hello all.

after dealing with a lot of loss and change for the past few months, and doing my best to continue coping with it, im gonna try to start posting again! i’ve been struggling with mental health, and a good friend of mine made me realize that i slowly began to treat writing as a chore, rather than a hobby and an outlet.

thank you all for your continuous support. i’ve taken the time to reflect and do some soul searching, and i would love to start writing again and meet some more of you lovely individuals. i miss the friendships i once made through this platform, and i hope to keep creating and connecting with you all.

Life update (tw for ED talk)

I’m so happy that my weight loss journey and working on my well being is going well. I have lost 16 lbs recently I’m almost to my second goal weight without relapsing on my Ed recovery it’s great. I’ve have not restrict my eating either thing is huge for me because when I had my major weight loss I struggled with restrictive eating to the point it wasn’t good for me. I lost 120lbs overall not the healthy way so losing 16lbs without relapsing is amazing . I’m currently at 166 and started my weight loss journey in April at around 182 after being in 2 years recovery. I’m pretty proud of myself. My goal is to keep going until I get to my goals.
