I'm excited about the Mattel theme park. I think Mattel should have a hige area for barbie and go beyond references to the 2023 movie and doll history. Gen z is very found of 2000s barbie movies, i think remaster the movies for a new generation and create a land with some of the most iconic scenaries and the movies and have meet and greet with the different barbies, some attractions, ballet presentations inspired by the movies and they can sell official merchandising of the movies again( Elinas and guardian fairies necklacez, fairy wings, crowns, mermaid tails, custom ballet shoes like in 12 princesses, wands, outfits and of course dolls). Pastel colors, glitter and magic the aesthetic is so beautiful it could be a rival to the most classic Disney princesses aesthetic which i think is Disney main advantage in theme park IP. They could have 2 Barbie boutiques with transformations like bibidi bobidi boo, 1 modern barbie and the other fantasy Barbie like this movie
I think these 5 movies have iconic and beautiful scenery that could justify
Nutcracker
This movie has such beautiful scenary and i think we could have a swings type of attraction when we take it all in from above like this scene on the movie
We could watch the couple dancing live
Swan lake
We could explore the magic florest with animals and later watch the characters dancing
Fairytopia
We could have sometype of experience when we gain wings
We could have mermaidia from the second movie too in this land
12 dancing princesses
We could have a boat ride to the magic place from their castle and end up with the dance that takes us back home
Magic of pegasus
We could have a ride when we fly between the clouds
and some type of pegasus carrousel
Bonus: princess and the pauper is very iconic and my favorite barbie movie but i dont think they should make a whole land for it because the scenery is not as interessing as from these other movie. But i think there should be a princess and the pauper show( with some iconic scenes from the movie) and meet and greet with Annelise, Erika and Preminger( such a iconic villain).
Universal also feel free to buy the rights to the old barbie movies park rights and do this too. Maybe put it on the studios park?

this is my gen z sailor moon backstory: i got into sailor moon from winx club (in a list of similar shows) so sailor moon on youtube is the first place i saw it when i was like 8/9, i was so entranced by episode one and the first opening and watching episode 1 for the first time on yt is something i would give to experience again
i grew up watching a lot of videos on sailor moon, so like that one with chibiusa, supreme moon senshi, fan transformations like starseed86, celurmouy eternal, etc and sailor moon sacrifice, one that had the same audio as "winx cascada remix" because i wanted "sailor moon cascada remix" (it is basically in terrible quality) i was introduced to anime stuff and basically precure and hatsune miku (the "miracle painting premium edition" has some beautiful visuals inspired by sailor moon)
97% of my sailor moon and related viewing was on like youtube and i watched the movies on vimeo and asked for them and got the vhs of Super S movie dub and webkinz but it wasnt 2008 it was 2012 lol. in the english cloverway dub they are refered to as their japanese pronounced names, so perle is peruru in english
of course i was obsessed with fairies (winx and disney fairies), and really liked the hummingbird fairies! i got the movie to feel like a "collector" though
what i like about the sailor moon community is that many fans of different age groups share overlapping experiences, things that people made when they were young like the fan videos can come back in a few years as well and reach new viewers :)
Thank you so much for sharing your story! Honestly, your story of growing up with Sailor Moon on Youtube is extremely similar to mine as a Millennial/Gen Z cusper; I got into SM at age 13 and much of my consumption of the series was on Youtube, both in the form of split up episodes and fan videos (shoutout to starseed86 and Celeurmouy omg!!! My absolute faves <3333). I also watched the series/movies on Vimeo and sketch-ass free anime watching sites lmao
I'm so glad to talk to someone with an experience that's so similar to mine, because so many older SM fans are basically "grew up on the DiC/Cloverway dub and eventually found the original version online." Which is super awesome!! But I've always wanted to talk to people who had that uniquely late 2000s/mid 2010s experience of finding the original series online and exclusively connecting to it via the internet for a while.

"Welcome to my dating website!"
You decide to try out a new dating website. It's filled with a cutesy theme of pinks and hearts. Your guide is a pixelated avatar. The screen shows her torso as the lines across the screen type out her words. The avatar is a petite woman with long dark brown curly hair and brown eyes. She wears makeup and a pink bustier matching in color with her lipstick. She has a painted heart on the left side of her face. As she talks there is a bigger pink heart floating beside her matching the theme of her website.
"Hi welcome to my dating website! My name is Abella and I'll be your guide."
"So you're interested in finding your match. Thankfully my website has a 90 percent accuracy with pairing couples. You've come to the right place! I'll need you to start with your profile. It will be used as a dating application for potential dates. The process is super simple. Only ten questions. Be sure to answer all surveys as well.”
After you filled out the details of your profile and completed all surveys about romance, Abella starts to give you more instructions. She smiles once you click complete on your profile.
"Great! So detailed too! I see you have great taste 💖! I know the questions seem random for a dating website but I promise it will be useful for your match up."
Beside Abella's pixelated avatar is a blinking menu. It's rainbow colored and begging to be clicked. She looks over to the menu in surprise.
"How could I forget about the menu when it’s so important? This menu explains a bit of the results you'll receive from your potential dates. We'll start with the dating survey results. An example is here."
The menu then shows you percentages, numbers, and various results one would expect from a dating website. It also reminds you of a menu from a dating sim.

"These represent the results from the survey questions asked of your potential date. The results are the outcome of thirty complicated but honest questions that should be expected from a partner.They were also given hypothetical situations. We'll start with the first. Communication is self explanatory. How truthful and honest they are as far as communication goes. In the example the result is seventy-five percent. They're average at communication. Neither the best or the worst. They're in the middle which is pretty good. A bit above average but not by much."
Abella points to the second result titled, Emotions.
"This result represents their emotions. As in how expressive and emotional they are in a relationship. How well they're good at expressing their emotions to you. In the example the result is fifty-seven percent. Not a good result as far as numbers go. Any percent under sixty percent means the person isn't very emotional. Their over all emotions can be nonexistent. Nothing wrong with that as this website respects those with very serious personalities. We also love kuuderes~ Now this doesn't mean they're bad at relationships but it reveals how good or poorly they are at expressing emotions which can be important to many."
Abella points to the next result. It's titled, Similar Values.
"Similar values, now this one is pretty important. As you can tell by the symbol beside it, the house. It represents the persons values and how similar theirs is to your own. For further details, I'll explain it like this. How similar are their wants and desire for a relationship as your own. This includes their needs for affection, desire for dates, importance of marriage, importance of a committed relationship, home, domestic life style, or want for a family. Everyone's values are different so it's best their compatibility is similar to your own, at least seventy percent or so. The relationship might not last long depending on the values you and the other person have. I will add to this by saying many relationships have survived with lower percentages than sixty.”
The results for similar values blinks a couple times, reminding Abella she forgot another detail.
"Oh right. This example indicates a very bad result. Values under fifty aren't particularly good. Any percentage under the number forty can be hit or miss. Compromises must be made and it depends how well the relationship works out in all other aspects. Numbers under forty tend to not work out, so keep this in mind."
The next result is blinking, catching Abella's attention. She has heart eyes for a brief moment.
"Oh! This represents passion. How romantic~ Passion is also self explanatory. I'm sure from the symbol beside it you must know passion must represent their longing and desire for love. Possibly how much their desire for love will be once they catch feelings for you."
She looks to the example with a smile.
"Here the percentage is eighty-eight in the example. A very good percentage this person would be loving a great amount of the time, possibly more than you'd think. They express their love very well in various ways. By saying it with words or through actions. A percentage this high could indicate they’ll do both."
The menu then disappears after she is done explaining.
"That is all I have to say about survey results! Now onto match up applicants. In this part of the menu it will give you the results of your potential dates. The potential dates are the people who are compatible with you. Since you listed wanting your first date to be at a café we recommend you try two blind dates with the best compatibility to you. Meaning the first two results. You'll go on two dates at a café, we list this type of date under the category, ‘double dates’ for this very reason."
The last menu is titled love meter.
"This will also be listed in your result! After your date the applicant will answer several questions about several topics including: the date, about yourself, their longing for love, if they could see themselves having a connection with you, and more. We will give you love meters based on their answers and profile with details from a separate survey that expresses their passion/desire for true love.”
The menu’s beside Abella disappear as she continues to talk. Her words typing out on the screen for you to read.
“I believe that is all to explain. If you have further questions please go to question/guide menu. Reminder if your dates don’t work out, don’t be too disheartened. Some relationships don’t work out and it’s okay. You’re sure to find love. Enjoy your dates and don’t forget to read the guide!”

I enjoyed it enough that I might read another but I'm not feral for it
🥰Winter's Children (Neery) - 66K, stucky - "When their attempts to recreate the super soldier serum failed, Hydra started trying to breed Captain America clones from his genetic samples. Unfortunately, the serum's effects aren't passed down genetically, so instead of an army of tiny Captain Americas, they get a bunch of tow-headed, asthmatic, allergic, immuno-compromised little Steves. And then the Winter Soldier stumbles across Hydra's failed experiment…" - just a great fucking fic. I stayed up until 1AM to read and I am too fucking old to be doing nonsense like that, but it was totally worth it.

The Beauty and The Beast

Once a well-known name in the region and royal realm.
The family was known to host the fanciest and bestest of balls. Every year there would be a theme; white, red, green, blue... it would always be an amazing show.
They were also known to be humble of heart.
But were they really?
One thunderous night, the prince to-be-king hosted a private ball with the whole palace for the ceremony. That same evening, he failed cowardly to raise his voice and help someone in need.
His parents were turned to statues, and the servants who served him into living objects. But he became a beast, and was bound to stay like that forever.
Yet, the fairy sorcerer took pity on him and said:
"It is only when you shall find true love that the curse will break. If not, you too shall turn into a statue and all your servants shall become the unanimated objects that they were meant to be."
