Izuku Midoriya:

Izuku cares about his friends. Anyone who even sees him in passing can tell; given he’s anything but shy about it.

He’s very good at anticipating their needs; it’s a habit he picked up from his Mom actually though he doesn’t realize it himself.

Izuku, being the observant friend he is, can’t help but notice when you blush as he accidentally brushes your side when reaching for something behind you and squeak out an excuse about how you’re fine, and just startled before dashing off.

Deku’s not dumb. Kachaan would pull the same thing back in middle school but with anger to make people back off instead.

At first he thinks you don’t like it, but he puts together rather quickly that that’s very much not the case when he catches you leaning into Todoroki’s fingers as he helps you with your hair; even as they drag ticklishly along your neck and make you giggle. Your ever present blush like last time is there too.

He can’t help his fond smile.

Cute. You’re adorable. He wonders if anyone else has figured it out but doubts it and seeing the way you nearly chase Todoroki’s fingers when he pulls away and the little look of resignation on your face before you hide it with a smile and a thanks…well…

Deku can’t have that, now can he? What kind of friend would he be otherwise?

He knocks on your door that night and once inside he smiles and simply asks, all innocent curiosity.

“Say, do you really like being tickled?”

When you go red and stutter helplessly, barely able to from words as you shyly start backing away, already giggling; you give him the answer he needs.

He follows, giving you time to move away if you’d like, but you don’t as his hands come to simply rest at your sides.

“Aw this’s adorable!! Can I help? I promise I’ll be gentle, all you have to do is say red and I’ll stop! K? If you want me to be a little faster, or rougher…tell me and I’ll try okay? You may be better off going to Kacchan for that though-”

He jolted a little as you grabbed his wrist from where he was getting ready to gently pin you down, already straddling your hips.

The desperate look in your eyes almost made him smile but the anxiety there quickly made him frown.

“Hey, this isn’t anything weird, ya know? I won’t tell anyone else if it really makes you uncomfortable but…I don’t think anyone else would mind. You always run off before the tickling branches out to all of us, but tickle fights are common. Pretty sure all of us except you have gotten wrecked by multiple people at once.”

He giggled as you blushed madly at that, hiding your face in your arm at the thought and mumbling how he was being mean.

“Aw making you flustered and blushy and warm is just part of the job description if I’m gonna tickle you! Just say Red if you need me to stop for any reason, alright cutie?”

He starts gentle when he lers and stays consistently at that pace. Unlike Bakugou who’s rough out of the gate and Todoroki who keeps things varied Izuku is almost paranoid with his strength and pressure usage thanks to his Quirk.

He never wants to hurt you, obviously.

But it makes it tickle so much more.

Unlike with other kinds of tickles there’s no heavy laughter or struggling even really.

The softness means you feels every feathery flutter of fingertips and there’s nothing you can so expect focus on it, giggle helplessly with little squeaks and squeals and the occasional gasp and flinch.

All the while Deku is merciless but in the most gentle way possible.

He’s full of praises, and coos and affectionate gestures like nuzzling your neck and humming and gosh it’s so soft and comforting it can be enough to make one cry if they’ve had a bad day and just let it out.

Afterwards he always makes sure you drink plenty of water and stretch a little too if you’ve been there a while.

Overall, a Ler super atuned to your needs and a sweetheart.

Tells stupid jokes and stories and pretends that’s why you’re laughing so hard as he tickles

Absolutely uses his Quirk to tickle attack you from behind your friends if he hears you on the other side of something.

Ten more guys who deserve to laugh!

My last list of this kind was just overall characters who get little to no love in the tickle scene! This time I wanted to focus on more side characters from content that might be well known but hardly ever get attention themselves! In no particular order of course! I also have numerous other characters from anime/cartoons/games/manhwa that are criminally lacking in the tickling content arena, but I might just do another list later down the line. For now here they are! 1. Rock Lee - Naruto Shippuuden/Boruto

First and foremost, this precious bean gets constant hate just cause of his hair and eyebrows. I honestly think his arc and character are glorious and he deserves so much more attention than he gets! He likes to train, so why not get him some endurance training and tickle that no doubt muscular body he has?

2. Aoyama Yuga - Boku no Hero Academia

Another character with a deep story hidden beneath being overly gaudy and comedic. This guy is absolutely adorable and shouldn’t be shunned from all the ticklish fun! Plus just imagine him trying to beg for mercy with a broken mix of languages!

3. Lee Jianliang/Henry Wong - Digimon Tamers (Season 3)

Most times I’ve seen Digimon tickles it’s usually from the OG group, or season 2/4. Season 3 had tickle scenes but it was focused on the digimon themselves rather than the tamers. I think the normally serious and cautious Henry could do with some ticklish fun to relax a bit more and just enjoy life.

4. Sabo - One Piece

How much do I even need to say? If you’re at all in the know on One Piece, Luffy is focus number one. Sabo though is definitely overlooked imo and should be allowed to laugh a bit more what with all the responsibility he has.

5. Goshiki Tsutomu - Haikyuu

A classic example of a character who loves being praised since he got to high school and realized he was no longer “gifted” but simply met the standard. He deserves to be reminded just how special he is and should be laughing while it happens, such a cutie!

6. Hitsugaya Toshiro - Bleach

Not a lot of people think of Bleach for tickles, but when they do I hardly see Toshiro mentioned. He appears young but is well over 100 years old. He’s so uptight with his duties as a captain, he should arrange a little vacation and get a full tickly massage to relax.

7. Minami Kenjiro - Yuri on Ice

He gets introduced and instantly caught my heart. This precious youngster is so obviously the “creative one” in his family. He gets so often skipped over though in favor of the shows more obvious pairs, I wish he just got some more recognition.

8. Rivalz Cardemonde - Code Geass

I can’t make a list and not include my favorite anime I guess. Rivalz is low on the totem pole but definitely is the perfect sort of “bro friend” material to deserve tickling in his own right. I can see him getting some tickles as payment for someone like Lelouch helping with repairs to his motorbike.

9. Hayner - Kingdom Hearts

With Kingdom Hearts it’s always Sora, Riku and Roxas. Hayner is like perfect tickle bait though! Tall athletic bro bestie who should absolutely be tickled as a way to raise money or something!

10. Thoma - Genshin Impact

It honestly took me a bit to think of a character from Genshin that isn’t already often talked about either in tickling or in general. To me though it seems like so many people forget about Thoma and how utterly perfect this man is. Seriously though he’s the perfect roommate! And a tickle fight is obviously perfect for bonding with him too!

I wanted to keep it to a single guy per series, or there would be more from Naruto, Haikyuu and BNHA especially! If you have some others you think are underrated, let me know in replies! Hell I might even have some headcanons for one of your favorites!

KiriBaku ~ (tickle hcs)

*Both Kirishima and Bakugou are really ticklish but Bakugou is just a little more ticklish and Kirishima loves to brag about it.

*This of course leads to Bakugou tickling Kirishima until he says sorry or that he’s more ticklish.

*Kirishima can say the word tickle, but it flusters him when he’s getting tickled and Bakugou says it really fast over and over or really slowly.

*Kirishima loves behind hugs. The type of hug where you hug someone from behind them. Whether he’s giving or receiving them, they’re his favorite kind.

*Bakugou looooooves cuddling. He also loves looking up cuddling positions and making Kirishima try them out to see which is the comfiest.

*Kirishima gives Bakugou massages, but Bakugou’s shoulder blades are too ticklish for him to stay still.

*Kirishima loves to grab Bakugou’s cheeks and kiss him all around his face.

*Bakugou loves kissing Kirishima’s neck because it’s a more intimate place and it also makes Kirishima laugh because he’s ticklish there.

*Kirishima’s most ticklish spot is his armpits, so Bakugou takes any opportunity he can to pin Kirishima’s arms above his head or out by his sides to destroy him with tickles.

*I think it’s all agreed that Bakugou’s tickle spot is right in between his uppermost ribs and his armpits.

*Kirishima loves sneaking up behind him and digging his fingers into that spot to get Bakugou cackling.

*Inspired by @rachi-roo-bnha: Kirishima has these little squishy bits around his lower tummy and hips that Bakugou loves to pinch and vibrate his fingers into.

*These spots get Kirishima screaming and begging because it’s so ticklish.

*Sometimes he gets reall self conscious about those little bits. This triggers Bakugou’s ler/postive affirmation side, causing Bakugou to pin Kirishima down and go to town on his ticklish pudgy bits. All the while telling Kirishima how manly he is and that these parts don’t make him any less manly.

*I feel like Kirishima has ticklish palms and Bakugou has ticklish calves. Both spots get teased by the other for being an unusual tickle spot.

*Just like how Kirishima has a ticklish neck Bakugou likes to take advantage of, Bakugou has ticklish ears. Especially behind them. Kirishima will lay himself on Bakugou’s back to kiss and blow raspberries behind his ears.

*Bakugou’s doesn’t laugh with this tickle spot though. Instead, he lets out these adorable high pitched giggles and squeals.

*Tickle hugs. Period. Every day. All the time.

*Bakugou likes to do the egg crack thing on Kirishima’s knees while telling him not to move. It drives Kirishima insane, but he never backs down from a challenge. He ends up covering his face and failing after Bakugou starts doing them rapidly.

*Kirishima will sometimes snort when he laughs really hard.

*There was a moment when Kirishima snorted in front of Bakugou for the first time, and Bakugou laughed his ass off because he thought it was the cutest thing ever. Kirishima took it as Bakugou laughing at him and ended up crying. Bakugou immediately stopped and asked what was wrong. After a short talk, Bakugou hugged Kirishima and assured him his snorts are the farthest thing from ugly and are in fact one of the most adorable sounds he’s ever made. Kirishima cried again but of joy for being so grateful to have Bakugou in his life.

*Kirishima loves to buy clothes for Bakugou because Bakugou never goes shopping.

*Kirishima steals Bakugou’s hoodies and Bakugou steals Kirishima’s shirts.

*Bakugou secretly loves when Kirishima wears his clothes. It makes him feel loved even when he’s not around him.

*Kirishima and Bakugou go on beach dates when they need to get out of the dorms.

*Bakugou likes to bury Kirishima in the sand and tickle his feet.

*Bakugou is such a sucker for romance movie cliches, so he’ll make Kirishima walk along the shore with him while they talk. Not that Kirishima would ever say no.

*Kirishima likes to lay on Bakugou with his head on his stomach so he can nuzzle his face into his tummy. Bakugou tries not to laugh which leads to Kirishima kneading his fingers into Bakugou’s ribs.

*Bakugou will retaliate by wrapping his arms around Kirishima, pinning him to his chest, and digging his fingers into his sides or hips.

*Kirishima convinces Bakugou to let him give Bakugou a foot massage. He’s tried in the past but he never let him do it because Bakugou is actually really ticklish there and knew he’d never live it down.

*Kirishima, being Kirishima, takes the opportunity to get back at him for all those beach date tickles.

*Blanket burritos! 👏

*Movie nights include: Popcorn throwing, cuddling, ticklish pokes, and butterfly kisses.

*Speaking of butterfly kisses, Kirishima gives these to Bakugou when he’s feeling extra lovey dovey and it flusters Bakugou so much.

-There’s a spot on Kokichi that makes him hiccup laugh and everyone abuses it so hard (it’s the hips, if you were curious)

-if you make any of Class 1-A laugh really hard, their quirks activate a little (Bakugo has tiny little explosive sparks flying off him everytime he cackles, Tenya has small bursts of smoke from his exhaust legs if you get him squealing, etc.)

-All dr classes have specific types of tickle fights: dr1 is the most casual, dr2 is the most ruthless, dr3 is the most teasing

-Monokuma hosts a free for all tickle fight! Whoever’s got the most ‘attacks’ wins! Kazuichi is busting out tickle robots, Nagito and Kokichi keep getting attacked for free wins (their super damn ticklish, leave them ALONE)

I have a prompt to write later for him, so I should probably be able to answer these for him 😊

1. on a scale of 1-10, how ticklish are they?

Let’s say 7!

2. where is their most ticklish spot(s)?

If y’all don’t know, I love me some ticklish wings. So we givin Hawks crazy ticklish wings, especially right where they sprout from his back. Much of his back is a hot spot, as well as under his arms and on his feet.

3. which spots are they not ticklish?

His stomach and legs aren’t very sensitive.

4. what is their laugh like?

Bright and loud, a happy cackle. He’s proud his laugh fits his personality with how obnoxious and energetic it is. Softer tickling makes him giggle and snort, but few have seen that.

5. do they enjoy tickling? if yes, is it a fun platonic/familial thing, or romantic thing to them, or can it be both depending on the circumstance?

Yeah! He loves tickling or being tickled as a playful thing. It’s softer tickling that is reserved for romantic moments for him.

6. are they more often a lee or ler, generally?

He’s a pretty perfect switch. He’s happy as a lark to make someone else a laughing mess or become one himself.

7. who is someone in their life that they tickle often?

He’d definitely be the kind of person to tease people and other heroes for being too uptight by tickling them with a flick of his wings (if he thinks he won’t get his wings torn off in the process; albeit admittedly, he’s gotten some unexpectedly responsive reactions (i.e. someone like Edgeshot cornering Hawks and scribbling under his wings until he can barely lift them)). And then he’d tickle a partner plenty, equally as teasing but more of a proper back-and-forth rather than just in passing.

8. who is someone in their life that they get tickled by often?

I don’t know the canon of his personal life, who he’s close to and such, but I’ll say he’d be most comfortable being tickled by a partner. He loses a layer of cockiness when he’s a cackling mess, and there are only a few people he would let see that. He can keep it up for a while if he’s being tickled by another hero who doesn’t know his spots or how much he’s enjoying himself, and that’s fun. But he also appreciates being tickled by someone he can let his guard down around.

9. does the word “tickle” or any variation of embarrass them?

Yes, but he can hide it pretty well.

10. are they embarrassed about their ticklishness, and do they try to deny/hide it?

He won’t deny it outright, but he’s so sarcastic and teasy in general that people assume he isn’t or that his revenge would be too terrible to warrant finding out.

11. would gentle tickling or rough tickling affect them more?

Both, but it depends on what he’s in the mood for. He’s got a particularly incessant brand of snark for when he wants to be wrecked, and he’ll stretch and show off spots when he wants something gentler.

12. is there a specific spot that they enjoy being tickled, either exclusively or more than other spots? what is it?

It’s convenient, because everyone is fascinated by his Quirk, so his wings often get attention. Rough tickles under his wings are unbearable and fun, and soft tickles under their feathers are relaxing. Especially after a day of hero work when his wings are small and fluffy—he’ll tolerate “chicken wings” teasing only if its accompanied with soft wing tickles.

13. is there a spot that they can’t stand to be tickled, either because it’s just too sensitive, or it’s uncomfortable/painful/etc? what is it?

None that immediately come to mind.

14. would they ever purposefully bug a friend/partner/sibling into tickling them, and if so, how would they go about it?

Have you met him? He would absolutely provoke someone else into tickling him—pushing buttons, being cocky, teasing with his own feathers. If he’s impatient, he might outright ask—“Why don’t you take me down a notch then?”—well, as outright as he can manage.

15. does teasing affect them?

Yes, but he teases back with a vengeance to combat the effect. It works on occasion.

BNHA Class 1A Girls ‘Lee Headcanons

Uraraka: Our favorite pink-clad heroine is ticklish, yes, because we tickle-writers just don’t do “not ticklish”. Although she’s not quite as ticklish as some would expect. Death spots on Uraraka are her sides and tummy, and the back of her neck. One well-placed pinch there and she’s writhing like an animal in a trap. Her laugh varies quite a bit, from soft, near-silent giggles, to raucous, room-shaking shrieks. Although, if you leave her with energy after you attack, RUN. Run for your life because she will seek revenge, and it will be swift and horrible. People who attack her most are Deku and the other girls, but that doesn’t mean other students coughcough Bakugou coughcough, won’t attack her from time to time. Explosion-boy only attacks her when they’re alone or if she’s being extra perky and chipper that day. If she knows she’s about to be attacked, she’ll immediately put her arms out in front of her and start to back away, and she can’t help but start giggling. Teasing doesn’t really work on her, unless it’s from Bakugou or Deku, then she flips and tosses herself and does just about anything to get her hands on them so she can float them away. Quirk-control is a huge thing for her when she’s being tickled, so someone better get her hands pinned, and they better do it fast, otherwise either she or they are going to be floating to the ceiling.

Momo: Ah, sweet Yaomomo. This girl is so ticklish, though it’s like pulling a tooth to get it out of her. The first person to find out was Jiro. They were snuggling on Momo’s bed, and when Jiro went to pull her face in for a kiss, and she accidentally brushed her neck, and Momo nearly flailed herself off the bed. Iida came rushing down from his room with how loud her screech was. During the lecture from their class rep, Jiro kept side-eyeing Momo, which nearly caused her entire face to turn as red as her costume. As soon as they had convinced Iida that everything was okay, Jiro smirked and pounced on her. Everyone thought something very different was going on, considering they could hear it all throughout the dorm. And if Aizawa addressed a “noise complaint” on Monday in class, and a certain black and purple haired duo was flushed darker than cherries, well...that’s their business. Yaomomo’s laugh is just as beautiful and elegant as she is. Jiro describes it as a ballet dancer or fallen leaves riding a breeze. Death spots on her are neck, under her arms, her hips, and behind her knees. Her laugh doesn’t have a lot of different types like Uraraka’s does, it just varies in volume, but it stays beautiful and melodic. It’s one of Jiro’s favorite sounds. There are about two people who know she’s ticklish, and that’s Jiro and Todoroki. They try to tease her, and most of the time, it works, unless she’s feeling like getting revenge, then she can shut down that reflex like it’s nothing. Quirk-control isn’t as big of an issue for her as it is for Uraraka or others, but occasionally, something might launch out of her stomach and hit her attacker in the head. If she realizes she’s about to be tickled, it’s a whole different story, she tries to launch anything and everything at the attacker.

Jiro: This girl is so ticklish, even though it wouldn’t seem like it. Death spots are--well -- basically everywhere. Her absolute worst spot are her ears. Momo played with them once while they were laying in bed, big mistake. Kaminari also snuck up on her in her dorm and touched them with two fingers. He walked into class the next day with a badly covered, heavy purple bruise across his cheek, he had to make up a quick story, although Kirishima knew what actually happened, and laughed his ass out of his seat. Aizawa was very confused. Her laugh is softer, a deep alto when some of her worst spots aren’t being attacked, and when they are, they’re very high-pitched squeals and giggles which she will never admit to. Teasing only works from Momo. Anyone else gets stabbed in the eye with an earphone jack. Quirk control isn’t an issue at all for Jiro. She can barely coordinate herself enough to pull her attacker’s hands off of her, there’s no way she could get plugged into her costume and use her quirk. She immediately blushes and starts to stutter if she realizes she’s about to be tickled. She tries to dissuade anyone from progressing, but it doesn’t work. It’s a huge difference from her normally tough disposition.

Ashido: Ah, alien queen. This girl is super sensitive, though not quite as bad as Jiro, but sensitive nonetheless. Her laughter is loud and bright, or giggles, that are less loud, but still just as bright. Everyone loves attacking her, especially in the Bakusquad. It’s really common to see Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero all attacking her like a younger sister. There was once during their lunch period, it scared everyone half to death that was in there. No one knows what led up to it, besides the people who were in the attack. All they know is that all the boys, including Bakugou, dog piled on her, and she was cackling up a storm. Death spots on Mina are under her arms, her knees, and her feet. Teasing is extremely effective on Ashido, from anyone. Quirk control is a major issue, so Kirishima is usually the one to hold her down because the acid won’t hurt him as much. She loses control of the acid, so it’s potency can be absolutely anywhere in her range, which makes her probably the most dangerous person to tickle. If she sees she’s about to get tickled, she will push acid out of her hands, just as a warning, otherwise she’ll try to skate away with her acid. If she can’t get out of it, her hands come up to cover her face and she hunches over to block as many spots as she can.

Hagakure: She is sensitive, but no one knows where because they can’t see her. The girls will get lucky every once in awhile, and they can get a quick laugh out of her. But she turns the tables so fast, even if she wasn’t invisible, you couldn’t see her. Death spots on Hagakure are her sides, her tummy, and her back. Her laugh is very girly, high-pitched, near squealing, it annoys some people, but most of Class 1A loves it. Teasing definitely works on her. The people that attack her most are Ojiro and the other girls. Quirk-control can’t be an issue for her, so no on that front. If someone manages to “trap” her, and she realizes she’s about to be tickled, she giggles hysterically and tries to keep moving so that they lose where she is and she can get out of the situation.

Tsu: Tsu isn’t so sensitive, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be gotten pretty well. Her death spots are her tongue (as strange as it is), the palms of her hands, and her feet, considering these all relate to her quirk, they’re bound to be more sensitive places on her body. Her laugh is very soft, and croaks and ribbits get mixed in sometimes if she’s laughing really hard. Teasing doesn’t work on Tsu no matter what anyone does. Tokoyami is one of the only people who are allowed to tickle her, along with Deku, and the other girls. Quirk control can be an issue, if her tongue isn’t under control, if she isn’t pinned, or if she secretes the toxic mucus. She’s normally pretty evasive about being tickled, normally she’ll back up and leap, or charge her attacker and leap over them and stick to the nearest high surface where they can’t reach her. If she can’t leap her way out of it, she’ll try to use her tongue, which can result in her getting pinned down.

If you sneak up real quietly, you can see Bakugou being a gentle giant and his expression softening into a slight smile as he pets and holds the cats. He’s the same way with Koda’s bunny, when no one’s around that is.

Poor Iida somehow always ends up in a fit of giggles because the cats like to nap on his tummy. And the whole kneading thing cats do? Has him in stitches.

They like to nuzzle Tokoyami’s neck and under his chin (they’re very affectionate kitties) and make him chuckle.

One time, Aoyama nearly died laughing. He was doing laundry and all he had left to wear was sweats and a tank top/crop top. So while he was folding his clothes and watching TV, he was also drinking milk. Something on the show or one of his classmates scared him and made him spill his milk all over himself. Of course, this attracted the cats, and their sandpaper tongues and kitty kisses tickled really badly. Aizawa helped him out of course, though not before taking a few pictures and texting them to his husband.

One time, while they were hanging around outside, Toru put a flower crown on Toshinori’s head and said, “Aw, you’re just like a disney princess!” Because he had the three cats in his lap.

And when Mina caught Toshinori knitting and the cats curled up and sleeping around him, she said, “Aw! He’s such a cute little old man!”

Izuku, who happened to be in the kitchen with her, gasped, offended. Then he tackled her. “He is not old!” he said as he tickled her into oblivion.

Toshinori glanced up. He had no idea what caused the sudden tickle attack. He was just happy to see his kids enjoying themselves.

「Headcanons of Hawks with ticklish S/O.」

HAWKS (TAKAMI KEIGO)

♤ How he finds out is completely by accident. The sofa was occupied by your boyfriend while you were in the kitchen preparing some snacks and drinks for movie night. As soon as you set down the bowl of chips and our drinks, Keigo was already whining for your attention. You stared at him upon realizing that there's no space for you. He grinned as his hand grabbed your own and guided you to his lap. It was a comfortable position and it was easy to share the snacks this way. You were about to snuggle further into Keigo's hold until you felt his hands brushing against the spot above your hips.

♤ You moved away from him almost immediately while Keigo watched you with a confused look on his face, concern etched into his face as you slowly snuggled back. You rubbed the spot that he accidentally touched and tried to act like nothing happened. However, your boyfriend caught on to it faster than you had thought. He was smirking and pulling you even closer with a mischievous glint in his eyes. And that was not a good thing.

♤ At first, it was a kiss to distract you from his wandering hands. One on your forehead and one on your neck as he nuzzled against your neck like a cat despite being more of a bird himself. Suddenly he was already attacking you with his hands tickling your sides. You laughed loudly, trying to swat away his hands from your sides. It felt like a whole eternity until he stopped your torture. If you appeared to be upset about it, he'd apologise by kissing you and bringing over the chips for you to eat.

♤ This guy won't hesitate to use it against you to be honest. You bet your ass that he will just dive into your arms after a long day at work, cuddle with you for a bit and start tickling you. Of course he knows his limits, when and when not to piss you off. Hawks would tell you that he loves hearing you laugh and this is one of the easiest way to get it out from you.

♤ Whenever you're upset about something or at him, he will try to lighten the mood a bit. He would start off with small talk, asking what was wrong with you or if something happened. If you're angry at him, he'd apologize for what he did. After seeing a change in your expression, he would tickle you lightly to get a laugh out of you. But he doesn't go overboard up to the point you get pissed off. Just give him a serious glare, he will know that its not the right time to be pulling some shit.
