ok also why did Armand let Daniel starve in the cellar for 3+ days anyway. Was it an attempt at frightening him out of his vampire obsession OR did he simply forget Daniel was even there?
Maybe he was distracted by the tape recorder playing the Interview for three days while Daniel was on the verge of death downstairs? It tracks with his later obsession with blenders + response to TV. Not very gothic romance of him if so, it must be said.
Also because rereading for fanfic reasons it seemed like he was really about to let him go before Daniel started asking to be made into a vampire again (??? which? well was he?). He only starts talking about chasing him once Daniel offends him by asking.

The way I headcanon Agatha's sexuality is a bit fluid, depending on what I'm writing and what au it is.
Which is to say, as long as it's genuinely decent rep, I think it's fantastic at all that they'll give canonic depth to the very thing we have all been saying!
