catching her reading the stories of all his adventures and being so clearly thrilled by them that he finds an old empty room in the castle and turns it into a miniature museum for one. Private viewing full of all these trophies and cool shit he's brought back from his travels. And then he proceeds to give her Story Time behind each and every single one of them, all the real tales and the behind the scenes, because he knows his curious, insatiable big-brain lady loves nothing more than learning new things.
Before Steve and Eddie started dating Eddie didn’t really do much to get an audience for his shows. Of course a few flyers hear and there then that’s just kind of where he stops luckily a good amount of people will show up from that but not an outrageous amount of people. All of that changed once Steve saw the way Eddie would go about getting an audience and he thought that he deserved a way bigger crowd than what he was settling for. Eddie didn’t expect to come home one day to see shirts that says ‘corroded coffin’ with an amazing logo on it, a huge banner, flyers that had top notch designs on it, and even small accessories like bracelets or rings. He’s never had someone do this for him and Steve made sure everything was perfect before they went to give out flyers. This time around when Eddie gets on stage the crowd is bigger than all of his other shows and they were wearing the shirts that Steve made and the accessories that came with it. Amongst everyone he could see Steve in the audience smiling from ear to ear while wearing the shirt as well. Eddie was never a person who showed affection very often because he’s always had a lack of in his life but that didn’t stop him from when he got off stage he ran to Steve with open arms and hugged him tightly refusing to let him go. He showered Steve with kisses and repeatedly thanked him for being so supportive of him without hesitating. Steve tells him that what he did was the bare minimum but to Eddie that’s not true. Only a few people accepted what he did and how he lived just to call it a hobby, down playing his passion in the end. Steve never did that to him and Eddie was always grateful for that. The biggest difference is that Steve refers to what Eddie does as his dream and not his hobby, which may not mean a lot to some but to Eddie that meant everything because making music is his dream not just something he decided to do when he was bored. It felt good knowing that in this world Steve believes in him when no one else did and Eddie knew that this was only the beginning of something more.
