Remus Lupin was sitting on his bed in sixth year, a pencil tapping on his chin. He heard shouting in the common room, most likely is friend, James Potter, and his crush, Sirius Black. Sirius was the one person he could never take his eyes off of. from the moment Remus met him, he was drawn to him. He only recently figured out what those feelings meant. He also recently figured out Sirius would most likely never feel the same.

He heard the yelling stall, and heavy, thundering footsteps up the stairs. Sirius burst through the door and look at Remus. They stood, staring and each other for about 10 seconds, before Remus said “Can I help you?”

Sirius, out of breath, walked over to him and sat by Remus. “Remus I have to tell you something. Please don’t get mad at me.”

Remus furrowed his eyebrows. “Okay?”

“I think i’m in love with you.” Sirius said.

Remus let out a surprised laugh. “you’re what?”

Sirius pouted, his lips curling down. “It’s not funny. I- Nevermind. Forget I said anything.” Sirius got up from the bed, face red like he was about to cry.

Remus grabbed his wrist and pulled him down into his lap. “Moony I don’t need pity.”

Remus laughed again, harder. He rested his head on Sirius’s chest where Sirius was straddling him.

“It’s not funny!” Sirius huffed defiantly. He tried to get up again, but Remus held him down.

“You’re funny.” Remus laughed, wrapping his arms around Sirius’s waist. He pulled Sirius onto his lap a bit more. Remus hovered close to Sirius’s face before leaning in and softly pressing his lips to Sirius’.

“I am not funny.” Sirius grumbled softly after Remus detached his lips.

Remus kissed Sirius’s face and mumbled “Youre pretty funny to me. and very pretty.”

i just completed a full rewatch of shera with my bf (yes ironic ik) and i forget how beautiful this show is in terms of writing every time oh my god. like the call backs of promises and the “stay”s and in the failsafe episode where catra begs adora to see and realize that shadowweaver is using her “why cant you see that” as a parallel to the portal dimension when adora begs catra in the same way. these two girls are just so in love with each other and the way they mirror each other in this show is so beautiful. when catra finally admits to being in love with adora and yet again begs her to stay. when adora’s perfect future is just her, catra as her wife and her friends living happily together. i’ll never be able to get over how much they love each other and how amazingly it’s portrayed

Guys I just noticed a parallel.

You know in this scene, where Will gives Hannibal his freedom. He says go be free, I won’t look for you, don’t think about me, we’re done. Then Hannibal gives himself up because he can’t live without him, doesn’t want to say goodbye and doesn’t want Will to forget him.

Well in this scene where Will tells Hannibal the dragon is dead. Hannibal gives Will his freedom and won’t bother him anymore and says “When life becomes maddening polite, think about me Will. Don’t worry about me.” That’s him letting him go and telling him to remember the pain he gave him so won’t want to return, basically saying don’t think about me anymore. But Will says no and mentions how the rejection was fake so Hannibal won’t forget him and because he doesn’t want to let Hannibal go, since he also can’t live without him.

It’s a parallel, they refused to let each other go even when actually given the chance.

everyone always commenting on how sweet percy is for dropping super romantic comments about annabeth, or their cutest moments together and funniest convos. and don’t get me wrong, i’m just as much a sucker for those as you guys are

but for me, it’s the little things that show how much he loves her that makes me so obsessed with them. like in chalice of the gods, he borrows her hat to complete the quest and afterwards, he puts it back to her size for her. it such a small thing to do - something annabeth likely won’t even notice - but it’s so effortlessly thoughtful. not to mention that despite how rushed he was when he put it on, he paid attention to what size it was for her much smaller head.

annabeth is a strong, determined, intimidating - many even say scary - young woman. and percy knows that better than anyone. but like… he takes care of her. he takes cares of her in both big ways and little ways that no one ever has for her, i just- UGHHHGH

The night sky was cloudless the evening Teddy sent the letters. The letter addressed to a ‘James Potter’, ‘Peter Pettigrew,’ and a ‘Sirius Black’.

Teddy ran to the edge of the dock where his friends arrived, screaming. “Harry! Mione! Ron!” He shouted as they noticed him and began running towards him.

“Teddy!”

They exchanged hugs and cheek kisses, with a little bit of “Did you cut your hair?”

“Guys, guys. I’ve got something to tell you.” Teddy whispered.

Harry raised his eyebrow. “What?” Teddy smiled and bit his bottom lip. “What!?” Harry asked again, exasperated.

“Come here.” Teddy said and ran towards the trees, where there was little chance they would be caught talking. “Okay, so you know how my mum and dad split after I was born?” He questioned. Harry, Ron, and Hermione nodded. “I found my dads old diary, because he’s been moping about lately, talking about love and how blissful it is while it lasts.” Teddy rolled his eyes.

“Yeah? And?” Ron asks.

“Let me read his first entry to you. ‘Honey, how you thrill me’”

“Uh huh?” Harry breathed. “Who’s the lucky woman?”

Teddy held up a finger to signal to wait. “‘Honey, i’ve heard about him before, I wanted to know some more, now I know what they mean…’”

“What else?” Hermione asked.

“‘He’s a love machine! Oh he makes me dizzy!’” Teddy exclaimed. “And so, we know he’s in love with a guy here, but it says that he had to leave because he thought my dad was cheating on him. But my dad says in the diary he was shopping for engagement rings! They were about to get married!”

Hermione covered her mouth. “That’s awful! Does it say Mr. Lupin tried to tell the mystery man that?”

“It says that he tried and the mystery man didn’t believe him.”

“Okay but why did this have to be so secretive?” Ron asked.

Teddy tutted. “Just wait, Ron. So basically I looked through his old photos and saw a picture dated the same date as the 1st diary entry. He has his arm around 3 guys! Peter Pettigrew, James Potter, and Sirius Black!”

“Yeah? What’s that got to do with anything?” Harry asked.

“So I want my dad to be happy! He’s been acting like an angsty teen! And…” Teddy trailed off.

“And…?” Hermione inquired.

“And I invited them all to come to my wedding!” Teddy told them.
