Harry stood at the kitchen finishing up breakfast, the sound of his daughter playing around in the living room filling his ears.

It was Mother's Day, a bittersweet day for him. His daughter, Violet, was the light of his life, but he couldn't help but feel hurt knowing that her mother was not around to share this special day.

Violet was a smart, sassy, funny and kind four year old girl, and everyone who met her would automatically fall in love with her and agree that she inherited her dad's charm.

That was what happened when YN met her.

YN had taken a job at Pleasing a year ago as the head of Marketing and Media, and she was over the moon about it.

She would never in a million years imagine that taking that job would lead her to meet Harry and completely fall in love with him, and the little carbon copy of him, of course.

YN had always been fond of children, but there was something special about Violet. She was a mini version of Harry, her intelligence never failed to impress her, and she found herself looking forward to spending time with her and Harry outside of work.

Over the past year, YN and Harry had grown closer, their friendship blossoming into something more and sharing so many touches and kisses that it was hard to keep count, YN never imagined herself in a relationship that involved a kid, but she couldn't be happier to be Harry's girlfriend and part of Violet's life.

"Daddy, Daddy, Happy Mother's Day!" Violet she exclaimed, holding out a handmade card adorned with glitter and stickers.

"Thank you, sweetheart. This is beautiful." Harry smiled, his heart swelling with love for his daughter.

Ever since Violet learned about the concept of Mother's day, she would make card for Harry and her Nana Anne every year, the entire family making sure the little girl never felt the absence of her mother on this day.

"When is YN coming? I want to give her her card too!" Violet said, holding out a card similar to the one she just gave him, but with a small drawing of what Harry guessed what her and YN holding hands.

"You made YN a Mother's day card?" Harry asked surprised, not expecting the gesture from his daughter.

"Yes, Daddy! YN is like my other mummy now, she makes me breakfast when she sleeps here and plays with me and does my hair, my friend Lana says her mummy does that with her, so YN is like my mummy!" the little girl explained excitedly, making Harry's heart melt, "So I made her a card too!"

Harry felt like he could cry, his daughter adored the girl he was in love with and that felt like if he head won the lottery.

"That's very sweet of you, darling," Harry said, pulling her into a hug. "YN will love it."

Just then, the doorbell rang, and Violet ran to answer it. YN stood at the door, a sweet smile on her face, and before she could greet them, Violet showed her the card with excitement.

"Happy Mother's Day, mummy YN!" Violet exclaimed, throwing her arms around her.

YN was completely shocked, kneeling down to Violet's level and hugging her back, looking at Harry with wide eyes, he just smiled fondly and raised his eyebrows teasingly.

"Thank you, Violet," YN replied, her eyes shining with tears, "You're the best daughter any mummy could ask for."

"Daddy made breakfast and I helped him!"

As they sat down to breakfast, Violet chattered excitedly about the gifts she had made for Nana Anne and how she had helped Harry prepare a special breakfast. Harry watched them, his heart felling full of love for the two most important girls in his life.

After breakfast, they went for a walk in the park, enjoying the weather and listening to Violet ramble about random things. As they sat on a bench watching Violet play, Harry took YN's hand in his and squeezed it gently.

"So, you're mummy YN now," Harry said, smirking at her.

"Harry! You could've gave me a heads up about that," YN spoke quickly, making Harry laugh, "I was so surprised, I almost peed myself."

"I'm sorry, love. It was a surprise for me too," he kissed the side of her head gently, "But if you don't feel comfortable I can speak to her about it."

"Are you kidding?" YN cut him off, "That was the sweetest thing someone has ever said to me, I can't believe she trusts me enough to call me her mommy."

"That's the sweetest thing, isn't it?" Harry said, smiling at YN. "Violet adores you, and I'm so grateful to have you both in my life."

"I'm the lucky one," YN replied, squeezing his hand. "I never imagined I'd find a love like this, a family like ours."

As they sat together, watching Violet play and enjoying each other's company, Harry knew that he had found his happiness. He had found love again, and this time, it was even more special because it included Violet.

Thoughts on the Arcana prologue

Well I absolutely love the art style, but it need more cut scenes...Also, when we're at the dining room in the Palace.....Why the Habanera is playing ? Why this exact theme? For me it sounds nothing like royal, maybe a but anxious, but I still have 0 ideas Why they chose this music for the palace. It sounds frivolous and bohemian, plus in Carmen it's sung by..fabric workers, no royal themes lol. So when I hear this at Nadia's place I'm like...Eh.?? Maybe for the creators this music sounds kinda arrogant? That's why you chose it?.. or simply liked if, bit for me I have no clue. Weird choice tbh (why not the variations on the dance of the Knights by Prokofiev then?.. at least it's more "royal")

Characters. Asra. Man is always going somewhere we don't know about, we're ruling the shop, we're still his student but he doesn't really care about us and um ahahahah I'd never chose his route for romance, only for the plot. He seems very shady, I still don't know what is he and how the MC and Asra met, and he has some weird relationships with Julian ig?.. He's pretty mysterious but as sneaky as the snake. No bad words abt Faust btw, Faust is fine.

Then we meet Nadia. Oh she looks just like the dream the prettiest girl I've ever seen but I also was so concerned that the countess herself visited our shop like that... Tbh I also have 0 trust to her, just like to Asra, but if Asra is sneaky, this woman is a politician. Lololol. Sorry. And when the story started saying that Lucio was dead...I was like "hm could it be you?.. A smart woman who made a perfect usurpation? No? Okay." But from what I've heard she's considered to be "understanding" and "empathic". Fine

Ensuite, we have Portia. I...liked that she is simple to approach and simple to escape. Idk I'm not interested in her, tbh. Guess I'll do her route after other characters' stories. She's like... she seems a very sidekick function to the MC. Nothing but a companion for Nadia and sometimes (?) Julian. She looks like she's from Greece with that hair. She like fine but boring...Idk

Who was next?.. Muriel?.. I don't know. So gives off massive Beowolf vibes by his appearance. But he's also looks like the hottest from all the gang. I'm intrigued of his chains and ghostly (idk why but he looks like a vision, like a ghost, like also something very mysterious thing) vibe, and judging by his appearance and behavior he's someone's slave maybe?.. Or he's like a gladiator, like a slave fighter. Idk, but I liked his image

Julian. Well, guess I found the reason why people play this game ahagsh. The silly-horny-dramatic-bittersweet guy who's a doctor so he's empathic and kind, buy he had some troubles with Count's case, like... a good criminal? I'm still not sure since now I'm saving up coins to buy the book and to read his route like that. I just like him. Yes for him it's normal to be at our shop at night bc he screams that he's weird yk, it's low-key normal for his status (not Nadia's). Guess I'll read his route first of all.

Lucio. He...looks like Dio. Lol I can't take him seriously, but he looks like he'd be funny to play though his route. Lol what the hell is in his mind, seems like he summoned the devil(aka the goat) or so, he's a total red flag and fcking insane but... I'm interested....

#its so weird. i feel like march 5th went on for more than a day somehow. i guess that's just bc we were awake for just abt all of it #my dad wanted to start doing things immediately so he was calling and scheduling all day. we went to the funeral home we went to the store #and it was weird bc as we were moving around it was like wow we r a 4 person family now. this is it. and theres so much to do after a person #dies. or at least there is when they were loved so much and jesus christ my mom was one of the best ppl a LOT of ppl knew. she did so much #for so so many ppl. and with her childhood she had every reason to b a fuck up but no she was kind and selfless and amazing. her mother is #trying to bask in the attention of her death when its like: truely go fuck urself. her being such a good person has nothing to do with u. u #treated her appallingly. fuck off. and fucking everyone knows it. god. she is a product of her grandparents kindness. and it sounds like her #dad was amazing like her. but he tragically died in a car wreck when she was 3. she was in the car. no one in my mums family believes in a #god now. too many bad things happened to the shining gems in a collection of wild alcoholics. but its not all bad. my family's staying close #my dad is taking it hard bc this means hes alone now and my mum took care of so many things bc she was so smart and he feels so dumb. he #feels he didnt deserve her. hes working on giving more hugs now. and hes using us to anxiously talk things out the way he did with mom #which is good. i cant imagine if this happened when we werent 3 adults and he was windowed with 3 kids to raise himself. and its funny. were #saying things we never would have told her. we looked thru pictures of her and she was so so beautiful. a total smoke show. my parents were #a cute couple who produced cute kids. and my mom had trouble communicating and being affectionate tho we knew she loved us there was #distance. theres a pic of my dad pulling her close and shes being tippef towarf her while standing away and thats indicitive of their #relationship. they were 2 partners who lived together independently and that worked but its sad bc my mum couldnt b vulnerable in her #expression. ppl r being so kind tho. ill be in ohio now for like 2.5 more weeks as the funeral stuff shakes out. we have to have 2 bc she #grew up away from her and so many ppl loved her in both locations. she was a popular lady. its so weird to b here on pause. but i feel clear #in my head. i think this will change a lot of my outlook on life. its nice to focus on the person she was and not the horrible 12hrs where i #saw her half dead. i cant imagine how awful it was for my sisters and dad to see her downslide into death. she didnt expect this to b The #Fever that killed her but it did and now she'll never finish a million things. and the house is full of pill bottles and all her junk and #unopened amazon packages and a truck with the fuel left on empty. bc she was an absent minded goofball. ay. well miss her so much #unrelated

Sorry I can’t stop thinking about the Wei Wuxian Is Tumblr Famous AU that only exists in my head bc I just KNOW he would post about his woes regarding trying to get a really cool guy he met to be his friend, and the replies to any and all posts he makes on this theme are F U L L of people expressing the general sentiment of “you are gay” with varying degrees of seriousness, until finally he gets really mad On Behalf Of Gay People And Also Friendship and he’s like “Come on you guys!!!!! Just because I think a guy is cool and I’m being honest and sincere about wanting to be his friend doesn’t mean I’m gay for him!!!! I’m not gay!!!! It wouldn’t be a problem if I was but I’m just!!!! Not!!!!!”
