Nano 2023 Project Intro: Glass Hands
Synopsis: Eel is in self imposed exile with a curse on their hands, a curse that ruins everything around them. Despite their insistence on staying alone in this sleepy town, Eel finds themselves bewitched by the arrival of a tall, mysterious monster hunter named Lazuli. Unbeknownst to Eel, Lazuli has a curse of her own, as well as a duty to defeat a great monster - something she has to do by her hand and no one elses. With the threat of an ancient beast looming over the town, Eel and Lazuli decide to work together, forcing each to consider if staying lonely is something they really want.
Genres: fantasy, romance, queer themes
Characters: Lazuli (she/her), Eel (he/they/she)
Just a quick little intro for my nanowrimo project, for ~blog archive reasons~. I'm really excited about it! Title still a wip.

"I Promise"
Yet another illustration to appreciate one of my favourite fics out there: This one is based on Chapter 15 of How Do We Turn On The Light? by @moonyinpisces!
That scene with the coloured light just sparked something in me.

nanowrimo progress day 1 + 2
I dont think ive talked about my nanowrimo project yet but Huzzah! The working title is Glass Hands, but im honestly still looking for a different name. Monster hunters, transgenders, queer romance, all that jazz that i have been aching to write for a while. Day 1 was pretty good, stayed up so I could write some words first thing. Met my writing goal for day 1 and 2, so yay! 3k/50k words!
Chapter one is complete, and I only sort of know how chapter 2 will go. I want to start writing it nowww but I should probably stop now while I still have ideas for tomorrow :'D
