I made this one last December when I was listening about the roman punic wars while watching a beautiful sunset from my window and suddenly I thought of doom and prophecy and then this was just sitting here waiting for some colors. So here it is the dreamer herself, Daenys!!

I am so sorry to trouble you with obvious BS, but a friend found these pendants while metal detecting and was hoping someone would be able to translate the one on the left. Would you know where I could go? The cartouche beginning with a big bust of (Maat? Isis??) is throwing me…
Xxx
Oh that's not total bullshit, the one on the right is supposed to be the Rosetta Stone and the one on the left is a rather wonky version of the cartouche of Cleopatra VII Philopator (aka the Cleopatra). And by wonky I mean "they left off the initial K in favour of fitting in her bust so now it just reads Leopatra". (And made some other weird positional choices but like. Leopatra. That's objectively hilarious.)
Here's the same cartouche rendered horizontally, from the temple of Edfu:
Read from right to left in this case; the sign directly above the lion is the one they left off!

"I would give you the sun if I could, on a gold necklace with a little locket crafted inside, and when you open up that sun.. there would be a picture of an eye. Not the Eye of Ra, mind you, but my eye to remind you that I do love you more than the moon.."
Maybe that's what the Eye of Ra was?? To remind us of the love of the god's, always watching, always caring.. and that's like my love for you - eUë

Marik Ishtar's Egyptian Choker from YuGiOh
Sims 4 Version
Two months ago, I made Marik's Egyptian Choker for the Sims 3 under the creator name SallyCompaq122. Finally, I've recreated his distinctive choker necklace for use in the Sims 4.
This was my first time creating an accessory for the Sims 4 that involved morph states, so there was another steep learning curve. Apparently, Sims 4 uses a different technology for morphs than the previous game did. They traded in some quality control to get the faster game performance, so these morphs will not look as nice, but I have managed to mitigate the disaster and come out with something decent.
If you like the Sims 4 and want to play with this content, you can download it here.
This necklace is base-game compatible and works for male and female sims of all ages.
The level of detail is optimized so as not to slow down your game.
There are 8 presets color-matched to precious metals and other metals historically used in jewelry.
I will be posting more of my content here, especially since I am actively creating again, so if you're interested, give me a follow.
