Tell your friend that not only is using magic to cause major permanent and bespoke alterations to the musculoskeletal system AND auditory-sensory system extremely dangerous, with the potential for leaving you seriously and permanently injured, it is also ENORMOUSLY illegal.

It's somewhere in these files, but if I remember correctly, it carries a mandatory ten year stay in WizPop, and that's assuming you survive the transmutation.

If it were easy to fundamentally alter your body using magic, I wouldn't have been taking HRT for the past nine years.
