Finally gonna start posting my art on here💀. This is just Goku and Chichi in the future timeline where Goku Black never k*lled her and had an obsession with her💖. Some things are a bit off but I liked the way it turned out. Ignore my sad attempt at a bg. 🥲currently still finishing another art with Goku being silly with Chichi’s stuff and will post the first part to it.😤🤍other than that I’m planning on posting my arts on here as much as I can.

Brought mum to Gochi-So Shokudo (ごち惣食堂) located at the north wing of Northpoint City on the second floor. While mum is kind of reluctant in going for new stuffs, I on the other hand enjoyed the new experiences. As it was our first time here, I asked for printed menu rather than using the digital menu so mum would be able to flip through to see what fancy her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mum got the Chicken Katsu (S$16.50++) set which came with a panko coated chicken fillet deep-fried to golden brown colour. Also on the tray is a bowl of fluffy white rice, fresh cabbage salad with sesame sauce, miso soup and sesame seeds. While she enjoyed her crispy chicken, she ended up giving me the bowl of salad as she doesn’t like raw vegetable.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I went for the Iberico Tenderloin Katsu (S$18.50++) with the same rice, salad and soup set. I was left wondering what I should do with the pestle & bowl of black & white sesame seeds as the wait staff neglected to inform us. My tenderloin came in two patties and in minced meat form, not exactly what I had envisioned. The pork was well marinated and juicy with a crispy shell of bread crumbles surrounding them. I might just come back for the other dishes provided mum agrees to tag along.

Dragon Ball New Frontier: Tales of the Time Patrol: A Father's Worst Fear Comes True......
The Time Patrol was operating in a timeline that was in desperate need of aid. Cities were on fire, battles were being fought, and people were screaming in fear and terror. Goku Black, aka Zamasu, had led his armies across various timelines in a massive crusade to conquer as much of the infinite Omniverse as possible. Killing all of those who stood in his way. As the Time Patrol continued to push back his forces, chaos could be seen all around. Eventually, it got to the point where battles were being won all over. Eventually, Goku and Goku Jr, or seen facing off against Zamasu himself.
"So the two Goku's that have always been a nuisance to me have continued to do so even after all this time……" Zamasu said pondering what to do that'll get Goku's anger to be unleashed. He then took a minute to look at Goku Jr and remembered something that gave him leverage to anger Goku. Of course. The perfect way to get Goku to snap. Killing his clone and adopted son. The son was raised alongside his "twin" brother, Goten. The pure-blooded Saiyan that everyone in their timeline cherished in that family. Possibly the most human of all the Saiyans. The heart and gold of the family. The persistence of Goku. The patience of Chi-Chi. The cunning of Gohan. The adventurous spark of Goten. All of which were passed on to him. If he could kill him, the boy that Goku spent raising alongside his other young son, with the help of Chi-Chi and her patience. That would be more than enough to break Goku, theoretically.
Realizing that his time was running out and that he was cornered, he quickly fired a ki blast that went straight through Goku Jr.'s chest but not before Goku Jr fired a destructive disc that decapitated Zamasu. Goku only saw the fact that Goku Black was decapitated by his son and he turned to congratulate him only to see the horrible truth of what happened. His eyes widened in horror as he saw his son slowly falling to the ground.
"No...." Goku quietly said in horror as he ran towards the falling body of his son. Catching Goku Jr before he completely fell, tears falling from his eyes as the grief-stricken father tried to heal his son to the best of his ability. "Please...." He begged. "Please Kaka, please don't die on me!" His voice sounded more broken and frantic as he continued. "You can't die on me! Please get up! Please! Wake up kiddo!" But it was too late. Goku felt his clone's energy slowly fade away and his breathing stopped. Goku felt Goku Jr didn't have a heartbeat. His son was gone. Tears fell at a faster rate, as he held his son closer in his arms crying in his grief. "I'm sorry kiddo....." The broken father heard himself say in a mixture of grief and guilt. "I'm sorry....."
"GOKU!!!!!" Yamelia screamed out for Goku Jr. She suddenly ran out towards him and Goku.
Yamcha looked over with wide eyes. "N-no...."
Goku just broke into tears as he held his son in his arms.
Chi-Chi gazed upon her beloved husband holding the lifeless corpse of their son. It was quiet for a moment, as if time stood still for her, as white noise filled her mind. Her legs shook to the point of them giving out on her, as she collapsed to the ground. Her breathing is quick, heart thundering in her chest. It was still so quiet.. Until a loud, agonizing scream of rage and sorrow ripped forcefully from deep within Chi-Chi's chest. Sobs following, along with yells for the son she once cradled in her arms when he was a baby. "No! My baby, not my baby please! Goku Jr!! My little Son-Ku!!!"
Gohan and Goten hear the screams of their mother as they rush to where everyone was as they tried to get out of the way as much as possible. Desperately trying to see what was going on cuz I couldn't understand or fully decipher what their parents were saying until eventually they saw their father holding their brother in his arms. His body was completely lifeless and his eyes were closed.
Not a single word was said at first as the two just stood there in horror. Their minds swelling like a massive storm and they cursed themselves internally as they tried to process what was going on. Gohan was the first to snap as he was just on the ground and breaking down into tears, frantically trying to hold his younger brother as well. Until the younger siblings were seen seeing this before he instinctively tried to emotionally comfort them barely able to keep it together.
The other siblings were breaking down crying as they saw the lifeless body of their older brother. With Chia just screaming in anguish as this happened.
Goten was hit the hardest by this. Tears fell from his eyes as his breathing became heavier and heavier. His biggest rival was dead. But this wasn't just his biggest rival. It was his best friend. His brother. His own family. Ringing similar to what his mother was hearing was present in his ears and in his mind as he just felt his heart racing and even his breathing becoming heavier and heavier. Eventually, he just broke, a scream of anger, pain, and sorrow was heard from the second biological son of Goku.
The memories he had with Goku jr with the various prank wars, competitions, and even bonding moments overwhelmed him as he dealt with his grief. "WHY!?" The Demi Saiyan cried out. Pain is evident in his broken voice. his sobs were light breaths until he eventually let out an agonizing scream of pain, sorrow, and anguish. At last, Son Goten broke.
Yamelia fell to her knees, tears flowing down her face. She screamed once again, calling out to him once again. "GOKU!!!" She called out, a clear pain in her voice. The... Love of her life, dead... Right in front of her.
Her father tried to comfort her and hold her and stay strong, only to break down himself. He hated seeing his daughter like this.
Videl was in genuine shock, blue eyes widening in horror at the sight of Goku Jr now deceased in his father's arms. He was family to her, her fun loving brother in law who she would often tease and train with. Now, he is gone. All she could do was let out loud sobs, as she held onto Gohan's hand. In an attempt to comfort both him and herself, as they went to comfort the younger siblings.. However, when she heard the broken scream of 'Why!!' from Goten... That was the straw that broke the camel's back, as Videl began crying harder. She threw her arms around Gohan's side, hiding her face against his shoulder. No coherent words were heard, just babbling cries, and soft screams of anguish. The only thought she had in her mind was of the two sons of the now-deceased Goku Jr... How would they react to this if they knew? Just thinking about that made her break down even harder, at the thought of those boys crying for their Papa Bear.
Gohan couldn't help but stare at his brother's corpse as he processed everything that was happening. His nephews having to deal with the fact that they lost their father was one thing but Gohan was about to deal with it even more. This was his baby brother. The one that he found all those years ago. The one that he rescued from Pilaf and his gang the day he and Goten were born. The pure-blooded saying he helped his mother raise. The one he watched his mother rap in her arms and named after his father. Both of his father's names. Finally, he finally collapsed onto the ground completely as he simply broke down into tears. The eldest son of Goku and Chi-Chi finally broke. "I'm so sorry Goku....." He said in a broken tone and the guilt was evident in his voice and in his cries. "I'm so sorry bud.........."
Videl felt Gohan collapse, but she still gently hugged him. She tries to comfort him and herself, pulling him into a more comfortable embrace; cradling his head to her chest as she tries to soothe him and his never-ending tears. "G-Gohan.... I'm sorry..." Was all she managed to croak out, as her sobs prevented her from saying any more.

GoChi Week 2023 - Day 1: Flying Nimbus/Apples
Days: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
Title: The Surprise Picnic Pairing: Goku/Chi-Chi Characters: Son Goku and Chi-Chi Summary: Goku comes up with a plan to cheer Chi-Chi up. Do not copy, repost, use it in any form or claim this work to be your own. Cross-posted on AO3
Goku jumped out of the flying nimbus and headed towards his house on Mount Paozu, after an intense and exhausting day of sparring with Vegeta at Capsule Corp. As usual, the smell of Chi-Chi’s food made his stomach automatically growl and he gave an awkward laugh.
“Hey, Chi-Chi.” He announced happily when he walked in. “I’m home.”
“Welcome home, honey.” She looked over her shoulder and smiled weakly at him.
“Dinner smells amazing as always. What are you making?”
“Ah, you know… fish.” She replied dully and continued making dinner, much to Goku’s surprise.
He tried to search for a moment in his mind where he might have gotten her upset, but couldn’t find anything. Still, he made a mental note about it. He just hoped he wouldn’t forget about it.
“Why don’t you go take a shower?” She looked at him, causing him to break from his trance. “You must be all sweaty.”
“Yeah, yeah.” He shook his head. “The sun was shining brightly, which only things worse.”
“It was a very hot day, indeed.” Chi-Chi said, still in her dully tone, and Goku thought it was best not to push his luck.
“I’ll be right down.”
“Alright.”
****
Goku stared up at the tree in front of him with a large smile. He was supposed to be in the shower at his house, but he sneaked out through the window of his bedroom. He knew Chi-Chi was going to be angry at him for that, but hoped she would understand it once she saw what he was preparing for her.
****
“Wow, Chi-Chi!” Goku leaned back on his chair and rubbed his belly, grinning. “That was delicious as always.”
“Thank you, Goku.” She replied with a little more excitement as she held her glass with both hands and drank a sip of her grape juice. “I’m glad you enjoy my food.”
“Are you kidding me?” He asked surprised, while trying to push down a mouthful of food. “I always enjoy your food.”
“Happy to hear that.” Chi-Chi smiled kindly and pushed her chair away. Then she started collecting some plates and making a small pile. Just as she was about to take it to the sink, Goku took it away from her hands and did it himself. “What are you doing?”
“I’m going to wash the dishes.”
“You what?!” She asked, shocked. “You’re going to wash the dishes?”
“That’s right.” He replied with a large grin. “Why don’t you get some rest then?”
“I can perfectly take care of it, Goku.” She pushed the chair away and stood up. “I don’t mind it.”
“I got this, Chi-Chi.” He walked to her and placed his hands on her shoulders, leading her towards the stairs; the large grin still on his face. “You work very hard everyday. You deserve a night off.”
“I… I…” She stopped talking and a smile appeared on her lips. “Okay, I’ll take this night off. Just make sure you don’t break anything.”
“Got it.” He gave her a smile and put the pile of dirty dishes on the sink.
Goku walked upstairs about an hour later, after he finished cleaning the kitchen. He also managed not to break anything. He knew Chi-Chi would be proud of him.
“The kitchen is cleaned.” He announced when he entered their bedroom, looking at his beautiful wife.
“I’m still surprised you offered to do it. You never volunteer to do housework.” Chi-Chi watched him change into his pajamas. Actually, just his shorts, as it was a warm night. She couldn’t help but stare at the pretty sight across her. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome, honey.” He slid under the sheets and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind, placing a tender kiss on her shoulder.
“Did something happen?” She rolled over to look into his black eyes. “Do you need anything?”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, I’m just curious and intrigued with this sudden behavior of yours.”
“I can assure you nothing happened and I don’t need anything.” He ran a hand over her bare arm and smiled. “I just thought I could help you.”
“You’re up to something.” She raised her eyebrows at him suspiciously and Goku started feeling tense. “But I’ll believe you.”
He exhaled deeply and felt his shoulders relax when she pressed her lips against his and then let her head rest on his bare chest.
“Good night, Goku.”
“Good night, Chi-Chi.” His hand landed on her waist again and he fell fast asleep.
****
Chi-Chi opened her eyes after hearing a faint thud noise, but she wasn’t sure whether it came from downstairs or it was something on her mind. She heard another one right away, and was sure it came from downstairs. She sat up on her bed, realizing that Goku was no longer by her side. She jumped out of it and headed downstairs, to see what he was up to.
“Good morning.”
“Good morning, Chi-Chi.” He looked over his shoulder and gave her a warm smile before returning to his task.
“What are you doing?” She tried to spy on his left, but he blocked her view.
“It’s a surprise.” It was all that he said, and he continued doing what he was doing.
“What?” She asked surprised. “What kind of surprise?”
“You will find out very soon.” He said simply, without looking away from his task. “For now, it’s still a surprise. You might want to get dressed, we are leaving soon.”
“Leaving?” Chi-Chi couldn’t stop being taken back with his mystery answers. “Where are we going?”
“Okay, enough with the questions.” He grabbed her shoulders and gently turned her around, guiding her towards the stairs again. “Now go get ready, we don’t want to be late.”
“Fine.” She said, defeated, and made her way to the second floor of the house.
****
The sun was shining bright and there were just a few clouds in the sky when they walked out about half an hour later. Chi-Chi couldn’t help but notice Goku was carrying a picnic basket, and she started connecting the dots.
“So where are you taking me for the picnic?”
“Huh?” Goku looked at her with his eyebrows raised, genuinely surprised.
“The basket.” She motioned it with her head and he looked down at it. “I knew you’d give it away eventually.”
“Ah, well…” He chuckled and scratched the back of his head. “I tried.”
“Well, if it makes it better, I found it cute.” She smiled at him and linked her arm with his.
“You did?”
“Absolutely.”
“I’m happy to hear that.” He looked up to the sky and cupped his mouth with his free hand. “Flying nimbus!”
It didn’t take long for the yellow fluffy cotton-like cloud to reach them, stopping right in front of Goku. He put the wooden basket over it before climbing on it and helping his wife right away. She motioned to sit behind him, like she usually does, but he placed her in front of him and wrapped his arms around her waist.
“What are you doing?”
“I figured you could sit in a different place today.”
Chi-Chi looked at him with a very suspicious expression. “You’ve been acting very strangely lately and I haven’t been able to figure out why yet.”
“I’m not acting strangely, Chi-Chi. I guarantee to you.” His voice came out alarmed, completely opposed to the impression he wanted to give her.
She opened her mouth to reply, but closed it again, deciding not to argue about it. She turned around and placed her hands over his instead.
“Are you ready?” He asked with his chin resting on her shoulder.
Chi-Chi took a few seconds to reply, as she was getting over her body slightly trembling at hearing his voice in her ear. “Y-Yeah, I’m ready.”
“Then let’s go. Let’s go, nimbus.” He gently patted on the golden cloud and it took off right away.
The woman stared down with a smile, watching the scenery below them. She couldn’t help but realize she’s not scared of looking down from the flying nimbus anymore, due to how much she had been doing with it Goku.
“Have you seen this view?” She looked at him with a large grin on her face. “It’s so pretty!”
“Yes, it is.” His grin was just as wide as hers, and he looked at her with a look of amusement in his eyes.
“I don’t think I can get enough of it.” She turned her focus back to beautiful landscape below and nearly fell off nimbus, had Goku not held her by the wrist as soon as he noticed it. She placed her palms against the softness of the cloud and sighed deeply a few times. “That was close.”
“Are you alright?”
“I am.” She smiled kindly at him. “Thank you for holding me.”
“You’re welcome.” He smiled back at her.
****
Chi-Chi couldn’t help but look around the open green area after jumping out of the flying nimbus. She turned to look at Goku, who was taking the picnic basket out of the fluffy cloud.
“I still can’t believe you planned a picnic for us.”
“You seemed so down the past few days, so I wanted to find a way to cheer you up. A picnic seemed like a good idea.”
“I loved it.” She reached for the bun behind her head and undid it, letting her long black hair fall over her shoulders.
Goku couldn’t help thinking she looked even prettier with them loose like that. “I’m glad you did. “Shall we eat?”
“That was so good!” Goku rubbed his full belly and lied down on the white towel spread over the green grass in the open area they were staying at.
“It really was.” Chi-Chi started collecting a few bowls near her and putting them in the wooden basket. After she was finished, she turned around to look at her husband and found him sleeping peacefully, with his hand behind his head. She couldn’t help but smile before lying down beside him, resting her head on his chest.
****
Chi-Chi woke up and slowly realized her head was rested against the hardness of the soil below her. She sat up and looked around, searching for Goku, but he was nowhere to be seen. So she stood up and walked further into the forest.
“Goku?” She cupped her mouth, so her voice would echo louder and was startled when he jumped from a tree, in front of her. She took a few steps back and fell to the ground. “Oh my God!”
“Hey, Chi-Chi.” He gave her an awkward laugh and rubbed the back of his head, in a true Goku style. Then he offered her his hand.
“You scared me! What were you doing on that tree?”
“I found something I want to show you.” He offered her his hand and helped her stand on her feet after she took it.
“Something you want to show me?” She asked. “What is it?”
“You need to come with me.” Goku curled his hand on her arm lightly. “Are you ready?”
“Goku, where are you going to take me?”
“You’ll find out in a few seconds.” He placed two fingers on his forehead and glanced at her. “This may be a little uncomfortable, but I promise it will be over soon.”
“Okay.” Chi-Chi tried to sound as steady as she could. Though she trusted her husband, she couldn’t help but feel a little uneasy with using instant transmission for the first time. “I’m ready.”
“Alright, here we go.”
“So this is where you were.” Chi-Chi swung her legs fast as she leaned over to look down to the ground, but just a little, so she wouldn’t fall off the tall trunk of the tree she was sitting at.
“That’s right.” Goku said, still focused on his current task of getting an apple a little above him.
“Honey, we had apples at home. You didn’t have to pick these up.” She looked at him as he sat beside her.
“That’s true, but then I wouldn’t be able to do this.” He grabbed a bright red apple from inside his gi and stretched his hand to her. “Here.”
“What?!” She blinked a few times before grabbing the fruit being offered to her. It was when it finally hit her. “That’s what you were planning all along.”
“Well…” The Saiyan chuckled, giving it all away. “You got me there.”
Chi-Chi smiled warmly before biting on her apple. “You never fail to surprise me sometimes.”
“I’ll take that as a good thing.” He couldn’t help but smile as well.
“It is.” She nodded and watched him eat a bite of his own apple from the corner of her eyes. She sighed deeply and brought hers towards her mouth.
Goku opened his mouth a couple of times to reply, but decided not to. Instead, he had come up with a better idea.
****
Chi-Chi was beginning to lose her temper. Ten minutes had gone by since Goku excused himself, saying he had to go to the bathroom, and hasn’t returned yet. She sat down in front of a tree and leaned against it, taking a few deep breaths to control her anger. She closed her eyes and was almost drifting to sleep when the smell of jasmine flowers filled her nostrils. She slowly opened them up and came across her husband standing in front of her.
“Goku!” She stood up, shouting with anger. “Where the hell were you? You left me alone here again!”
“I’m sorry, Chi-Chi. It was worth, I promise.” He replied with the largest of grins on his face.
“Why are you…” She stopped dead on her tracks when he revealed what he was hiding behind his back. It was a rather large bouquet of white jasmine flowers. “What are these?”
“Uh… flowers?”
“This I know.” She giggled for a moment. “Let me guess. You collected them because it was part of your plan too.”
“Not really. I came up with it now, actually.” He stretched his hand to her. “Take it.”
“T-Thanks.” Chi-Chi smiled and grabbed it, holding it close to her body and smelling the beautiful flowers. “It must’ve been some trouble for you to collect them.”
“Not at all.” Goku shook his head. “I know they are your favorite ones and I wanted to cheer you up and make you happy.”
“G-Goku.” She lowered her hand and placed her free one over her heart before leaning over and letting her forehead touch his chest.
****
The sun setting on the horizon and the golden tones mixed with red and orange in the sky made it look like a beautiful painting, as Goku couldn’t help but think while he and Chi-Chi returned home after spending the day out together. She had her body leaned against his, and he breathed in her sweet scent.
“Thank you for today.” She spoke softly and tilted her body to her right, so she could look into his black eyes. “I really enjoyed it.”
“You’re welcome, Chi-Chi.” He replied with a smile. “I’m glad you did.”
“For the record, it did cheer me up and make me happy.”
“I’m happy to hear that.” The Saiyan kissed the top of her head softly. “It’s a very beautiful landscape, isn’t it?”
“It really is.” She glanced at the horizon for a second and then back at him. She placed her left hand on his left cheek. “I love you.”
“I love you too, Chi-Chi.”
He slid his hand to the back of her head and pulled her towards him. It didn’t take him long to meet her lips in a sweet and tender kiss.
“Chi-Chi?”
“What is it?” Her voice was barely a whisper when they pulled away from each other.
“How about some ice-cream now?”

A New Start
Pairing: GoChi
Word Count: 1274
Prompt: story request from a friend.
Summary: Goku and Chichi are now empty nesters. That big life change along with it being a big birthday for Chichi has left her feeling a little down in the dumps. Goku tries to cheer her up.
AO3: https://archiveofourown.org/works/48087631
FFN: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/14247623/1/A-New-Start
Dressed in a white long-sleeved shirt and stiff dark grey pants, and dark red bow tie, I twiddled my thumbs where I stood in our living room waiting for Chichi. She fussed and fussed over herself in the upstairs bathroom. Occasionally, I heard an annoyed "Oh!" so things didn't seem to be going well for her. I had been ready to go for over an hour.
I braved approaching the half-open bathroom door and knocked. "Uh, honey? You okay in there?"
The door snapped closed in my face before I glimpsed Chichi, half-dressed and a makeup brush in hand, the displaced air whooshing around me. "I'm fine," was her short, somewhat muffled reply.
I grimaced. When Chichi said it like that, she usually was not fine. Quiet sniffles floated out through the closed bathroom door. I frowned. I raised a fist but thought better of knocking again—didn't want to make her angry. Chichi needed to enjoy our evening since it was her birthday—a big birthday at that. She had been a little out of sorts since Goten, our youngest son, moved out to start his own life and needed something to cheer her up. I suggested a picnic because she always liked those. Getting ready to go seemed to upset her even more. I sighed.
With nothing else to do but wait for her, I wandered the living room and paused in front of a wood-framed mirror hung on the wall in the entryway. Had to make sure my clothes were wrinkle-free and my tie was on straight. Otherwise, Chichi would fuss over me and then we'd never make it out the door. My clothes were in order so I leaned against the entryway wall and waited for Chichi. It was a long wait before a door upstairs finally creaked open and Chichi practically floated down the spiral staircase.
Her sleeveless, curve-hugging deep red dress flowed gently around her ankles with every step. A high slit flashed her strong legs and she had even let her hair down for the night. It tumbled around her shoulders in loose curls. I tugged at my too-tight shirt collar as Chichi left the last step and tried to make words come out to tell her how beautiful she was.
Chichi fidgeted with the strap of her black purse slung across her body. "Oh, I just knew I'm too old to dress like this." When her eyes welled up and she turned her back on me, my heart sank. "What was I—?"
When she took a step toward the stairs, I grabbed her hand, gently spun her around, and hugged her against me. I glimpsed wide eyes as I leaned down and kissed her. Our lips connected. She melted into me with a happy little sigh. I let my hands slide down the back of her dress and Chichi pulled back, eyes narrowed and an eyebrow lifted. At least she wasn't upset anymore.
I gave her my best, most innocent smile.
Chichi flicked my bow tie. "If you start that, then we'll really never leave."
I chuckled and grabbed the car keys off the key rack along with the large picnic basket Chichi packed earlier that day. Chichi grabbed our old picnic blanket and led the way to the car. I couldn't take my eyes off her. Her dark-red dress hugged her hips and flowed over her skin as she walked. It was even harder to stay focused on driving with her dress's high slit showing so much smooth skin. It really didn't help when she let her dress slip over her leg, showing even more skin. That was no accident.
"You stay focused on the drive," said Chichi.
I swallowed.
We finally reached the old giant apple tree after a bumpy drive even in our aircar and putting some fresh scratches in the paint squeezing past some trees. Flying would have been smoother and faster but Chichi liked being driven and I wanted to make her happy. I put the car in park a little-ways from the tree and cut the engine.
"We haven't been here in a while with Goten moving out and all," said Chichi, leaned forward in her seat and gazing up at the tree.
I nodded as I leaned over the steering wheel. The big old apple tree was as big as it ever was. "Yeah, no kidding."
A few overripe apples littered the grassy ground around it. More shiny red apples hung from its branches far overhead. The apples that old tree grew were always the sweetest apples around. The hole Gohan blew through the trunk when he was a baby had long since healed over and only a rough, bubbled-out scar remained. I chuckled at the memory.
"That wasn't so funny then," said Chichi despite her smile as she gazed up at the tree, too. She lightly punched my arm. "We're fortunate Gohan took after you."
A warm feeling blossomed across my cheeks.
We unpacked the car and smoothed out the cream-colored picnic blanket on a flat spot in-between the tree's roots poking out through the grassy ground. Chichi lowered herself to her knees and pulled out plates, bowls, silverware, and, finally, the food out of our basket.
My stomach growled. "Can we eat now?"
Chichi shook her head but her eyes lit up with her giggle. "Same old Goku. Just a second." She arranged a few old-fashioned lanterns around the blanket in between serving dishes. "Light those, please."
Chichi made each of us a plate as I lit the lanterns' wicks with a few tiny sparks of ki.
–+–
I rubbed my too-full stomach as Chichi cleared the dishes. "That was great, babe! You really outdid yourself with this one!"
Chichi glanced at me and giggled. "You say that every time."
I laughed and flopped down backwards on the blanket, my fingers laced under my head. Patches of orange, pink, and gold shown through the apple tree's dense branches. Chichi settled next to me, her head on my shoulder. She hummed and snuggled into me. I pressed a little kiss on her forehead. We rested together until the sunset's colors faded into darkness and the stars came out. The full moon rose over Mt Paozu's pillar-like mountains. I yawned.
"Oh, you're not going to sleep yet," said Chichi as she stood up. She bent over me, her hands on her hips. "I need to work this off and you're going to help me."
I blinked, rubbed my eyes, and sat up. "Uh, help you? What do you—?"
I yelped when Chichi grabbed my arm and yanked me to my feet like I weighed nothing to her. I forgot just how strong she was sometimes. Maintaining a grip on my wrist, she marched me off the blanket. I stumbled after her in the fading sunlight, still with no idea what she had planned.
"Stay here," she said as she pointed to my feet.
Chichi continued several paces ahead. When she stopped and flicked her delicate silver sandals off her feet, I had a pretty good idea what she wanted. I kicked my shoes off and tossed them aside with my socks as she settled into a ready stance. The little smirk on her face made my heart hammer in my chest. I got into a stance, too.
Chichi moved first, charged me, the wind pulling her hair wildly along behind her. The fierceness in her eyes made my mouth go dry. I ducked her right hook. Unperturbed, Chichi planted one foot on the ground and threw her weight into a kick. Her bare foot connected with my forearm with a satisfying smack. My forearm actually stung. She was incredible!
I couldn't help my wide grin as we dodged, countered, and defended against each other's hits while Chichi's fierce glare only deepened. Before long, I was laughing. Chichi's already flushed face turned beat red. She growled as she put all her momentum into another strong kick aimed for my gut. I sprang backward a couple paces.
My turn. I charged her. Her eyes widened for a millisecond before she dodged my attempt to take her down. In twisting out of the way and just beyond my grasp, that put her back to me.
"Big mistake, babe," I said.
I lunged for her again but she was ready. Her small but strong hands grabbed my forearm and yanked hard as she bent double. I flew head over heels and landed with an "Umph" on the grass.
I stared up at her as she crossed her arms and smirked down at me.
"Did you really just flip me?" I said through a chuckle. When Chichi closed her eyes and nodded, I took my move. With the help of a little ki, I sprang to my feet, swept her legs out from under her, cushioned her landing, and had her pinned to the grass by her wrists far faster than she could react. "You let your guard down."
Chichi blinked up at me. The light of the full moon shining down caught her eyes and made them sparkle. I brushed some stray hair out of her face. I married one strong, amazing woman.
"So, how did it feel to be flipped by an old lady?" asked Chichi with a mischievous little smile that didn't quite reach her eyes.
I lifted an eyebrow. "Old lady? Old ladies can't fight like you just did."
Chichi's eyes lit up with her light laugh. "I guess you're right about that."
"You were incredible, babe!" I said, grinning again at her ferocity.
A little pink spread across Chichi's cheeks as she turned away. I hooked a finger around her chin and turned her face toward me. I couldn't resist that sparkle in her eyes. On instinct, I kissed her, earning a contented little hum. With the night cooling off, we decided to pack up the aftermath of our picnic and went home. Chichi hummed through doing the dishes and putting away the picnic supplies. Her light came back to her. With both of our boys out of the house and no threats looming over the Earth, we had time to focus on each other.

In the distance, she could see the familiar trees. The elements had managed to spare her a few ripe apples, and she planned to take advantage of it. She was running low on them back home, and there was something about the wild apples here that were far better than what she could pick up from a store.
She didn’t feel like taking a thirty-minute drive to West City just for apples to begin with.
When the woman reached the orchard, toting a basket, she paused. The small collection of apple trees were once tended to long ago, but they have since been abandoned by whoever owned them. The native herbivorous wildlife in the area have taken to treating them like any other food source, so when the fruit grew and ripened, various animals came to reap the benefits. She believed she would see them rummaging about the branches during this visit.
What she wasn’t expecting to see, was a man sitting down cross-legged at the base of one tree with a dozen or so apples and their cores scattered around him.
The sound of loud munching, crunching, and smacking had her grimace, as did just how quickly he ate. The man finished an apple completely in 5 or so seconds, devouring the flesh around the core before tossing it away and starting on another of the fruit. Thick, black eyebrows were in a raised position over his closed eyes as he held an expression of pleasure, swallowing the mash of food in his mouth and licking the juices off of his lips.
He unexpectedly stopped after a moment, face unchanging.
“Just how long did you plan on staring at me?”
A strong voice called out, making her jump. With wide eyes, she looked around, having detected that there was another voice different in pitch that seemingly spoke at the same time. She didn’t see anyone else around though.
The man’s head turned so he could stare directly at her, and when her eyes met the black irises of his, her mind briefly went blank.
“ … … … …Did you take every single apple in the orchard?”
He tossed upwards and caught one of the red fruits in a gloved hand a few times, studying her, before a smirk appeared on his face.
“Not every single one. You can probably find a couple if you look hard enough.”
There was that voice…voices? Again. There was no doubt now that it was this stranger and him alone who was speaking, but why did he sound like two people talking in unison? She’s never heard such a thing naturally coming from one person before.
It’s only been a minute or two, but this fellow was already coming off as very strange. His wild, spiky black hair and bangs that extended out over his forehead wasn’t too weird, but his clothing…was that a blue gi he was wearing? Why was he wearing white gloves and yellow-tipped white boots with it?
She squinted, and surveyed the mess on the grassy soil. “Did you need to take this many?”
“Hey. A man’s gotta eat.” He nonchalantly stated, taking the apple in his hand up to his mouth so he could take a large bite from it.
The movement of his head caused his yellow earrings to jostle, and the gleam of reflected sunlight off of them finally had her notice the jewelry. If she could even call it that. She’s never seen earrings like his before, but then again, she didn’t exactly keep up with the fashion world…
The brown, apparently furry belt he wore around his waist frankly made her head tilt. When she saw that it twitched ever so slightly, she didn’t know what to think of it.
“…You do know that the animals around here use these trees for food too, right?”
“Eeeeeh, they’ll be alright.” He dismissed her question, crossing one of his legs over the other and crossing his arms behind his head, so he could rest against the tree. The action gave her a better view of his body, and she was stunned by it.
His clothing was loose and a little baggy, but his arms and what she could make out of his torso made it obvious that he was extremely muscular. So much to the point that she wondered just what type of exercise routine he did. She may have believed he was a bodybuilder, if he wasn’t wearing a gi.
It raised another question as to why he was out here alone in the wilderness, but she knew it wasn’t her business to pry. Not that it mattered, as she felt less inclined to continue conversing with him, understanding that he was more than capable of physically overwhelming her…should he choose to do so.
Although confident in her self-defense capabilities, this guy looked like he could bench press a boulder. She didn’t know his character in the slightest, aside from how patronizing he came off as thus far, so she would take no chances here.
The woman made a noise of indignation, and while keeping him in the sight of her narrowed eyes, she stepped around the cores to walk deeper into the orchard. She did take note that there was still a fair amount of ripe apples left hanging from the branches, but she couldn’t take the amount she wanted to now. It was best to take just the minimum of what she needed – two or three of the fruits – and leave the rest for the animals. She guessed she would be making that grocery trip after all. There were other things in her home that needed restocking anyhow.
As she soon left the orchard to go back to her awaiting hovercar, she missed how the flame-haired man quietly observed her as she departed, feeling curious for a reason he couldn’t identify.

Autumn Love
GoChi Fall Week 2022
Day One: Costumes
Shopping was an activity Goku could not understand. He didn’t understand the excitement some women, particularly his wife, got over going to a shop; trying on several clothes, and buying a few items only to go to another store and repeat the process.
But this shopping was different. They were shopping for Halloween clothes. Bulma invited them to a Halloween party she is hosting. It was a strange invite to ChiChi since the guests were people in Bulma’s West City circle: CEOs, heirs, heiresses, and celebrities of different forms of entertainment. ChiChi vowed to try mingling but knew it would be a struggle to keep Goku interested in guests he had nothing in common with.
That’s probably why Bulma invited us ChiChi mused. Vegeta will be at the party, too. During past conversations, Bulma mentioned the problems Vegeta caused. Goku would keep Vegeta in line and not fly off the handle. As for herself, ChiChi hoped to enjoy the party with people in different circles and thought the best way to break the ice was by wearing a great Halloween costume.
“I’ve read about these adult parties in the city,” ChiChi said as she perused through a rack of costumes. “It’s different from how we do things at Mount Paozu and my Dad’s village.”
Goku rubbed the back of his head confused. He didn’t like that idea. “How different?”
ChiChi placed a black dress over an arm. “Women's costumes are daring. They wear things more for bedroom activities than a party.”
“Bedroom? Do you mean like roleplay? What we do sometimes?”
ChiChi placed another dress on her arm. “Something like that.”
 “What about the men?”
ChiChi pulled a dress from the rack, flipped it from front to back, and placed it back on the rack. “Some are no different. Some dress in ancient warrior costumes that leaves their chest and most of the legs naked.”
As long as the costumes weren’t stuffy, Goku wouldn’t mind wearing that. “What should I wear?”
“Something that compliments us as a couple. Maybe Mistress of Evil for me and Dracula for you or the Wolf and Little Red Riding Hood.” With an arm full of costumes, ChiChi went over to the changing room. There was a TV, sofa and two other males waiting for their wives. “I’m gonna change into these.”
“I think you look great in them.”
“Goku,” ChiChi chuckled, “I haven’t put them on yet.”
“I know but I know you will look great in them.” She will but Goku thought complimenting will make ChiChi decide faster and they won’t be shopping for long. The last time they went shopping it was for five hours. ChiChi promised they wouldn’t be longer than two or three hours but even that was too much.
“We’ll see.” ChiChi patted the pile of dresses nervous. It was different from what she normally wore but thought the dresses were appropriate for the party they were attending.
ChiChi went inside the changing room and Goku took a seat with the other men.
“Smart move. Too bad it didn’t work,” a man at the end said.
Goku frowned confused. “What didn’t work?”
“Complimenting your wife and telling her she will look good in her costume before she comes out.” The man went back to watching the sports game on the TV. “My wife is trying on her fifth costume. It’s been two hours,” he groaned and Goku felt his pain. “Maybe this one will be a winner.”
“ChiChi always looks good in what she wears. I thought complimenting will make her decide faster. Shopping is boring.”
“Shopping with the wife sucks,” the man agreed but as for this guy’s wife looking good in her clothes, from what he saw, she looked frumpy. He couldn’t get a good look at her shape.
“She’s a bit of a plain Jane,” the second guy was blunt, “but there’s nothing wrong with that. My wife’s the same without makeup.”
“Plain Jane?” Were they talking about ChiChi? “My wife’s name is ChiChi.”
“Doesn’t that mean boobs?” the first guy couldn’t recall seeing them on ChiChi.
“Goku?” ChiChi called from the changing room’s entrance. “How about this?”
The two men sitting with Goku fell silent as one man’s mouth dropped and the other eyes nearly popped from his face. A sharp, confused eyebrow rose on Goku’s face. Why are they looking like that? Is ChiChi’s costume bad? Goku slowly turned to see what caused the men’s reaction and nearly fell out of his seat.
ChiChi wore a black, low-cut dress nearly exposing her full bosom. The dress hugged ChiChi’s body, accentuating the curves of her hips, tiny waist and appealing breasts. Side slits up both her thighs teased her slender yet muscular legs.
“Her name does match her boobs,” Goku heard one of the men say.
The other one grunted. “Mmm, those legs. That waist. Her breasts. No wonder he said she looks good in whatever she wears.”
They spoke too low for ChiChi to hear but Goku heard every word. It was a gut reaction but Goku didn’t like that. He liked it better when they thought ChiChi was unappealing, and if these two couldn’t take their eyes off his wife, how would the men at Bulma’s party react if she wore that dress?
Goku went to ChiChi blocking the men’s view of her. “It’s a Mistress of the Night costume.” ChiChi pulled the ribbon from her hair. Shaking her head, ChiChi’s dark hair fell enticing around her shoulders. “I think this costume works better with my hair down. I’ll have to buy the right eyeshadow and lipstick but….” ChiChi turned in a circle modeling her dress to Goku. He moved with her, hiding ChiChi from the men’s lewd view. “What do you think? Should I wear this to the party?”
“No!” Goku shook his head like a stubborn child. “No way!”
“No?” Goku’s aggressive rejection was surprising. Normally, he’d say ‘It looks great. Can we go?’ She never heard him say no to anything she wore. “What’s wrong with it?”
“It’s tight. It looks like you can’t breathe.”
“I can breathe and it looks tight because it shows everything but it feels comfortable. I worry about the heels of the shoes that go with this dress. I never liked thin heels. I always feel I am one step away from breaking my neck.”
“You got the legs for it!” One of the men called out to ChiChi.
“Hmm?” ChiChi looked past Goku at the two men. “Oh,” she didn’t expect that compliment. “Well, thank you.”
“My wife has chunky legs and wears stilettos like a pro. You’ll be fine. Your legs are like a model or a ballerina. Strong. Sexy. You can balance yourself on your tip toes.”
“Oh.” ChiChi was flattered. She knew her legs look good but a model's or a ballerina’s legs? Was that possible? ChiChi extended one leg giving the men a nice view and unwittingly annoying Goku with her flashiness. “I do work out. I do martial arts. I trained our son.”
The man at the end gave her the ‘okay’ symbol with his hand. “That hard work paid off.”
“Thank you!” ChiChi thought he was very nice. “Mr……?”
 “You can call me Ray.”
“Hugh!” the first guy Goku talked to introduced himself. He was bolder as he approached ChiChi. He extended his hand for ChiChi to shake while he got a closer look at ChiChi. “That dress looks perfect on you. I don’t think you need to try anything else.”
Goku slapped Hugh’s hand away. “Yes, she does!” He pushed Hugh aside and got in front of ChiChi. “You got other dresses to try on.”
“I do but I actually like this dress more. There’s the Red Riding Hood one but you have to wear the wolf costume. We did that years ago with Gohan and you complained about how itchy the costume was.”
“I won’t complain this time,” Goku promised. “I’ll love it.”
He says that now but ChiChi knew better. “I also have the princess dress. It’s a safe costume,” which was nice but ChiChi wanted to be different for once, “but that prince costume will be too stuffy for you and it’ll be a hassle getting that crown to stay on your head.”
“It won’t be stuffy and I can cut my hair so the crown fits.”
“Aww,” ChiChi caressed his cheek, “you’ll sweet wanting to do that for me, but no, Goku. I don’t want you to cut your cute hair for me. I’ll get this dress and you can be a vampire. It won’t be too much work. The pants and shirt will be loose and the cape will save you from wearing a coat jacket. You won’t be stuffy.”
“But… but…..” Goku wanted to protest but struggled with a reason for ChiChi to not wear this dress. “You got all those clothes to try on.”
“Wait. You want me to try on more clothes?” ChiChi touched Goku’s forehead. No. No fever. Perhaps, he was being generous or trying to cooperate since she treated him to a big lunch before they went shopping. “You’re so sweet for wanting to put up with my shopping. Consider this a lucky break, Goku. You don’t have to.”
“But…. but….” Stupid brain! It could think of ways to outwit monsters wanting to destroy the planet but came up short convincing his wife to not wear a sexy dress that will garner too much attention.
“I’m gonna change and we can get your costume and go home. Gohan will be shocked we finished shopping so soon.”
ChiChi turned to leave when Goku grabbed her hand. His brain finally worked to come up with a reason she does not wear this dress. “You shouldn’t listen to them. You told me guys say things to women for the wrong reason.”
ChiChi leaned to the right to look at the two men in question. They seem like nice gentlemen. They looked at her but weren’t lewd about it. They were also very complimentary. Though she liked how she looked, she thought the years passed for her to wear this dress. Their compliments assured her the years had not. “They were complimenting, Goku, and they are married. One looks old enough to be my Dad. It was an older gentlemen's compliment.”
She wouldn’t think that if she heard what they said around him. “But….”
ChiChi kissed his cheek. “You’re being protective but it’s not needed, and if you are worried about someone at the party saying something, you know I can handle myself and if not, then my big, strong handsome husband will have to set them straight.”
The twinkle in her eyes and the warm smile she gave him told Goku ChiChi was onto him. “You know.”
ChiChi gave him a sheepish smile. “I had a suspicion when you insisted I try on other costumes. You know you have my heart, Goku, but it’s flattering seeing you express passion for something besides fighting and food. I hardly see it and sometimes I…..” she paused as she pushed back the hurt she felt at Goku’s obliviousness towards her “… I wonder.”
Goku cupped a cheek. “You shouldn’t,” he spoke low and soft enough for ChiChi to hear. “You know how I feel.”
“I know. It’ll be nice to see it a little more.”
Now would be a good time. Goku knew it. Even though being expressive to ChiChi intimately in front of others wasn’t what he liked. But he saw the need in ChiChi’s eyes how she needed that moment now. It sadly changed to a resolution that wasn’t going to happen.
 Ah, why not!
He bent his dark head to ChiChi’s wide eyes and took her mouth in a tantalizing kiss that was warm, unhurried, and very pleasurable. He could feel the shock and restraint in ChiChi. She thought she had to control her feelings and not give back but a slip of his tongue inside her mouth told her to relax and give in.
And so she did, slipping her arms around his neck and kissing back with the love and need swelling. His alien tongue explored the secret places of her mouth as if it was his home. The longing he felt in ChiChi combined with his need to show her his love mixed with his big body molding against her softness aroused Goku’s desire to be alone with ChiChi without clothes and horizontal.
He suddenly pulled back. His breathing was slightly labored and his eyes tinged a shade of green.
“There’s a hotel nearby,” ChiChi suggested. “Since the boys aren’t expecting us back for another hour or two….”
Goku didn’t need to hear more. “Hurry.”
ChiChi quickly disappeared into the changing room.
Behind him, Goku heard chuckles. It was from the men. He turned his head to see their approvals. Maybe they were complimentary as ChiChi thought or maybe they were looking too hard at something they couldn’t touch, but they respected him and were right about ChiChi’s costume. It looked perfect on her and she didn’t need to try anything else.

Dragon Ball Super (Post Superhero, Slice of life) Rp anyone?
My rules are very simple in regards to Roleplay but I’ll go over what I ship first and who I muse!
What I Ship:
Kakavege (OTP), (I typically play Vegeta)
Vegebul, (I also typically play Vegeta)
Gochi (I typically play Goku here)
OC x Canon (Though I must admit for Vegeta, I’m very particular with the kinds of people I pair him with only because he’s very particular himself).
Who I Muse or can attempt to:
Vegeta
Tarble
Goku
Yamcha
Goten
Trunks
Majin Buu
Whis
Supreme Kai (Can attempt too)
Launch (Can attempt too)
Zamasu (Can attempt too)
Goku Black (Can attempt too)
And more as needed!
My Rules:
Please be 18 or older when interacting with this post!
DNI Proshippers (Trunks x Mai shippers especially) I will never ship children with adults. Even if the adult appears to be like a child because they are stuck in a child’s body.
DNI Homophobes and Transphobes.
DNI Racists.
I have very little triggers in the case of Dragon Ball, so it’s a pretty open play field with topics we can go into, slice of life with a side of angst!
I welcome OC’s as long as they aren’t Op! Your OC can be related to a character, I don’t really mind.
I write in a more literate style but if you don’t, that’s alright too!
Be nice and respectful and patient if I don’t respond right away!

Dragon Ball Challenge (you know Im gonna have to do it to ya) - ALL OF 'EM!!!
OKAY FIRST OF ALL
Thanks this was actually a ton of fun 😸
Second I tried doing this a few days ago but tumblr just said "nah" and erased everything I wrote so sorry this took so long to respond to lmao here's attempt number 2.
It's a long one folks Bleep loves making me write lol.
Favorite Character - Hehehehehe oh boy I wonder who my favorite DB character is? :3c Real talk i love so many DB characters but HO boy do i L O V E Raditz. I could talk for hours about how much i love him don't get me started
Favorite Villain - Oooh that's a tough one. Love Piccolo Sr., Z Broly is amazing (if we only focus on the first movie.), Goku Black is literally the best part of the Super anime (Zamasu doesn't count i can't stand him).
Favorite Saga - Namek! Namek saga is my favorite part of Z.
Favorite Couple - Bruh GoChi hands down. I love them so much. When i was a kid and had the biggest crush on Goku (before Raditz showed up lol). I used to be sooo jealous of Chi Chi cause thought she was sooo cool and so pretty and she got to marry Goku like she's living the dream. I miss Chi Chi i wish Toriyama wasn't weird about women.
Least Favorite Character - Buu. Every form of him. Yes that includes Uub. Sorry. Also fucking Tao Pai Pai. I've always hated him. Zamasu is annoying as fuck but he's tolerable when he shuts the fuck up (Goku Black is great but he is on thin ice for being Zamasu).
Favorite episode - How do I pick ONE?? Like Yamcha's intro, literally any tournament episode from OGDB, Boss Rabbit omg, when King Piccolo got his shit wrecked, RADITZ'S intro, that episode where Gohan gets trapped underground with a robot, the G i n y u s, T R U N K ' S INTRO, THE FUCKING DRIVING EPISODE LIKE COME ON, those episodes that take place after Goku and Gohan come out of the HTC and spending time with family and friends before the Cell Games makes me WEEP, when they break the fucking Z-Sword, Princess Trunks, the first time Goku goes 4 LETS GOOO, probably anything with SSJ4 Gogeta I have so much fun when he's on screen, Vegito showing up during the Black arc!!!!
Seriously how the hell could i pick one (1) episode?
Favorite fight - If i have to narrow it down to just one it's definitely gonna be Cell vs Gohan.
Most emotional moment - Ooooh a good follow up for the last question. The Father-Son Kamehameha. Like, c'mon that moment is just, bruh it's good okay? i'm getting emotional thinking about it now
Most epic death - Oof i'm stuck between King Piccolo and Cell. Those are both super satisfying.
Favorite Opening - I can't pick one there are so many bangers. Makafushigi Adventure, Cha-la Head Cha-la, Dragon Soul, Rock the Dragon, Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku, Chozetsu Dynamic
Favorite Ending - Again too many bangers. Romantic Ageru Yo, Zenkai Power, We Were Angels, Yeah! Break! Care! Break!
Favorite super saiyan form - 4 100% 4 ABSOLUTELY
EVERY TIME SUPER SAIYAN 4 NOTHING TOPS 4
I LOVE 4 SO MUCH FUCK OH MY GOD
Dragonball, Dragonball Z, GT, or Super? - Tie between OGDB and Z. GT is plenty of fun for how dumb it can be. Super exists.
Favorite Saiyan - gasp I can mention Raditz twice in one post? :3c
Listen. L i s t e n. I love him. He's great. If there's anything people will know me for it's for loving Raditz. I remember being six watching OGDB for the first time, having this growing crush on Goku having fun watching his adventures and wishing I could be one of the women in his life. Then he grows up, gets married to Chi Chi, and I remember thinking "Aww I'm so happy for him."
Then Z starts and opens with a beast of a man landing on Earth, wrecking shit, tanking hits, mopping the floor with what was supposed to be the strongest beings on the planet and laughs about it?? And THEN he drops the bombshell that he's Goku's BROTHER???
This guy became a FASCINATION for me. He hunts and eats an animal RAW. He flexes his power and strength literally every second cause he's hot shit and he knows he is. He's so fucking cool. He kidnaps his nephew and tells his brother to start committing genocide "or else". His whole shtick on screen is that he's this big bad mean and scary brutal warrior.
But then he does this thing. It's so quick, so easy to miss and ignore. His nephew is crying, wailing, losing his mind over everything. He's understandably scared. And yeah Raditz isn't gentle about the way he tells him to shut up. But he tells his nephew to "be brave".
That's when I was hooked. Why would such a "big mean and scary" guy tell his kidnapped victim to "be brave"? Maybe he's not such a bad guy after all? Is his "big scary guy" shtick an act? A farce? A mask to hide a softer side to him? I needed to know more I wanted to see what else this guy would do! And he's the brother of Goku! Goku manages to make friends with pretty much anyone! He'll wanna talk to the guy who is literally his big brother and the only blood family he has right?
AND THEN HE GETS FUCKING MURDERED AND WE NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN IN CANON EXCEPT FOR FLASHBACKS.
We were ROBBED I tell you.
I am SO THANKFUL that the games and supplementary stuff actually use him and look into his character, dive into the what-ifs and have FUN with him. I cling to any media with Raditz in it.
Favorite member of the Ginyu force - Jeice!
Favorite Frieza form - Third and Final.
Favorite quote -
"Fool! How could you?! You're a rare breed indeed my brother. Such a sentimental dope. You're way too soft to be a Saiyan warrior."
(Don't @ me this scene rotates in my mind like a rotisserie daily. In fact it was literally a tie between this line and the equivalent of this line in Kai.)
Favorite female character - Aaaaaaah i love so any women in DB how can i choose one. Chi Chi, Bulma, Launch, 18, Videl, Chronoa (no one said i couldn't talk about the games lol), Cheelai, 21, Pan, there's so many good women and we need to see more of them.
Favorite attack - Ok i'm stuck with Big Bang Kamehameha, Final Kamehameha, Stardust Breaker, and Bluff Kamehameha. (Can you tell i love Gogeta)
Best Vegeta moment - That fucking come from behind sneak attack he used on Cell to help Gohan finish him off will forever be the COOLEST fucking thing Veggie's ever done in the anime.
Favorite quote (again?) - Sweet if I get to say another one I'm using the one I didn't say earlier.
"You fool! In all my travels I've never met anyone as stupid as you."
Stupidest, most WTF moment - He. Ate. a fucking Dragon Ball. He fucking ate it. He just??? Swallowed it????? He just did that??????????????
Favorite "owned" moment - Does Oolong stealing the wish in OGDB for panties count. Cause not gonna lie that shit is kinda funny.
Most gruesome death - Z Broly fucking exploded that's pretty damn gruesome. So did Krillin so him too.
Funniest moment/episode - Look it's not even that funny but fucking 4Goge taunting Omega Shenron and pulling bluff kamehameha on him makes me giggle i love 4Goge so much. Also that time Krillin full strength chucked a rock at Goku's head cause he thought Goku would just instinctively catch it. Shit has me wheezing. Ooh! And the time Goku return-to-sendered Tao's grenade has me rolling every time fuck Tao lmao get fuckin rekt.
Best Goku moment - so many i love him. If i really have to pick i'm stuck again in that moment just before the Cell games where he just spends time with his loved ones. Those are literally the sweetest Goku moments and i get weepy thinking about them.
Coolest invention - Ok the smart answer here would be to say Capsule houses because i'd love to just drop a house where ever i felt like living. But the answer my heart wants to give is the Micro band.
Favorite form of Cell - Lil grubby larvae form Cell is adorbs. Imperfect is literally the coolest fucking design. I love Semi-perfect in an ugly way. Perfect is chef's kiss. I love Cell.
Favorite form of Buu - The one where he doesn't exist. Fuck Buu.
Why do you love Dragonball? - Oh god where do I begin? As a kid growing up mostly alone with a basic cable tv Dragonball was HUGE for me. This was my escape, to feel like I could go somewhere different, see incredible things, maybe even be someone else if I really wanted to. This was the thing I looked forward to every week. These adventures were inspirational, empowering. I felt like I was there, on the sidelines, in the background, cheering on my heroes as they triumphed. At the time I was the one lil black girl in a majorly white area. Goku was the weird kid with a tail. I felt like we could get along, pulled together by that universal "we're the odd ones out" feeling and be friends. When I saw Goku get more and more friends, it felt like they all became my friends too. These were my friends. It felt like I grew as they grew. I laughed when they laughed I cried when they cried. I feel like Dragonball might have shaped me as a person if I'm honest. Not fully sure how, but I couldn't imagine my life without it. Over 20 years later I'm still here. It's never left me and I know I'll never leave it. Even when it does dumbass shit that makes no sense (Future Trunks and Future Mai i am so sorry y'all fucking deserved so much better oh my lord).

Tales of the Time Patrol: Inner Demons
"I hate to break it to you Goku, but I'll never be just a memory." Goku's imposter said as he gave a devilish grin. "Even when I'm not around, I'll always be there. In the darkest shadows of your mind. Haunting you with every bit of suffering you have ever endured." Before Goku could even say anything, he started to feel the whole ground around him before it collapsed, sending him falling down into the abyss before he started flying up, only to be restrained by something. He desperately tried to break free and escape the hold.
Struggling and trying to charge his energy to do so, but it was no use. The restraints were somehow draining all of his energy as he was no longer able to transform. He tried to look for something, ANYTHING, that he could use to break free. But that's when he saw his worst fears imaginable as he started in absolute horror as he eyes widened as his heartbeat increased as he witnessed multiple versions of all of his friends and family being held hostage, as his counterparts laid on the ground, lifeless.
No..." Goku said, trying desperately to break free but to no avail. "Please... Not this! Anything but this!"
"After all," Zamasu said, snapping his fingers and various colognes in different versions of Goku black could also be seen joining the main one as he then grinned."I'm more than just a memory of Zamasu and Goku Black to you. I am the monster that you can never contain forever. The very thing you try desperately to keep locked away in the darkest corners of your mind..." The moment he said that, he then took out his scythe.
And with a single slash of it, killed everyone that Goku was facing except for the different versions of his family in front of his eyes. Goku was silent now. Unable to say anything unable to move as if something was literally preventing him from doing so.It was as if something was literally preventing him from acting or using his emotions. His heart raced even faster and his breathing became heavier with every passing second. He saw his faker give his fiendish smile. That same sadistic and malicious smile he always gave Goku.
"I am the pain and suffering you hide away from everyone else because you don't want them to worry. Every last fear you have that you don't want them to know about. Hey and the one thing you are truly afraid of…" After saying that part he then slashed at the different versions of Gohan, Goten, Videl, Pan, and the rest of his family until his version of Chi-Chi was all that was left. "I'm the boogeyman who keeps you up at night. The reason why you can never rest."
Grabbing Chi-Chi by the throat while Goku hopelessly watches, unable to speak unable to even breathe even. Zamasu only continues to laugh. "The reason why you push yourself more than you should. The reason why you lock away everything that's bothering you." His grip on Chi-Chi neck tightening as he continued while Goku was being forced to do nothing but watch. "I'm the very thing that you fear will take everything away." And with that he broke Chi-Chi's neck, forcing Goku to wake up violently from his bed. His breaths are heavier than they've ever been before as he continued to sweat. As he struggled to catch his breath, and process his surroundings he continued to hear his tormentor's voice in his head as he then says before fading away for now. "I am your inner demons....."
Looking frantically all over his surroundings until he saw his wife sleeping peacefully beside him, that was more than what he needed to realize it was just another nightmare. And the voices fading also made him slowly come back to reality. His heart beats slowly returning to normal as well as his breathing. He slowly but surely leaned over to Chi-Chi and gently kissed her forehead. After this, he gently snuggled up to her, careful enough to not wake her and slowly fell asleep while he felt his wife subconsciously repositioning herself to where they were both in a comfortable position. And this allowed him to finally get some rest for once. For once at night he was safe from all of his nightmares.
