And none has thrived more than the music sector. During the waves of the pandemic, we were forced to quarantine and stay inside and out of sight. The latest release of her latest music video, "Mind Sex," is currently setting the waves in the music industry. She shows no sign of stopping anytime soon with her upcoming projects and events.

After her exciting debut in 2019, she continued to soar high and make her country proud. With her initial hit "try me" in 2019, she began to draw international attention to her sights. With her way of blending R&B and Afrobeats, she has successfully appeared on high-profile tracks like Wizkid’s "essence," which got Tems, her first top 10 billboard hit, and Future's single hit "wait for you," which topped the US billboard in 2022. Born in the capital city of Lagos to a British father and Nigerian mother, she has nurtured her talent and made her country proud.

Baby Keem

Born in Maryland, b-Lovee is an American rapper who got popular through his participation in the "IYKYK viral hit. He later went from "my Everything" to appearing on songs with prominent rappers such as Digga D and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

Ayra Starr

Another Nigerian female singer-songwriter has captivated her fans and other artists with her blend of Afropop and R&B melodies lined with her stunning vocals. Along with Terms, this Nigerian star is leading a new class of Women, singing about preserving their power, preserving and protecting peace, and providing awareness for them at large. After being signed to one of Nigeria's leading labels, "Mavin," she released her global charting single "Bloody Samaritan."

DreamDoll

A rapper from Bronx, New York, has worked her fame into rap stardom. She started her rap journey in college and has seen it through. DreamDoll has worked different jobs to meet ends meet, including a bartender at starlets of New York, where she was discovered and signed to Warner Records.

Nardo Wick

Another rapper slowly grinded his way to success in 2021 after releasing his breakout hit "Who Wants Smoke?" in January 2021. Since I accidentally outed myself following the American Song Contest even though I can't watch it (because Justice for Enisa, I said what I said). I decided to write whatever thoughts I have on today's episode. Also, this probably gonna be my last post for ASC until we know who won, so here my darn cat...

🗽New York > 🤠Montana. I don't care if he's hot, New York should have qualified.

Happy that 🌾Kansas and 🦬North Dakota qualify for the semi-finals.

⭐ Texas: should have won jury vote. The performance was amazing and Grant really sold that staging. If he doesn't qualify, we riot and jump back to Eurovision (and we take Grant with us).

⚜️ Louisiana: an underrated gem that should have landed higher. If this song represented the UK in Eurovision, it would have ended up top 5 with that performance. The most Eurovision-worthy performance of the night.

🎸 Tennessee: Vocally he was good, but there were better performances from the night that were more deserving. Do these juries live in Nashville or something?

🖼️ New Jersey: I am addicted to the song and the performance made it better. That wig snatch gave me life.

🚀 Alabama: I admit, the guy was a little off-key, but both were was fine. The studio version is a bit better though.

🐊 Florida: Ah, yes. Dudes with "Flirt" written on the crotches of their pants. Totally normal. Either way, I dig the performance. Needs more pink though.

🏔️ Alaska: the song reminds me a lot of ABBA, which is actually a good thing. Still can't believe Jewel made American Schlager worked (and how is she 9th?)

⛳ South Carolina: as an EDM fan, this song is so underwhelming along with the performance too. Good thing Kansas qualified.

⛰️ South Dakota: sounds like they were making a song for Meghan and Janelle, but ended dedicating it to Dreamdoll and Winter (yes, it's a bad thing, especially if you watched Bad Girls Club).

1️⃣ Delaware: I kinda didn't listen to it, so I don't really have a say on it. But for what it's worth, I'm not a fan of rock music. That's all I have to say.

🇲🇵 N.M.I: not a fan of acoustic pop music, but the aesthetic of his performance makes me want to go to a beach.

🏞️ Colorado: fun performance and Riker looks like he's having the time of his life. Good to say that Colorado is totally behind him. Austin and Ally fans better vote for him.

This is absolutely nothing. But hey look I’m trying! This was mostly experimental. This is just an alternative clown get up for my oc Dahl that some of you might remember. I haven’t really done any colored versions of him, someone a while ago pointed out he looked like the sacred clowns from Native American culture, so I ran with that and did my best to give him the appropriate skin color. Also went with a type of sketching shading and line work I more went with a blur technique with the balloons and blacks on the clothes. She's the Eldest of Five Siblings

Dreamdoll, real name Tabatha Robinson, was raised in the Edenwald Housing Projects in Bronx, New York, and moved out when she was 19 years old. She has four younger siblings ranging from 3 years old to 21 years old. "I am the oldest child. I went through everything first, so my little brothers and sisters all look up to me,"

She's No Stranger To Reality TV

Dreamdoll had already appeared on reality TV but she has said that appearing on Love & Hip Hop was on her bucket list. Though she's not always been proud of her past actions on the silver screen, she claims you will see a completely new Dreamdoll on season eight. "I was immature and made bad decisions... I didn't know my actions until I watched them," she admits. "But at the end of the day, it doesn't define who I am. I'm changed and everyone watching will see this."

Dreamdoll Has No Problem Owning Her Cosmetic Enhancements

The reality star has gone on record to admit that she's had plastic surgery and is 100% comfortable in the skin she's in. In an interview with Power 105.1, the rapper confesses she's had her "boobs, stomach, butt and lips" surgically enhanced. But when VH1 caught up with her, she described a deeper story behind why she went under the knife. "I was in a relationship where my boyfriend use to criticize my body and he was cheating on me with a girl who had curves," she told VH1. "He made me feel so much lower...When I got my money up, that's the first thing I wanted to fix. But [the surgery] made people violate me on Instagram more, saying 'oh, your body is fake.'" As a way to turn the criticism on its ear, she named her debut EP and clothing line Life In Plastic.

DJ Self first got a glimpse of his future artist at the New York City strip club Starlets, where she was working as a bartender.
