The lack of Amphitrite content on the Hellenic polytheist side of tumblr is a bit upsetting :(
Let's show some love for the mighty Goddess of the sea :D
Praise be to Amphitrite!! ♡

You can't tell me otherwise
You literally cannot tell me that a child of poseidon and a child of Demeter haven't fallen in love at some point in time.
Their aesthetics would match each other perfectly
Demeter child:
Poseidon child:
And their personalities would mix well too! Usually as from what we've seen so far; Poseidon kids are more playful while Demeter kids are parental (fatherly or motherly)
So it's like (A) keeps (B) in line while (B) helps (A) loosen up :3
C'mon.. It makes sense.

The Evermore Grimoire: Greek Mythology
Amphitrite (Αμφιτριτη meaning ‘Encircling Third’) was the queen of the sea, wife of Poseidon (god of the sea), and eldest of the fifty Nereids (sea nymphs) in Greek mythology. When Poseidon first sought Amphitrite's hand in marriage, she fled his advances, and hid herself away near Atlas in the ocean stream at the far ends of the earth. Delphin (god of the dolphins) eventually tracked her down and persuaded her to return to wed the sea-king which resulted in the birth of their son Tritôn. Sadly not much else is known about Amphitrite but she does show up in various works of art from the time. In them she always wears the robes of a queen, and carries a three-pointed sceptre called a Trident.

Lady Amphitrite is so wonderful
I see her in the gentle waves that embrace the shore, as well as the storms out on the open sea
I see her in the smallest of fish, and the largest of whales
I see her in the beautiful coral reefs, and I see her in the darkest trenches of the sea
Her voice can be heard in the sound of waves crashing against the shore, and in the beautiful songs of whales
Every creature in the ocean, whether gentle and beautiful or fierce and deadly, are her children
She is the mighty goddess of the sea
She is the mother of all sea life

Lady Amphitrite - Queen of the Sea, Eldest of the Nereids.
I'm kinda into Amphitrite lately, so here's my design of her.
I give her light clothes so she can swim comfortably, coral-pearl hairpins, and harpoon earrings that can turn into a real weapon when taken off her ears. She also has a sea snail pin for her waist sash gifted from Nerites.
Most sea deities also have sea-wave hair. Their hair color can vary depending on their usual living environment (deep-dwellers have a darker shade of blue than shallow-dwellers).
I also imagine most sea deities have two forms: one has a fishtail for swimming, and the other has human legs to walk on land. Amphitrite and other native inhabitants can switch between two forms naturally, but Poseidon had to master it through time because he was land-born.
