i hope it’s alright to ask, but do the trans cats in BT have any method of “transitioning”? or do their clanmates simply refer to them with their new pronouns? im curious :0

only socially transitioning! unless there's a secret StarClan-given power out there to transition cats physically XD

the only exceptions are cats like Airleap, who were born intersex. he was born with outside female genitalia, BUT he actually has inner male genitalia as well- he is infertile on both spectrums because of this. because he was born with female genitalia, his clanmates assumed he was female, but once he started gaining tomscent and he said he was a tomkit, they more easily began using his he/him pronouns because, on first smell, he smells like a tom. in the clans, its a little harder for a non-obvious-intersex character to socially transition because cats are like "oh but you have XYZ, not ABC" but the clans are generally more accepting, to a degree. they're still some sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.

FireAlder and I actually thought about the different clan cultures and who accepts what most.

Twolegplace cats, e.i. BloodClan, are the most accepting cats (see: non-binary cats Brick, Gremlin, Bubbles, etc.), being a lot more open in their "we don't care abt ur gender..." though they are sexist/oppressive specifically towards cats who can have kits

RiverClan and WindClan are about equal for their acceptance. they're supportive and encouraging of same sex relationships (this actually makes Thistlestar feel out of place at times, bcus he suppressed his bisexuality, and embraced homophobia)

ShadowClan and ThunderClan are less excepting, but as the older cats age out, ShadowClan has become a touch more excepting while ThunderClan is currently the most homophobic clan thanks to Frostfur's mental health deterioration ruining her kits' and their friends' perspective of it

so yes it's simply they get referred to with their preferred pronouns and are seen by their chosen gender! :) no physical transition

FireSand are both bisexual. They have had minor attraction to other cats both male and female.

Lightningfur is arospec asexual. she HATES HATES sexually stuff, yuck uck, and she mostly hates stereotypically aromantic stuff too- do NOT flirt with her! flirting with her is a no go! ...unless your someone she's already super close to and you do it slyly, like Silverstream (though Silver's was platonic/teasingly). her kind of "romantic" love is like ride or die, but literally. kill for her or she'll kill you. if you kill for her though she's head over heels *winkwink*

Copperleaf is demi-pan; he is attracted to everyone regardless of gender but he's only comfortable in a relationship/experiences deep attraction past "oh they're cute" with those he's close with. he experiences a deep attraction for Dawncloud but doesn't necessarily pursue her in a traditional romantic sense because he wants to respect her boundaries

Dawncloud is graysexual. she can experience sexual attraction, but not on a consistent basis. unfortunately this is partially because of trauma. she is experiencing romantic attraction for Copperleaf though :)

Airleap does not know his identity exactly. he is intersex, but he transitioned socially from female to male at a very young age (he/they pronouns, though he accepts they/them pronouns later), and he knows he has had crushes on girls (see: Silverstream), but he's not sure if he also likes toms romantically or not, so queer-questioning

Spottedleaf realized she was a lesbian and not attracted to toms when her kits were about 6-8, early apprentice age. she knew she was attracted to she-cats near the end of her relationship w/ BT Thistleclaw but still thought she loved Thistle that way. she suspected but repressed her attraction towards she-cats at an early apprentice age

Frostfur is omnisexual, meaning she experiences her attraction to toms differently than she-cats. she must be very close to a she-cat before experiencing attraction, meanwhile she falls (well, fell, until she met and committed to Lionheart, because, despite everything, Frost is not a cheater) in loves with every tom she sees. she never realized her actually attraction towards she-cats though

Redtail knew he was gay from a young age, was worried about it but received mostly support and was open about it, and Runningwind developed a crush on Redtail as a young apprentice but didn't realize he only liked toms until he was a warrior

Feathercloud also knew he only liked toms from a young age too, often falling for anyone who was even a little kind to him, Ravenwing thought he had crushes on she-cats but realized he didn't actually and only liked toms that he was close to because they were the only ones who gave him a super fluttery feeling (demi-gay), and Barley is gay too.

Darkstripe thought he only liked toms (he admired Tigerclaw way too much to see anyone else; and also maybe briefly had a crush on Runningwind) (he was very quiet/hidden/closeted about his gayness though, out of fear), but comes to realize he actually likes she-cats too

Cherryfur's attraction comes and goes. somedays she's attracted to toms, sometimes to she-cats, sometimes she doesn't like anyone, other days she falls heads over heels for anyone whose nice or hot. she's abrosexual, but keeps herself composed despite her confusion about it (she thinks something's wrong with her, but pretend to be okay and strong and have it all figured out; she would call herself a pansexual then omnisexual before settling on abro)

Bubbles uses any pronouns- she/he/they or otherwise- and any gendered titles, but has grown to hate female titles like queen or mother thanks to their treatment by others as "only being good for nursing kits." they were raised in the Twolegplace, in BloodClan, and knew their identity was very fluid from a young age. their siblings also had more fluid pronouns usage too, though they had set gender identities (Rocket is he/they tom, Opal was she/they she-cat, rip Opal)

Mistlekit/paw is lesbian and knows she is very firmly. Elderkit/paw is trans male to female (bcus i swear to gosh she was female but when i checked canon they were male and i was like "well do i have a solution") and were so from a young age. Elder's sibling Tulippaw is gay too, but does not know it yet/will repress it for awhile

Sootkit/fur is trans female to male, but, currently chap 110-20ish era, is in the untransitioned female era of his life, but will eventually come out. the same for Rowankit/claw, who is female to male, but currently she/her-ified.

Blossomtail and Badgerfang are gay and were dating as apprentices. both knew they loved each other early one (high school sweethearts essentially) but both questioned if they were attracted to she-cats; Badgerfang's answer was "no" while Blossomtail's was "maybe but i dont think so." Swampfur is bisexual, currently in a relationship with a tom but I won't say who >;3

watched Princess Monokoke recently or the first time and yeah, Lady Eboshi is the best morally grey character I've seen in a while.

She has such compassion and respect for the people society casts out, lepers and prostitutes, but until the end of the movie that compassion is strictly for people, not animals or gods or a whole dang forest full of spirits.

She's ambitious, focused on building her own stuff up, and you could say she exploits the lepers and prostitutes as desperately loyal workers- or you could say she gives them the jobs she can grantee they'll keep, in the town where she can ensure they won't be cast out from again. She's ruthless, leaving men behind for death after a wolf attack- or is she being practical, knowing how many people will starve if they don't make sure the rice those men were brining home arrives safely? Her calm nerves and confidence let her send the local lord's messengers running when they come to try taking a share of the ore her people worked hard to make, and they also make her the perfect scapegoat for the priest who wants her to shoot a god in the face for him, Twice.

She'll literally bomb a forest just for the ore underneath it, even after meeting someone who was cursed to die from one of the demons her actions helped create... because that ore is what she needs to maintain Iron Town, and the lives and livelihoods of everyone in it.

By the end it's implied she'll rebuild Iron Town in a way that won't be so devastating to the world around it- not because she suddenly loves gods or spirits or trees, or even cares about them, but because she's seen how harming those things almost got her people killed, and is grateful to her enemy the 'wolf girl' and Ashitaka for helping to save them all.

None of her character traits or ideals change throughout the movie. They just get used is so many different ways, showing off so many different sides to this one person and their way of thinking.

YES you put it into words WAY better than I ever could. I absolutely love the nuance in Lady Eboshi's character and actions and it's a shame she gets reduced to simply a Girlboss™️ when there's so much meaning and thought behind the way she is written. Compassion and ruthlessness are both part of who she is and she embodies both humanist progress and the destruction of nature and tradition in a way I haven't seen in any other character since. And her growth is also organic and feels very natural. She is wonderfully written and I wish people would appreciate that

People really watch Princess Mononoke with their brains off and it drives me up the wall smh

Hey there please could I request a story for Jon Mitchell? Maybe something where the reader is also a vampire and they bump into each other by accident and they haven't seen each other for decades and they still have a spark and maybe get back together, all at the slight shock and confusion but happiness of George? Sorry for the lengthy ask, I didn't know how to explain it better 😂

Mitchell and George had to go to the shops today they were nearly out of food because Annie kept making food and tea and they were just about completely out so the two lads head out the door and down to the shops for groceries Y/n just closed up her shop for the lunch that she ran with her best friend Brooke and Brooke's boyfriend Anders y/n was starving she hadn't been able to feed for the last 2 days because of how busy the Shop's been with sales y/n didn't feed on humans she feeds on animals mostly she doesn't like the fact of killing a human being for food the guilt would just eat or alive that's why she feeds on animals instead that's a lot better for her helps her keep the monster under control. Once fed y/n had at least and half an hour before she had to get back to the shop to reopen for the afternoon orders and merchandise needed to be put outside they could sell it as she was walking she bumped into somebody quite literally "sorry are you alright miss?" Mitchell had asked if the young girl's face was covered so we couldn't tell who it was but he had a feeling that he had seen her before. Y/n, however, knew exactly who's s voice that was it was her best friend from decades and decades ago that she hadn't seen in so long the man that she had been in love with for so many years John Mitchell she looked up maybe she was playing tricks on herself this was no trick he was standing right in front of her now with wide eyes seeing who he had just run into "y/n? Is that you or are my eyes playing a trick on me?" He asked her helping her up as she happily took his hand so she took his hand she instantly knew that this wasn't a dream that she had found him after all those years of searching and giving up they finally found each other "no John I'm right here, I thought the same thing as you did" she smiled and they hugged each other happily George, on the other hand, was completely confused but at the same time he's happy for his best mate "in hello hi can someone fill me in as to what the hell is going on?" He asked and Mitchell chuckled "George this is y/n she was my best friend for years before I met you we lost contact a few decades ago in the '50s He Henrik told me she died. What happened that night?" He asked her "I did nearly die that night I was saved by my other best friend a vampire Hunter was after me because of you he wanted information out of me and they didn't get it he went to kill me and she broke his neck I tried to find you I did first few decades but I gave up after the 80s I was in love for a little bit and he died I've been with Brooke and her boyfriend ever since they were like the second family I never had" y/n answered looking at him although at one time in the 80s she was in love her ex-boyfriend it wasn't the same as how she felt for Mitchell she still cared "I'm so sorry" "don't be sorry you didn't know what happened, shit I'm late I have to go, Mitchell, Iim needed back at my shop up on 4th Avenue of you want to stop by sometime" he nods smile "I'd love to especially to meet the person who saved my best friend" he smiled kissing her forehead as y/n heads back to work"

~A month later~

Mitchell walked into the shop to see that they had all different types of music movies and clothing from a small to a 10x and toys for kids y/n was behind the counter at the register cashing out a customer "I'm sure she'll love it thorin tell dis I said hi" she smiled and gave him the box with a beautiful necklace inside it Mitchell smiled as the customer had left and he walked forward towards her he had brought her lunch since they had started dating a few weeks after they saw each other again of course both their best friends Brooke and George were very skeptical about the other best friend but after giving it some time they realize that Mitchell and y/n were happy and that's All they ever wanted for them just then Brooke and her boyfriend Anders came out to see who the new customer was "have we met before you look very familiar?" Anderson asked, "No, we've never met before, Is he a dwarf?" He asked Brooke because of how Little Anders was compared to Mitchell" "no he's god literally" I smiled "I swear if someone else calls me a dwarf I'm going to stand on a chair and smack them" Anders said "who knows maybe you were both brothers in another life" y/n giggled "maybe I brought you lunch your fruit punch" Mitchell said meaning Pig's blood "you are so sweet thanks you love" she said kissing him sweetly and he kissed her back happy that they were finally back together and now they're dating.

Annie, fall... IN LOVE

BEWARE MANGA SPOILER ALERT!!!!

the start of Annie's downfall of being a warrior, and her falling down, literally for armin... in love.

first off, let's take a look at where they speak with each other for the first time:

s1e16 is where they both are getting their 3DM gear checked after the killing of sawney and bean. connie asks Annie where she'll reside, to which she states at the MP sector, and she asks Connie to why not make his own decision of choosing where to join.

Then, Annie first makes the move of speaking to armin by asking him where he'll sign up with, to where he states that "i think if you know why you have to die, you simply must. of course, i don't want to." to which she understands that he's chosen to join the survey corps. she calls him weak but says that he has guts.

armin quickly understands what Annie is trying to do. he sees through her and knows that she's speaking to them to try and dissuade them from joining the survey corps, because she cares. he soon states the simple words that will forever change this supposed "warrior" meant to kill all of them, including armin. (though she never was one from the start) armin does the incredible:

he actually tells Annie that she's... pretty nice

this is the first time where we see Annie actually pretty flustered, to the point where she has literal sweat dripping down her face, all the way down to her jaw being dropped. she's surprised. hell, in the manga, she even says "wha" in a surprised daze

it's the first time anyone from the world, besides her own father, has actually shown her true appreciation. innocent appreciation through the eyes of someone who actually sees nice in her. genuine uplifting fondness. the one where no one expects anything back. the one where she isn't used to get benefits of a better life in marley, or used as a child soldier pawn for the propaganda of a powerful hungry power nation.

she's seen as a human being. not a monster. not just negative, but positive. both. human. by who? by none other than the human who's heart resides in true want for the best in the world. the sweet amazing person that is of armin arlert. no one has ever assured her of being just that, human. she grew up learning to dismiss the beings of others, by first dismissing herself. losing herself. to hear that someone actually sees things in her, for she herself doesn't, surprises her. it would anyone especially when you grow up not learning about anything but to just participate in this cruel world. yet, no better said than mikasa herself, "the world is cruel and merciless, but it is also very beautiful." armin is that part of that beauty, and not only is he part of that beauty, but Annie is too. after all, how else would he have recognized that beauty in her, if he didn't recognize it in himself?

really, all of AOT comes down to the fact that we're all human. if anything, there is no beautiful without the ugly, nor is there ugly without the beautiful. we all are a part of it, connected, as one. armin does just that. he connects himself, with Annie.

we later soon see Annie disconnect from the group of Bertolt and Reiner, to reside with who other than Armin Arlert himself. she obviously is trying to connect herself to him, physically by simply standing next to him. his words, his actions clearly affect Annie to the point where she chooses to be by his side, and not with her fellow warriors whom she came and journeyed so emotionally with.

just LOOK at how she's standing in the first place. BODY LANGUAGE!! her stance is such a shy one, it truly speaks volumes. the way she tugs her other shoulder as she stands by him, when she's always seen with either both her arms down not seemingly giving a fuck about her surroundings, or with one hand resting on her hip. but no, she's actually tugging her right shoulder with her left arm. who's to her left!! yep. arumeen. Literally just look up shy body langauge, you'll see her pose there. i mean come on, if i were next to my crush, I'd want to get next to him too, but would also timidly move my body at the physical feel of his presence being next to me at the same time because I'd be shy as fuck to actually touch him too. NOT ONLY is she next to him, physically, but also away from those very people she grew up with, and literally been through so much trauma together to be there with by CHOICE.

then jean comes to speak to Connie, Sasha, armin and Annie and as he converses with Sasha, with armin looking by, Annie looks at something other than the main focus of conversation.

Notice, she's not looking up at Sasha,

She looking next to her, at armin.

She's invested her attention to him, to see how he responds to the conversation at hand, to which is Jean stating that he'll join the survey corps. Annie already knows Armin will join, heck he already told her directly, so why does she care about the reaction of armin?

Yeah yeah, you could say that she could just be staring that direction and it doesn't mean anything, that's just how they drew the panel. Shore. But let's look at the MANGA now, shall we?

GIRL!!! She even looks more fucking angsty in the manga! Ya cant make this shit up. Mariah Carey said "you've got me feelin emotions" and Annie clear as days shows it, especially with armin.

But look at how her body stance changes when Jean comes to the scene here

both arms folded. just like the one who she chose to be next to. Just like Armin.

she was clearly more relaxed with armin just thinking beside her, and even showed to be shy of him. Annie, lion heart? The one who hides emotions well? The one who stares at armin with such an expression, the one who wants to be with him physically? In general? Yes.

Aruani been here from the get. Deniers and haters just ain't choosing to see it. The understanding between the two has always been here from the start. The care for each other, as beings, all connected, the two, being as one. OG's know what's up

Sumary: after moths of over working, a colapse makes you get into a coma and reflect on your feelings.

A/N: This is my first Percy Jackson Franchise fanfiction, so take it easy on me. This is also my biggest and favourite one. I hope you like this! My requests are always open.

(Y/N) (L/N) had a good reason to hate Jason Grace. How could she not? Jason was so annoying, self centred, selfish, stubborn and worse of all? He dated Piper McLean. Piper was great, (Y/N) knew that and they seemed happy together. But, still, he chose Piper, not (Y/N), his girlfriend back at Camp Jupiter, who he totally forgot about. How come Percy remembered Annabeth but Jason wouldn't remember (Y/N)? And when he recovered his memory, he chose Piper. But she also loved him still, and seeing him hurt like a bullet going straight through her heart. She decided to spend a year at Half-Blood Camp to stay with her half-brother Nico Di Angelo when Gaea were defeated. She thought she could manage to see him almost every day, but she couldn't. So she started doing anything to get her mind occupied. Going on meaningless quests, travelling to New York randomly, volunteering for literally any service in the camp and barely sleeping — because sleeping meant dreams.

"It doesn't have to be like that, (Y/N)." Her brother gave her another shot of Nectar. The sunlight that entered Hades' cabin was leaving slowly as they talked, (Y/N) leaned on her bed watching her fingertips become solid again.

"I'll learn how to do it right and I promise I won't push myself too much, but I can't stop practicing." She avoided eye contact with Nico, feeling ashamed of herself. After all, she was supposed to be the one taking care of him, since she was older. She came back from a "quest" for her father, that was staying a weekend on the Underworld. She started using Shadow Travel to get there. The problem? She had no idea how hard it was, and she almost died every time. He sighted.

"I'm not talking about Shadow Travel. You should talk to Jason and sort this out. You're almost killing yourself everyday doing the craziest stuff just to keep your mind off him. He already broke up with Piper, what's stopping you now? I'm your brother and it pains me to see you suffering, I won't just sit and watch while you literally desapear." He got up and walked to the door. The (h/c) girl forced a smile so he believed she was fine. Nico left the cabin.

After hours reflecting and thinking, she heard the trumpets that announced the convocation to a game of Capture the Flag. Since she was feeling better, she changed her clothes and walked outside. The teams were: cabins 1, 4, 5, 9, 12, 14, 18, 21, 23, 27, 28, 29 vs. cabins 2, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25, 26. They started the game. (Y/N) had to protect the boundary with a kid from Hipnos' cabin while a group attacked the opponent's flag and another protected their territory and their flag. Everything was going as planned, she hadn't seen anyone yet. Out of the sudden, she saw a blond guy running in their direction with a sword. Oh hell no, Jason Grace wouldn't attack her like that. But he did.

"What the hell?!" She screamed, reacting to the blade flying in her direction. Her teammate was asleep. She defended herself with her own sword and counterattacked. He invested against her leg, trying to make her fall. Her instincts took place, she jumped, attacked again and they started a meaningless battle. Jason looked the same as always. He was almost the same Jason that used to take her on cute dates in New Rome. But he fought like a greek. And that was when it hit her, he changed. The mixture of love and hate made her loose her senses for a bit, giving Jason the lead. He focused on her leg but hesitated to hit it, giving her time to get back on the fight. She knocked him to the floor, her foot on his chest and her blade on his neck, when she heard footsteps approaching quickly. Of course. It was a trap. She turned around and saw a son of Hebe holding her team's flag running, followed by two daughters of Hephaestus. She grabbed a knife from her belt and threw it to his leg, hitting exactly where she wanted. She then grabbed Jason's blade and Shadow Travelled. For a moment everything was fine, while she drowned into darkness, but then she couldn't get out. She saw her father's face mixed in the dark. He raised his hand and touched her face, than she was back at the forest. Realising not even a second had gone through, she attacked the — injured — boy and the two gigantic girls at the same time. She wasn't really expecting to defeat them, just trying to win some time so, hopefully, someone would come help her. The boy dropped the flag and got a small sword. The two girls had hammers... oh. The three of them attacked at the same time and she protected herself with Jason's sword, which flew away. She was out of hopes when a figure appeared beside her and started fighting them.

"What are you doing here?! You're not supposed to help me, we're enemies, remember?" She said, fighting Hebe's son.

"I guess you're welcome then." Jason replied smiling, fighting the hammers-girls. (Y/N) sighted in annoyance. Seconds later, her teammates came running from the enemies' territory with a flag and the three-people group surrendered. Everyone started screaming and celebrating. (Y/N)'s head hurt with the noise and she looked to her brother, feeling numb.

"Hey, can we talk?" Jason said, getting in front of her with a big smile. He was proud of himself for helping her? Of course he was. He was going to take all the credit for her team's win. The anger rose inside of her burning everything. She furrowed her eyebrows and with the last energy that remained in her body, she tried to Shadow Travel for the perhaps hundredth time that day.

She fell into the darkness while feeling her body desapear quickly. Her heart was very accelerated but then it stopped. She saw herself at the barks of Lete's river. I'm dead., she thought. The desperation started taking over. She remembered the face of all her friends. Her siblings, Hazel and Nico. Her mother. Her best friend Reyna. Camp Jupiter. New Rome. The Lar Vitellius. Lares? Lares! Maybe she could go back as a ghost! She would at least see her friends again.

"Didn't expect to see you this soon." A voice said with humor. She turned around, as always enlighten by her father's presence. But his face was sad. Not the everyday-sad-Pluto, but the my-daughter-just-died-sad-Pluto.

"Am I d-... dead?" The anxiety forbid her from crying in front of her father. The one she never knew and once she did, she didn't want to disappoint him.

"Yes and no. You see, my darling, there are things more powerful then death. Right now, your physical being is exhausted from travelling through darkness and light — which I told you not to, but we'll talk about this later, you have a decision to make. You're body is surrendering to Death out of hopelessness. But your soul, on the other hand, still fights for the heart beating in your chest. And your conscious, the controller of both body and soul, has to decide which one of them you'll support right now. As Lord of the Death that's all I can say to you. But as your father, I would like to say that we have a room for you in the castle, if you'd like that. And also, I feel obligated to show you what is happening on Earth." When he finished his words, an image formed in the air, sort of an Iris message, but no one saw them. (Y/N) saw herself laying on the grass, surrounded by some campers, Nico and Jason.

She was watching them from above. Jason put two fingers on her neck, trying to feel her pulse. She — the one in the Underworld — gasped as the blond boy whispered 'nothing'. She glanced at her father, who had a pained expression as he stared at Nico freaking out. Her brother had his hands on her chest and was murmuring something in greek. Then, he opened his eyes, filled with tears of desperation, and glanced at Jason, who didn't look any better. She wanted to scream and go back to up there, but her voice wouldn't come out of her throat.

"Half of her is already gone." Nico struggled to say. Everyone around gasped. "I can't Shadow Travel with her, it- it would k-kill the other half..."

"Let's take her to the Infirmary. Everything's gonna be fine. She'll be okay." Will Solace had appeared in the crowd and kneed down to take (Y/N) in the arms, being helped by the other two. As they walked, (Y/N) held herself in her arms, sobbing. She didn't want to die, not like that. The image faded away and Pluto hugged her. He never did that before. She left out all her emotions through the cry. Her father caressed her back and gently kissed the top of her head.

"Now you see, my child, what those on Earth are going through. You have a family up there. And if you'd ask me, Jason Grace is a good person, even being a son of my brother. You have a choice, so make it wisely." Pluto said, not backing away from the hug. She nodded and he immediately knew what her choice was. "You know I'd love to have you here with me, but I'd love even more to see you happy. Don't be reckless. And listen to your brother. You don't have to worry to come see me, I'll make sure to visit you during your recovery." As he said that, a white door appeared out of nowhere. "Here's your carpool." The girl started to walk to the door, when she heard Pluto say: "(Y/N) I lo-... Good luck." She smiled to him and went through into the door. It felt like eons in the nothingness. She felt so much pain all over her body. Then she gained conscience. She didn't knew how long it had passed. She also couldn't open her eyes or say anything, but she knew she was laying down something comfortable, a bed, perhaps. But she could hear perfectly well.

"... and I'm so sorry you had to die for me to gain the courage to say this. Please come back to us... Come back to me. Nico barely leaves this room and nor do I, Will had to force him to go eat. It's not the same without you, (Y/N/N), it really isn't." Jason's words gave her the urge to cry, but she couldn't. It was like her body had shutdown completely. She felt his warm hands on her cold ones and after that, a door was opened. Footsteps. Only one person. Jason didn't move. Someone sat down next to them.

"Dad- I mean, Hades said she will be okay." It was Nico's voice. He sounded extremely tired.

"Didn't he say that last month?" Grace was annoyed, but he didn't stop holding her hand.

"I know, I wish I could do more... I'm... I'm sorry Jason." The blond sighted.

"I should be the one to be saying that. I know there's nothing else to do. I'm sorry for putting the blame on you. It's just- if we've talked before, nothing of this would have happened. If only I was brave enough..." (Y/N) felt weak and her consciousness was back at nothing again. When she heard something again, it looked like a lot of time had passed by, but she wasn't sure at all. Jason's voice was happy as he told her his plans to the future.

"I realised you would like to work with me training the legion. You're obviously skilled and the payment is quite good. And I've heard they are planning to build a village here as well, but I don't know if you-..." Every time she tried to stay conscious, she felt weaker. 'Rest', her father's voice said inside of her head, so she let herself.

Some time...? A long time...? She didn't knew. But the next time she heard, she was way stronger. She waited until then, so she could stay longer and try to understand her emotions. She heard almost an entire day. Her friends entered and left cabin 13 — she found out that she was there. Some of them talked "to" her, some just sat there in silence. When alone, Nico talked a lot about Will Solace. (Y/N) smiled mentally. Then Jason entered. She could already recognise the sound he made walking. He sat beside her bed and held her hand, as usual.

"Hello, princess. You look better." She reunited all the strength she had storage and sent it all to her right hand. She softly squeezed Jason's hand, for a small portion of second, trying to say 'hi'. She felt exhausted. He gasped.

"She just squeezed my hand!" He screamed, laughing. Nico jumped out of his bed, laughing as well. They both stared at her, waiting for more. "You're there, right? I knew you were! It's been long months, but you're getting better. Don't work too hard. We'll see each other soon, don't worry." He kissed her forehead. After that, it was easy for her to let go and dive into her sleep again.

She was slowly getting better. She noticed her comas were smaller now, and she got stronger every time. She started communicating by squeezing people's hand. One time for 'yes' and two times for 'no'. But it still was exhausting. She met with her father a couple times through dreams, but it never lasted long. She was sick of it. She wanted to jump out of the bed and run through all the camp. She was alone with Jason, as he talked about the last time he went to Camp Jupiter, telling every change. She slowly forced herself to open her eyes. It wasn't for too long, just enough for her to see the big smile he had while talking, her favourite blond hair and how he gesticulated while speaking. By that time, her feelings were completely lined. She declined her childishness and stubbornness to accept the fact that she obviously loved him. Her lips were able to form a small smile. He hadn't noticed her yet. I can do this, she thought.

"J." She whispered for the first time in five months. Her eyes were already closed again. He gasped.

"Did you just say J? That's me! I'm here, i'm right here, love. Can you hear me?" She squeezed his hand one time. Yes. He chortled. "You're so strong. I miss you so much." He started softly crying. She squeezed his hand two times. No. Don't cry, she wanted to say. "Alright, 's fine, 's fine. Gods, you're coming back. I bet Aphrodite is watching us closely." He chuckled but suddenly stopped. "I forgot we haven't talked about that yet, i'm sorry. I don't wanna be intrusive, you know. It's just, by what Nico has told me, well, you still liked me." She squeezed two times. "That's... that's great, love. But don't worry about that just yet. You should take some rest now, my love."

Five days. She had woken up every single one of them, but only listening. No squeezes, no talking, no looking. Just storing strength. She knew she was close to fully waking up. She was already able to keep track of the days. It was a Sunday, the day she received the most visits. It should be morning, because she only heard Nico's snorting. She slowly opened her eyes. The same place. Different clothes. She wondered who had changed them. Perhaps Will did. She systematically moved her arms, pushing herself to sit. Her back was laying at wall. She took a deep breath. It was going fine. She wanted to wake Nico up, but she decided to wait to see if she would be able to actually stay awake. About an hour later, Nico woke up by himself. He yawned and turned to her bed. She looked at him with a big smile. He jumped out of bed.

"Holy shit, (Y/N)! You're up! How- Wait! I need to- Wait! Don't fall asleep, I'll be right back!" She blinked slowly to sign 'ok'. He was back moments running later with a bunch of teenagers in pyjamas. They all froze at the door, staring at her. Hazel, Frank, Annabeth, Percy, Jason and even Piper. Hazel was the first one to wake up from the trance. She ran to her sister and hugged (Y/N).

"Ouch." She managed to say, reacting to the tight hug that made her head hurt.

"Right, sorry! I forgot. Wait, you speak!" Hazel answered and laughed. All of the others joined in, amazed by her friend, and started talking, telling everything she had missed. (Y/N) couldn't speed properly, only a few words like 'hi', 'ow', 'miss' and 'food'. Later that day, Will came to check on her. He said everything looked just fine, but that she should rest.

"Hey." Zeus' son said, once they were alone.

"Hi."

"Gods, it's so good to finally hear you again. I've talked to myself for a long time." They giggled softly. (Y/N) wasn't showing any signs of it, but that day had been extremely tiring. Her entire body hurt but she couldn't give up just yet.

"I... heard." She whispered. "A bit." Her eyes tried to close but she opened them wide, fighting her own nature. Jason noticed that.

"Hey, no need to over do it.” He brushed her cheek with his thumb.

"Sleep... here." She begged, placing her hand beside her. He froze for a moment, embarrassed. And then, with a rubor across his face, he sat on the bed beside her. She laid her head on his chest and quickly fell asleep.

“Go to sleep, love. We have all the time in the world.”

Okay *Demyx voice* Arendelle time!

Poor Sora😂

That gust of snow just moves in and he's like "Coat! Please! I'm an islander!"

Donald just shrugs it off like "That's not how it works. Go and freeze."

This is where I bring up the "kh3 is self aware thing" again because now we actually have Sora dying from the snowy area, and then when Sora just like completely forgets about it, Donald and Goofy are like, "Islander my butt. He's not even feeling it anymore, is he?"

Sora getting the first puzzle piece to the situation when Elsa runs away, a sad look on her face. Y'know, the beginning of that Riku to Elsa and Sora to Anna parallel, Elsa running away because Anna and the whole Kingdom are better off without her

Elsa: *uses magic*

Sora, Donald, and Goofy: *surprised pikachu face and slightly fearing for their lives*

If I'm remembering correctly, there's a section right here where you basically fight a bunch of enemies in the huge area

I distinctly remember running around, (and Xion could vouch for this) fighting the enemies, and very monotonely voicing that I was about to die

So...ice maze.

In my proud runthrough I really had to get to a save point so I zoomed through the ice maze as fast as possible. This time I took the time to explore every room and beat all the enemies. I still hate light rails with a passion.

So, the avalanche gets started at the top once we reach the palace, pushing Sora, Donald, and Goofy off

I... The ice dragon thing was so bad. I spent forever, dying and dying and dying to their stupid laser beams. It happened so many times that I had to go to bed and try it again the next day. I would get to the part where all three flew in the air and shot beams, and it felt so unpredictable and stupid and impossible because I would dodge beams from two, and the third's would appear right under where I was landing, which was impossible to judge. It was here I learned a lesson: Use the Kupo Coin when you need it

The sled part after that stressed me out cause it wasn't hard, but I had a bad habit of bumping into things, so...😂

I pretty much just abused shotlocks, ultimate form, light form/double form okp, and thunder or thundara or whichever I had at the time and I finished those dragons off

Poor Sora is so frustrated that he didn't get a color like green or blue like Donald and Goofy

The part where Anna talks to Sora about Elsa and he finally puts some pieces together and relates it to him and Riku really gets me every time because their situation is a big Soriku parallel. I know this is one of the scenes that's probably been soriku analyzed to death, but like

Elsa and Anna used to play all the time when they were really little like best friends

Baby Sora and Riku, best friends, used to play together all the time

One day, Elsa shuts Anna out because she doesn't want to hurt her

Kairi enters the scene, Sora starts paying a little more attention to her, Sora and Riku's duo relationship isn't terrible, it just does a little decrease. The literal shutting out in which Riku and Sora close the Door to Darkness. Then, the shutting out when Sora wakes up in kh2 and Riku alienates himself because of his guilt over what he did, and what leads into the next part of the parallel

Elsa accidentally uses her ice magic and flees the kingdom to the north mountain. She alienates herself so she can't hurt anyone (especially Anna) and because she thinks the kingdom and Anna are better off without her

Riku feels like he can't win without using the power of darkness and is weak. He is ashsmed that he relied on darkness and it showed in his appearance as Ansem. He alienates himself from Sora and everyone because he feels like he can't show his face as Ansem and because he thinks Sora is better off without him.

Sora, of course, puts these pieces together with Anna's story and makes the parallel connection between him and Anna, then Elsa and Riku in his head. I like how he says, "If anyone can help her, it's you," because I feel like that's him remembering his situation with Riku when he wanted to find him and that because of the reason for Riku's actions, only he could help.

And I think it's interesting that it's first Anna saying "I have to bring her home" and then Sora saying "I'm sure she knows now much you love her" for him to make these parallels. I think that implies that Sora gets that Elsa and Anna are siblings that love each other and he's thinking over what Riku means to him and even what he means to Riku.

Also Sora (in jap ver dialogue) realizing that maybe Riku pushed him away because he's someone precious to Riku is like...

My heart bro...

Ngl, so many times here I moved up the mountain fighting enemies and died that I'd go halfway up the mountain, then backtrack all the way back to the save so I wouldn't have to keep completely starting over every time I got oneshotted by an armored body. I did that multiple times for this area.

So, we get to the point where Sora finally reaches the top of the mountain again. For whatever reason I couldn't remember if it was like that before, but the Elsa freezing Anna's heart scene and it flashing between that and Sora, and then Sora holding a hand to his heart in pain right after we see the shot of Elsa putting ice into Anna's heart.

I think it's a parallel and Nomura's tryna tell us/foreshadow something

Okay, so big oof on the Marshmallow fight. I think on my proud run I got a bunch of times to use the team attack with the tree. I swear I only got to use it twice counted up from all my attempts on this run

The suckiest part was armored mode. I did a lot of trying to let Donald and Goofy do the work here cause I didn't wanna get oneshotted, but that didn't always quite work out... I eventually did it though, snd of course Sora, Donald, and Goofy are knocked off the mountain again

Idk how mant times I'm gonna keep saying this, but poor Sora. He's just so done and frustrated. "I could do this a hundred times."

And then Donald and Goofy both take him seriously 😂

"Please don't."

"Yeah, we should do it again!"

Awwww, Marshmallow. He just wanted to protect Elsa. I know that's what he was created to do, but that's still sweet

At the save point right before seeing Kristoff, I did some meteorite farming in gummi space and took a trip to the bistro. By this point I had excellents on all but 3 dishes because I didn't have the ingredients yet.

Also, by this point I was blessed with adorable remmy and Sora getting presents. Remmy got his own tiny present!

And I'm sure you know this already, but like...I have a soriku obsession right now, so I enjoy making things into little personal Soriku references

Exhibit A: My gummi and Teeny Ships

They are both named after Yozora and contain the colors for Sora, Riku, and Yozora

Okay, so back in Arendelle, Sora, Donald, and Goofy temporarily leave Marshmallow behind, and we come upon Kristoff and another Soriku parallel

Kristoff: "No, Sven! We're not going back. She's with her true love."

Riku: "You mean Kairi. To Sora, she's someone very special."

Sora: "Where'd Anna go?"

Kristoff: "She's back at home."

Sora: "Something happen?"

Kristoff: "Anna was struck in the heart by Elsa's ice magic. If the ice isn't removed, she'll freeze forever. Only an act of true love can thaw a frozen heart. So I took her back to Arendelle and to her true love, Hans."

Xion: "Do you know where Sora is now?"

Riku: "That secret stays with me."

Xion: "Why's that?"

Riku: "Xion...your memories...they really belong to Sora."

Xion: "So you mean...I'm like a part of him?"

Riku: "When his memories were scattered, some of them...found their way inside you. Now, Sora has been put to sleep so that we can piece together his memory."

Sora: "But...what about you?"

Kristoff: "What about me?"

Sora: "Uh, I sorta assumed you guys were..."

Kristoff: "Nooo! I just keep her from getting lost."

Xion: "So, do you hate me for taking your friend away from you?"

Riku: "Nah, I guess...I'm just sad.

Sora: "Really? Oh, but you seem so..."

Goofy: "Perfect together!"

Donald: "Yeah, like me and Daisy!"

So let's talk this over.

Point one, both assumptions on who the person in question's (Sora and Anna) true love/most important person is. This may have to do in part with some surface level stuff and Kristoff/Riku's anxiety that the person in question (Anna and Sora) probably doesn't like them like that.

Point two, the person in question has had something bad happen to them such as their memories being "erased" or their heart being frozen, needing some sort of action to save that person.

Point three, neither Riku nor Kristoff factor their feelings into the situation, Kristoff because he just feels the duty to save Anna and doesn't believe he is her true love, and Riku because he feels the duty to save Sora snd similarly does not believe himself to be Sora's special person (which didn't exactly factor in in Riku's case, but it's true he too pushed his feelings aside in all areas except saving Sora).

Point four, "I just keep [him] from getting lost" is totally something Riku or Sora would say about the other.

Point five, I added the last part because despite the insistence that Hans is Anna's true love, Sora, Donald, and Goofy agree that it seems Anna and Kristoff are perfect together, and it especially helps to know that on their side, they've seen that Anna and Kristoff work well together. They haven't seen her with Hans, and even in the movie, she and Hans don't get much screentime development. This is a parallel more to the soriku experience. On our side, we see Sora and Riku get a lot of screentime and development together, and it's clear that they care for each other. So when someone, even in game, insists that Kairi is most important to Sora, it feels like, "Oh, but Sora and Riku seem perfect together" and "But Kairi and Sora don't really get development like that or really much screentime together."

So, resuming the story (and the parallel), there's a gust of wind amd Kristoff looks towards Arendelle. He obviously feels something is wrong and says Anna's name before rushing off. I'm being completely honest, we've seen Riku too rush off, feeling that Sora's in danger. Prime example I remember though would be in the keyblade graveyard when Riku just gets a feeling and runs over to Sora, giving him a pep talk sorta just before everyone else gets swept up.

So, Marshmallow too, just like Kristoff, feels something is wrong, and gestures in the direction of Arendelle, saying Elsa's name, and the group is off to save Elsa and Anna.

And then, another parallel! Yes, Arendelle is Soriku parallel city over here!

Before Hans' sword reaches Elsa

Before the demon tide reaches Sora and Riku

Anna stands between the sword and Elsa

Riku stands between the demon tornado and Sora

Anna puts her right hand out to block the blow

Riku thrusts the keyblade in his right hand forward, directing the darkness around him and Sora into a tunnel

Anna completely turns to ice and saves Elsa, an act of true love

Riku attempts to save Sora at the expense of his own life, an act of true love, and is swallowed by the darkness

Anna gives one clear final breath

Riku gives one clear final breath

Elsa, alive due to her sister's act of true love, realizes the power of love and is able to save/unfreeze Anna

Sora's heart and body persist, arriving in the final world, his heart likely persisting due to Riku's act of true love, and his body due to Kairi, and he believes in himself and is able to go save Riku's heart

Just...ya know...food for thought...

And now, boss battle time! I believe I didn't have too much trouble on it when I dodged correctly. I beat it fine. One of my favorite shots I saw though was Sora using subzero impact with Ultima, but his clothes were the formchange color because I had just hit Ultima form right before. It was literally so epic!!

No, Marshmallow! You can't die this way! I need you to battle things for me-! Uh, I mean, you need to be alive because we care about you!

Just kidding Marshmallow! I love you and you're actually a nice snow giant with a big heart!

Cue Sora getting the example of the power of true love when Anna unfreezes.

Alright, this hit me like a Boarbatusk. Or a truck. Same thing.

So, here I am, happily making some RWBY OCs. I get to their Semblances and think: "What can I give them that's useful and connected to their character?" Cuz, you know,

I don't quite get it from that explanation though, so my next thought is: "Well, let's look at the original cast, see what they got and how it pertains to their characters."

And yet the more I looked, the more a thought grew in me.

"There's aren't so much decided by their personalities as they are by their wishes."

Now, hear me out here. For most Semblances we've seen yet and have heard/seen the unlocking of, they seem to have appeared in a moment of need, a moment of physical or emotional stress.

And it always seems to pertain to certain desires the user has.

Alright, let's just start from somewhere. Let me explain my thought process.

I take a character who's Semblance we know of, then check their backstory and personality. Then I check if said backstory/personality could lead to a desire in said character. And finally, I try to see if that desire connects directly to the Semblance of the character in question.

Let's start with someone who's Semblance we not only know, but saw the moment they found it.

Lie Ren.

First off, we check their personality/backstory. Ren is a quiet, less emotionally expressive character. He seems to stay calm in every moment. As the story progresses, he grows more expressive - in current-day Kuroyuri, he is shown in a rage.

So far, it seems fitting that such a character gets a Semblance such as "Calmness", as I'll dub it.

But it's the moment that he unlocks it that makes it interesting.

Up until that point, we've seen Ren as an excitable little boy. He went from store to store, trying to find something to buy his father for his return. He shows a lot of emotions at that point. When the Nuckelavee attacks and his parents perish, he is panicked beyond belief and is hiding under an archway. He notices Nora a little ways away, in a similar state. He wants to help her. He wants to take action, but he's too panicked to move. He wants to calm down , he tries and tries and- his Semblance activates. His desire to calm down activated his unique ability - to instill calmness despite negative emotions. His wish was to do as his father and mother did - be brave and inspire others to feel the same.

In other words, his Semblance was unlocked by his desire to be calm so he could be reliable to those he cares about.

Alright, next big example - Jaune.

His Semblance was first hinted at in "Forever Fall, pt.2" as Cardin attempted to give Jaune the good ol' knuckle sandwich, only hurt his hand after a bright flash of light (This'll be of importance later). The next time we see it is alllll the way in "Vault of The Spring Maiden", and this time it was fully unlocked. His Semblance of Aura Amplification is one that I personally feel really fits his character - he doesn't want to protect his friends. He wants to do as Pyrrha did for him at Beacon - bring them up, assist them in achieving new heights but not doing it instead of them. Notice how I again used "wants". His desire to do as a good leader should, bring up his teammates, is the basis of his Semblance. It's the same with when he blocked Cardin's punch - he wanted to bring himself up from the pitiful state he was in at the time, not just protect himself from the pain but have the strength to overcome it.

Alright, next up on the list... is Raven, surprisingly.

She was one of the easiest to piece to this logic, as she and Qrow have an irony with their Semblances. But back to Raven.

Her Semblance is "Connection", as I'll call it. It's premise is relatively simple - she can create a portal to those she has a strong emotional connection to. The list so far includes Qrow (brother & teammate), Taiyang (lover & teammate), Yang (daughter) and Vernal (right-hand woman until her untimely demise). We know about Vernal due to process of elimination - unless you wanna imply she actually had a connection to Cinder or her companions. And yet, her whole story is how she abandoned her daughter and her husband. She told Qrow "they owed everything to the Branwen tribe", strongly implying, if not confirming she feels a sense of thankfulness to the people who raised her when she needed it. She admonished Qrow for deserting the clan. She feels a sense of duty towards them. And yet, her Semblance is based entirely on emotional connection - something I doubt is of great importance in a bandit clan composed of "killers and thieves", in Qrow's words. I'd hazard to guess that a childhood in a bandit clan would easily stir a desire to form lasting bonds - something easily achievable when you can make portals. Despite her sense of duty, she still desires a strong emotional bond, devoid of power dynamics and a sense of "we may die any day". Something she had with Taiyang and Yang. Something she had with Qrow and Vernal, despite the circumstances. Really adds a layer to her character if you put it like that.

Alright, who's next... hm, let's put Qrow on the dissection table now.

His Semblance of "Misfortune" seems awfully contradictory to his character, that of a caring man who can barely stand to hurt those close to him, even if they're not family and friends. Why would that be his Semblance?

Well, he obviously didn't have a great opinion of the Branwen tribe. Who knows, maybe what Raven saw as being saved, Qrow saw as being used. Maybe he wished that they'd be caught by bad luck, that the tribe would just collapse and disappear. But that spite evolved into his current Semblance - everyone around him suffers while he's only really left with emotional scars.

Welp. That was depressing. Who's up for getting at Nora next.

Now, this is gonna be pretty short this time. There's not a lot to talk about. She sees Ren as her emotional anchor, her savior. She wants to give back for what he does. She sees he's struggling on the physical side (he's pretty low on the endurance, as evident multiple times throughout the show), so she desires to be strength he's lacking in. And look where that got her - her Semblance, "Charging" makes her grow exponentially stronger the more electricity she absorbs. She can even channel it into objects, like Magnhild or an Ursa. I'd say mission successful, you funky little Thor ginger.

Let's finish up JNPR with their resident apology machine - Pyrrha.

So, we know she'd been in many tournaments. She's the Invincible Girl. The three-time Mistral regional battle tournament winner. She's honestly a gladiator. And what does a gladiator crave? Victory. That's where her overpowered (in comparison to others) Semblance appeared from. She simply wanted to beat her opponents more easily. Well, until she didn't want all the fame that came along with her power.

Alright, who do we mentally lay bare... Hm, Velvet seems simple enough.

What's there to say - a shy, bullied bunny. She's a second year in the first year's history class. I'd say that would do some things to your confidence. And what's her Semblance? Well it just so happens to be "Movement Copying". She can copy a person's physical movements, even if she has not seen them, as shown in "Heroes and Monsters". Makes sense - her desire to be as strong as those around her shows both in her Semblance and her weapon (which is basically a weapon-copying camera). She doesn't have confidence that she's strong, so she (quite literally) does as those around her.

Hm, who next... oooh, how about Yang?

"...basically a temper tantrum", I'd call it "Rise Up". This also can connect to a desire. Yang, being repeatedly battered by one damaging event after the other - her mother abandoning her, her stepmother dying, likely a depression in her father and mothering Ruby. The girl has likely been brought down more than once. But she desires to get stronger from it, so much so that the desire has become a characteristic. She shows so when she decides to find Ruby, when she decides to start training again. She has done it again and again and she'll continue doing it - her desire is now another part of her personality that won't break.

Alright, we put Yang here, how about we make a Bumbleby combo and go for Blake next.

"Shadows", now that's a name I can get behind. She "leaves an empty shell, a shadow to take the hit while she runs". It's, all things considered, a kind of cowardly Semblance. It's basically "here, beat on this while I dodge away and escape the attack". And with the recent events, we've seen she doesn't wanna run anymore - yet she retains her Semblance unchanged? Makes no sense if it's connected to a personality trait. But if it's connected to a desire, then it would make perfect sense. Firstly, she's a Faunus. We know for a fact that there's Faunus discrimination (seriously, if the Adam short and Adam's scar aren't enough proof for you...) and that she was fighting against it in protests. And if our world is anything to go by... yeah, it's easy to see how peaceful any counter-protests would be. Not to mention Adam himself. From all those factors collected, well, the thought process behind the desire her Semblance is founded on becomes obvious - she realised the racists only saw an animal, nothing of importance where Blake stood. So she gave them just that - an empty sandbag to hit while she runs. I'm not gonna get into Adam, as I'm simply sick of the topic.

Hmm, who's left... Well, Weiss has a familial Semblances. The Schnee Glyphs aren't so much unique as the summons included. Really, the only thing unique about her Semblance is who she summons, as we've seen a Queen Lancer, a Boarbatusk and the Arma Gigas, unlike Winter, who we've seen with a flock of tiny Nevermores and a Beowolf. The show says the Schnee family Semblance is a very rare thing, a passed-down-by-blood power. So it's an understandable outlier.

Let's look at Ruby next... Well, she seems to be a very big outlier to this theory of mine. Her silver eyes have more to do with her desires than her Speed. Maybe she has a desire we have yet to see? Anyways, I don't quite have an explanation for Ruby, so I'll leave her aside.

Let's clean our palates with Sun, then.

His Semblance, "Kage Bunshin No Jutsu" (I know it's called "Via Sun", but I wanted to make an unoriginal joke), actually seems to fit my theory. We don't have much, if any, backstory, but in this case we need none. His desire, as we've seen many times throughout the series and which was twisted in Volume 4 & 5, is to help people. He wants to be there for those he cares about, like Blake and his team, but he realises he can't do it alone. So his desire turned into his Semblance, "One Monkey Army" - a way for him to help even if he's alone to do so. You can't tell me he hasn't used his Semblance to fetch something for someone at least once.

Hm, few people left. Let's go with Emerald.

Her "Hallucinations" are a nod to her growing up on the streets. A place you'd be begging people not to pay attention to you. Her Semblance, then, is born from the obvious desire to fool prey and predators alike.

Neo... We don't know much about her. No backstory, some personality, but honestly? The only idea I have at this moment is more of a headcannon. But I CAN connect her Semblance's evolution. So, before V6, her Semblance is simply making physical illusions. It's honestly similar to Blake's "Shadows", in some uses, but it's definitely a lot more of a multi-use tool. It can be used to make her look different, if not outright invisible. But it always shatters upon being hit. Fast forward to V6 and her fight against Cinder, and suddenly she can use the illusions as straight up puppets to fight for her. Her Semblance grew, to put it bluntly. But why in such a manner? Her illusions were fragile and immobile before, now they're tougher and mobile to the point of being straight up weapons. But why in that direction? Well, they can move and touch things without them breaking now. Guess who's started to get more headpats from her partner.

Alright, Hazel is up for the mental strip.

Honestly, despite our lack of major backstory here, his Semblance is pretty easy to trace back. Nobody likes pain, outside of masochists, so it's easy to understandable he'd have a Semblance that removes the feeling of pain.

Adam. Adam Adam Adam. He's surprisingly more similar to Hazel than Yang in terms of Semblance. Yeah, you heard that right. "He gets to dish out damage and not feel it". His Semblance is basically a self-loading gun - he can use the power of strikes to charge it, only to the unleash various empowered slashes. He refuses to feel pain, just like Hazel, but unlike him, he also desired to return what was meant for him straight back at his attackers. Hazel is relatively peaceful when the situation doesn't include Ozpin, but Adam? He's aggressive, always bloodthirsty. His desire was simple - feed his thirst for vengeance. A perfect Semblance for that wish, no?

Hm, well we only have Glynda left. I got nothing. I don't see how I'd understand her desire to have telekinesis without a backstory I doubt we'll get.

👁️ EYE - What color are their eyes? Do people notice their eyes? Is there anything special about them (shows emotion easily, literally magical…)?

Shareen's eyes are a deep chocolate brown. People don't really notice her eyes, but they are slightly special in the fact that her eyes are considered "doe eyes", being slightly larger than average eyes.

🤥 LYING - Are they good liars? Do they have tells to show they’re lying?

Shareen is so good at lying, it's almost a superpower. She's very careful not to exhibit any tells when she's lying, but those close to her will notice that she tends to affect a very confident tone while lying.

👻 GHOST - Do they believe in ghosts? What are their “ghostly experiences”, if any?

Shareen DOES believe in ghosts! Whenever challenged on this belief, she always cites the law of conservation of energy - that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, only converted into another form. So, what happens to our energy when we die? It has to go somewhere.

Unfortunately, for all her beliefs, Shareen has yet to have a ghostly encounter.

💥 COLLISON - What emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

Basically, emotions related to her mother. Shareen is disinclined to admit that her mother's leaving affected her in any way, so she has trouble dealing with the emotions that arise whenever she realizes she needs to leave someone (like a romantic partner) or when someone leaves her (intentionally or not, like with Rose).

😭 CRYING - What makes them cry? Do they cry easily?

Shareen does not cry very easily, but certain events in her series do make her cry (without spoiling too much, it's when people leave her and/or the Doctor, voluntarily or otherwise).

👊 PUNCH - Are they quick to violence?

Oh, absolutely. This is a girl who grew up on a council estate, getting into fights with the boys whenever they picked on her, Rose, or Mickey. Shareen has zero hesitation in throwing a punch and will happily resort to violence if she thinks the situation calls for it.

💢 ANGER - What are some habits they have that will take some getting used to?

Jumping into things too quickly or without thought is one bad habit of Shareen's that takes some getting used to on the Doctor's part, as well as being impulsive, though both these tendencies lessen as Shareen's series goes on.

👪 FAMILY - What is their family like? What is your OC's relationship to them? Does your OC have any siblings?

Shareen's family is . . . complicated.

So, her maternal grandmother was from Afghanistan, and her maternal grandfather is of Italian descent. Her paternal grandmother hails from Mexico, while her paternal grandfather is from Ireland. Lot of heritages there!

Shareen was the result of a teen pregnancy. Her mother, who was only 16 when she gave birth, never adjusted to motherhood, and she left when Shareen was 5. After that, Shareen was mainly raised by her father and both sets of grandparents.

With the obvious exception of her mother, who Shareen hasn't seen in years, Shareen has a very close relationship with her family. She doesn't have any siblings, but she does have a ton of cousins who she considers honorary siblings.

😨 FEARFUL - When scared, do they go into “flight” or “fight”?

Shareen absolutely goes into "fight" mode. And heaven help the person she's fighting against.

💤 SLEEPING - Do they fall asleep easily? What helps them sleep?

Shareen does tend to fall asleep pretty easily, even after watching a serial killer documentary right before bed. What helps her sleep are some drops of lavender sprinkled on her pillow, along with listening to classical music as she falls asleep, usually the score to Swan Lake.

Food & Drinks

🥞 PANCAKE - What is their comfort breakfast?

Shareen loves rustico, a traditional Italian breakfast food that uses puff pastry and a savory filling (Shareen's favorite is mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and bechamel sauce). But if she really needs comfort, she'll also turn to the breakfast enchiladas her paternal grandmother taught her how to make. Both comfort breakfasts are enjoyed with a good, strong cup of English tea!

🎂 BIRTHDAY CAKE - When is their birthday? Do they like celebrating it?

Shareen was born July 24th, 1986. She LOVES celebrating her birthday. There are typically two celebrations; one that's exclusively for her family, usually held at home, and then another out at a pub or club with her friends. Both parties usually go way into the night, sometimes not ending until early the next day.

🍩 DONUT - Favorite sweet treat?

Shareen LOVES tiramisu, but since that's a pretty expensive treat to come by, she'll usually settle for ice cream, specifically, Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia.

🍟 FRIES - Do they order food often? Or they prefer to cook their own food?

Though she does like to order take-out, Shareen prefers to cook her own food. Mexican food isn't really popular in Britain, so when she's craving it, Shareen will make her own. Same goes for when she's craving good Italian food that isn't pizza.

☕️ HOT BEVERAGE - Do they prefer hot or cold drinks? What is their favorite drink?

Generally, Shareen prefers hot drinks, like tea or coffee, but after dancing, she prefers something cool, like water, or a cool cup of chai green tea just like her maternal grandmother used to make.

🍓 STRAWBERRY - Do they eat their fruit & veg? What is their favorite fruit or vegetable?

Shareen does eat her fruits and vegetables. Her favorite fruit is a banana, while her favorite vegetables are lettuce and tomatoes.

🍰 CAKE SLICE - Favorite cake flavor? Are they specific about types of cakes?

Shareen loves red velvet with cream cheese frosting. She's very specific about having this on her birthday, preferably in cupcake form (she loves cupcakes!).

🍧 SHAVED ICE - Do they still have any objects from their childhood? What significance does it have to them? What would their reaction be if they lost it?

Shareen still has her very first pair of ballet slippers, received for her eighth birthday. They hold a lot of significance for her, as ballet slippers are expensive, and her dad worked his regular job, as well as a side hustle, in order to be able to afford them since ballet slippers were what she wanted more than anything. Shareen would be disheartened if she lost them, as they remind her of how hard her dad worked to make her happy, so she keeps them on prime display on the wall in her bedroom.

Plants & Nature

💐 BOUQUET - Create a bouquet for them! What do those flowers mean? Are any of the flowers their particular favorite?

A bouquet for Shareen would consist of daisies (her favorite flower), pink roses, and Irish ferns. The daisies symbolize innocence and loyal love (the latter of which Shareen has in spades for the Doctor), the pink roses represent happiness, as well as being a subtle dedication to Shareen's best friend, Rose Tyler, and the Irish ferns represent her dad, who has always been there for her, no matter what.

🌙 MOON - What is your OC’s greatest wish? How far are they willing to go for it?

At the moment, Shareen's greatest wish is to become a prima ballerina with the Royal Ballet. She's willing to go pretty far for it, working hard at practicing, but she would draw the line at trying to get in by anything but her own merit and talent.

🌋 VOLCANO - How bad is their temper? Is it a slow boil, or an instant explosion?

Instant explosion. It really doesn't matter the scenario. Once Shareen gets mad about something, she immediately reacts.

🌺 HIBISCUS - Do they have any allergies?

Shareen has a really bad shellfish allergy, so she avoids eating seafood at all costs. She also can't be in the room when someone's cooking shellfish, as the vapors can trigger an allergic reaction.

🍁 MAPLE LEAF - What is their favorite season? Why?

Shareen's favorite season is winter. She enjoys the snowfall, all the Christmas displays in the stores, and the cheesy films on TV, but mainly because it's a time where she gets to be with her family and close friends during the holidays. She has such a large family, it's only around the holidays where they can all be together at once.

🍃 FALLING LEAF - Do they enjoy being in nature? What is their favorite outdoor activity?

If by 'nature', you mean sunbathing in a park on a sunny day, then yes, Shareen enjoys being in nature. Her favorite outdoor activity really is just sunbathing, maybe with some ice cream thrown in.

☀️ SUN - Are they a morning person? What is the first thing they do in the morning?

Shareen is a morning person, though not naturally. She has to get up early to attend dance class before work. The first thing she does is make a good, strong cup of coffee or tea. She needs caffeine in her system before she tries doing any ballet movements.

🕷️ SPIDER - What is their biggest fear? Do they have any irrational / mundane fears?

Shareen would say her biggest fear is not making it as a dancer and while that's true, she's also terrified of being left, either by family, friends, or romantic partners. Her only mundane fear is being afraid of mice/rats.

🌹 ROSE - Do they like Valentine's Day? Have they been confessed to before? Have they confessed to anyone before?

Shareen does like Valentine's Day, but historically, it's not been a great day for her. Either she's been single during it, or she's been in a shitty relationship during it. She's never really been confessed to before, nor has she confessed to anyone, but that all changes with the Doctor. . .

🙈 SEE-NO-EVIL - What's a side of your OC that they don’t want to show other people?

How terrified she is of losing people, how much her mother's leaving really affected her. It's not a side of herself that Shareen likes to admit to having, even to herself.

Injustice or other people's problematic behavior, like how Rose treats Mickey during series 1 and 2.

🙉 HEAR-NO-EVIL - What is the worst thing your OC could hear from someone?

That they're leaving and that it's because of her.

🌱 SEEDLING - What is their most vivid memory from childhood?

Her mother leaving. Shareen was only five, but the event left a harsh impression. She was playing with her Barbies in the front room when her mother walked by carrying a packed suitcase. Shareen's dad was following her, begging her to reconsider. Shareen was sent to her room before she could hear anything else, but she did distinctly hear the words, "I'm not cut out to be a mother! I don't want to be one!" shouted before her mother slammed the front door, leaving for good.

🍀 CLOVER - Do they believe in luck? Are they lucky?

Shareen does believe in luck. She doesn't consider herself lucky romantically, but she does consider herself lucky for growing up with a dad and several relatives who love her. Considering the circumstances of her conception, she knows it could have been vastly different.

🌏 EARTH - Will they give up the world for someone they love? Is this decision easy for them?

If by "world", you mean her family and friends, then no, Shareen could never give them up, not even for the Doctor. Fortunately, he doesn't ask her to.

🌌 MILKY WAY - What was the inspiration behind your OC? What was the first thing you decided about them?

I've always been very interested in the frequently mentioned, but never seen character of Rose's best friend, Shareen Costello. We only hear a few things about her, but never enough to really know what she's like. How did she take Rose's disappearance? Did she think Mickey was responsible? What was her relationship with Rose like after that? So, those ponderings led to me deciding that Shareen would be another Doctor Who OC!

I think the first thing I decided about Shareen was that she would have a bit of a true crime obsession. She's basically ahead of the current day trend in watching as much Dateline and Oxygen docs as possible, as well as devouring books on the subject.

Activity

⚾ BASEBALL - Can they play sports? What is their best position if they play a team sport? What’s their strong suit (speed, power etc.)?

Shareen considers dancing and ballet her main sport, but she was on the school gymnastics team with Rose when they were kids. Shareen's strong suit is being fast and flexible, qualities that are greatly desired for gymnastics and dance.

🏊 SWIMMING - Can they swim? Or are they afraid of water? How well do they swim? How do they feel about swimming in the ocean?

Shareen can swim, yes, but she doesn't do it very often, so she's probably a bit rusty on the specific strokes and things like that. Later, when the Doctor takes her to beaches, Shareen loves to swim in the ocean, especially if there's a certain Time Lord nearby. . .

Objects

📣 MEGAPHONE - How loud are they? What do they speak like? Got a voice claim?

Shareen's voice can become a bit loud when excited, but otherwise she speaks at an average volume. She speaks like her face claim, Selena Gomez, but with a London accent that's just slightly posher than Rose's.

📖 OPEN BOOK - Do they like reading? What’s their favorite genre?

Shareen LOVES reading (I can't not make all of my OC's bookworms, okay?). Shareen really enjoys reading true crime (Ann Rule, In Cold Blood by Truman Capote), but she also really loves regular mysteries like Agatha Christie and Dorothy L. Sayers, as well as romances (the cheesier the better).

🪤 MOUSE TRAP - What will always lure them into certain danger? A loved one in danger? A promise of something they are always searching for?

A loved one being in danger would absolutely lure Shareen into certain danger or a trap. She wouldn't even think twice about rushing off after them.

📸 CAMERA - Do they enjoy having their picture taken? What’s their go-to pose? Do they like taking photos? What do they take photos of?

Shareen's a total ham, so she loves having her picture taken. Her go-to pose is generally always to smile, but it really depends on the events happening when the photo is being taken. Shareen does like to take photos, typically of her friends, family, the Doctor, and the places she travels to, and print them out into albums, so she'll have them forever.

🎭 MASKS - Do they act differently around certain people? What’s different between the way they act around friends, family, strangers, etc.?

Shareen does tend to act a bit differently with her friends than with her family, a bit wilder and party and trouble loving. Around her family, or really close friends like Rose and Mickey, she's still all that, but calmer, a bit more focused and grounded.

✂️ SCISSORS - What is the “last straw” for them to cut someone out of their life? How easily do they let go of people?

It's very difficult for Shareen to let go of people, so the "last straw" would have to be pretty big. We'll see her cutting an on-again, off-again boyfriend out of her life in her first story, as well as what the "last straw" is that forces her to do it.

💡 LIGHTBULB - Is your OC a planner? Do they write down every small detail or just wing it?

In some things, yes, Shareen is a planner. She's got a very specific idea of how her dancing career is going to (ideally) go. But in other things, she tends to wing it. It's how she ends up in so many troublesome situations.

💎 DIAMOND - How rich are they? Can they live the lifestyle they want to?

Shareen lives on a council estate, so . . . not exactly rolling in money. But she lives comfortably, has enough for treats or splurges now and again, so she's living a good lifestyle right now.

🎁 PRESENT - What types of presents would they be most happy to receive? Are they good at gift giving?

Shareen would be happy to receive presents she explicitly asked for, as it means people cared enough to pay attention to her wants and needs. She's good at gift giving, though because of her limited finances, she has to be a bit crafty at it. She gives out lots of gift cards.

🍼 BABY BOTTLE - What are their thoughts on children?

Shareen really has no inclination to have children. She's very focused on establishing a dancing career, and having a kid (and then trying to get back into shape afterwards) is not something that will help her achieve that. Also, she's a bit leery of how she'd be as a mother, considering her own mother left her.

🔪 KNIFE - How do they react to injury / misfortune befalling their loved ones (significant other, family, friends)? Do they put themselves at blame?

Shareen is livid whenever someone she loves is hurt, either by accident or on purpose. If it's on purpose, she immediately springs into attack mode. She doesn't tend to put herself at blame, except to maybe rationalize that if she'd been with this person at the time, their injury/misfortune wouldn't have happened.

👑 CROWN - What does your OC want to be remembered as? Why?

Shareen desperately wants to be remembered as a talented dancer, one of the best of her generation, as that is a goal she's been working towards for years and she'd be completely gutted if she failed.

✏️ PENCIL - Is there a particular quote / lyric that you associate with them?

I really associate Shareen with these lyrics from 'According to You' by Orianthi, which describe a relationship she's in at the beginning of her series compared to her later one with the Doctor. . .

But according to him I'm beautiful, incredible He can't get me out of his head According to him I'm funny, irresistible Everything he ever wanted Everything is opposite I don't feel like stopping it So baby, tell me what I got to lose He's into me for everything I'm not According to you

🎵 MUSIC NOTE - What is their playlist like? Their favorite artists? Do you associate a particular song with them?

Shareen's playlist is full of pop music, mostly '90s and early 2000s hits, but also quite a few Broadway and West End musical tunes, as well as classic pieces, like Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and The Nutcracker.

Aside from the song mentioned above, I also associate Shareen with the song 'Breathe (Taylor's Version)' by Taylor Swift (it describes her later relationship with Rose), as well as 'Troublemaker' by Olly Murs feat. Flo Rida.

🎤 MICROPHONE - Are they good at singing? What is their go-to karaoke song?

Shareen is really good at singing! Liker her face claim, Shareen is a mezzo-soprano. Her go-to karaoke song would probably be a '90s hit, like Christina Aguilera's 'Genie in a Bottle' or 'You Oughta Know' by Alanis Morisette.

🎷 SAXOPHONE - Do they play any instruments? Are they any good at it?

Shareen does not play any instruments, nor is she particularly interested in learning one.

📚 BOOKS - How were they at school? What is their best subject? What is their worst subject? Do they have a favorite subject?

Shareen was a pretty average student in school, mostly garnering Bs. Her best subjects were gym, English, and history, but she struggled in everything else, particularly math. Her favorite subject would have to be gym, just because it meant she was doing something other than sitting at a desk.

👖 JEANS - What is their go-to outfit?

Shareen's go-to outfit is a pair of leggings (usually black), paired with a t-shirt or tank top, along with a cardigan or hoodie, and a pair of sneakers. This is usually paired with jewelry, typically earrings and some rings.

🎨 PALETTE - Can they draw? What do they like to draw?

Shareen cannot draw, so she doesn't really draw anything.

🎡 FERRIS WHEEL - Are they someone who wants to kiss at the top of the Ferris wheel?

Oh, yes! That's one of Shareen's favorite romantic fantasies, and she definitely plans on acting it out with the Doctor!

⏳ HOURGLASS - Are they usually late or on-time?

On-time, if not early. So many dance classes with strict teachers drilled into Shareen the importance of being on-time. Therefore, the Doctor's sporadic piloting of the TARDIS drives her crazy.

🔫 PISTOL - Do they trust people easily? How easily will they turn their back to someone? Have they been backstabbed before? Will they betray someone if given an ultimatum?

Generally, Shareen doesn't trust people easily. After all, they could leave at a moment's notice. That's why it's so surprising when she finds herself trusting the Doctor very quickly into their acquaintance. Shareen would consider her mother leaving her as being backstabbed. Shareen would be loath to betray someone; she's far more likely to attack the person giving her an ultimatum than betray anyone she loves.

🎀 RIBBON - How would they fit into other worlds / au's? What au's would you like to try out? What fictional world would they fit / not fit into?

I think Shareen would fit fairly well into other worlds, such as Dirty Dancing, or anything that involves a lot of action and adventure, like the National Treasure films.

I can REALLY see her in a police procedural, particularly Criminal Minds (especially if that series crossed over with hers; she'd be the type of have every single edition of Rossi's books).

I can't really see her in any period drama worlds, or anything superhero related.

The only AU I have for Shareen is where she doesn't meet the Doctor until after the events of 'Army of Ghosts'/'Doomsday'. Let's say Shareen has been out of the country for a while, already estranged from Rose following her bizarre year-long disappearance, when she hears about the Battle of Canary Wharf and how Rose and Jackie are on the list of the dead. She rushes back to England, her first stop being their flat so she can pack it up . . . when she finds a man with red-rimmed eyes, wearing a pinstriped suit, already doing it.

�� PAPERCLIP - A random fact.

She's fluent in Italian, Spanish, and Pashto (one of the official languages of Afghanistan) and knows a bit of Irish (mostly the curse words).

Never give up on your dreams, or even love. Both are in your sights. And friendships may come and go, but the memories last forever.

⚙️ GEAR - What are your OC's thoughts on science & art? Which do they give more importance to? How much value do they place on each?

Shareen values science and art highly, but she tends to give more importance to art, just because she's more interested in it than science.

🔧 WRENCH - Are they good at fixing relationships? Or do they tend to avoid doing so?

Shareen has never had to fix a relationship before, but she may have to do so with Rose at some point. We'll have to see how good she is at doing it, or if she tries to avoid doing so at all.

❇️ SPARKLE - What is their most prized possession? What do they value?

Shareen's most prized possession are her very first pair of ballet slippers. She values sentimental objects that remind her of the people she loves.

📏 RULER - Is your OC well educated? Where did they get their learning from?

Shareen attended basic city schools in London, but she didn't bother to try and get her A-Levels, so she's fairly well educated. Shareen, at least, doesn't think there were any gaps in her education. She didn't really get her learning from anyone or anything.

Transport

🚆 TRAIN - What is their answer to the trolley problem?

After learning what the trolley problem is, Shareen would try to suggest a solution that didn't involve a pedestrian dying.

🚲 BICYCLE - Can they ride a bike? What do they remember from learning to ride a bicycle?

Shareen can ride a bike, but she hasn't done so in years. Not since Rose still had that red bicycle she mysteriously got for Christmas when she and Shareen were twelve. Shareen remembers riding the bicycle down a steep incline, terrified she was going to fall off, but miraculously not doing so. She only seemed to fall off it when she was on flat ground.

Weather

🌩️ LIGHTNING - Are they scared of lightning?

Shareen is not scared of lightning. Actually, she really likes it, particularly if she's watching or reading a true crime doc at the time. It adds ambiance, in her opinion.

💧 DROPLET - Random angst headcanon.

Up until she was thirteen, Shareen received regular birthday and Christmas cards and presents addressed from her mother. But right before Christmas when she was thirteen, she walked in on her dad writing her mom's name on a gift tag. He'd been buying presents and cards and addressing them from her mother so Shareen wouldn't think she'd completely abandoned her.

No, just the opposite. Shareen is very bubbly, eager for excitement and adventure. Having said that, she may become cold at times in the future, though we'll have to see what makes her this way.

🌪️ TORNADO - What is the biggest change you’ve ever made to them? How have they changed from their original version?

I haven't really made any big changes to Shareen since coming up with her.

🌈 RAINBOW - What advice would they give to their younger self?

Don't give up on your dreams and try not to worry so much about what people haven't done yet. You're only worrying yourself for nothing.

🔥 FIRE - Do they have any self-destructive tendencies? What habits do they have that hinder them from becoming their best self?

Shareen does tend to worry about what might happen if a person leaves her, or how they might leave her, so that's a bit self-destructive in a mental and emotional way. Those tendencies do hinder her from becoming her best self, but it's something she ends up working on with the Doctor's help.

☁️ CLOUD - A soft headcanon.

The Doctor loves to watch Shareen dance. In her personal dance studio aboard the TARDIS, sometimes as she's practicing a routine, he'll sit in a chair in the corner and just watch and marvel at her.

🌟 GLOWING STAR - What do they think about when they look at the night sky? Is there someone they want to star gaze with?

Shareen thinks about all the other worlds she has yet to see, and how lucky she is to get to see them at all. She would want to stargaze with the Doctor, and she ends up doing just that!

🌠 SHOOTING STAR - If they could make any wish with no repercussions, what wish would they make?

That no one would ever leave her again. Or that she gets into the Royal Ballet with no problems. Either one she'd make without hesitation.

☄️ COMET - What do people assume about them? Are they right?

People assume that Shareen is a fun-loving, thrill-seeking, adventurous individual without a care in the world. And generally, they're right. But Shareen is also ambitious and driven in regards to her dancing, as well as still recovering from the aftermath and effects of her mother leaving her when she was so young.

💓 BEATING HEART - What gets their heart racing?

The Doctor. Also the excitement of a new adventure, time period, and/or planet, as well as opening night of a performance. Shareen only gets nervous right before she goes onstage.

💘 HEART W/ ARROW - What traits do they look for in a relationship? Do they believe in love at first sight?

Shareen looks for someone attractive. That's pretty much it. But as her relationship with the Doctor deepens, she realizes he has traits that compliment her perfectly: ambition, being adventurous, caring, loyal, and loving, and always encouraging her and never dismissing her dreams. Shareen doesn't believe in love at first sight, but she does believe in attraction at first sight, which is what she experiences with the Doctor.

💗 GROWING HEART - If they have a crush, is it noticeable? What changes when they’re in love?

It is very noticeable when Shareen has a crush, and many notice and comment on her obvious crush on the Doctor. Nothing really changes when she's in love, except that maybe she stops trying so hard to get the Doctor's attention, since she now has it completely.

❤️ RED HEART - Their love language(s)?

Shareen responds to all five love languages, but mainly she responds to words of affirmation and acts of service. Those weren't really qualities she had with other partners, so the fact that she has them with the Doctor really speaks to and pleases her.

💙 BLUE HEART - Do they miss their s/o easily? How do they act when their s/o isn’t around?

Oh, yes, Shareen misses the Doctor easily, especially if they're separated for a time while she's performing in a show. Shareen doesn't act very different from her usual self when the Doctor isn't around.

💚 GREEN HEART - What things make your OC feel comforted? Hugs, kisses, food?

Food, absolutely, especially if it's some of or all of her favorite foods. Reassuring words also comfort her, as well as watching one of her favorite movies or one of her favorite crime docs.

💖 SPARKLING HEART - Are they a subtle or a showy lover?

Shareen is a showy lover. She has no issue with PDA or anything like that.

💌 LOVE LETTER - Do they like love letters? What kind of messages do they leave for their partner?

Shareen has never received a love letter, but she definitely likes the idea of it. She tends to leave messages reminding the Doctor to do basic tasks when she's not around, as well as words of encouragement. Truthfully though, the Doctor sends her far more messages than she does him.

💔 BROKEN HEART - What could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

Leave her without explanation. Decide she's no longer worth it. Or even demean and ridicule her. Those things would completely gut Shareen.
