Speedsters' teeth grow back. However, most of the time this happens so quickly and at times when the speedters are so preoccupied that they themselves haven't noticed.

The first speedster who does notice is Bart, who walked into a glass door while he was busy arguing with Kon and knocked a tooth out.

eobard thawne is the funniest dc character ever by FAR. he has such an intense personal hatred for this one man that he went back in time to move his arm so he wouldn’t catch the ball during a baseball game. he opened his door to let his dog out so it could be hit by a car. he WAS the monster under his bed for his entire childhood. you would think barry allen wronged him in some way but the best part is barry died hundreds of years before he was even born. he’s literally just a hater.

Wrong! Jay Garrick can make sonic bombs by just hitting his helmet at the right frequency. Barry Allen can disassemble and reassemble himself molecule by molecule at will. Wally West can freeze a person in time by removing their potential kinetic energy. Bart Allen can trap entities between molecules. Eobard Thawne can age someone to dust with a touch. Literally any of them can throw a grain of sand with enough force to go through any armor you care to imagine. Speedster abilities are not only endlessly creative, they're horrifyingly OP.
