I don't entirely buy this, but it amused me. ;)
One way to type those around you is to examine their Enneagram talk style. Each type has a unique approach to speaking and writing, which can be picked up on in a matter of minutes. The following is a list of each type and their general mode of communication:

Hello, I'm Buns! I'm 21+, overworked, and forever desperate for more x-reader content, so I've decided to make some of my own in the small amounts of spare time I get.

🐇Rules for Requesting 🐇
Please do not rush me. Requests will be filled as I have time and inspiration--and because of this, a lot of the time they will be completed out of submission-date-order.
I can write headcanons, short scenarios, rankings, and matchups. Most of what I post won't be longer than a few thousand words tops, so please don't expect anything too elaborate from me for now.
I do not accept "Emergency Requests." While I'm okay with writing heavier subjects, they can be difficult to touch on, so I'll fill them at whatever pace makes me comfortable.
If I've already posted general/relationship HCs for a character, please be a little more specific for any requests regarding them. ie don't send "nsfw for so-and-so" if I've already done basic nsfw HCs. Something even just a little more specific, like "nsfw for so-and-so with a shy s/o" is fine.
I can write for male or female reader, but prefer to keep things gender-neutral as much as possible. If you request a specific gender for the reader in a request, but I determine that it would have no bearing on what I write, I will disregard the specified gender and keep it gn. (if you'll notice in my writing, I try to only use the pronoun "you" for the reader, avoiding even "they" unless sentence structure demands it. Just makes it easier for everyone to be immersed.)

Matchups can be sent through Submissions or Asks. Please do NOT dm me your information. If you use asks, please be sure to number any split messages so I can keep them together. If you use submissions and would like to stay anonymous, please specify at the start of your matchup so I know not to post the original.
Things I require for matchups
Your sexual/romantic preferences. You may provide your pronouns and/or gender identity if you feel inclined, but it is not required.
A DETAILED description of your personality. Be honest! Specific things that help me are your MBTI, Enneagram, love languages (giving and receiving), social levels, hobbies, personal flaws, life goals, and relationship deal-breakers. The longer the better, honestly, which is why submissions are open.
Things I do NOT require
Your physical appearance. I don't need this at all, but I will keep it in mind if you choose to include it. I might get it in my head that you'd look especially cute with someone in particular.

ooh I've been meaning to mention this to you: if you're still doing the arcana playlist—but even if you aren't have you ever heard of Enneagram by Sleeping at last? It presents songs meant to represent the nine Enneagram personalities! I love listening to it and thinking of ✨scenarios✨ lmao. The songs are just so so so gooood
One that really makes me giddy is Eight because it makes me think of Muriel (so of course I'd love it lmao). I know I typically include a whole rant about each of the songs but like the first time I listened to Eight really just.... hit me you know? Like ugh the vulnerability the tenderness.... just listen to it please I know Muriel is supposed to be 6w5 but I think that's just trying to assign the Enneagram to the mbti personality type. Idk I think (based on the songs) Six and Eight really just fit Muriel.
And for Asra? Nine. Absolutely Nine. "I've been living half myself for more than half my life." Asra Is very Nine—Nine and Two; Though I can see Nine and Two Applying to MC as well if you focus more on those romantic aspects "Wake up, fall in love, again and again and again..." (9)—oh but I could see Seven applying to Portia and Asra as well.
oh and I just wanted to mention Maybe it Lucio stans would disagree with me, but like Lucio has to be a Three right? Please if you love Lucio I wanna know if you think it fits lol. Also just listen to Three in General I swear you won't regret it. Whether or not you like Lucio just listen to Three please please please.
oooh and also; you don't have to, but if you can spare the time, I'd love to hear what two enneagram assignments you'd give to each of the characters based on these songs.
@paperstarwriters ooh I have heard of that song series!! And this is the part where I sheepishly admit that I know next to nothing about enneagram types - I tried taking the test myself a while back when all my friends were into it, and I kept getting a different result each time? I ended up so confused that I just decided to wait until someone had the time and investment to explain it to me XD
I did think about trying to get into it again when I was researching the characters, but I couldn't find any official assignments so I gave up :')
However, I am definitely interested in listening through those songs when I find the time and seeing which characters fit them!

I love how we are basically opposites on the whole theory thing :
You predict plot points by making jokes that end up coming true
meanwhile me and my overdramatic mind obssesses over dark scenarios that would never fit into 9 episodes and then I'm surprised when they don't happen XD
Listen as long as you're enjoying what you're doing, I say have all the fun you want in fanon and taking insp from canon! That's the best part sometimes! <3
Although I have some things that started out as jokes that ended up being canon (my absolute favourite of which being this joke I made about Ezran in 2x04 that was then an actual thing in the s2 novelization) the weirdest thing for me has been like... the ultra specific thing / things I thought would be more metaphorical that ended up being more literal
AKA a list in no particular order
Me assuming since Through the Moon came out that Callum would inevitably play into Aaravos's hands and that the struggle to not do so would be his main conflict in arc 2 (which looking back, the possession plot line seems so thematically obvious I am genuinely a little sheepish I didn't see it coming)
The game motif being my favourite motif and then s4 fucking Delivered it was beautiful
Viren's atonement arc because of his eye symbolism
That the rune cube placement could be trusted to foreshadow things, specifically the Ocean rune in finding the prison and in foreshadowing Callum's dark magic use
Me going "Hey wouldn't it be Fucked Up if whatever comes out of the cocoon is like a child version of Aaravos?" (hi Sir Sparklepuff my beloved)
For that matter: that Aaravos would ask one of the mage fam to kill Sir Sparklepuff for a deep magic spell, and that they'd refuse to do so
Callum's interplay with freedom being too tethered to Rayla that I banked on her eventually being taken hostage and Callum doing morally ambiguous shit to save her like 3+ years in advance
Seeing Callum's S4 design for the first time and noting that the circlets around his wrists invoke chain symbolism but thinking "Nah him and Rayla being in chains like tarot cards will just be metaphoric right". Haha, no!
Ezran as the embodiment of Justice / the series' Witness (hell yeah thank you 4x03 & TOX for making Justice his highest value)
Predicting Rayla's entire arc 2 arc thus far re: her paranoid and restless nature being what puts them on the path to finding Viren and her wanting a rematch, the coins, and her self worth issues, written March 2020 (months before TTM came out)
Callum and Viren as each other's primary foils (begun before this but started being highlighted further from Nov 2019 onwards with specifically thinking that S4, as opposed to s3, would crank it up to an 11)
Rayla and Callum's whole ass light-dark motif that I thought would be a fun consistency in the background rather than a whole ass arc defining Thing
Characterization wise but Ezran as an Enneagram Nine The Peacemaker personality wise (once again thank u 4x03)
Back in Aug 2021 I noticed that bloodbending had thematic similarities to dark magic (in terms of framing, notions of control & agency) but again, didn't think it'd amount to literal likewise puppeteering (Aaravos is/was even imprisoned like Hama too!)
Seeing parallels between dark magic and thematic/metaphorical cannibalism / positing Aaravos as a cannibal in a fic I wrote in 2019 but never ever thinking it'd be more than metaphorical bc kids show, am I right? (when I tell you I screamed)
Like 3 weeks post s3 I came up with Political Trio Theory in which Ezran and Rayla are at odds about something and Callum is caught in the middle, as he agrees more with Rayla but feels like he should side more with Ezran, which an Ezran / trio centric conflict along those lines seems to be what we're going to get personally with Runaan / the coins in future seasons
Which, not only is it mostly to keep my English major-y brain sharp and my enclosure enriched (parallels are my perpetual hamster wheel), but it's also like... obviously predicting from theme/motifs isn't perfect, but it does mean you have all the right pieces. Then it just comes from running through the options to assemble what the puzzle might look like, & also thinking through the constraints of structure and run time (ergo I wasn't surprised when Callum didn't figure out the mirror himself in early S4 cause I just didn't think the show would have time for that kind of slow build).
Like following S2 I never really thought Callum's journey with dark magic was precisely over, firstly because I saw him absolutely as someone who would do dark magic / things he morally is against again if put in the exact circumstances he was in S5 (hence the CHET predictions post up above), but also because as our primary mage character and with dark magic being the core ethical dilemma for mage characters in the show, it just didn't make sense to assume that it'd be entirely resolved with a neat little bow 2/6 (since at the time we thought it'd be 6 seasons) in. Like - what? So that's something from an analytical standpoint of characterization, theme, and structure, for example, and TDP gives us a decent amount of time to get used to all those things especially in the first three seasons and then we can kind of build our predictions neatly from there.
So what usually happens is that I'll have a passing thought / gut reaction, think "huh maybe it's something," and then actually think about it for like 2 days to 2 weeks and realize that it loops back in with a lot of other stray thoughts and that there's something Substantial there. It never stops being wild
Anyway this was definitely way too long a response so TLDR; I'm always pleasantly surprised / excited whenever I predict anything correctly and also adore when the show throws me a curve ball (hi Terry <3), and the fun of theorizing (and sometimes throwing spaghetti at the wall) for me comes down to the themes and parallels and fun (fanon if nothing else) possibilities I can find. I love writing meta, speculative or purely analytical, even if/when they're often time consuming. My instincts haven't steered me too 'wrong' with TDP thus far, and I don't think they ever will!

Luneth the Reluctant Unnamed

Fatal flaw: Chooses the familiar, even when she knows it is the wrong choice.

More about Luneth:
Luneth is reserved, diligent, serious, laconic, seemingly unfazed and emotionless (but there is a great depth hiding under her icy surface). Also very socially awkward.
Has a sharp, cold gaze that others may find intimidating, but that’s really just her neutral expression.
Conversations with her usually consist of deadpan one-word responses.
It’s not always that she doesn’t care — she simply prefers to listen and think thoroughly about what she wants to say. Though, if she doesn’t like someone, yes, she’s quiet because she doesn’t see the point in wasting energy on them.
She tends to be straightforward and rather blunt with her words when she does speak. She isn’t a very good liar and she knows that, so if she wants to keep a secret, she usually chooses not to speak on it.
She’s slow to warm up to others but she is fiercely loyal and devoted to those who have earned her trust, even to her own detriment. It was the case with the Temple of Myst, it was the case with Doran, it’ll probably be the case with the Touchstarved LIs unless something changes.

She is not a very empathetic person, mostly because of her sheltered and isolating upbringing under the Temple of Myst. But she does lend aid where she can. She may never understand why the traveller beside her in the caravan is crying — their tears serve them no purpose now, especially out in the Wastes — but she will share bread and water with them because an emotional outburst like that drains you of liquids and nutrients.
She’s a very practical prophet.
The Temple of Myst trained her to become the perfect vessel for her gift. She’s been raised to keep her emotions in check because they can affect her power, which needs to remain pure. Untainted.
Actually, all the hard training paid off, because now she can sense happenings in the present and the immediate future as effortlessly as blinking.
Like, you can be conversing with and walking beside her in a hallway and she’ll suddenly hold a hand out to catch a falling vase and set it back in place without missing a beat. Or if there’s a tripping hazard, she’ll smoothly navigate you around it.
I imagine a scenario where she and one of the LIs get into a fight with a bunch of enemies and she calmly says: “One behind the crates, two on the roof.” or “Duck.” or “Block left.”
She is not much of a fighter, but she’d be a perfect lookout or…what is the word for someone who has eyes on everything? Guide? Anyway, if she can communicate telepathically, she’ll be the voice in your ear letting you know what to watch out for.

Often oblivious when it comes to innuendo. So yeah…none of Vere’s jokes landed. She just wanted the key back.

Luneth: “Kuras is a doctor. He would not put his mouth on an unclean doorknob, it would be unhygienic.”
Ais: “…I see you’ve got no comment on the dove.”
Does not understand why Leander blushes so often — is he sick? That would explain the dark circles. Maybe he just needs to keep off the ale for a while.
Genuinely considered tying Leander up for their safety, completely unaware of the sexual connotations around it. Did not know why he was so flustered about it.
She gets frustrated sometimes. Things would be easier if people just said what they mean — but here she is, in the city of secrets.
Her entire life, she has trained for one purpose — to serve the Myst with her gift and bring enlightenment to the lost. Her path has always been clear. Now, understanding that it had all been a lie, she is thrown into the unknown.
She must discover the truth of who she is, where these destructive powers came from. And perhaps she’ll find out who she is outside of the temple.

The most important song in her playlist, I attribute it to the creation of Luneth's character. Her backstory came clear to mind when listening to this song. A lone temple atop a waterfall, an isolated priestess among the blue waterlilies. It's an original song based off of a character who ends up sacrificing her life for others, but with Luneth, I imagined someone — the visiting mage — that refused to let her make that sacrifice and, instead, destroyed themself so that she would finally be free. So, instead of her life being the sacrifice sung about at the end, it is her love.

I don't know which LI to pair with her. Of the main LIs, I think the most likely route would be Kuras, because it sounds the most intriguing and ironic. She is a priestess who's lost her faith and he is an angel who's lost his wings (either figuratively or literally, I don't know, his monster form has wings). It's two people trying to find their place in the world after losing everything they once believed in. And maybe they both end up understanding what it means to be human along the way.
And similarly to my alchemist OC, Jin, I see her as having a "canon" romance path with two foils, either Kuras or Vere. Whereas Kuras and Luneth would work because they are similar and on similar parallel paths, I think Vere and Luneth would be interesting because of how different they are. Vere is the most hedonistic and indulgent and outwardly immoral of the main LIs, probably the antithesis of all Luneth's learnings in the temple. But it forces her to challenge everything she's been taught in a way she probably needs. Luneth's story in Kuras's route would focus on faith and salvation, whereas Vere's path would be about freedom from whatever shackles that hold them.
But I think her relationship with the DLC LIs would be interesting, too.
Elyon is searching for something that money can't buy. What is it? What if he's not searching for it, but he needs to find faith? Something to believe in? That would put them both on a similar path.
For Sen, I'm not sure how they would connect because they both seem to be very guarded, mistrustful and focused on their own goals — I feel like Sen's route would involve MC initiating most of the interactions, which Luneth probably wouldn't. But if either has something that the other needs, something that could help them on their respective missions, I can see them coming to a mutually beneficial alliance and go ahead from there. Because I can see them sharing a lot of similarities and understanding each other in a way that no one else can. I'm guessing Sen was brought back from the dead for a specific purpose, made into a puppet. Whoever brought her back removed some form of her autonomy by preventing her from being able to die. In the same vein, Luneth has been groomed into being the perfect tool for the Temple of Myst. Both were made into vessels and they're left to deal with the consequences of others' actions, the choices others imposed on them.
BONUS: Her full design. I edited it a bit in the template because her hair looked grey.
I'm redesigning my Touchstarved MCs anyway, but as they stand now, it's funny compared to my other OCs, because it's like Kuras has an obvious favourite among them.

I never really had an imaginary friend. I mean, I remember being annoyed at my shadow for copying everything I do, but I don't think that counts.
I actually didn't have any friend untill I went to school. I was always okay playing by my self.
Though I do remember making little scenarios in my head while playing on the playground; one of them being me as Harley Quinn trapped in jail while Joker saves me (I was obsessed with Harley Quinn as a kid, okay..)

I'd like to pick a name that sounds nice in most languages, since mine doesn't.

I can't pick one so I'll say "holiday decorating with your boyfriend but he's a chaotic mess" and "listening in on your crush's thoughts". These are the audios that really made me smile like an idiot. They don't really have anything to do with the plot yet they're still my favourite.
What Redacted boy holds no appeal to you, and why? Like, not the one you hate but the one who you don’t get the hype for. (I won’t judge, I promise.)
Hot take but...David. It's just...idk man, I usually like the tsundere type put sometimes I feel like David is too rude. I enjoyed his first audio but the rest...idk man. I like angel a lot tho. I myself a lot in them, but David is definitely not the type I'd go for. I'd probably feel really annoying and unloved with a guy like him 🤷♀️

The combination of your personality traits gives me the impression of an extroverted, strong-willed person; they’re giving Smartass, you know? This combined with your preference towards tsunderes makes me think you’d be a good match with Aaron.
I can get what you mean about David being “too rude”; in contrast, Aaron’s certain brand of tsundere reads more playful? Like, he grasped early on when the attitude isn’t serving him or when to tone it down which is why I like him better for you. Also, the fact that your chosen name would be Eleanora and his brother’s name is Elliott, the fact that both his most loved people in the world could be called “El” is just really cute. That’s kismet a little bit.
Your life with Aaron would be such a dream (though that’s any life with Aaron, I will admit.) I can clearly imagine him making you your favorite milkshake every Saturday morning to start your weekend right (even though I can see him personally hating it /lh something about his vibe tells me he hates chocolate and banana together but not as much as he loves you). She loves analyzing details about them, particularly regarding psychiatry, psychology, and morality. However, she only loves people in a purely entertaining sense. They're like toys she wants to play with, put in new scenarios to dance around in and see how they'll react. Once she learns enough, maybe they'll be thrown away. It's almost like she views herself as separate from them, though not necessarily above. Simply something different. To put it simply, she isn't as much 'gaslight gatekeep girlboss' as she is 'barratry, bludgeoning, babygirl'

Yuu: YES! She plays guitar, violin, and piano! She is a virtuoso at guitar, as she has played it most of her life as well as MADE it her entire life. She is intermediate at violin given it is something she practices on and off mostly just to maintain her skills, and she is a beginner at piano!
Jocia: Ahhh Jocia... Lets just say there has been an attempt at guitar as a way to bond with her sister, but she is a beginner.

I’m 5’0, skinny (97 lbs) but also somewhat muscular (from weightlifting), have brunette hair that’s in a bob cut and gray eyes with bad dark circles :’D. I wear dark glasses and usually oversized flannels, plus funky rings (snake, tree branch, and mouse) and a cat necklace.

Misconceptions About Type 9
This ended up being relatively well received elsewhere, so I figured this would be the first post in my pseudo-blog revival.
The way 9 has been understood throughout the varying iterations of the enneagram has heavily developed as we’ve come into into the modern enneagram system (which I assure you is not just Riso Hudson or Enneagram institute). Naranjo made his assessments, enneagram institute made theirs, and while they each got part of the picture the whole is missing in both. Here I’ll address common misunderstandings about type 9, why they are made, and what aspects of the theory are being misinterpreted. As a warning I'm not shitting on 9 or Naranjo. Some of my examples are fairly negative because those are just what I happened to think of as an example and of course some of them kind of point out that the one of many enneagram books that Naranjo wrote that people focus on exclusively has a very limited description of type 9.
1) 9 is an exclusively oriented on the real and tangible and avoids the inner world: Many tend to misinterpret 9 as a thoughtless and exclusively sensory sort of type for some reason while failing to acknowledge the subjectivity that is someone's sense of comfort in addition to confusing what the inner world truly is and contains. Many would consider chronic daydreaming or story making, for example, a trait of someone who has a deep inner world because it is primarily inwardly focused. This, however, actually pairs very well with the 9 tendency towards narcotization. Living in a fantasy world certainly narcoticizes self in the same way that indulging in physical comforts might for those so inclined, as it separates a person from the more unpleasant or draining aspects of reality as well as the more unpleasant aspects of the inner/true reality such as the thoughts you might be left with if not actively abstracting or concocting story-lines or scenarios to capture attention instead. Habitual study and consuming the self with constant analytics, abstractions, or generating a mind numbing activity level with work or tasks is also a form of narcotization in this sense because it is used as an escape tactic (rather than as a distancing/control seeking strategy like in type 5, a structure seeking activity as seen in 6, etc).
Hence, by some merits 9s can have a vivid inner world and often you can have very intellectual, intuitive, and thoughtful 9s. Mental sloth specifically pertains to avoiding the mentally taxing or unpleasant aspects of reality or self. So yes, 9s can very much be "intuitive types" by mbti and jungian standards because narcotization can be an abstraction process. And yes, 9s can be Fi doms, especially when the emotional and ethical focus of Fi lands on focusing on the more palatable sides of self (be they flaws used to disconnect from more powerful and disturbing flaws of the self or positive self traits over shame bringing traits), a sense of morality that generates pleasure or more peace than or for others, etc etc. Yes, I am oversimplifying. Yes, this also applies to sp and so 9.
2) 9s are deeply connected to sensation and the body: Many authors quote 9, being the center of the enneagram, to have the propensity to be the most grounded and bodily of the gut types. In the same sense, many will quote them with one of the highest propensities for disconnection. Consider 6 and 3, who have similar problems with their triad. 3 is incredibly connected to shame and will often reconstruct self to be valuable to whatever goals they are pursuing, yet they will bolster their self image and seek affirmation for their greatness. 6 is deeply connected to thought and anxiety with a near constant level of mental chattering, yet they as a ping ponging type will push back and assert certainty and strong reactions in the counterphobic sense when they know that action is necessary. 9 is no different, at times being overly rooted in the body and sensations but even over connecting to spirituality or self numbing,
3) 9 is entirely conflict averse, anyone who shows violence or aggression is not a 9. Anger is entirely repressed: 9 is discomfort averse, not conflict averse. The two often go hand in hand, however, because actually generating conflict is an energy draw/annoying and reveals that indeed a 9 can be bothered. But sometimes, reducing discomfort and avoiding problems like a 9 might is not traditionally conflictless. Having a hissy fit because someone is disrupting the tone of a group conversation and passive aggressively pushing them to stop that is conflicting. Getting even physically aggressive when someone challenges your way of life or the comfort that you and those dear to you have because changing that way of life would ruin your sense of comfort and the habitual patterns you've built and attached to in your life is incredibly aggressive and conflicting. Refusing to share opinions irl and seeming sweet and simple but actively being aggressively opinionated, contradictory, and vocal online is also a style of aggression that avoids taking responsibility. All of these, however, are also very aligned with the core traits of 9 which is sloth and comfort/simplicity seeking and are only small examples of 9 style aggression.
In a similar light, 9s can be very very aware of their anger despite 9 at it’s core seeking to be and seem impermeable and unaffected by most things (this does not necessarily mean it is uncommon of 9s to not be aware of their anger however). Expression and an outwards reveal of that anger or that they are, in fact bothered, is where the difficulty truly lies. There are many 9s who feel internally filled with turmoil and wrath and may even think that this is something that they radiate, however the gut influence of 9 however often dulls this expression without them knowing this is the case.
4) 9, like the other positive outlook types, are entirely averse to morose and dark subject matter: Again, there is a lack of understanding on the subjectivity of comfort (and also a lack of understanding of what positive outlook means; as a hint, it is not optimism by necessity). People who grew up in chaos will seek chaos because it’s comfortable, people who grew up in traditionally comforting environments will seek comfort because it is comfortable. What is challenging or disturbing to some, in the same sense, is really not something that remotely moves others. Dark and morose subject matter frankly does not make a lot of people uncomfortable. Consider Junji Ito, a person near constantly quoted to be a 9 core and how “disturbing” people find his art to be as a mere example of this. It is not uncommon for 9 to indulge very heavily into dark and upsetting subject matter even as a means to avoid or distract from their own turmoil or if it is something that they find to be engaging or has an engaging effect on them.

let's start with your core type.
you say that you're "not very attached to reality," and you "daydream very often," which can be attributed to an sp9. 9's aren't completely detached from the world (as you say yourself). it's more of a coping mechanism that often happens in difficult situations.
on the same note, the way you describe staying attached to reality because it's necessary despite your 9 fix means you have a 6 somewhere in your tritype that keeps your 9 in check. this could work both in a positive and negative way- as 9's disintegrate in to e6's, which may explain the negative ways your 6 can manifest (i'll expand on later).
you then state that you're "very expressive" and "try to keep a positive attitude." 9's are a part of the positivist triad, which somewhat explains why you might find yourself daydreaming often and "suppressing" or "distracting" yourself from your emotions.
as many enneagram writers like to describe it, 9's prefer to 'narcotize' as a way to avoid negative emotions. the part about being expressive might stem from your 4 fix, which could explain why there are many conflicting parts of your questionnaire: on one hand, you distract and suppress your emotions- but on the other hand, you're expressive and self aware.
it's very common that ppl mix up 4 and 9 for this reason: how they deal with their emotions. i put your e9 before your e4 because there's a specific moment in your answers where you mention that emotions are important, but not that important.
another reason why, is that 9's are detached from both themselves and the world, but 4's withdraw from whatever pains them, which this website puts it very well. while you do withdraw from the world to understand your emotions, you mention suppressing them a lot more. you don't seem to place a high regard on it, as a 4 might find themselves doing. any attempt to withdraw from your situation might just be the way a 9 finds themselves avoidant of the world.
imo, any way a 4 would protect themselves by withdrawing is probably attributed to your 6w5 fix, who is INCREDIBLY protective and focused on security, which is also why i placed your 6 fix before your 4 (i'll expand later...).
as for your wing, you say that you can "get really angry and react to everything," which means you likely have an 8 wing for your 9, as 8's are part of the reactive triad. from what you've said, it seems like you value boundaries and hate having them crossed, which again, shows you have more of an 8 wing rather than a 1. i also think the part about hating attention seekers can speak to an e8 (from my experience 8s and 3s often clash w eachother 😭)
as for your subtype, i went with so8. the naranjo description of so8's is mostly that they tend to be ambiverted, which is the vibe that your answers give. you say that you would be a "respectful leader," which aligns a lot with how an so8 functions. tbh your 8 is not as aggressive as the other subtypes, which means that so8 is probably the best since it's the "softest" out of all.
lastly, you also seem to dislike change, which shows more of a 6 fix in your tritype. the parts where you don't like uncertainty can also be attributed to a 6. you mention the word “energy” a couple times throughout your questionnaire, especially when it comes to making decisions and not liking “energy vampires.” i read about it somewhere, but this speaks a lot to your 6w5, as 5’s are generally known for trying to conserve their energy.

his name is sion lee. thirty-five year of age. a professor of metallurgy at verum academy. if not caught teaching, he can usually be found in his own office buried nose-deep in a book about metallurgy or the human anatomy, or in the lab jotting down calculations upon the already full chalkboard. if you still can’t find him by the time the clock strikes 5 pm, try again tomorrow because he had already headed home to his husband and daughters.
joined verum as a part of the faculty five years ago despite having never studied there, though he claims to have been taught by a former professor during his time in the military. strangely enough he avoids anything relating to weaponry and would rather utilize his skills for communal purposes like engineering. do not ask about his past (he’s terrible at lying and will instantly freeze up), though rumors say he used to be a part of a squad that underwent special training to become the military’s most efficient weaponry producer and killing machine after losing his entire family to the war in his childhood.
upon first glance might seem standoffish due to his quiet and intimidating exterior, but is actually helpful if you ask. always looks deep in thought which could either mean two things; too many ideas going in his head at once or he’s simply recalling something from the past—either way go ahead and snap him out of it. can be quite blunt but only because he thinks holding back on things might cause problems later. always jumps to the worst case scenario so he won’t ever be taken by surprise, and will not hesitate to state it out loud even if it means lowering the morale of the group. also fiercely protective of those he considers as “his”. the type that will not rest until he’s satisfied with his own work.

someone from his military days. maybe you were dispatched together once, or maybe you two only known each other from afar. either way sion isn’t very pleased to see a walking reminder of his old life… but maybe that’s exactly what he needs.

fellow professors in verum. the quiet ones who doesn’t mind his company while reading. the cheerful/easygoing ones that became his closest work friend. the ones that probably thought he standoffish until they interacted.
fellow staff in verum. librarians who had to keep reminding him to return the books he borrowed to the point of going on first-name basis. infirmary staffs who had to deal with his chemical burns during experiments. security who has to deal with his failed experiments.
students. those who genuinely like him. those who just wants a good grade. those who had always been considered as the rotten eggs but he thought has potential.

Story Craft: Character Basics
Ahoy and welcome. Characters won the poll so I'll start my guide by going over how I go about creating and developing characters. Before I begin, I'll be using my own characters as examples. Not because they're especially good or shining examples of this or that, but simply because I created them and I 100% know how and why I created them. So if you go through this and think "um, that doesn't sound very interesting" then first of all, 'WOW OK RUDE MEAN AND CRUEL ALSO', but second of all (and much more importantly), that's good and I encourage you to keep a hold of those feelings. Stories and crafting stories are completely to taste and one person's fine is another person's too much. Stories all about capturing and recapturing feelings, so if something doesn't hit the mark then it's good to take a look and figure out where it went wrong, where you might have gone or if the whole thing wasn't to your taste at all.
And now...
Characters!
Everyone loves characters and has favourites, least favourites and enjoys dreaming up new scenarios or even alternate universes to put them in! Crack open a how-to book and they'll probably have a more mechanical view of characters as tools of the plot, designed to elicit reactions and progress events... or something else really dry and with all the joy of a tier list for cutlery. The truth is that characters ARE made with a mechanical use in mind... but they're also the beating heart of the story and the world. And there is a lot of fun to be had in really hammering out the technical aspects of characters, and I'm here to show you!
Part 1: The Basics
Characters should contain three components: Personality, Purpose and Perspective.
Personality is who they are, how they make us feel and how they get on with other characters. This is the most readily understood aspect of characters and often what people create for their early OCs or ones that don't have a story. This is where you'd put their personality basics, MBTI, enneagram, etc.
Purpose is what they do in their story, what roles they perform and what themes they embody. This is the most mechanical aspect that all the books want you to understand. This is where you'd put their archetype or tropes you associate with them.
Perspective is their place in the world and their role in society. This is kind of a middle-ground between personality and purpose as both their actions and attitude can be shaped by their place in the world, obligations or upbringing, but by give it a category of its own, we can have more fun and ensure that every character has a healthy amount of entertainment potential.
A quick word on 'theme' that I've learned over time. Don't stress out too much if you haven't figured out the key theme(s) of your story, it's something that comes with time and work. I've found that people talking about theme often end up making it sound more like a preachy underlying message that permeates your work and I can't help but feel that, despite their efforts to say 'don't make it preachy'... it's gonna come across as preachy more times than not. For me, theme is something that ends up being core to your main character's struggle and it's something that a lot of other characters and story elements can have their own angle on, deepen the issues or show a path towards growth. I didn't figure out my theme until I was going through all the things going on with my main character and noticed that a lot of characters have deep issues with these things too. These things come with time, just keep at it and remember to give yourself time away from work to give yourself fresh eyes!
It'll make sense more later as I use things in conjunction with each other, but to keep things simple and streamlined, I'll be using a basic trait system to describe a few aspects of each character -- I don't want to be here too long going into intricate backstories or the elevated nuance of each characters perspective. Ain't no one got time for that!
Now... Bring out the ragamuffins...
(Cas, Conoric, Gwynnen, Hughwen, Sarabonney)
I'll just go over my main character, Cas, and hopefully show you how he fits in my world, story and works (or clashes) with the others characters.
Personality
Team Player. Cas is a born leader who gets along with people. He's open-minded, hardworking and willing to see the merit in anyone.
Cunning. He has a keen eye for reading people and situations, picking up on subtext which he uses to get what he needs.
Determined. Cas can take determination to an unhealthy degree, misusing his body and own needs just to get a task down.
Self-Reliant. While a team player at heart, he's unwilling to put too much on others and ends up taking on took much himself.
Purpose
Criminal Minded Hero. Cas has a mind shaped by his time as a sneak thief and street-level spy which he uses to solve crimes and help others within his community. While it gets results, his methods do not align with the strict moral values of some of his peers & superiors.
Loyal to Ethelia. While Cas is not keen to weigh in on any discussions about the ruling of his country, he is actively against the rebels.
Price of Honesty. Cas is TORN by his desire to just be honest all the time and his fears over what happens when he's too open. He's been nothing but honest about his childhood ties and all it's gotten him is more trouble and judgement.
Thoughts on the Past. Cas tries to distance himself from everything that has happened, doing his best to forget and move on. Despite this, all of his motivations are driven by his obsession with his past.
Perspective
Authority Figure. Cas is seen by many as a respectable person to go to for help and wears his duties with pride.
Criminal Past. Cas was once affiliated with a criminal brotherhood and despite his best efforts, that stain still colours his image.
Ethelian Commoner. Cas had a relatively standard upbringing for Ethelia, (ignoring his time in the gang), with the same devotions and job prospects as others around him. His scope of the world and other perspectives is quite limited but he's eager to keep up and learn.
...okay, that should do for now. Here's the neat part:
This is a neat little visualisation of all the points I just went over about Mr Cas, with some alternatives for the personality points I went over. The personality points have a negative interpretation of that positive trait, which typically comes from them over-doing it. The negative aspect should be something that is key to how your character thinks.
Determined being overdone into Workaholic makes sense.
Cunning being overdone into Secretive isn't so straightforward. It plays on Cas' natural desire to see the best in people and be a Team Player, so rather than start trouble, he just keeps his mouth shut.
Thinks of all of these little traits as Attack Points. They a weapons in the character's arsenal, designed to help other characters and show them growth, to exploit other characters' weaknesses and provoke conflict or meaningful change.
They can be simple, like this:
Cas' good nature and willingness to find the right way to understand and work with people makes it easy for his brother, Conoric to open up and come out of his shell. The two share a mutual understanding of how the other works and are able to work in completely opposite ways but towards the same goal.
But they can also get a little more complex, like this:
This is ostensibly a conflict between Cas and Gwynnen about Hughwen. Both Cas and Gwynnen see eye to eye, as both men are authority figures of sorts and both a loyal to Ethelia, so their conflict will always be civilised and handled with conversation and respect. Ultimately this conflict is about Hughwen's.... hmm... level of trustworthiness. His first impression is rancid, he's the only survivor of an attack and he has a very guarded manner that makes him look like a liar... and being accused by people in authority activates ACAB mode in him were he starts being snide, snippy and putting words in peoples mouths just to look and feel that extra bit persecuted. Cas naturally wants to believe in Hughwen and when Hughwen gets more defensive and leans into his idea that everyone is out to get him, it makes him look more like a black sheep underdog and makes Cas EXTRA want to stand by Hughwen. Gwynnen takes a more level-headed but letter-of-the-law approach, asking the logical questions but analysing and scrunitising every answer. If it doesn't match up with other stories or the evidence he's found, Gwynnen starts getting sceptical and asking more and more questions, which puts Hughwen's back up and activates Defiance Mode. Cas and Gwynnen oppose the other on the criminal background vs nobility background. Cas may accuse Gwynnen of not understanding how people outside of restricted society work and how people might hide their smaller crimes to avoid judgement. Gwynnen may accuse Cas of seeing himself in everyone with criminal or shady instincts, wanting too hard to see the best in everyone.
If you were to visualise all of your character interactions, it might be too big and too wordy but keeping the points of conflict in mind may help you develop characters and their interactions more thoroughly. Seeing where a character's weakness is and how it can be exploited or overcome is fun. Flipping and corrupting positive traits and aspects into negative, detrimental traits is fun. Finding how characters can get along and how they can clash in ways that go beyond "you are rich and I am poor, so I hate you, but we both like chess, so I guess you are not all bad" is SO MUCH FUN.

Hmmm… Something about you makes me want to put you in the DAMNily. I think you’d make good friends and integrate with them really well as Damien’s partner.
Type Sixes are characterized as being responsible, trustworthy, and loyal, aiming for security and support in their lives to aid them in achieving their dreams. Damien, and the family that you’d become a part of by being with him, would more than give you that. I also like the chill vibes you and your music choices give off, which I think would be a good counterbalance to Damien’s more driven temperament.
The two of you would have such a lovely life together built on trust, cooperation, and support. I could see the two of you quietly working side by side, sharing your playlist with Damien. I can see the whole group stopping by 7/11 for snacks at Damien’s behest and you two being the only ones that got any water. (He also strikes me as a Liquid Death fan.) I can see all y’all going out for drinks and Damien pretending to be done with the way you fawn over him and your friends but actually thinking it so charming and heart-warming.

My arguments for cognitive functions:
Isfj
Si-I am more propense to rely at something already experienced and "on the book" than unknown, I can fear the future without at least something already prepared to lead me.I also realize that I can need rules but not so much.But i don't care much about details.
Fe-I put only isfj at a Fe type because i was thinking if I am an introvert Fe type that even drained with people can keep small talk,do. things to make people comfortable(people pleaser), even when don't want to listen to people problems do it and can tell what they should do and take other problems to self. I can understand their emotions even when I never felt that and people say that I know exactly how they felt.At same time, I show my emotions for people because I want them to validate that, it's like I need to express my feelings to not only have their help but because demonstrate certain emotions or expressions make them happy or to find it funny. Many times i would do something for the greater good but i stop doing that after perceiveing that doing things because other did was nonsense.I can try to hide what I am feeling because can be shameful but mostly i can't hide it completely because what I feel it's visible and the reason too for people.I also care a lot of emotions and people and fi can make this too, and fe also have inner values.
Ti- ti tertiary is questioning the mechanics of a subject and thinking the smartest and most consistent thing to do, I found that in me when I had an interest in neuroplasticy I would want to know how the brain works and with others interest I would do the same and understand how would that thing work.
Ne-Actually, I think that if I have a ne, it's well developed or it's not inferior(this first is least probably to be correct), I spend time imagining scenarios in my head, but somehow I always have a project in my life to realize that vision, and I feel the urge to complete that.Other thing that make me think abou not inferior NE it's that when i am stressed i can think on the worst scenario ( 6 enneagram) but when stressed I am hard at people around me, I say hurtful things, I feel unusual, I don't eat or i eat a lot (it's a form of punishment), I procrastinate, my emotions are much harder, I listen to music and I explode at any "wrong" thing or flaw like when I single thing it's out of place, or even when it's clean already.
Fi-I have inner values that I can't disrespected them, they're my limits, when i helped people or did what they want they would abuse of my goodness. I don't thing I think disrespect myself.I understand my feelings easily and I don't absorb people feelings. I like being different. Beyond my argument for fe the only think against fi is that I don't share the same value that many fps I know do "embrace your uniqueness and don't change, be yourself ".Personally, i think that people should change if they're not happy with what they are.Well, I think other person can think like this too but think it doesn't make me not infp, I just perceived that the quote it's very common among fps like express their feelings with art, these are two things that I don't relate but I find so common between fp types.
Ne-When I make a essay take a time to ideas complete themselves in my mind, multiples ideas come but they form an unique story for accomplished the end I have in my mind.I imagine scenarios that make me happy and take a time for me to take a decision I always pick between two and I can be very creative (I mean in the way to have a lot of ideas).When something bad almost happen my mind create an What if scenario with a bad result and I don't control.I love abtract subjects and spend much time thinking about them and wanting to talk about them.And sure, I am not the athlete kid.
Si-Same with si dom, I rely on known information and even don't paying attention to details I used to have shameful moments replay on my mind randomly but thankful no more.
Te- I can do things very well if i want, I need to be useful, I feel bad if I don't accomplish something and need evidence to base facts.I don't procrastinate and do my tasks first, but sometimes I struggle to do my best at my task.
This part of fi and fe really make me think about fi, It can be because is one of my values and it's the right thing to do or because I really feel bad and feel the need to help them. I never related to fi "it's not my problem " but some things I do it's so Fi and others Fe. Fi can be people pleaser too, I know, and for a long time ago I was VERY people pleaser like i couldn't say "no" for example(bad example, i know) and I started to don't care to what people think anymore. I know the others types can do the same and try to "fit in" for example, but sometimes it's so easy to doesn't care and do what i want but mostly I find really hard, and do my best to do what people expect of me. I think if I am a fi user developing at the point of care much of others or fe developing ti and using logic to know for self that doesn't make sense do always what people want.But I don't fit the stereotype of fi or fe to avoid conflict. I know it's not a good behavior but when my sister starts to fight with me I find hard to stay quiet and I always answer back. Something tell me I am infp but I am not sure.

The evidence you've provided for auxiliary Fe is more convincing than dominant Fi, so Fe and Ti is more likely than Fi and Te. The evidence for Si and Ne in those functional stack positions is inadequate and unconvincing. Therefore, I conclude neither of the two types is the right fit. This means you should probably consider other types.
