Alfa Romeo 164 Sport Wagon, 1987, by Pininfarina. The 164 was part of the Type 4 program but unlike the other Type 4 cars which were all designed at Italdesign the 164 was styled at Pininfarina by Enrico Fumia. In addition to the 164 saloon a long roof wagon was prepared but never put into series production

Enneagram Type 4
An overview of an enneagram type. Not an expert. May change later.
___
Type 4
Center: Heart/Image/Shame
Other triads: Reactive, Withdrawn, Frustration
Basic motivation: Create a unique identity, make personal significance
Basic fear: Being forgotten, not feeling important
Wings: 4w3, 4w5
Disintegration/stress: 2
Integration/growth: 1
___
Traits
- Strengths -
In tune with emotions
Expressive and creative
Have an eye for beauty/aesthetics
Empathetic
Tries to be genuine, be themselves
- Weaknesses -
Can be moody and overly sensitive
Self conscious
Feel defective
Can be self pitying
Focus too much on themselves
___
Wings
- 4w3 -
The 3 wing adds a spit of spark to the typically melancholic 4 core. A bit more outgoing and friendly. May feel envious of others more often. Want to have validation and praise for their unique accomplishments. 3 wing helps them set goals, which are usually aligned with expression and creativity. 4s want to make a mark/influence on the world and 3 wants to be successful in making that mark. They want their uniqueness to be seen.
- 4w5 -
4 and 5 are both withdrawn types, so it's no surprise 4w5s are often introverted and/or private. Independent type who does what they want. Can intellectualize their emotions. Can get lost in their own world as they are focused on building their creativity and skills rather than focusing on relationships.
___
Disintegration: 2
Disintegration to 2 can cause a 4 to lose sense of their independence, instead throwing themselves into relationships. They want to be rescued somehow without putting much effort into building genuine connections. Very clingy and intrusive.
Integration: 1
Integration to 1 can cause a 4 to become more objective and more bold to take actions towards their desired goals and dreams. They learn not to be trapped in their self absorptions. They learn to control/balance their feelings so they are less moody. Integrating 4s have a desire to contribute to the world and make a better difference rather than simply only doing things they want whenever they want.
___
Subtypes of 4
- Sp 4 -
Sp 4 is the most internalized and least expressive about their pain and suffering compared to the typical 4. They learn to deal with it by themselves. They want to be recognized and accepted for being so "tough" for not complaining about going through heavy things. They may instead look for those who are visibly suffering in order to provide empathy and help for them.
- Sx 4 -
Sx 4 is the most expressive and intense. They want to be their most authentic selves and chase after their desires. They are very deliberate in trying to attract others with their unique and genuine character - with the way they dress, act, any sort of self expression, they need people to like their uniqueness. They can be more assertive with their needs, which can be used to cover up the actual sadness they have inside. They have a deep need to prove they are worthy.
- So 4 -
So 4 is the most connected to their suffering and will openly show this. They compare themselves a lot to others and feel shame for not having the traits they envy. They want to be accepted but fear their flaws will drive people away. Inferiority and victim complex. There is a lot of inner conflict of wanting to be original and different but fearing having something wrong with them and longing for others acceptance.

CRITICAL ROLE: BELL'S HELLS (2021–) ENNEAGRAM TYPES ★
Ashton Greymoore – Type 4(w3): The Enthusiast
Fours are self-aware and sensitive. They are creative, honest, and personal, but can also be moody and self-conscious. They can withhold themselves from others due to feeling defective and vulnerable; they can also feel disdainful and exempt from ordinary ways of living. They typically have problems with self-indulgence and self-pity.  Fours maintain their identity by seeing themselves as fundamentally different from others. They often see themselves as uniquely talented, possessing special, one-of-a-kind gifts, but also as uniquely disadvantaged and flawed. Enneagram 4w3s want a strong and well-defined sense of identity. They fear being or feeling insignificant. And while they often feel different from others, they don’t want to be alone: they may feel self-conscious or socially awkward, but they deeply wish to connect with people who understand them and their feelings (if such validation remains out of reach, fours begin to build their identity around how unlike everyone else they are).

5s are bigger sadbois than 4s. both are emo as fuck. 4 emos are crying out for their lost utopia and crying out for love. because they disintegrate into a 2 and idealize integration into the idealistic 1. 5 emos are like "its over. I can never be saved. the world is too big and crushing for me. lets bleed and die and become robots". they disintegrate into 7 where they are lost in the big picture and become sad about their lack of impact in the enormous world (because they lack the positivity of a true 7). and they idealize integration into 8 which is an over-embodied animal, a "beast" with zero idealism whatsoever. but they also seem to fear this greatly... ???

(Mis)Understanding Type 4 PT 2
Introduction
This is a Rant/Informative post on how people misunderstand enneagram 4.  I would suggest checking enneagrammers type 4 section cuz its well written and its probably one of the best ways to clear allot of misunderstanding plus I'll be referencing it allot...like allot. ill go over some common mistypings ive seen around as well as misconceptions and certain nuances people often ignore.
Every type is and wants to be special its not limited to E4.
“4’s don’t want to be separate, they’re coming from a place of already being so. 4's are unaware of how to modulate themselves to anything if it contradicts their inner experience.” This often leads for people to not understand how type 4s work and end up mistyping others due to certain believe that wanting to be unique and special is SOLELY a type 4 trait. All enneatypes want to be special and stand out in their own way. Especially when it comes to attachment types because “Often the attachment types get stuck to the idea of being a 4 because they are dealing with a type structure that consciously fighting against the unconscious urge to actually be in sync with others.”
Some Misconceptions
“Being candid about traumatic experiences (this can be anyone, but less likely a withdrawn type)
Self-deprecation (this is seen most often in 6's and 9's especially if there's 4 in the trifix, also 7w6)
Being artistic (any type can be artistic, 4's just have a specific aesthetic expression need that's tied into their type structure)
Being depressed (depression and/or sadness are emotions/conditions that can be experienced by all types, even bright 7's, and many 4's are not depressed at all)
Being moody/dramatic (4's do tend to be reactive and moody, but so do 6's and 7w8’s)
Being unique or weird (4's individuate constantly, but any type can do unique and strange things, ex. Lady GaGa is a 7, Björk is a 9)
Being overly emotional (all types have emotions, not all types identify with them, but type 6 as the most outwardly emotional type in some cases)
Enduring pain on the inside and having to smile on the outside (this is highly 9ish and not ever 4ish)
Feeling detached from mainstream things (this is true of 4, but any type can be sardonic and biting about "basic" people or mainstream things, type 6 for example can either be the one doing what everyone else is doing or the one who's sarcastically speaking out against it)
Fearing being flawed (4’s feel that the world is shallow and flawed and they are too deep for it, this creates a frustration and fantasy around their superior self-image)”
All of this is taken from the enneagrammers section on enneagram 4 link below.
Mistyping 4s
When it comes to 3s- Two common mistyping when it comes to attachment types are Pearl (ESFP 3w2 so/sx) and Asuka Langley Soryu (ENTJ 3w4 so/sx) Being typed as  4w3 sx/so. Due to their need to stand out HOWEVER their need to stand out and be their BEST SELF Pearl being a Star who is seen as great and love by the public while Asuka being the best EVA Pilot and proving her competency. While a sx 4 would present an image of brokenness and sadness look at Prince Zuko for example (ISFP 4w3 sx/sp) he presents an Image of brokenness and constantly over indulges in anger and melancholy. Also Pearl and Asuka a wtihdrawn type...no. Both of these two are way too expressive to be 4s. Also very clear attachment types. In Asuka’s case we see she searches for love in being the best Eva pilot and creating interpersonal relationships in school while Pearl does this through status and becoming a Star.
Tumblr media
When it Comes to 6s- a common mistyping I see its Mitski (INFP 6w5 sp/sx) Due to the self preservation 6 being on the most reserved side of things and both can complain allot due to both being in the reactive triad however when it comes to separating and differentiating these types is that a 6 is still craving connection (due to being an attachment type) and 4s are a rejection type while sure they want to make connection they might negate it all together. Also 6s are incredibly interested In problem solving and are interested in dissecting an issue while 4s dont really care about problem solving “However, 6's will still display a need for acceptance, a fear of being cast away, and they will emphasize how different/problematic they are as if it's a problem/danger to be put on the table right away. Even when 6's are at their most negative, they still tend to be funny and likeable.”
Tumblr media
When it comes to 7- I typed Jules Vaugh as a 4 in my ENFP characters post and I might go back on that however for a very clear mistyping of a 7 as a 4 is Laurie “Theodore” Lawrence from little woman 2019. In my opinion Laurie is a ISFP 7w6 sx/so rathe than a sp 4w5. The differences between 4 and 7 are a bit more notable even tho both of them are frustration types. 7s tend to be highly positive individuals who are constantly looking for good expiernces and understanding of the world. 4s on the other hadn't complain about what they don't have and focuses on the negative aspects more. 4s are withdrawn types while 7s are positive types. I just dont get how Laurie is a 4 im sorry. I thought his journey was very clear that Amy pushed him to integrate to his 1 while he was wasting his life and talents. it
Tumblr media
Comes to 9s- This is probably the most continuous out of the previous type you'll notice that most 4s in media are probably mistyped 9s (I myself mistyped Amanda Young From the Saw Franchise as a 4w3 when it makes more sense for her to be a 9w8 sx/sp) But the most common mistypings ive seen in this case is Wanda Maximoff (INFP 9w8 sx/sp) and Camille Preaker (INFP 9w8 sx/sp) Mostly you'll see them typed as 4w5 sp/sx or sx/sp in Wanda’s Case. 4s tend to hate masking their disdain for things and others while 9s tend to present a more calm exterior. In the case of Camille and Wanda both Sx 9s they care about interpersonal relationships and dont have the boundry in interpersonal relationship 4s have. They see themselves as specially unique in comparison to orders. Due to being in the gut type 9s are prone to anger and tend to struggle with this. A thing we see with Wand and Camille struggle with. Both of them go into a haze of sort when it comes to dealing with problem rather than dealing with them like any assertive type like 4 would. Also it's very clear that both of them are attachment types not frustration types.
Tumblr media
There are some other mistyping such as 8 vs 4 but I just think that’s plain misunderstanding.

I have no fucking idea what my enneagram is. At first I was SURE I was a 3w4, then a 1w2, then a 3w2, then a 6w7, then a 1w2 again, and now I'm like a 4w3?? The fuck? At first e4 was one of the types I related to the least. What is happening.

Subtype Trait Structures: so4
Imaginative and Creative
The emotional, sensitive, and introspective aspect allows you to more easily access your creative and imaginative side. From an early age, he likes to console himself and entertain himself in fantastic and dreamlike worlds in which his imagination allows him to compensate for the great inhibition he feels in real life. This imaginary world that he has created and in which he somehow believes will be able to materialize in the future, serves him to metabolize everyday reality. Poetry, art, and music become channels of expression to the outside.
Sensible
Low self-esteem and the need to defend yourself from others lead you to reject criticism or behaviors that challenge you. Their gaze perpetually directed to the outside world and the continuous comparison he makes with himself lead him to give a subjective reading and interpretation of what happens; the slightest criticism annihilates him, he feels that he has given a lot, more than the others, he finds himself again without recognition. In addition, since it is difficult for him to express his opinion directly for fear of being hurt or conflicted, he expects the same from others (understanding, empathy).
Romantic
For this character, life is hard, difficult and sad, but it is characterized by a romantic feeling inside. Thanks to his romanticism, the world becomes lighter and more bearable, it is as if he added a note or a touch of color to so much pain. The romantic vision that he harbors within him is expressed in the world through poetry, music, and the search for positive living situations and opportunities. It is as if he did not resign himself to the harsh reality through his romantic aspect. It is as if through romance he sweetened a bitter pill.
Passive-Aggressive and Self-Destructive
He is not allowed to express anger, he always represses hatred. Showing hatred for his mother (or father) would be tantamount to losing her, something no child could afford. So he learned to repress his hatred and swallow it, he began to hate himself believing himself defective, unworthy of love, guilty of not being loved, in order to save his mother. The parental anger you experienced in childhood is too destructive and distressing.
Introspective
The closure, the isolation in which he takes refuge as a child, and in which he grows up, somehow leads him to spend a lot of time in contact with himself, listening to and analyzing himself, doing with himself what no one did when he was a child. Pain and contact with suffering continually stimulate him to study himself and to investigate his inner dynamics. He longs to get out of his suffering and has to continually face it, but he does not believe that this can be done by acting or making decisions in his own life. Instead, he prefers an interior movement of study and analysis of how he is, what he feels and why.
Reserved
He is extremely private, and only talks about himself and his intimate experience with very few people, as he does not trust others to understand him. Since childhood he has experienced not being understood, not being seen, having the feeling that no one is aware of his needs, and therefore, as an adult, he has no faith that there is someone who can understand him deeply.
Feminine
Delicate, sweet, and languid. It poses in a delicate and tender way, and therefore also in the masculine social E4, the characteristics of listening, welcoming, understanding, caring, as well as a friendly physiognomy in which the smile, a manifestation of benevolence towards the world, is always insisted as a background note. There is no trace of aggressiveness or attack in him, but of sweetness and tenderness.
Gentle
He is always kind, expresses himself in soft ways and approaches, as he wants to avoid conflicts and losses. Use kindness to please the other, try to avoid behaviors that can provoke or irritate. She has learned to stand on her toes in the world, to try to prevent or avoid the parent's mood swings or attacks, and thus has learned since childhood that this soft way is what works best for her in the relationship.
Comprehensive
Willing to understand the motives of others, strong empathy combined with fear of abandonment and conflict makes you lenient and benevolent towards the motives and reasons of others. He tends to put himself in the place of the other, he justifies his actions even in situations in which he is humiliated or is not seen, he has difficulties with separation, as well as in primary relationships. From a young age he learns that it is better not to express his opinion or clearly what he wants because this creates a distance with his parents. Thus he learns to understand them, to justify them.
Lazy and Procrastinator
You are recalcitrant about committing and lazy about getting a task done. He tends to postpone his execution because he always feels that he is not up to the task and very often he believes that he is incapable or that he does not do it to the best of his ability. Fear of failure paralyzes you. Obviously, this is closely related to low self-esteem and lack of confidence in their own abilities. No one ever believed in him; as a child he was not only not encouraged, but which, on the contrary, was devalued. His procrastination is linked to the need to do things as perfectly as possible, even beyond. He does not admit mistakes to himself and this requires him in the actions that he then undertakes enormous energy to complete the task.
Criticism and Self-Disqualification
He is critical and disqualifying both with himself and with others. He tends to be critical of himself because it is the experience he has had. It has been heavily criticized, disqualified. To the extent that he compares himself with others and in order not to be completely annihilated by the superiority of others, he tends to have a critical look and to express, not directly, disapproval, negative judgments about the other, his way of being, or to work. So the criticism of the other is born of an attempt to survive, not to be completely crushed by the comparison with the outside world.
Sadness and Suffering
He is sad and suffers from a young age, even before he is aware of it; when he becomes an adult he continues to drag this suffering, since he remains attached to that need to receive that has never been satisfied. His attention does not shift, he does not find compensation in life because it is as if he is still waiting for that love. There is a part of him that is obstinate in not wanting to give her up and that is why he does not learn to give himself the love that he did not receive in childhood. Thus, love becomes something sublime, inaccessible, almost impossible to find and experience.
Proud
He reacts superbly to an offense and a wound, in the sense that in order to defend himself he creates a distance with the other, or he even leaves, separates, becomes cold and distant. He does not back down, he resists his suffering without showing it and confuses pride with strength, he has the illusion that through pride he can protect himself. It retriggers the wound in the same way that it hurts the most.
Shy
You like to be social and need others, but you tend to hide and find it difficult to expose yourself, especially in a new and wide social context. Shyness is due to an excessive concern for the judgment of others, the perception of being inferior to others and a feeling of inadequacy. From a very young age he experiences the weight of being judged, often being asked to be different than he was or to better fit the context. You develop an excessive tendency to focus on your inner world of thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
Pessimistic and Distrustful
You perceive the world as dangerous and unpredictable, so you tend to always see the negative side of things and situations. Through his pessimism he believes he can anticipate and control the pain he will feel when something bad happens, because he is sure it will! He has no confidence in the course of events or even in himself, this becomes functional to remain passive and withdrawn, and at the same time to be able to complain and suffer.
Insecure
He has the constant doubt that his actions or words can lead to difficult or irremediable situations, and that they can lead him to disappoint the other and be abandoned by him; this, of course, makes him very insecure. As a child, the father corrected his actions a lot or even criticized him often, which made him insecure and hesitant, especially when it came to taking the initiative or acting instinctively.
Complain and Claim
He complains about small things, he is impatient. Need to continually express and externalize dissatisfaction (I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, I'm bored). Through the complaint he seeks attention and confirmation that another is available and sees him. Complaining is also their way of feeling the other person is present in the relationship, it is a bit like a thermometer to check that they are always there, that they have not gone away. However, in situations where he is really hurt or has a real deep need, he tends to withdraw and not share, because he thinks that no one will be able to help him. The emptiness and anguish he feels are indescribable; he doesn't feel like he can trust anyone, he distrusts others and life so much that he thinks that no one can really help him in the face of so much pain (and, above all, that there is nothing he can do to stop it). It is as if he were desperate, exhausted. He also feels shame wash over him; showing yourself in such pain in front of the other person makes you feel enormous shame and E4 feels even more miserable.
Silence
It is silent, it tends not to make noise, not to be noticed, not to bother. To be accepted, one must not disturb the other, not disturb one's own mother, and for this reason, as an adult, one tends to be silent, not to interfere with the atmosphere of the environment, not to be seen by the other.
Altruistic and Helpful
Being helpful and helping arises in the subject from the idea that love must be deserved, that it is not free. He has learned that in order to be loved, he must earn that love in some way and that is why, when something is asked of him, he spontaneously puts himself at the service of the other person. In addition, he has experienced the feeling of need and, therefore, it is as if he somehow knows from within the feeling of the one who needs help, and being clearly empathetic, it is automatic for him to go to the other. Finally, we must add to tell him that he finds it difficult not to do someone's request. Backing away makes him uncomfortable; when he does, he feels that he is in danger of losing something, perhaps of losing the other person or of being abandoned.
Hypersensitive
It is extremely sensitive to loud noises, raised tones of voice, and sudden gestures. It is as if he had developed in his existence a sense of constant danger, as if he was constantly on the alert when exposed to the danger of being attacked and therefore reacts with jerks. Sometimes even with excessive vocal emissions in reaction to environmental stimuli that may arise suddenly.
Jealous
He is jealous of his partner, but he can also be jealous of other beings he loves, even friends. His jealousy comes from the fear that someone else will be preferred over him, since that is the experience he had as a child, when he felt ignored compared to his brothers. Furthermore, this fear is made even more vivid by the fact that he has developed a lack of self-confidence and is therefore convinced that another person can be much more interesting than he is in the eyes of his beloved.
Empathic
He has a great ability to put himself in another's place, to live his emotional experience. This attitude is supported by his sensitivity and emotionality. In addition, empathizing with others allows you to feel useful in the relationship. Empathy unites the other and removes the feeling of guilt for not intervening or helping.

Taylor Swift Songs as Enneagram Personality Types
The Enneagram is a personality test that classifies your personality in one of nine categories, each with different traits. Most of Taylor Swift's songs fall into two of the personality types: type 4 (the individualist) and type 9 (the peacemaker). The songs on these lists are mostly in album order - however, there are a few added onto the ends of a few of the lists that took me a little longer to place that come out of order.
TYPE 1: THE REFORMER
The reformer tends to be rational. This person is idealistic and principled - they live by their values. They are purposeful and self-controlled, and tend to be perfectionists. The songs I classified as Type 1's are songs that focus on the ideals in relationships and life. They're songs where Taylor has a purpose, and some of them tend to have more rational thoughts behind them.

TYPE 2: THE HELPER
The helper is a caring person who genuinely cares about other people. They tend to be interpersonal and generous. These people are people-pleasing, and can be possessive. The songs I classified as Type 2's are ones where she clearly shows caring for other people, sometimes to the extent of people-pleasing. She tends to be possessive in some of these songs, too.

TYPE 3: THE ACHIEVER
The achiever is a success-oriented, pragmatic, and hard working person. This person is very driven and adaptive, and is very image-conscious. The songs classified under this category show how conscious Taylor is of her own image. They're the songs where she's trying to show herself in a positive light. These are the songs where she shows herself as a hard worker and just how successful she is, without caring about those who try to bring her down.

TYPE 4: THE INDIVIDUALIST
The individualist tends to be withdrawn and sensitive. This person is self-absorbed and dramatic, and tends to be temperamental. This person is very expressive. TYPE 5: THE INVESTIGATOR
The investigator is intense and cerebral - they tend to think more with their brains than with their hearts. They are perceptive and innovative, but tend to be secretive and isolated. The songs classified as Type 5's are the ones where Taylor finds herself isolated and alone. A lot of these songs tend to be very intelligently written.

TYPE 6: THE LOYALIST
The loyalist is committed and security-oriented. They tend to be anxious and suspicious of those around them. They are responsible and engaging. Taylor tends to be anxious and suspicious in a lot of the songs I classified as Type 6's. They're the songs where she's seeking security and comfort, but may not always be receiving it. Things are going wrong in many of these songs.

TYPE 7: THE ENTHUSIAST
The enthusiast is spontaneous and fun-loving. They are busy and versatile, but they tend to be a bit distractible and scattered. These songs have a lot of energy and are fun. These are the dance songs, the ones that make you want to move. This is the smallest list of the nine personality types. While a lot of Taylor Swift songs could fall under this personality type, most of them tend to fall under another type better, hence why this list is so small.

TYPE 8: THE CHALLENGER
The challenger is a powerful and self-confident person. This person tends to be dominating - you're always aware of their presence when they walk in the room. They are decisive and willful, and oftentimes tend to be confrontational. The songs under this category tend to be confrontational and angry. Many are songs where she is feeling confident in herself. These songs tend to have a lot of energy, but aren't as happy and energetic as Type 7 songs.

The peacemaker is easygoing and self-effacing. They are receptive and really good listeners. They are agreeable and complacent, and they tend to avoid conflict as much as possible. The songs in this category are ones where Taylor is easygoing, calm, and agreeable. She tends to be open to listening to the other person's point of view in these songs, as well.

mbti + enneagram typing for @hoteltrivagoallday
isfj 968 9w8 sp/so 6w5 4w3
Tumblr media
enneagram: 968 9w8 sp/so 6w5 4w3
let's start with your core type.
you say that you're "not very attached to reality," and you "daydream very often," which can be attributed to an sp9. 9's aren't completely detached from the world (as you say yourself). it's more of a coping mechanism that often happens in difficult situations.
on the same note, the way you describe staying attached to reality because it's necessary despite your 9 fix means you have a 6 somewhere in your tritype that keeps your 9 in check. this could work both in a positive and negative way- as 9's disintegrate in to e6's, which may explain the negative ways your 6 can manifest (i'll expand on later).
you then state that you're "very expressive" and "try to keep a positive attitude." 9's are a part of the positivist triad, which somewhat explains why you might find yourself daydreaming often and "suppressing" or "distracting" yourself from your emotions.
as many enneagram writers like to describe it, 9's prefer to 'narcotize' as a way to avoid negative emotions. the part about being expressive might stem from your 4 fix, which could explain why there are many conflicting parts of your questionnaire: on one hand, you distract and suppress your emotions- but on the other hand, you're expressive and self aware.
it's very common that ppl mix up 4 and 9 for this reason: how they deal with their emotions. i put your e9 before your e4 because there's a specific moment in your answers where you mention that emotions are important, but not that important.
another reason why, is that 9's are detached from both themselves and the world, but 4's withdraw from whatever pains them, which this website puts it very well. while you do withdraw from the world to understand your emotions, you mention suppressing them a lot more. you don't seem to place a high regard on it, as a 4 might find themselves doing. any attempt to withdraw from your situation might just be the way a 9 finds themselves avoidant of the world.
imo, any way a 4 would protect themselves by withdrawing is probably attributed to your 6w5 fix, who is INCREDIBLY protective and focused on security, which is also why i placed your 6 fix before your 4 (i'll expand later...).
as for your wing, you say that you can "get really angry and react to everything," which means you likely have an 8 wing for your 9, as 8's are part of the reactive triad. from what you've said, it seems like you value boundaries and hate having them crossed, which again, shows you have more of an 8 wing rather than a 1. i also think the part about hating attention seekers can speak to an e8 (from my experience 8s and 3s often clash w eachother 😭)
as for your subtype, i went with so8. the naranjo description of so8's is mostly that they tend to be ambiverted, which is the vibe that your answers give. you say that you would be a "respectful leader," which aligns a lot with how an so8 functions. tbh your 8 is not as aggressive as the other subtypes, which means that so8 is probably the best since it's the "softest" out of all.
lastly, you also seem to dislike change, which shows more of a 6 fix in your tritype. the parts where you don't like uncertainty can also be attributed to a 6. you mention the word “energy” a couple times throughout your questionnaire, especially when it comes to making decisions and not liking “energy vampires.” i read about it somewhere, but this speaks a lot to your 6w5, as 5’s are generally known for trying to conserve their energy.
something i also found interesting was what you daydream about. i'm too lazy to find the context/question, but it was about your reaction to a situation that was stressful. particularly, how you said you'd daydream "a way out," and "someone coming to rescue you." then, about how you'd think about scenarios that were suspicious between you and those around you. this speaks A LOT to an e6. on one hand, it could be a way your 6 fix manifests in your tritype, but it could also be how a 9 might disintegrate. i think this enneagram description by duran & catalan puts it well:
The “specific reaction” that is derived from this defensive suspiciousness toward the world is doubt. It is the expression of mistrust and it contains fear and paranoia
some of your answers give the vibe that you don’t like failure, and you prefer when things go your way, which shows that somewhere in your tritype you have a 3 fix, probably the wing for your e4 (which i placed last in your tritype).
mbti : isfj
there was a moment in your questions where you mentioned that you have an urge to point our other people’s mistakes, but you hold yourself back from doing it in consideration of them. imo this speaks to you’re ti criticism, but also to the way you’re considerate of the ppl around you, which is how ti and fe like to work together. since they seem to work together so closely, it seems like you have them in your tertiary and auxiliary placements.
then, you say that trial and error is how you prefer/tend to learn, which is very much a ti-ne relationship, suggesting that you're probably on the si-ne axis along with your ti-fe.
lastly, the part about your upbringing spoke so much to your ti/fe. you seem to be very aware of the social dynamics happening around you, but you also have a sense of care towards others (fe). on the other hand, this can relate to an e9, who is hyper aware of others needs.
from this, it was mostly process of elimination for me. with ti and fe in your aux/tert, it seemed your most likely types were isfj or entp. what solidified isfj for me was for a couple reasons:
you are comfortable with the past, and use it as a metric for the future (higher si placement)
you dislike change, especially things that are unpredictable (lower ne placement)
one of your answers is abt how you are a "curious person," which might indicate ti/ne>si>fe. while i think this is partially true, i think the placement of the functions matters a lot as well. i made a post about this a while ago, but the tert function is often the "boredom" function, which i think might relate a lot more to your curiosity, rather than being something dominant to your mbti.

Calling all INFPs/Enneagram 4’s 🗣️
I’ve had this playlist going for awhile that I made and if you at all identify with the above personality types I think you’ll definitely resonate with these songs! 💗
It’s a real hodge podge, some are sad and moody while others are more whimsical. But I think that perfectly expresses the ups and downs and complexities of a type 4, or an INFP.
No pressure at all, but if this is your jam enjoy!! 💗

Quickly? Probably not, because I love to write, but I’ll see what I can do. 😊
There are a few different ways to look at this. The regular INFP-4 combo, and then the INFP-4w3 and the INFP-4w5. Because every Enneagram type has a couple of wings which makes each 4 a little different from the other.
I’ll begin by saying that Type 4 is the most common match-up for the INFP. INFPs can also match up pretty well with 5s and 9s.
The easiest way to sum up the INFP-4:
They are all about self-identity and being original.
They’re constantly trying to figure themselves out and how they fit on the world.
They like to channel themselves through their art and writing.
They want to remain true to themselves no matter what.
They are emotionally honest and authentic.
Growing up they often felt different than those around them.
They like to dive into their emotions, even the dark ones.
When unhealthy they can be self-sabotaging.
They are usually HSPs (highly sensitive person).
They may become angry if forced to conform.
They long to be understood.
Depending on their wing, they may be a little more Extroverted and people-friendly (4w3) or analytical and solitary (4w5).
They are more identity-driven than the INFP-5 who is knowledge-driven and the INFP-9 who is harmony-driven.
I hope this helps! 💜
Thanks for the question. 😊
