Okay it's cannon but like in an alternative universe because Comics. I just think the fact DC made Known Murderer and Reblious Teen with Daddy Issues a Catholic priest in a different universe. Just. Casually.

Jason Todd is may or may not be Catholic in the main timeline of DC Comics, but I the Flashpoint storyline, my man is a priest! He was a drug addict, thief, and in the Blood Brother cult before dying, only to come back to life and decide to become a priest in the hellhole that is Gotham. In the main timeline, he comes back after dying and stuffs a duffel bags full of heads! The common trait before all Jason Todds is that they all have to be as dramatic as possible. Dying and coming back as the most unexpected thing. Unbelievable. I love this man.

[LEFT] XVIII. (2.10) — In Charles Town, the day of Captain Flint's trial comes. Lord Ashe offers him a chance to avoid humiliation, but Flint declines, still bitter at Ashe for Mrs. Barlow's death. However, help for Flint arrives in the unlikeliest form: Charles Vane. Vane's men launch their attack on the city, and Flint and Vane fight their way out, with Flint murdering Ashe en route. They reach the ship to find Flint's crew have regained leadership, but Flint orders Vane's crew be released - realizing pirates have to unite against the rest of the world. Silver, after being tortured, is forced to have his leg amputated. When he finally awakens, he reveals that the spy they hired to watch the Spanish soldiers sold the location to Jack, but he leaves out his own part in the exchange. The ending scene shows Max celebrating Jack's success at bringing the treasure back to Nassau.

[RIGHT] XXVIII. (3.10) — As Flint buries the treasure, he is questioned by Silver about his true reasons for the war against the British and the tactics for the upcoming battle on the island. On the day of the attack, the British and Hornigold manage to take the beach with superior firepower, forcing Flint and his men to retreat. Meanwhile, Rackham and Anne unite with Blackbeard's fleet, who seeks revenge for the death of Charles Vane. In Nassau, Eleanor is confronted by an anonymous message, which demands the remains of Charles Vane as well as the gibbet be removed from the market square. Rogers recovers and reassures Eleanor of his support in overcoming her enemies. Silver sends Dobbs to the beach to kill Hornigold. In a later battle, Hornigold shoots Dobbs. Hornigold is eventually killed by Flint. In Nassau, a pardoned pirate captain is murdered by Billy, as there was no reaction to the message with the black spot. With the help of Anne and Rackham, Blackbeard's fleet manages to force the British fleet to retreat. In Nassau, Billy uses the name "Long John Silver" to create a claim of responsibility for the murder.

Harrowhark

I'm pretty sure you've already got plenty of submissions for her so I'll just say she was raised in what is basically a cult (technically a nunnery but let's be real) dedicated to keeping the body of the thing that will kill God behind the rock. One of their prayers is actually "I pray the rock is never rolled away". Harrow is extremely devout as penance for her earlier heretical actions in the tomb as a child (spoiler!) so the Catholic guilt really comes through

she’s number one practitioner of space Catholicism. The locked tomb is chock full of Christian (catholic) imagery themes metaphors etc. just look at her she’s got a bone rosary

They're Catholicism with extra bones. Everyone is a nun. They have what is basically a rosary made from knuckle bones. They technically worship the same God as everyone else, but they're waaaay more focused on The Body in the Tomb (Mary) and we get a moment where we find out that while everyone else prays the equivilent of The Lords Prayer, they're doing the equivilent of Hail Mary. And they paint their faces with skulls.

She thinks leaving dry bread in a drawer is taking care of someone. She's in love with a 10,000 year old corpse (the same one they worship). She spent ALL NIGHT digging with her bare hands to make sure a field had bones every 5 feet so she could fight her girlfriend - I mean, greatest enemy. Spoiler territory: She's been puppeting her parents corpses since she was 8 years old. Instead of grieving her dead girlfriend, she gives herself a lobotomy. She makes soup with bone in it so she can use the bone IN THEIR STOMACH to try and kill them.

I love the Locked Tomb series but Harrowhark has daddy issues with God, had a childhood crush on God's cryogenic partner, and is in love with God's daughter, not to mention that she's essentially a bone-bender. The religion on her home planet exists in a way that is technically against the will of the canon in-universe God, even. All of this to say, Harrowhark is heretical at minimum if not an outright witch. Terrible Catholic. Burn her.

basically ronan's powers are inherited from his dead father niall and it means he can bring anything from a dream into real life. so he's got this whole crisis about whether he is a living piece of blasphemy because men are not meant to have the powers of gods or whether he literally is god. which is not acceptable to him for a number of reasons but mostly because he hates himself. his love interest's name is adam and adam lives in a small apartment above a church which the book says focuses the objects of his worship neatly into one building. I love them both dearly. also, this entire page makes me feel like I'm going insane. Ronan Lynch believed in heaven and hell. Once, he’d seen the devil. Yea probably the most romantic rivalry I can imagine, like, he wants to respond to him only when he feels ready, so he’s not failing any part of the duty, because he’s so special to him.

[LEFT] XXI. (3.03) — While stuck at sea, tensions between Flint and Silver begin to rise, and Silver finds himself pushed to his limit by Flint. Max and Anne hear news of Rogers' planned invasion. The port of Nassau prepares to defend itself against the invasion, and Rackham takes the lead of the force. However, Vane makes a difficult decision in order to enlist the help of Teach and ward off Nassau's defeat. Hornigold arrives on the beach offering blanket pardons from Rogers, which quells any initial resistance. He also puts out a bounty on Vane.

[RIGHT] XXXVIII. (4.10) — Jack and his crew arrive at Skeleton Island and attempt to rescue any survivors in the aftermath of Rogers' ambush of Flint and Silver's crew. Jack, Flint, and Silver sail behind Rogers and the Eurydice to engage them in one final battle. The Eurydice has been seized and Flint and Silver go back to Skeleton Island to retrieve the treasure. Jack returns to Philadelphia to talk to Marion Guthrie about her buying out Rogers' debts. Flint chooses to go to Savannah. Order, at least on the surface, is restored in Nassau.

HELP NEEDED WITH R4 SEARCH

The Details

I have a few R4s from when, as a kid, my [RELATIVE] made them for me.

The files cant be read off the DSi and New2DSXL, except on one (the First Cartridge) (if you want images of it tell me)

IDEA: get new R4 and shove the data from the old one to the new one, cause all the files are There and are Intact (checked) (probably) (im 90% sure its just a "isnt read by the system" problem and everything works swimmingly)

Recently installed @wario-land's "Pogeymon DS" file. And let me tell you its SO FUCKING COOL- but alas i am italian. I may write and understand english with >95% accuracy but come on. What if my ITALIAN file gets corrupted by the ENGLISH game? (Also i have no idea if it could even READ the imported save so im not trying that... for now)

What the actual fuck do I do? I know all i need to do is: Grab files. Shove into R4. Enjoy childhood. However internet searches yield naught but brain damage

And PLEASE if you know anything send me an easy-to-follow idiotproof comprehensive list of things i have to do because i have The Big Autism* and need precise information

*not a joke, i literally have the (  ◕_◕) and uuuuh... its not that bad all things considered! But yeah i am prone to confusion plz help me
