I’m pretty proud of today but I do feel like I could of done better by avoiding that cookie and getting something less calorie dense then fries. I’ve been fasting 19 hours every day and it’s so fun and satisfying to finish it and then start it again in a few hours I’ve already lost a pound of non water weight!!😊 I feel so powerful after not eating for 19 hours and once it’s done staying way under my cal limit <3 it’s so weird I’m not like hungry or anything which is kinda wack but I feel my tummy burning and I know I’m doing good!!!! Happy ⭐️ving! <3
