Chop all veggies roughly, add oil into a pan and sauté on medium heat until tender, about 10-15 minutes. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and cook with the lid on for 15 minutes on low. 3. Remove from heat and blend until smooth. This salad was amazing - it’s packed with flavor, it’s crunchy and super delicious! Great paired with your favorite protein 🙌🏼 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Alert 📢 Follow 👉 @keto.correct👈 For More Keto Tips and Keto Recipes.🇺🇸 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Ingredients: 1/2 red onion 1 large tomato 2 Persian cucumbers 1/4 c chopped parsley 2 mini bell peppers or 1 large 2-3 slices low carb bread 2 tbsp Olive oil for the salad 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Black pepper + Salt to taste Croutons: Cut bread into squares, generously spray with avocado or olive oil and season with garlic and salt seasoning (salt, garlic powder and lots of oregano). Air fry for 8 minutes flipping halfway thorough at 375-400F. Every air fryer is different, make sure to eye ball them and cook for additional 1-2 minutes if needed. Chop up all the veggies, season, toss in olive oil and add croutons. Like, Comment, or Share soon ❤️ A beautiful delicious artisanal bread, soft inside, brunchy outside ❤️  👉Preparation time: 36 hrs  👉Cooking time  60 minutes Servings: 1 large loaf 🥖Ingredients 🥖 470 g 0 type bread flour Manitoba 250 g sourdough starter 300 ml water 12 g of salt 6 g malt powder 🥖Method 🥖 A. In a bowl add the starter, malt and water, mix well with a fork and leave to rest 15 minutes. B. Add the flour and salt. Knead by hand for 5 minutes.  C. Leave to rise in a bowl at room temperature until double in size, about 2 hrs. Then fold the dough minimum for 3 times (every 40 mins). Then pour in fridge for 24 hrs. D. The day after fold and shape your bread and pour the dough in a bowl with a cotton-linen towel. Cover with cling film and pour in fridge for 12 hours E. Preheat your oven to 230C. F. Bake for 60 minutes until golden brown. G.
