONAL CHARACTER ON A TELEVISION SHOW, I SUGGEST THERAPY MAYBE? OR SOME DECAF. THANKS FOR THE REMINDER THAT IT DOENS’T TAKE MUCH TO TIP PEOPLE INTO THE DARK SIDE OF THEIR PERSONALITIES. Potential spoilers inside...

I’m not sure how many people out there will agree with me but Iris West is one of the most annoying characters on tv everrrrrr. She is my least favorite person on tv right now for so many reasons. Yes yes, she’s who supposed to end up with Barry but man does she rub me the wrong way!

Where do I start?

1. Iris is manipulative (ultimatums thrown at Eddie, flirting with Barry after she finds out he’s interested in Linda etc)

2. Iris is a control freak

3. Iris has a deep seated need to belong and so inserts herself where she does not belong (much like Laurel from Arrow)

4. Really, what is her role in the group??

From the beginning, I never liked how Iris didn’t seem to know that Barry liked her or was in love with her. It’s a ridiculous idea that she was so clueless to the way he looked at her at the very least! And this is after years and years of them knowing each other. This is one of her smaller sins and I guess for the sake of the show, we’ll have to suspend our belief here.

She was particularly nasty when Eddie couldn’t share with her what was going on at work with The Flash (thanks to Joe) and really, why should he share sensitive work stuff when she herself would have died before revealing a source to anyone? Double standard much? She then only starts flirting with Barry once Linda came on the scene. Yuck. I feel as though, if he and Felicity were to be given a chance around that time (not now tho - OLICITY ALL THE WAY! LOL!) Iris would not have stood a chance because Felicity would have been his rock and his intellectual equal. She’s sexy as hell and would be able to talk sense in to him when needed. Iris would not have been able to realistically squeeze in there between them.

As the show has gone on and she’s now in the know, she spends her days at the lab (seriously, does she work anymore?) getting in the way, literally running from one team member to the next asking questions and really just being useless. Over time, she’s just grown to be the one who opposes everything or the one who causes trouble whenever she decides to work for a living and be a “reporter”. How many times has Iris put herself in the way for the team (read Barry) to come rescue her? It’s like she knows she’s utterly useless and when she’s particularly down and out about it, she runs off to do something dumb to have them come save her and reassure her that she’s valid. Last season I was cheering when I saw that Savitar had “killed” her. That probably makes me not so nice BUT remember it’s just a character not a real person LOL! They killed off another character who had a chance at love so that she could survive and so that she and Barry could continue their dance.

Let’s talk about when Wally got his powers. Oh man, the green eyed monster reared its ugly head once again. She was so upset that she began throwing tantrums and outright forbidding her grown brother from using his powers all under the guise of her fearing for his safety. Come on! It was so obvious that she was jealous that everyone around her (except for her dad who really didn’t care for all that) had powers and she didn’t. She tried to scare Wally in to sitting out missions and when that didn’t work, she tried to guilt him. When that too failed, she went sulking to Barry who molly coddled her as usual. He then proclaimed that he couldn’t do what he did without her. Like seriously, Barry, nearly everyone on the team, past and present, even those from other shows namely Oliver and Felicity have been able to reassure and point Barry in the right direction. Iris really is not needed.

Fast forward to when the Samurai came to town demanding that The Flash come out and play and while Barry was in in his stupor (side bar - see what I’m talking about when I say that Iris is one contrary cow? The team wants to bring back Barry and she’s all NO! and she’s scared and then gets angry that Sisco - being an independent person and a friend of Barry’s - goes ahead and works on bringing him back. Like Sisco needed her darned permission! I think that she just liked being in charge and pushing everyone around in Barry’s absence. SMH!) she goes up to the Samurai and gets it to take her so that Barry would be so shook he’d come out of his stupor and go save her. Sigh. It worked and that annoyed me. It would have been great to see that absolutely fail and she have an “OH CRAP” moment. But nah, the show went all cliche and he snapped out of it in time to save her.

Yay.

Last week’s episode made me grind my teeth when she got all mad that Barry was doing his thing (the writers wanted to show that she had some worth by making him make extra stupid decisions that made her look like she was right) and not consulting her. Like really, he has to ask her to blow off “training”? He’s the darned Flash that came back better than when he went in and she wants him to consult with her on training? Yep, not controlling at all. And that speech she gave him about he’s not The Flash, We are The Flash - GRRRRRR - she’s almost as needy as Laurel was in The Arrow... hiding behind bushes watching Sarah and Oliver go save the day. I’ve never rejoiced more so than when Laurel kept getting beaten up in the beginning LOLOL! Man, when can we see Iris getting some humble pie served to her? Poor Barry, that crap can only work on him because he’s so smitten with her. Might not work with another guy but Barry’s an easy fish.

And now to yesterday’s episode when they were in forced therapy (we see Iris forcing therapy and a wedding on this poor sap and so as not to upset her, he goes along with it even though he has misgivings about it) she blurts out how angry she is with him because he just left her there (and went in to the speed force) - I was so mad when she said that. Like, wasn’t the world around them LITERALLY tearing apart because of the void in the speed force? Did he have a choice? Was there an easy and immediate option for them other than him going in to the speed force and correcting his mistake? How was it now all about her? Barry did not have a choice and this is just another but BIG example of how this character twists things to make everything all about her.

She’s manipulated her father, her brother, been nasty to her dying mother, played with both Barry’s and Eddie’s emotions and forced herself on a team that has been doing fine without her interference. She knows she won’t be missed if she ACTUALLY went to work - so she continues to be there in the lab being one of the most annoying characters on tv right now.

I finally put together the the questions and answers for our one and only vampire hunter Abner from the “Ask the cast” journals, almost 5 years after putting together the ones for Casimiro, Finas and Toni! With a few bonus questions for Paradox (and Worth and Conrad briefly appearing ). Enjoy!

"SO! Abner! Why are you so germaphobic? >.> You're going a little overboard, I think."

Abner: I do not think one chooses to be germaphobic and to what extremes.

"@Abner: So. Vampire hunter, eh?"

Abner: That's the rumor.

"Abner: So what's the truth?"

Abner: The same as the rumor.

"Abner's ferret: Arenchoo cuuute."

"Worth: You and Abner in a fight. Could you take him? Abner: Same question."

Worth: COMPLETELY. Totally. Mysophobic dick.

Abner: ...yes.

Abner: A while. He can be a bit handy, he sneaks into tight places quite well.

"Abner: Were you trying to go for the cyberpunk look, or did it just sort of happen with the mixture of gear you wear?"

"Mr. Abner: Srsly, can't you just pick on Cas and Finas? Poor Connie gets his ass kicked all the time. Don't you think he could at least have one day off?"

"To Abner: Do you always wear goggles and a doctor's mask? Oh and why do you wear them anyways?"

Abner: I don't like fluids getting near my eyes our my mouth or really touching me in any way. I wear them as long as I am out.

And Abner, you seem to have one of my ferrets. I don't actually want that one back, but would you like the other ferret too? They cause four times as much trouble when you have two of them. I swear the other one is much cuter than the one you have there.

Abner: My ferret is just perfect for me.

"To Abner: What got you into the business of vampire hunting? Also, good choice in having a ferret. But was there a reason you chose a ferret as a companion?"

Abner: It is complicated, but thank you. Para is a very good ferret, though it happened more by chance than me picking him.

"For everyone: if you could have one wish granted, what would it be? No wishing for more wishes, and that "I want world peace" schlock won't get you any points here."

Abner: 😐

"Abner: Are you related to Hanna in any way?"

Abner: I sure hope not.

"Abner: I know you hunt vampires, but what about ... zombies? And werewolves? Are those fair game?Also, m-may I pet your ferret 8[;;"

Abner: I specialize in vampires, I try not to bite off more than I can chew. There are many and hard to deal with. You may, of course.

"@ Abner What's your furry buddy's name? You must like the fella a lot to like it a lot to let it climb all over you... Did you have to disinfect him/her?"

Abner: His name is Paradox. I bathe him regularly though he is safe so he does not gross me out.

Abner: Paradox is very intelligent, but no ... superpowers.

"Abner: How often do you have to clean your equipment dude? Do you like, carry disinfectant wipes to clean them off at every possible chance or what? All those germs building up on the outside of them everywhere you go...and then do you sleep with them on? ...oh sorry that's more than one question."

Abner: I clean my equipment very frequently, I keep proper tools around. When I sleep I try to pick someplace not contaminated then I may take off the mask...

"Abner: What did you want to be as a kid before you wanted/became a vampire hunter? What did you do before hunting the oogie-boogies?"

Abner: I wanted to be an engineer. I was an engineer.

"Abner: Funky outfit bro, real funky. Where'd you get it?"

Abner: Ah, thanks. I accumulated it?

Abner: There's not a lot of them out there.

Heya, Abner- I'm a bit of a mysophobe too! Got any tips either get rid of some of those quirky tendencies or should I just harness them and use them to my advantage?"

Abner: Probably the latter.

"Abner: did your mother often told you to wash your hand? And how's your mother, btw? (I hope I'm not poking at a delicate subject...)"

Abner: She is quite fine. She did insist I wash hands quite often.

"Abner: Why not just invest in a ski mask ? :0 Or a nice, big motorcycle helmet. Granted, peripheral vision would be a bitch. But it seems to me like blood and other bodily fluids would still splatter on yer face; there's just that bit of skin exposed between your mask and goggles, yanno. And then, there's your hair to think about ... :'D"

Abner: Yes, that happens, but helmets and things tend to trap...my own sweat.

"Abner: WHAT IS YOUR FERRET'S NAME, IS IT A BOY OR A GIRL, AND DO YOU LOVE IT. I MUST KNOW THIS. *is leaning uncomfortably close to Abner's face as she says this and giving him a semi-creepy stare*"

Abner: ...Paradox. Boy. I do. /puts hand on face and pushes away

"Abner: *is shoved* IF YOU SHOVE MY FACE IMMA BITE YOUR FINGERS OMNOMNOM! *does so*"

Abner: Mn, you're a bit feral, aren't you?

Abner: I'm guessing you're not much into relationships?"

Abner: Not so much.

@Abner: Please either leave Conrad alone or make him into a braver man. Don't "kill" him, please!"

Abner: I'm not sure the latter is possible.

"Abner: You have a shotgun, goggles, a mask & what appears to be a ferret. Are you aware that you're quite possibly the coolest character EVERRRRRR?"

Abner: Ah, am I?

"and to Abner: So you neutralize vampires, eh? How do you feel about werewolves, selkies, ...zombies?Also, if someone coughed on your face, would you wussy out?"

Abner: No I don't wussy out I would shoot them. Werewolves, selkies and zombies are fine.

"Abner: You look like you have one of the BADDEST ASSES I've ever seen. How are you so awesome and how can I be more like you?"

Abner: Thank you. I'm not sure I'm that badass and I wouldn't recommend following my foodsteps either. It's not the brightest path.

"To Abner: have you always been a mysophobe? What other phobias do you have? Hmmm? Oh, and your ferret is pretty badass too."

Abner: Thank you, Para is wonderful. I have always had ... these issues yet.

"Abner, are you sure calling your ferret 'Para' has nothing to do with your no-longer-secret obsession with the parapara dance craze?"

Abner: I am pretty sure I have never parapara danced.

"And Abner, you germaphobic nutter, do you ever eat at restaurants? 'Cause you never know what goes on in those kitchens if you can't see them, right? What if the chefs aren't washing their hands? What if the floor is dirty? What if there's an angry employee spitting in all the food?! YOU DON'T KNOW."

Abner: I don't. I cook for myself.

"Does your ferret friend, Mr. Paradox, is it? Well, does he steal things like my ferret does? Because we just found her stash recently and uh... I'm curious if you've ever dealt with this issue as well."

Abner: He does gather things, yes.

"Abner; Is that a black-masked Ferret I spy on your shoulder?"

Abner: It is.

"To Abner: Aren't you worried at all that because of your over-protection from germs that you're actually doing yourself harm in the long-run, since your immunity must be weaker than average person due to the lack of a chance to develop?"

Abner: I believe that would be my problem and I will take care of it should it arise.

"Abner: You are aware that ermines and the like carry a number of diseases, right?"

Abner: Yes. I am aware. It's complicated.

"Oiiiiiii Abner! 'Sup, man?Say, that's a MIGHTY fine rifle you've got there, mind if I give it a go?"

Abner: Thank you, but I don't really like other people touching it. "

”Abner, what caused your germophobia? And what would you do if you got stuck in a dumpster full of nasty, nasty stuff?"

Abner: I would be very very unhappy.

"Abner: *pokes*"

"Abner: How and why did you choose Paradox as a companion?"

Abner: I suppose it is easiest to say that it just happened and not a lot of choosing went on. He is very smart though and beats people when it comes to company.

"Abner: Would you ever touch Mrs. Blaney?"

Abner: I would never touch a lot of people. But Mrs Blaney is on that list as well, if you need clarification.

"Abner: How do you pay rent? Is there like a vampire extermination company?"

Abner: .....yes.

"Abner - What is your favorite brand of hand-soap?"

Abner: I am not sure there needs to be a favorite.

"Abner: how many guns do you have and what kinds? Which one is your favorite?"

Abner: Several. I'm partial to my shotgun, but have handguns ready should I need them.

"Abner: Do you have an aversion to yogurt, what with all the bacteria it contains?"

Abner: Are you mocking me?

"Abner: I'd like your honest opinion on a "gentleman" of Doc Worth's stature and personality and general lack of hygiene-- please?"

Abner: He's disgusting and if he were a vampire I'd happily relieve the world of his presence.

Worth: Bring it.

"Conrad- What sort of eyesight problem do you have? Abner- Can you help get rid of the cockroaches in my apartment?"

Conrad: Nearsighted. And I wouldn't ask Abner, he'd probably just try to shoot buckshots into the cockroaches.

Abner: /eyes Conrad warily/

Conrad: Don't shoot me too....

"Abner: Do you speak more than one language? I'd imagine that might be useful in your profession."

Abner: I do enjoy linguistics.

"Abner: Were you ever made fun of or called crazy for your obsessive compulsiveness or your mysophobia? I for one hate it when that happens; we aren't crazy, just careful..."

Abner: I agree, though I confess that I am a bit crazy but for other reasons. I won't deny it.

"Abner: *surprise hug*"

Abner: Just be careful.

"Abner: Aren't you freaked out by public transit?"

Abner: It is uncomfortable.

"Abner: How exactly do you define a person as being "safe" or "unsafe"?"

Abner: Of course. Just wash your hands first.

"Abner: DO YOU KNOW YOU LOOK LIKE PROFESSOR MEMBRANE? /shot"

Abner: ...who.

"Abner - What is your favored method of killing vampires, and how does your hatred for touching bodily fluids influence that?"

Abner: I like to kill them in various ways. I try to see each target as an experiment in the medium. Finding a method of death suited to them is also quite entertaining. Guns are a favorite tool, and generally fluids aren't a problem due to the layers I wear.

"Abner: Are you your own boss, or do you work for someone?"

Abner: My own boss.

"To Abner: Would I be considered Safe or Unsafe? How exactly do you decide what's safe or unsafe?"

Abner: Unsafe. I do not know you.

"Abner: Tell me more about Paradox. Because I've heard ferrets are incredibly dirty and nasty. But now, I like them more because I hear they're cute. How do you find time to keep him clean while vampire hunting?"

Abner: Hunting is on my own time, so there is plenty of time to keep Paradox clean.

Montgomery De La Cruz Imagine #1 (AKA FIRST ONE EVER)

It was 11:45 AM, only fifteen more minutes for lunch time. Y/N’s favorite time because she was always reading a new book every week and that’s basically all she did in her free time; reading calmed her and it became her very own stress reliever ever since her parents announced their divorce. this week it was “Everything Everything” seeing as the movie was coming out this week, on Friday to be exact and she was a sucker for love stories. Most times she would ditch her friends and eat in the library to read in a peaceful place without the ruckus of annoying students in the cafeteria. After, impatiently waiting for lunch, the bell rang and she basically ran to the library with her paper bag lunch clutched in her hand. Ever since she started reading at lunch in the library, she had found a secluded table towards the back of the library. She speedily made her way over and stopped as she noticed it was already occupied. She bit her lip and decided to walk closer trying to figure out who the person was and if she knew them. As she got closer, she saw a brown haired boy and noticed he had slammed his fist on the table, it was loud to her since she was right by him. She knew Montgomery since she had tutored him last year in History and he was in some of her class this year; she wouldn’t say they were friends though. Maybe a small “hi” or “how are you” was exchanged between the halls or out in the field but she couldn’t deny she wished she was close friends or just have him notice her. She wanted to know the real him and not the Montgomery who pushed students into lockers or acted like an ass to look cool. She licked her lips and approached him “Hey Monty, you’re sitting at my table” she whispered to him in a teasing tone as she approached his table. He quickly looked up s he heard her voice and locked eyes with her. “Oh hey Y/N, i’m sorry. I can leave if you want. I was just studying and yeah but i can leave since you probably want to be alone at your table…” he wandered off, sheepishly since he couldn’t even complete a sentence in front of her, because in all honesty, Montgomery admired Y/N and wished he would gain the guts to keep some kind of friendship with her. He assumed that since everyone knew about his reputation, she wouldn't want to associate with him. Meanwhile, Y/N wished to befriend him and possibly even more. She softly giggled and shook her head as he rambled, “it’s okay, I don’t mind sharing as long as you share your Cheez-its with me” she nodded off to the opened bag of her favorite snacks that were by his books. He shot her a grin and nodded “deal” he said moving is backpack to an empty chair beside him. Y/N sat down on the chair to his left side and reached for her book in her backpack and opened up the part where she left off reading last night. She was halfway in chapter 11, when she noticed Monty was making the table shake causing her to softly giggle. She looked over at him, “are you okay? Do you need some help?” she softly asked him. Monty bit his lip and shook his head “I feel so stupid, I never understand what goes on in class and I just feel like a failure” he said as he frowned and dropped his head down. Y/N’s heart swelled at him and and his answer, she placed one hand on his back, soothingly rubbing her hand up and down, “you’re not stupid, Mont and you’re definitely not a failure, either. Don’t put yourself down, okay?” She assured him. He instantly got a smile on his face to her little pep talk and nodded, looking over at her “thank you” he said softly. “So what are you having trouble with here?” she asked pushing her book to the side and leaning over to see Mont's work. “Chemistry” he mumbled in an irritated voice. She chuckled, “yeah, Chemistry is a pain in the ass although if you do less talking you can learn more” she teased him as she would constantly hear him chatting away in there Chem class every day. He shook his head and laughed, “Mr. Cooper has a voice that bores me to death,” he said jokingly. Y/N laughed “I don’t know. I think he has a lovely voice” she says disagreeing with him. After her comment, they both look at each other and laugh. She looked at Monty’s paper and shook her head, “you just need the date from last week’s lab and that will help you find the answers to this sheet” she pointed to the one in front of him. Montgomery's cheeks felt heated and he instantly felt stupid again since 1.) he didn’t have those lab notes and 2.) he needed her help to figure out that the lab notes were needed. She chuckled and turned back to reading, allowing Montgomery to work. After ten minutes, he turned to her, “so do you have the lab notes? I had a baseball game and left class early” he mentioned to her. This caused her to gasp and laugh pretty loud, “and what have you been doing for the past ten minutes Monty?” she asked him. He cheekily smiled at her, “I’ve been watching you read that book, not in a creepy way but you looked cute” he shyly said. She shook her head at his response and pulled her notes handing them to him. Another 10 minutes passed,Montgomery fully turned to her, leaning his head onto his arm, she looked up at him through her lashes and gave him a questioning look. “Isn’t the movie coming out on Friday?” he asked her curiously, she instantly grinned and nodded “yes! How did you know?” she asked him. He laughed “my sister keeps mentioning she wants to see it to her boyfriend” he said rolling his eyes and shrugging. Y/N nodded, “I hope he takes her, she might need a shoulder to cry on” she mentioned, biting her lip. “Do you?” He asked her, “Do I what?” she answered his question with a question. “Do you need a shoulder to cry on when you go see it on Friday?” he asked her once again. This caused her to blush and bite her lip with a soft chuckled. “Are you asking to be my shoulder to cry on?” she continued to tease him, wanting to hear him fully ask her. Montgomery playfully rolled his eyes, “you're going to make me fully say it?” he asked her, looking at her and receive a node from her. He jokingly sighed, “will you accompany me as my date to see Everything Everything with me Friday night and allow me to be the shoulder you cry on Y/N?” She grinned and nodded at his response, “yes, Monty. I would love to be your date and cry on your shoulder.”
