I think this is the moment Kara realized Lena was it for her, that she finally found her perfect partner at a game night, she found a person whom she can be just Kara and that will always be there to support her even though they don´t always see eye to eye. Maybe she doubted it for a while after everything that happened between them (the fights, the betrayals) but at that moment, after Lena said to her "El mayarah" Kara realized that Lena will always be by her side.

I know you can probably find these all online, but if anyone's interested in watching them on TV, H&I has Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman every weekend. I found out because they also have Star Trek 8pm - 12am every weekday (one episode per series), and I fell asleep with the TV on and woke up to some classic Batman.
