Countdown to Agatha: Day 776
Wanda, answering her phone: “Hey, what’s up? Is everything okay?”
Y/N: “Oh yeah! Everything is perfectly fine…for once-“
Agatha: “-we actually called to relay a very important message! Are you taking notes?”
Wanda: *scrambles to find a pen and paper* “Go ahead”
Agatha: “Oh, I’m just the mail-witch. Here’s the actual speaker”
Señor Scratchy: *gives various crunching noises and snuffles into he phone speaker*
Y/N: “Did you get that down?”
Wanda: “Yup! And tell him thank you for the love! Bye!” *hangs up*
Natasha after hearing this entire exchange: *evil smirking*
Wanda: “Not. A. Word. ZIP IT!”

Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean - Every Single 'Okey-Dokey!' Fallout (2024)

Text
The thing that hit the hardest at the end of the fallout series was the scene the when the lights turned on across the city in the dusk.
Lucy’s father had just said a minute before that factions create chaos, and there needs to be one entity overseeing things instead for any chance of order. That this wasteland and world as it exists now is unsalvageable.
But then Moldaver holds Roses hand as they watch the lights power on. The Brotherhood - whose entire identity is rooted in technology has one of the most sophisticated arsenals and tools - stands in awe.
Lucy loathes her father in a way that is never explicitly stated but is echoed as the lights of the city came on. She has hope. It is not the naive and infallible form she once had, it is now something bloody and a tad bitter, but it’s still there and will persist in the face of his nihilism.
And the lights of the city hum with hope.

i think they should let more female characters be little freaks. i need more girls who say “okey dokey!” before they do something heinous. and i need more women covered in blood, in general

Countdown to Agatha: Day 775
Agatha: “There’s nothing I hate more than people who don’t appreciate their innate power and abilities - and people who paint over vintage teak wood furniture and stone countertops”
Wanda: “That’s…oddly specific yet somehow makes perfect sense?”
Y/N: “Obviously - you yourself experienced her wrath at the first one Wanda”
Agatha: “You were so lucky that you trapped me in a 1950’s sitcom, if it had been a historical drama in the 17th or 18th century? Public execution”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 774
Wanda: “Do you not have a smoke detector installed in your laboratory-basement-dungeon?”
Agatha: “No, I’ve had that space longer than those frilly alarms have been in use. Besides, it would be difficult to explain to firefighters that the source of fire is in a pocket dimension transportable through time and space via magic.”
Y/N: “But-but- it’s a hazard!”
Agatha: “I’M a hazard”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 773
Wanda: “Agatha - are you trying to boil yourself alive in the shower? Your skin looks kind of…red”
Y/N: “You’d think you’d avoid hot temperatures, you know? Especially given your association with the trials in Salem and witchcraft-“
Agatha: “No. I’ve told you NUMEROUS times that in Salem witches were hung, not burned - uncultured swine”
Y/N: “Ohhhh - so what were you doing then? Trying to boil a lobster?”
Agatha, sarcastically: “Haha, very, very funny.”
Wanda: “Yeah, because you’re the lobster!”
Y/N: “If you think about it, both lobsters and Agatha come from Maine-”
Wanda: “- and all I’m saying is have you ever seen them both in the same room?”
Agatha: “YOU’RE THE ONE WHO LITERALLY DRESSES ENTIRELY IN RED”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 772
Wanda: “Due to some increased amounts of hurt feelings amongst us all, let’s try to limit our usage of strong words like ‘hate’ and ‘loathe’.”
Y/N: “Fine.”
Agatha: “Fine!”
Wanda: “Glad we’re all agreed! Instead, I vote we should save those words for only when we truly need it, got it?”
Agatha to Wanda: “Sure, like how I hate it when you suck up my bandwidth by putting on a “I’m a decent decent human being” facade!”
Y/N: “Hey, I thought you said we would only say those words for when we meant it!”
Agatha: “I know. And I did, that’s why I said it.”
Wanda: *instant crushed feelings*

The amount of self restraint it is taking to not immediately spoil the last half of the fallout show. SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS RIGHT AT MY FINGERTIPS. Anyways the soundtrack and sound design slaps so hard - nostalgic yet eerie
They played the opening notes of Orange Colored Sky in the very beginning of the very first episode and it felt like coming home

Countdown to Agatha: Day 771
Wanda: “How do I tell Agatha I want to be enemies in a non-platonic way?”
Natasha: “Just start with a simple truth, a fact about her that’s something to build off of for how you feel”
Wanda: “That’s perfect!” *flys away* “Agatha!”
Agatha: “What’s up hot stuff? Didn’t get enough of me in our last duel?”
Wanda: “No- I mean YES!- I mean I could never get enough-“ *panics* “You smell like old books and raspberry jam”
Agatha: ???
Natasha in mental anguish: “NOT *THAT* KIND OF TRUTH”
Wanda: “Should I bring up how her laugh is like a symphony of birds cackling?”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 770
Agatha: “And what do you have to say for yourself after attempting to kidnap and mind control ANOTHER town?!”
Wanda: “-I needed enrichment time?”
Y/N: “THEN YOU GO TO THE LIBRARY OR AQUARIUM, NOT ADD ANOTHER LINE TO YOUR VILLAIN RESUME!”
Wanda: “To be fair, it was a smaller town.”

Agatha: “Wh- what did you put in this concoction?”
Y/N: “What’s going on? Agatha are you okay?”
Agatha: “Oh I’m peachy keen…except for Wanda’s trying to POSION ME”
Y/N: “WANDA!! How could you?! We talked about this”
Agatha: “GUILT! DAMNATION! What do you have to say for yourself?!”
Wanda: *laughs*
Agatha: “AND NOW YOU MOCK ME?! Tell me Wanda, at least let me die in dignity knowing the cause of my demise”
Wanda: “Cheese”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 768
Y/N: “We can’t go anywhere today!”
Wanda: “Why? There’s a mission to complete!”
Agatha: “And I have life ruining curses to place on mortals!”
Y/N: “It’s raining! It would be unsafe given each of your…conditions.”
Wanda:…
Agatha: “Just curious, but do you think the Wizard of Oz is a documentary on witches?”
Y/N: “Yeah! I think it’s a really thorough interview, very candid. But why didn’t you tell me about your water allergy?”
Wanda to Agatha: “Can we please just tell them the truth?”
Agatha: “Only after I douse you in water and am gifted the sweet luxury of Y/N having a breakdown.”

Countdown to Agatha: Day 767
Wanda: “Agatha, did you have a first edition of the Odyssey? Or maybe the Iliad?”
Agatha: “The Odyssey, the Illiad- The epic Greek poems from antiquity?”
Wanda: “Yeah!”
Y/N: “Ooo, did you attend the book signing? Did you meet Homer? Was he an instant phenomenon then or was the line really short because he was an emerging author?”
Agatha: “Alright, ignoring the fact that that those stories may have been created through oral tradition and thus might went through many iterations before the first written copy or even even the work of solely Homer, do you REALLY think I am that old?”
Y/N: “Well - didn’t you say you were the inspiration for that one character? The one with the face that sunk a thousand ships?”
Agatha: “The face that LAUNCHED a thousand ships”
Wanda: “Was it to get away from you?”
Agatha: “SHUT UP”
