Wanted to ask if you could write something about the reader being apart of the group (after they finally escaped the realm and are free..and traumatized, but happy)

You and the group have been planning a trip for quite a while. You were trying to celebrate the fact you finally escaped the damn realm and that lab they kept you guys in. Everyone was a bit shaken up, most of you couldn’t really sleep and you had sleepovers most of the time to try and sleep better. It usually worked, well at least for most of the group. You would wake up in the middle of the night, cold wind hitting your soaked figure. You often had nightmares and you couldn’t really go to therapy because you would be considered ‘crazy’, so you just had to pull through without any help. You know the group would be happy to help, but you don’t want to bother them when they had it worse. Back to the present time! You were currently in the graveyard, sitting in a circle near the campfire, you yourself sitting on your kind of beat up skateboard. Everyone suggested their ideas, Logan suggesting a museum, Ashlyn a restaurant, The twins suggested a waterpark and then Aiden and Ben said they didn’t really care where they would go.

An idea popped in your head and you smiled; “How about a skating rink? That could be fun? I know a pretty good one and theres also like a trampoline part connected to it so that’s pretty cool.” Everyone talks about the idea, Aiden agreeing instantly along with the twins. “Well is there a buffet there? Maybe we could later eat there and just celebrate?” Ashlyn suggests and everyone agrees looking at you for your response. You nod and everyone cheers, excited for the trip.

The day of the trip arrives, you all agreed to meet up at the train station at 8am and you were there early, already waiting there at 7. You watched the sunrise and you smile taking a picture and put your phone away and try out some tricks. You first tried an ollie, the key trick you need to know to learn most of the other ones. You record some of the tries and relax for a bit, watching the clips when suddenly your eyes get covered by a pair of soft hands. “Aiden..” You say and smile at the blonde boy, who had his usual relaxed demeanor. “Hey, you’re here early aren’t you?” He says and sits down next to you, resting his feet on his skateboard, rocking his legs from side to side. “Yeah I wanted to be here just in case anyone needed help with anything.” You say and yawn slightly, not really shaking off the sleepiness just yet. He nods and starts to yap like he usually does and you just listen, letting him yap your ear off. You didn’t mind, you weren’t much of a talker, so you usually just listened.

The others finally arrived just in time for when the train arrived. Everyone boarded and you found your seats, all of you sitting together. Ashlyn decided to catch up on sleep, along with Ben. The twins and Logan were playing some card game and You just listened to music, sharing headphones with Aiden. You lay your head on the window and drift off, feeling a hand on yours.

You get shaken awake, and you groan but gather your things and skateboard and get off the train, leading the way. You jump onto your skateboard and you guys skate/walk for about 15 minutes when you finally get there. “Here we are!” You say and pay for your entry, putting away your things and grab your phone along with your skateboard and run to the rink, doing a quick board slide. The others cheer you along as you drop in and do a rock to fakie.

Aiden watches you with a smile and Tyler and Taylor do their own thing as Ty teaches his sister the basics. Logan and Ben were off somewhere probably in the trampoline park and Ashlyn watched everyone, taking videos. “I’ll need to ask her to send me that later.” You think to yourself and manual.

You mind your own buiseness, riding up to a ramp when a kid suddenly jumps in your away, making you manual a bit too quickly so you fell on your elbow. “Fucking hell.. watch it kid!” You yell and hiss in pain as you look at the now bleeding elbow. Aiden noticed the fall and ran over to you and inspected the wound; “Hey are you okay? That was a nasty fall.” He says and you laugh; “Come on i’ve had it so much worse before, and plus people break bones doing this shit so i’m fine.” You say and stand up and walk over to the sitting area and take out some bandages you brought along in this type of situation. Aiden snatches them from you and looks at you with a kind smile; “Let me do it.” He doesn’t even give you time to reply and is already carefully wrapping the wound. Your face feels hot and you look anywhere but at Aiden, looking for the others yet they were nowhere to be found.

“There, that should be better, and by the way, when did you start skating? Your pretty good, almost better then me!” He teases and wraps and arm around your shoulder. You chuckle and smirk, teasing right back; “Oh yeah? How about a game of skate?” You challenge him and wait for his response, already knowing the answer. “Hell yeah! I’ll win for sure!” He runs to get his skate and you do the same, and that was the start of a very long game of skate. You guys got bored after a while, agreeing on a tie and sit down, breathing heavily as if you ran a marathon. The others came back and everyone agreed on going to the restaurant that was across the street from the skating rink. You walk with your skates and decide to hide them somewhere at the back of the building and head inside the restaurant, ordering food and refreshing drinks immediately.

You sit down in the booth and Aiden slides in next to you along with Ben and Logan, the others sitting on the opposite side. Everyone chatted and joked around and your elbow was killing you along with your legs as well. Your eyes droop a bit but you take a sip of your drink that shakes you awake slightly. Aiden taps you on the knee and you look up at him, raising a brow. He leans in and whispers into your ear with a low tone; “You okay? You look kinda off.” He says and you smile reassuringly and give him a thumbs up under the table. He hums and smiles as the waiter brings the food everyone has been craving for the past 5 hours. You eat your food in silence, some chatting here and there but mostly you guys Te in peace. After everyone was full you decided to go to the bathroom to clear your mind, of course not letting them know the reason. You walk into the bathroom and sigh, they were empty, unlike many other restaurants and you shrug, walking over to the mirror and fix your hair up a bit when you notice Aiden in the mirror. “Hey, I know I asked already but you really don’t seem fine. Is it the elbow?” He jokes and you shrug, giving him a slight smile; “I’m fine don’t worry okay? My body is killing me though.” You say and stretch your body, some satisfying cracks echoing throughout the bathroom. You go to leave when you get embraced in a warm hug, a hand running up and down your back. “Relax for a bit, they won’t notice we’re gone.” He whispers and you guys stay like that for a few minutes when you finally let go. He looks at you lovingly and your face feels hot as you avert your gaze away from him.

He lifts your face to look at him and leans in, your lips brushing against each other and your eyes meet, Aiden looking at you as if asking for consent. You inch closer and he takes that as a yes, soft lips meeting yours. Your lips move in sync with each other and his hands wander down to your waist. You pull away and you hide your flushed face in the crook of his neck. He chuckles lowly and hugs you close. “You know i’ve liked you ever since that day we went out to get the jeep.” He says and you look at him with a confused look; “But I thought you liked Ash—” You get cut off by a finger on your lips and he smile; “Remember I had my eyes on you the whole time, I may have been comforting Ash but I had my eyes on you. I didn’t know how to approach you, ya know?” He says and leaves kisses all over your face. “Now I’ve got you all to myself~” He says and holds your hand, dragging you out to the others who stared at you and whistled, Ben looking at Aiden with a proud smile.

Later that day when everyone finally got home, Aiden messaged you and soon after you heard a knock on your bedroom window. You playfully roll your eyes and mumble “Idiot.” quickly opening the window. Aiden hops in and tackles you in a hug, you falling back on the bed. “Hey! What are you doing?” You chuckle and play with his hair. You hear a mumbled “I missed you.” And you giggle, making him look up at you. “We haven’t seen each other for like 45 minutes?” “Too long.” He shrugs and peppers your face with kisses, moving down to your neck and collar bone. Your eyes droop and you start to fall asleep, finally in his embrace.

ok so the au im workin on

i ran with a "what if barb's plan worked" idea that exploded into an au

the gist is that a month or two after barb's tour ended, poppy's been running around trying to find a way to fix it while pretending to be a rock zombie. she figures out that the perfect family harmony is strong enough to break barb's control.

meanwhile, john dory comes back to look for branch, and gets captured since he's not rock. he gets locked up, and poppy finds him and breaks him out. she takes him to her hideout (branch's bunker) and explains her plan, and jd agrees to help once he hears branch is under barb's control

they break rhonda out of where she's being kept and book it, not noticing branch followed them until he tries to get them. he ends up being tied up in the back of the car and growling at them like an animal

they go find the other brothers, unwittingly leading groups of bounty hunters right to them.

bruce is still running his restaurant, but it doubles now as a refuge for a handful of trolls that escaped. he's uninterested in them and even less so when the family harmony is brought up. but then a bounty hunter group attacks, capturing the trolls there and ruining the restaurant. bruce is pissed ofc. but they tell him abt branch and show him, and bruce begrudgingly agrees to help after branch bites him

they go find clay at the golf course, meeting viva as well. they have no idea what happened and are eager to catch up until more bounty hunters show up. the putt putt trolls hold their own but a few are still captured, which infuriates viva and she kicks them out. clay goes with them because he wants to help and also gets bit by branch

they go to mount rageous where floyd's been for a while. floyd keeps getting chased around by rock trolls trying to bring him back, but he's managed to avoid them. they find him and explain everything, and floyd quickly agrees to help upon hearing about branch. branch doesn't immediately bite him but he does still get him eventually lol

they test their theory on branch, and it takes a couple of tries but the harmony works and branch is freed. they immediately head back to free everyone else

all the while, barb has been running things but is getting more and more unsure about if what she's doing is right. she's hiding her doubts, but she thinks that maybe everyone being rock isn't a good thing

they disguise themselves as rock trolls and corner everyone in the stadium and start trying to free them, and barb ofc comes to stop them. they fight a bit but ultimately succeed when poppy breaks the guitar. music is destroyed with it, but they realize it was in them all along and bring it back

barb, though remorseful, ends up doing jail time for this but she's okay with that

he's quick to threaten anyone who gets too close or makes you uncomfortable

no matter how sassy he gets, with a kiss and sweet words he's all yours again in no time

the biggest cuddle bug of the group

if you fall asleep with him good luck because you won't be able to move until he wakes up

narancia would either have a vice like grip around you or be sprawled across the bed on top of you, either way there's no escape

he likes listening to music with you, putting on some of his favorite tapes and introducing you to his favorite artists

tell him all about your favorites too, he loves learning about you

if you're good at math he definitely asks you for help, considering you're most likely a lot more patient with him than Fugo

but if you're bad at math he hides behind you from Fugo's wrath or goes to you for comfort when he yells at him

also I feel like Narancia would try extra hard in his studies while dating you

he just wants to be the best boyfriend for you no matter what <3

Has everyone in the Good Omens fandom seen Shaun of the Dead?

(I tweeted this and then screenshot it because I had more to say. Also if you haven't seen the Thriller music video by Michael Jackson then you're missing out.)

It is very important to know that if you've seen Staged, you know that Simon Pegg and Nick Frost were both on the show together in one episode. They are just as close to each other as David and Michael are to each other.

Here is when Shaun and Ed finally notice something weird might be going on.

They have no idea why this woman was showing up in their backyard and they just assume she is drunk. They were so drunk the previous night (Liz dumped Shaun) they don't realize they witnessed one woman completely bite a man's head off or realize that the person moaning back in reply to the song they were singing was actually a zombie.

Ed literally took the time to find one of those ancient cameras we had to use before the invention of the smartphone. And we know that everyone with a smart phone these days would be doing the exact same thing if this was happening right now.

But Shaun also has this girlfriend, Liz,

who is always third-wheeling on dates with her own boyfriend because Ed is never not with them. And the truth is that Shaun needs to make a choice because he can't have both, and Liz really loves him back just as much as he loves her, but Ed is basically Shaun's shadow.

Shaun and Ed begin a noble quest to save Shaun's mum (his stepdad was bitten by a zombie so it becomes necessary to kill him too but there is a flaw in their plan because Philip is still alive by the time they get to the house and Shaun isn't going to kill a living person so they have to add him to the car), to save Liz (only to realize David and Di are still with her and they don't want to be left behind so they get added to the tiny car), and to go to The Winchester (Shaun and Ed's favorite pub and the bane of Liz's existence) because it's sturdy with heavy doors and a rifle behind the counter.

And then all hell breaks loose because Philip finally turns into a zombie in the car, and it's Philip's car that Ed stole because he really wanted to drive it because it was a classic and the child safety locks are still on in the back.

They end up having to abandon the car after locking Philip in it.

They finally reach the pub by acting like zombies and hoping the other zombies don't notice.

And if you have never seen this scene, it's the funniest part of the entire movie. It's iconic, and it happens to "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen. (Warning: this is still very much a zombie movie)

In the end, Ed gets bitten and later sacrifices himself to the other zombies so Liz and Shaun can escape a little easier.

And then at the very end Shaun is letting zombie Ed live in his and Liz's shed and they still play video games together, and even if Ed tries to bite him from time to time, Shaun yells at him and zombie Ed goes back to playing video games.

It still got the happy ending of a romantic comedy, and we never actually learn what caused the zombie breakout, and the zombie's best friend is taking care of him in the shed of the backyard where he and Liz will live happily ever after (we hope).

The movie ends with the song "You're My Best Friend" by Queen.

Also note: Liz's best friend Di is the only other one in their group to survive the zombie apocalypse but you only find out how if you watch the special features.

I think we need to be looking at Shaun of the Dead a bit closer.

And Hot Fuzz ("surrender the angle" is an easter egg from it), also starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. It's hilarious too.

The apocalypse is happening all around Aziraphale and Crowley, but we didn't notice because we were watching it through the lens of a romantic comedy. Meanwhile, Hell is overcrowded and Furfur set zombies loose on Earth in back in 1941.

I honestly would love to hear more about JD and Branch time in the country, classic, the bounty hunters and the rock troll band. During the time they were trying to find the new pop village in the FTYWB Au ( For this you were born)

Even if it's just small tidbits.

You got it! It's not a ton at the moment, since that AU hasn't exactly been at the forefront of the mind lately (crying) but there is some things I do know.

JD and Branch spent the most time in Lonesome Flatts than any of the others. There was a brief moment where they almost didn’t even leave. It was an actual consideration. They made friends there and Branch was thriving with the friends and animals and such.

Holly and Pete specifically help JD and Branch learn more survival skills, along with traps, hunting, etc. They also help with identifying good plants and even how to kind of get an idea on what the weather may be like.

Holly has a bit of a crush on Branch. This won’t go anywhere and it’ll fade but well, yeah.

Delta knows about the Bergens and did not want JD and Branch to go back to the Tree. She understands why he feels he has to but she did not like it. She made him promise to come back.

Delta made JD a guitar. It’s beautiful. They didn’t have Rhonda at the time so she still has it.

Dickory finds JD and Branch when they are passing through mountains. It was cold more than they expected so once they got down to Classical/Symphonyville, they almost had frostbite. So they stayed there for a couple weeks. Dickory didn’t stay long, mostly gave directions but it wasn’t long until they met again.

The classical trolls were nice and accommodating but it was still weird because they are very different. They fly everywhere and are a lot smaller than other trolls and don’t do hugs. Which more upset Branch than it did JD at this point.

Minuette is kinda obsessive and constantly trying to show people what she can do and play. Most others have gotten bored of it since she’s constantly doing it - but JD and Branch are new so they listen to whatever she’s learning/mastering at the time. She and her family kind of let JD and Branch stay with them while they recover.

When JD and Branch leave Classical territory, they get close to Rock and that’s where they meet Dickory again, as well as his teenage brother, Hickory. They do help Dickory get a rock troll bounty but it ends poorly when they bring him in to the Rock Trolls. At this time, Barb especially, rock trolls don’t like pop trolls and since she’s a bratty kid, she freaked out and pretty much ran them out of town. Dickory and Hickory help them and they end up having to part ways.

JD and Branch do find some friendly to pop trolls rock trolls in a small traveling group that wants to become a band. Well, they are starting a band. Brozone doesn't exist in this au, but JD is a bit musically inclined in the writing area of music so he accidentally helps Billy (the leader) finish one of his songs. They kind of hit it off - JD and Branch with Billy and the band) and so in exchange for some help with song writing, the band lets JD and Branch travel with them. This is how JD and Branch get out of Rock Territory without being hunted down by Barb and any bounty hunter she tries to hire.

JD and Branch come across Rhonda not long before they find the tree. They kind of use her as transportation, instead of seeing her as a pet (this comes later) but Rhonda sees these boys and goes lol mine now.

After they come to the tree and find it dead, there is some panic but somehow they kind of figure out there was an escape and hope that everyone made it out. I'm not entirely sure how. Between finding the tree and finding Troll Village, about a week passes. They are in Rhonda a fair amount, Branch has decorated with the items they have managed to collect and keep on them. Even some stuff from their old home, that was left behind.

They didn't keep a ton of stuff on them but they had a few of Branch's doodles and drawings since paper wasn't very heavy but in that time after finding Rhonda and before finding the village, Branch is constantly doodling and drawing to decorate the walls. He's also trying to keep a brave face on because JD is kind of internally freaking out after finding the dead and abandoned tree.

he’s the sober one. always the dd and group dad in the club. he bounces between dancing with the other members and trying his absolute best to keep everyone safe, in one place, and not breaking the rules/getting kicked out. he does not dance with women in the club. he’s also constantly being hit on, but he too busy supervising he kids to actually flirt back.

minho

he’s a practiced drunk, so you won't even know he's drunk. like he's drinking a lot, but he’s also drinking tons of water so that he won't get hungover. when he’s at the club, he’s spending a lot of time sitting on the sidelines, because 1.) because he’s the designated seungmin babysitter, and 2.) he loooooves watching you dance, especially with other people. he finds it really hot, because he knows at the end of the night (or in the next five minutes) it will be him that you’re fucking.

when he does decide to dance with you, he’s most likely yiking with you. the only other person he will dance with is changbin who he's exclusively yiking with. if he starts dancing with you: beware, because he is also a horny drunk, so you will most likely end up having sex in yet another club bathroom. when you two slip off to fuck, that’s when seungmin’s making his great escape.

changbin

he is sooooo flirty and lovey dovey when he gets drunk. he’s nonstop telling the other members how much he loves them. he's also the one who is constantly trying to kiss people, and chan is trying his best to stop him. if he's not flirting he's grinding on literally anyone, like he’s backing his ass up into anything with legs. this unfortunately doesn’t always end well, cue that one club they're banned from because he wouldn't stop grinding on the bouncer. the only person he can get to dance with him is minho.

hyunjin

he is getting completely black out drunk, but going through different phases depending on how much has had to drink. at first, he is so fun, absolutely tearing it up on the dance floor. if the club has a stripper pole, he is on it at some point. but then once he has a few more drinks, he turns into a super tired drunk. like chan has to literally stop him from falling asleep on the floor. by the end of the night, he’s passed out in a chair or booth in the corner.

jisung

he is an absolute party animal in the club, because when he has a few drinks in him his social anxiety disappears. when they first get there, he’s pounding 2 shots, grabbing a drink, and basically never leaving the dance floor after that. he is going to be flirting and dancing with every single girl in the club. he’s buying them drinks, and everyone is buying him drinks (alexa, play “shots” by lmfao). he’s the club playboy, and everyone wants to party with jisung.

felix

when he first gets to the club, he's standing on the side with chan helping monitor the other members. after one drink, he's on the dance floor with the other members swaying/bobbing to the music. drink two and he's dancing and having a great time. drink three and now he's getting sad. any more and he’s turning into a full crying drunk. you could literally just say hi to him, and he's sobbing. usually ends up having a breakdown in the bathroom.

seungmin

he is the most chaotic person in a club. he’s always doing something absolutely insane, but he is so fun to party with…..until he gets too drunk. like he’s getting black out drunk and trying to run away. he's a runner, he's a trackstar, if you lose him you won't find him until the next day when he does the walk of shame home after a drunk hookup.

jeongin

he’s always good at pacing himself when everyone goes out. he got drunk once on fireball and hated it, so now he stops himself after about 4 drinks. he’s going to be doing whatever most of the other members are doing. if they're dancing, so is he. if they're going to get more drinks, he's going too. he’s absolutely terrified to use the bathroom at a club unless he has eyes on all 7 of the members. he walked in on felix once sobbing in the stall and another time on seungmin fucking a random girl, and he doesn't want to repeat either experience.

Okay, I was asked which canon DR characters would serve as animatronics to the DR protags in the FNAF AU, which opened up a new world to me, so let's do this:

First of all, Komaru. (The other protags will get separate posts.)

Komaru I think would have the Warriors of Hope as animatronics. She's in a Security Breach type setting, which is already fun because she could either be (as the original premise suggests) the security guard or (as the game Security Breach suggests) a random person who isn't supposed to be in the Pizzaplex after hours. Maybe a scenario where Komaru is just a rando in the Pizzaplex and Toko is the Security Guard trying to get her out of the building despite the malfunctioning animatronics.

(For the record, in another branch of the FNAF AU, Toko is FNAF 3. She passes out from a ventilation error and Syo demolishes Springtrap, the end. 🤣)

If Komaru is the security guard, then her objective isn't to leave but instead to help the animatronics fight off whatever virtual presence is hacking their system and making them act violently toward everyone, including her.

Narratively, Masaru is the Chica equivalent, in that he's the first threat Komaru faces. I'm going to say he operates similar to Foxy from the first game, in that he's the fast one of the group. He's the one you need to either be paying attention to or have really good reflexes. Once he's rebooted and back to his normal self, he goes around dismantling STAFF bots to make Komaru's job a little easier, in that she no longer has to evade them. He has star-shaped shades and he still has his red hair. If all the animatronics are animals, he's a rabbit.

Jataro stations himself in the security office so he always knows where everyone is. He doesn't attack by himself, but he plays blaring music from the loudspeakers in whatever room Komaru enters, so the other animatronics always know where she is hiding. (This is why Komaru probably reboots him either first or second. He is really bad for her stealth, and because he stays in the security office, it's easy to find him. Ironically, it's almost like he's playing FNAF against her.) He's the least popular character in-universe, so he wears a Masaru mask from the gift shop. The Pizzaplex is full of unsold plushies of him that have had their heads ripped off by either Jataro himself or Kotoko. If all the animatronics are animals, he's either a tortoise or a groundhog.

Kotoko operates similar to Monty, in that she's the bruiser of the group. Where Masaru is fast, Kotoko is strong. She can pry elevator doors open, throw tables, and stuff like that. Komaru is just running through the atrium and Kotoko is lobbing STAFF bots at her. I'm going to say she's highly susceptible to music, and specifically lullabies. It's impossible for Komaru to reboot her before Jataro, because she needs Jataro to play a lullaby in order for Komaru to even approach Kotoko. Her branding is very pink. If all the animatronics are animals, then she's a coyote.

Nagisa is the Freddy equivalent, in that he's the animatronic who is helping from the start, but he has a different mechanic than Freddy, in that he will act against Komaru when the other animatronics are watching, so not only can't he be used against them, but he is in fact dangerous when they're around. If all the animatronics are animals, he's an owl.

Monaca is interesting, because I could see her taking on the role of Gregory in a way. Maybe Komaru finds her in the Pizzaplex and is like "Little girl, where are your parents? You shouldn't be here alone after hours?" But when she tries to approach her, the animatronics attack and Komaru later finds out that Monaca was the one who hacked their system. Maybe Monaca is living in the Pizzaplex to escape her awful family and is using the animatronics to protect herself so she can't be made to leave. Or maybe Monaca is also one of the animatronics who was hacked, and she's the last one who needs to be rebooted. If she is an animatronic, and if the animatronics are animals, then she's gotta be a cat.

Nagito is the Daycare Attendant. Sun and Moon, Hope and Despair, c'mon. Sometimes he's accompanying Komaru through the Pizzaplex cheering her on, and sometimes he's siding with the other animatronics and putting obstacles in her path.

Continuing to think about KNPS Inika bc I love them

Jaller is both student council president and on the boy's floor hockey team. Not captain, he doesn't have time for that. He has college applications to prepare for, and homework, and his part time job at Kini Nui's only grocery store, and keeping Takua out of trouble. Chronically single. Does not still have feelings for Hahli and no one can prove he does. Trying to unionize his workplace despite being 17. Wants to be a firefighter.

Hahli is assistant captain on the girl's lacrosse team (Macku is captain). She always feels like she's at the edge of her friend group and never really knows what to say. Often feels like she's behind with regards to trends and stuff because she gets crap internet out at the farm. Has dated a few different guys over the years. Does not still have feelings for Jaller and no one can prove she does. Has no idea what she wants to do after high school and is sick of people asking.

Kongu spends almost every lunch hour in the gym's weight room working out. He's not on any sports teams, he just likes working out and doesn't want to dedicate time to going to a gym after school. Will still throw hands for Tamaru without a second thought. Plays the clarinet in band class and wants to learn the drums. Gay and loud about it. Wants to be a pilot.

Hewkii is hands down the most popular kid in their grade. He's the guy who's on every sports team and gets along with everyone. Took drama as his obligatory arts credit in grade 9 and loved it so much he's taken it every year since. Joined at the hip with Macku. Likes going to escape rooms and axe throwing with friends or on dates. Wants to go away to university, but is worried about what that will mean for his relationship.

Nuparu is the star of shop class and has won awards at every science fair he's ever entered. Has like four friends who are all just as geeky as he is. They hang out under the stairs by the tech hall like it's their own little clubhouse. Built like a brick shithouse. On the school's tech crew for theater and other shows. Has been waffling between getting a degree in engineering or going straight into a trade after high school, and is stressed about the fact that he's going to have to make a decision about that soon.

Matoro keeps to himself, gets good grades, and tries to fly under the radar as much as possible. Took vocal music as an arts credit in grade 9 and loved it but refuses to take any other classes that involve getting onstage, no matter how much Hewkii begs him to try out for the school musical. Spends most of his time in the library with Kopeke, had a rough first year of school. Neither closeted nor out but a secret third thing (acts like everyone has always known he's gay and they're the weird ones for not remembering). Wants to be a sign language interpreter and a wildlife conservationist and also run away to live in the woods.

Takua has become the undisputed champion of hallway gossip. They know everything there is to know about everyone in the school, and if you ever need anything ever, they definitely know a guy. Still terrified of the dark. Goes to a lot of parties. In the anime club, GSA, and game club. Writes a lot of short stories and has put together a compilation zine to sell. Works part time for the same cleaning company as their mom. Wants to get a creative writing degree.

Summary: You had been on your own for years after escaping the Whisperers. Until you run into a hunter in the woods who's searching for his brother.

The Walking Dead rewrite from Season 9 to Season 11 with you, Y/N, as Daryl Dixon's eventual love interest.

Chapter 21-

It didn't take long to gather the remaining survivors in Alexandria and before you knew it, you were all set up inside the hospital. You took refuge on the higher floors of the building to have a better view out the windows for any sign of the Whisperers.

It took quicker than you thought for the Whisperers to find you.

Before you knew it, the horde had surrounded the entire building, and everyone was panicking.

"The plan is still the same." Gabriel declared, as you all gathered together to listen. “Lead the horde away. Once the walkers are clear, we evacuate to Rendezvous Point B. Luke. We ready?"

"Yeah, yeah. Uh, technically. So, these are the final pieces that we need to connect to the wagon." He explained, motioning towards all the speakers and stereos on the bench in front of him.

It was a good plan. Put those in the wagon, crank up the music and lead the walkers off a cliff. It should work, but you just had to get the speakers to the wagon for it to actually work.

"That wagon is on the other side of the horde." Magna suddenly said.

Shit, she was right.

"Four groups. Two in each. One carries the cargo, one protects. It’s crucial that all the equipment makes it to the wagon." Gabriel explained, looking around at everyone.

The group all stared at him in panic, clearly not liking this plan in the slightest.

"We can make it through." You said, speaking up for the first time, wanting to try and reassure them. "I'll help."

"We're willing. But not if she goes." Beatrice responded, glaring at you from across the room.

"And we know she's earned trust with you, but... Oceanside isn't ready. Not with this." Rachel added.

You sighed, leaning back against the wall behind you.

These people were never going to see you as one of them. They were never going to trust you, no matter what Daryl says, they weren't ever going to trust you.

"We need all the help we can get-" Daryl started to say, trying to defend you before Father Gabriel cut him off.

"It's fine. As it happens, Y/N's role is here."

You glanced over at Daryl who looked ready to argue more, not liking what those women had said, but you just shook your head, silently telling him to stand down.

There was no time to fight about this and no matter what Daryl says, none of them would ever see you any differently.

You didn't say anything else for the rest of the 'meeting' as they negotiated and went over the plan.

You had tried to convince Daryl to let you join them in going out there to the wagon, but after Negan had told him about your ribs, Daryl had been treating you like you were made of glass. Not wanting you to get hurt any more.

It was sweet, but it was also extremely frustrating. You've had worse injuries, he knew that, but he didn't seem to care.

You helped the others coat themselves in walker blood and guts to be able to walk amongst the horde. It was gross and stunk, but you were silently grateful that you weren’t the one wearing it.

"Be safe." You said, once you finished coating Daryl’s jumper. "I'd kiss you good luck, but..."

Daryl chuckled softly but nodded in understanding.

"When I ain't covered in this crap, I'd like that kiss."

"Me too.”

With that, Daryl turned around and you watched as him and the others walked outside, disappearing amongst the dead.

Turned out that Gabriel’s job that he had specially for you was to pick out the Whisperers amongst the horde through a pair of binoculars. It was a smart idea. So, you stood by the window, looking through the lenses as you pinpointed the Whisperers and the archers in the group took them out, one by one.

It also helped you keep an eye on Daryl, making sure that he was okay and if you were looking around Daryl more than the rest of the horde to make sure there were no Whisperers around him, nobody needed to know.

However, you were only doing that for a short amount of time before the Whisperers had managed to get into the building, triggering an explosive that you guys had set up in the staircase.

The Whisperers were coming.

"You know how this ends." Negan's voice suddenly said as you finished helping Gabriel move a bookshelf in front of the staircase door.

You turned around to find him walking towards you as you shook your head.

"I don't. Neither do you."

"Come on, kid. You being here when the shitstorm hits ain't changing what definitely is happening."

"I'm not leaving. These people might hate me, but I'm not leaving them to die." You said, folding your arms across your chest.

"They're never gonna trust me or you. Doesn't matter what we do now. You can just slip out, down and dance your way through the dead."

"Yeah, well, so can you."

Negan just smiled, shaking his head.

"Like everyone says, I ain’t no hero."

You shrugged your shoulders, "you could be."

"Well... I guess that's what I'm doing now." He responded, pulling something out his pocket and holding it towards you.

Your eyes widened when you realised that it was your mothers Whisperer mask. He had Alpha's mask.

Cautiously, you took the mask from him and stared down at it in shock before Negan grabbed the rope that he tied down to a pillar and used it to ease his way down the elevator shaft.

You watched him disappear, leaving you standing there not knowing what to do.

If you put this mask on... you might be able to control the Whisperers. If they believed you were truly Alpha, you could control them and if you could control the Whisperers, you could control the horde.

You could save everyone.

Looking down at the mask in your hand, you knew what you had to do.

Glancing over at the others who were still trying to barricade the stair well door, you slipped the mask on, grabbing the rope that Negan had used earlier and began to make your way down the elevator shaft.

It wasn't difficult to pull on a jacket, coating it with the remaining walker guts and blood from earlier before you stepped outside and easily mixed in amongst the dead.

You kept your head down as you staggered through the horde, hating how easy it was to slip back into being a Whisperer.

As you made your way through the horde, you bumped into Carol who nearly took you out with a knife that you weren’t expecting before she realised that it was you.

Neither of you said anything as you stared at each other and for a moment, you feared that maybe she was just going to kill you anyway. But instead, she gave you a small nod and led you out into the woods where Daryl and the others were with the speakers for the wagon.

The second you pulled the mask from your face, Daryl’s eyes widened in shock, and you knew he wanted to lecture you for putting yourself in danger, but knew better than to speak when the horde was nearby.

Instead, the group of you hooked up the speakers to the wagon, blasting the music and began to slowly walk the horses down the road in the direction of the cliffs.

You walked beside Daryl, your sword in your hands as the horde trailed behind the wagon, drawn in by the noise. Everyone was on edge, waiting for the Whisperers to attack, but so far, nothing.

"I told ya to stay in the tower." Daryl whispered from beside you.

You just rolled your eyes before grabbing him by the collar of his still filthy jumper, not even caring about the stench of the walker blood over him before you pulled him towards you, capturing his lips with yours.

Daryl made a small grunt in surprise before he kissed you back.

"Keep walking love birds." Kelly teased, walking past the two of you with a grin.

You pulled away from Daryl, grabbing his hand with your free one as the two of you continued walking alongside the wagon. Neither of you said anything after that, but you didn't need to.

Daryl didn't want you out here, but you weren’t going to let him do this without you watching his back and he knew that.

The walk to the cliff was further than you thought, and the sun had long ago set, being replaced with a full moon that was shining in the sky above you.

It was early in the morning, the group of you walking for hours and taking shifts on the wagon to rest your legs before the Whisperers suddenly attacked.

They came out of nowhere and before you even knew what had happened, the wagon was destroyed and you were forced to abandon it, running from the Whisperers and the dead.

The group of you ran for a few minutes, until you were far enough way to stop for a minute to figure out what the fuck to actually do.

"We need to turn that horde around. If the others haven't evacuated the building yet, they're unprotected." Jerry said breaking the looming silence.

You looked over at him from where you were sitting on a fallen log with the others, all of you struggling to catch your breath.

"How?" Someone asked.

"Look, this ain’t a good plan, but it's all I got. I say we go back in there 'n we hunt the skins. We take 'em out, one by one. If we don't do this, all our people are gonna die." Daryl explained, seemingly the only person able to think of a plan quickly.

"Then what?” Magna asked, looking over at him. "How do we lead them away?"

"I will." You quickly said, but Daryl instantly shook his head.

"No, we'll think of another way."

"I know how. She taught me." You explained, pulling out Alpha's mask from your pocket.

"Hold on, hold on, hold on. Let's say we actually do this, and you lead them to the cliff, there's no wagon to bring them over the edge. I mean, it's suicide." Luke responded, looking over at you like you were insane.

Hell, maybe you were insane because he was right. It probably was suicide, but you had to do it.

"It has to be me. I can do it."

"No. Nope. Not happening, ain't no way. We're gonna deal with this later." Daryl argued, shaking his head at you when you opened your mouth to argue. "Come on. We gotta go, right now."

Nobody said anything after that as you got to your feet and followed Daryl back in the direction of the horde, getting ready to take down the Whisperers from the inside.

The group of you tried to stay close amongst the horde, to help each other. But, within minutes you had all gotten separated in the sea of the dead.

You pulled your hunting knife from your belt because it was more discreet than your big sword. You slowly stepped around the walkers, looking for any Whisperers to kill when suddenly you heard it.

"Alpha."

It was faint and growled, but you had heard it all the same.

The Whisperers amongst the herd had seen you and they believed you were Alpha and were spreading the word.

Holy shit.

It worked.

Keeping your head down, you began to lead the horde and Whisperers back in the direction of the cliff.

Your photographic memory coming in handy, making it easy to know which direction you needed to go because it wasn't like you could pull out a map right now to navigate.

By the time the sun had risen at dawn, you could see the cliff in the distance.

The entire horde was right behind you, their loud growls surprisingly comforting as you staggered towards the edge, leading them to their death... and yourself along with them.

You were surprisingly okay with that though. You were okay with this being your ending.

At least this way, you could go out on your own terms. You'd be in control of your fate and save the people you loved while doing it.

Daryl was going to be heartbroken... he was going to be a mess when he finds out what you did. But, he would move on with his life. He would find a way to keep fighting, to keep pushing forward.

You would finally be able to see your sister again.

You snapped out of your thoughts when someone suddenly grabbed your arm.

On instinct, you reached for your sword with your free hand before you realised that it was Carol.

What the fuck was she doing here?

"Go." She whispered, glancing towards the edge of the cliff that was getting closer and closer. "This is my choice. I finish it."

You stopped in your tracks and looked over at her as she gave you a small smile before she continued walking, leading the horde straight towards the edge. You watched her walk away as you contemplated what to do.

There was a tiny part of yourself that wanted to just let her do this. You still hated her for what she did. You hated her for everything. But Henry had loved her. Ezekiel cared about her. And she was still Daryl's best friend, despite everything and you couldn't let her die.

God damnit.

You quickly jogged through the horde, weaving between the dead as you watched Carol reach the edge. She stood still, looking down at the giant drop in front of her. However, before she could fall forward, you grabbed her arm and yanked her back.

She tried to fight you, but you didn't loosen your grip as you pulled her down behind a pile of rocks. The two of you sat down, hiding from the dead as they all started to fall from the edge of the cliff.

"I told you to go." Carol whispered, your hand still grasping hers tightly, unsure if she'd try to run back to the edge or not.

"Daryl's lost enough already. He can't lose his best friend too."

Carol's eyes started to fill with unshed tears as she smiled sadly at you.

"Thank you, Y/N." She whispered.

You nodded, yanking Alpha's mask from your face before tossing it over the edge.

Neither of you said anything else as you sat beside each other and before you knew it, the entire horde had fallen off the cliff.

It was over.

It was finally over.

With shaky legs, you slowly stood up and took a step towards the edge, taking in the view.

"We should go back. Everyone should be at the rendezvous point." Carol said from behind you.

You didn't say anything for a moment, as you took a few seconds, taking a deep breath before you nodded and turned around and led her back through the woods.

It took over an hour, but the two of you eventually reached the rendezvous point and to your relief, the entire group was there.

"Is it...?" Jerry trailed off as he looked over at you Carol, a faint wash of hope in his eyes.

"It is." Carol confirmed and you could see the relief wash over everyone. "Thanks to her."

Carol nodded in your direction as you looked around awkwardly, knowing most the people here still hated you before your eyes landed on Negan.

"You're still here." You observed, walking over to him.

He smiled softly, "for now."

You nodded before taking a step towards him and pulling him into a hug. Negan seemed shocked with the sudden display of affection before he wrapped his arms around you and hugged you back.

"Your boy's watching." He whispered, instantly letting you go.

You glanced over your shoulder to find Daryl watching the two of you with an unreadable expression on his face.

"He doesn't control me." You replied, turning back towards Negan. "You're my friend. I can hug a friend."

Despite everything that Negan had done. Despite everything that Daryl had told you about him, the Negan you knew... he wasn't entirely a bad guy. He definitely wasn't a good guy either, but he had saved your life and was trying to turn his life around.

"Thanks, but I think you should tell Daryl that. I don't want him to put an arrow in my head when I'm sleeping." Negan responded and you chuckled softly.

"Yeah, you're probably right."

You turned away from Negan and walked over to Daryl whose expression was still unreadable as he stared at you.

"Just say it." You sighed, waiting for him to yell at you.

He had made his opinion very clear about Negan. You knew he wouldn't be happy after seeing you hug him.

Daryl sighed, rubbing his face with his hands as he glanced over your shoulder at Negan before his blue eyes locked with yours once again.

"I can't control ya."

"Damn right you can't." You said, folding your arms across your chest, waiting for a fight.

"I ain't gonna pretend that m'happy 'bout this. But you can be friends with whoever ya want."

Your eyes widened in shock, thinking you must have heard him wrong.

"You're not going to yell at me for being friends with Negan?" You asked cautiously and he shook his head. "Really?"

"I love ya, Y/N. I know things haven’t been great between us lately, but I love ya, 'n I trust ya. That's all that mattered." He responded, lifting his hand and cupping the side of your face.

You leant into his touch before he stepped forward and kissed you.

"I love you so much." You whispered against his lips, kissing him back.

The Warriors Princess Part 2

Tsuji & Shibaman x Ice’s younger sister x Platonic Ice

Tsuji and Shibaman just reached the front of the Funk Jungle, the lights were still able to be seen despite it still being light out. The nerves the two were feeling only increased especially after the talk with the other students.

They looked toward the corner of the lot where the others were currently hiding …. hiding badly. (The smart ones were actually better at hiding though)

~flashback ~

“So, you mean to tell me that you two are dating the younger sister to one of the members of the Mighty Warriors? The same Mighty Warriors that helped almost killed one of the leaders of Sword and almost took Oya High School down in one day?” Tsuaksa questioned from his position on the couch. He couldn’t help the laugh that escaped him. “I thought Fujio found trouble easy.”

“Hey!”

Shibaman and Tsuji were pacing now. They remember the Mighty Warriors. Everyone does. They took down the full timers (This included themselves and Todoroki) and the Part timers with out even breaking a sweat that day. They put many of their own into the hospital while it took others many tries to get even close.

“Who are the Mighty Warriors? I don’t remember them?” ~Fujio

“That’s cause the incident with them came after you left, but before the split of the full and part timers. They are the ones that pushed Murayama to do that.” ~ Tsuaksa

The other looked at Tsuaksa in surprise. Not because of his words, but because of his reaction. It wasn’t his normal bored reaction, but he looked worried. They all had just been transferred right after or during the spilt of the students. Though no ever really told them why there was a spilt.

“She is not them though.” Finally Todoroki said as he walked towards his closet friends to stop them from pacing “Plus we don’t even know if she is actually related to them. We know that they are apart of a music group and own a club. As far as we know they could be renting it out to her brothers.” He placed his hands on each of their shoulders “You two will be fine. We will be there if something goes wrong.”

~End of Flashback ~

“Shibaman-kun!!! Tsuji-kun!!!!” The two heard before they also heard running towards them causing them to look. They could see their girlfriend running towards them. She was wearing the dress that they had saved up to get her. She looked so beautiful and happy that suddenly their nervousness disappeared.

Once (Y/N) reached them she wrapped her arms around them both, (barely reaching their arms around both of them) and pulled them in, hugging them. They wrapped their arms around their waist and pulled her into the hug. After a few minutes (Y/N) pulled away and smiled at the two.

“So, where are the others?” (Y/N) asked as she looked, giggling as she spots them in their hiding spots

“So, you know they came with us?” Shibaman asked as the two rubbed the back of their necks nervously.

(Y/N) turned their attention back to their boyfriends “Well, Todoroki gave me a heads up. I told my brothers and even though they weren’t happy about it , but I convinced to let them come in since their friends are going to be there too.” She held Tsuji hand in one hand and Shibaman in the other “Plus I want my school family to meet my home family anyways.” The two smiled down at their girlfriend before bending down and each gave her a kiss on each cheek.

Suddenly, they heard a cough causing the three to turn their attention from each other to the source. Instantly the two recognized one of the two standing behind them. His hair was now cut short and fully dyed platinum blonde and only wore a white jacket with a white tank top with jeans. They could never forget their eyes. The eyes of someone who was calculating and had no fear. The second male they didn’t recognize but he wore a jean jacket with a black shirt that had a simple design and jeans. His eyes were very similar to the other.

(Y/N) only smiled at the two new comers as she pulled away from her boyfriend’s arms. She waited until the two males got closer before saying “Tsuji-kun, Shibaman-kun I want you two to meet my brothers.” She points at the first male “Ice” she points to the second “Diddy.”

The two older males only looked at the two, not saying anything before they turned and started walking back to the Funk Jungle. “Hurry and get your friends. I don’t like waiting.” Ice called before pausing at the entrance “I’ll see what you two are really about as we eat.” He added before he disappeared into the building, Diddy gave them a smirk before he disappeared as well.

(Y/N) couldn’t help, but shake her head. “Don’t worry. Everything will be okay. My brothers just likes to make a statement sometimes.” She said as she waved towards where she knew Todoroki was hiding.

It didn’t take long for the others to come out “So, I’m guessing your brothers are not happy.” Todoroki said as he looked back at the entrance. She shook her head “Like I said before. Not really, but they will be fine. Though there will probably be more people.”

She smiles at everyone, hoping everyone will just calm down. “Trust me my brothers and his friends may seem intense at first they are amazing. Just follow me please.” She gently grab Tsuji and Shibaman hands, giving them the chance to pull away and run. They don’t don’t….

She leads them inside to either their future together or their destruction of their relationship.

~Inside~

“(Y/N)!! This place is huge! “ Fujio shouted as he and the others ran while Tsuji, Shibaman, Todoroki and (Y/N) continued to walk towards the middle of the club. They couldn’t believe the lights and the design of the stage and how everything looked. It was something they couldn’t believe. The other three couldn’t believe how it looked on the inside. They remember the outside from the container fight, but none of them made it inside.

“My brother Ice and his friends created the Funk Jungle.” (Y/N) tells them with a smile “They worked very hard to create this place so we can have a fun. It was my brothers dream to have a type of utopia for us.”

“Telling your little friends some history little one?”

They heard a voice ask from on the stage causing everyone to look up. There was a male on stage with a bright red jacket with some designs the couldn’t really make out. His hair looked weird to everyone. He jump down from the stage with ease and made his way to the small group. Even though he walked towards them with ease he gave off a feeling none of the kids could explain only that they only felt this way while fighting.

(Y/N) only smiled as the male made his way towards them before he stopped in front of them. “Yes, I was. You know how much I love showing what my brother has done.” She laughs “Everything, I would like you to meet one of my brothers oldest friends 9.”

The now named now 9 nod at everyone while they continued to stare at him tense causing him to chuckle. Finally his eyes lands on the the two holding (Y/N) hands causing him to stare at the two. The stare made the two males uncomfortable for some reason, but they refuse to release their girlfriends hands.

Sooner enough 9 started laughing before he smirks at the two than everyone else, his stare more cocky and as if he pity them all. “Don’t take too long (Y/N) with the history lessons and showing off.” He laughs again “Ice and Diddy want to formal meet your boyfriends and their friends before anything pops off.” His smile is more gentle now “You know how Bernie and Pearl are when they meet people.”

“What do you mean pop off?” - Fujio asked from the sidelines causing 9 laugh, but (Y/N) to only role her eyes.

“Tell my brothers we’re heading up now. I don’t want them to get lost or go into a room that they’re not suppose to. Remember when Brown bought over the girl and they walked into Sarah’s playroom.”

This cause 9 to laugh even louder than he did before he nods “I’ll head up first and tell him. I don’t even think Jesse is here yet cause I heard Pho yelling at him to get the right sweet or some shit like that. So, I think you’ll be fine little one.” He says before he walks away and disappears behind stage.

Everyone watched him until he was out of site before turning their attention to (Y/N) who only smiled at them. “Trust me guys. Everything is fine. Just follow me.” She said as she made her way to the stage, the guys following her. Tsuji jumped up first and turned around waiting to be handed (Y/N). Shibaman picked up (Y/N) and handed her up to Tsuji allowing him to grab her and place her on the stage. Shibaman jumped up and joined them and the others.

(Y/N) soon leads them to a door near the back of the stage that was hidden and they all go through. They walk through a few hallways before they finally reach another door. She opens the door and what they saw they couldn’t believe what they saw.

the ocs

Aero - Jude Kira - Nio

Normal World - final year of HS. all of them are a friendgroup!

ivan - rich. most popular guy in school, seemingly nice but extremely harsh with rejection - will be very mean to you. he will attack anyone nio asks him to if nio feels like watching a fight happen, no questions asked. likes to sing in his spare time. he's nice if you're nice, though. nio - ivan's boyfriend who is also known to be possessive of him. he's a mean "girl" trope, harsh, and likes to make fun of people he doesn't like and likes to instigate fights to watch for fun. extremely good singer, but only for his friends. can be friendly too though.

luka - rich. considered very handsome, but the one person who confessed to him in a different school almost got killed (luka lured them to the music room and beat them to near death). he got expelled for that, so he's in a different school now - but his rep followed him. aero - luka's only real friend seemingly. luka defended him from bullies as kids and got expelled over it. the first time luka got in detention, the next day Aero and Kira throw a desk out of the window to purposefully get excluded too so they can sit with him in the exclusion area. he helps them all with styling their hair and doing their makeup, which is his hobby.

till - known as aggressive but just gets easily overstimulated, has hypergraphia due to OCD, gets into fights but is generally nice if you're nice. prefers to spend his days in the music room to practice/write music. cares a lot about mizi as well as jude (but not romantically). jude - kind of closed off and shy, till's known boyfriend. he's nice to everyone, but is protective of till's wellbeing and helps him cope.

kira - rich, already an idol. everyone's friend, but a little cold to strangers.

mizi - the nicest in the group, sua's crush. she helps hyuna with her investigations sometimes.,

sua - goes missing during a getaway, but was mizi's crush before that. in an idol group with kira until her disappearance.

hyuna - already graduated. an amateur detective, especially of cryptids.

Horror movie - college they all go to a getaway in a cabin in the mountains and get hunted by a werewolf + serial killer alien in the area, a year after sua went missing in the same place. humans are dwindling after aliens took over earth.

all same backstories, the only additions/changes are: ivan, luka & nio are serial killers.

ivan - meticulous, plans well ahead, different methods, enjoys it immensely. kills aliens and humans allied with aliens. luka - opportunistic, always has his gear on him just in case. calls aero to help clean up. nio - mostly watches ivan, but likes to pick victims too. he's very impulsive, and anything can make him snap.

sua - werewolf in the woods around

Vampire

aliens = old vampires who take humans and turn them into thralls as kids. now the adult vampire servants each have their own mansion in the kingdom (like game bosses).

the vampire lord thralls: ivan - turned as a child, seemingly kind and always smiling, but quite ruthless if you cross him luka - bred as a vampire thrall, quiet and obedient, but alwaysy watching, always learning sua - turned as a child, obedient, secretly trying to find a way to escape kira - turned as a child, wants to escape

vampire hunters: hyuna - turned vampire as a child but escaped, now hunts them mizi - was saved by sua as kids and managed to escape, is trying to find her again nio - kills every vampire, but his goal is to get to ivan and be turned BY him

other servants: aero - luka's human servant till - a werewolf, kept as "entertainment". always trying to escape and find his friends. jude - till's "caretaker" (friend)

Modern au! What they each major in/general hcs

Kyojuro Rengoku

He majors in either Theatre or Sport Science

Wants to help people in some form; whether that be temporary escapism through his performance or helping others to improve their own performance

Would always give it 150% with his usual unwavering enthusiasm

Probably got a scholarship to pay it off

Doesn't seem to struggle at all, actually thrives more than anything

Is the student who sits at the front and asks all the questions people are too anxious to ask

Takes on a leader-like position amongst the class

Excels in all his classes with good grades (80% on average)

Tengen Uzui

He majors in either Music Production or Theatre

Unlike Kyojuro, it isn't for as a sweet reason as his, he simply knows he excels in captivating people and his hearing is a gift and he wants to put it too good use

He's extremely casual addressing his workload but somehow doesn't fall behind

The party animal on campus, who throws the most insane and fun parties for everyone; regardless if he knows them

The student who sits on his phone listening to music midway through the lecture at the back; but seems to understand everything anyway

His grades are nothing to write home about (70% on average), he just wants to pass enough to stay afloat

Obanai Iguro

He'd definitely major in either Zoology or Psychology

When he graduated highschool, you can guarantee he was absolutely lost and didn't have any real ambitions for life

So he followed Mitsuri and his friends to Uni, and picked whatever looked the most interesting

He makes sure to work overtime in class and use his time well, so he has time to hangout with his friends here and there

Glares at any disruptive students during class and is seen as the teachers pet; even tho it's not his intention at all

Despite his shallow reasoning for studying, his grades are pretty impressive (89% on average)

Sanemi Shinazugawa

He majors in Sport Science or Engineering

Probably got a lucky break and got a scholarship to pay it all off

Arrives to classes late, but once he walks in he's 100% focussed at the task at hand

Always super duper polite and formal to his professor and brings gifts to show his appreciation at the end of every term

Despises group projects as he finds himself way more reliable, will completely finish projects in one night cause it's eating away at him while he's trying to sleep

Always goes from a run after class and after long periods of sitting down studying; it helps him clear his mind (he dies inside if he sees a cute dog along the way <3)

Sanemi gets scolded for being so cold and rude to his classmates when it comes to group projects, but his intelligence and out of the box thinking is a gift that cannot be denied (85% on average)

Giyu Tomioka

He majors in Literature or Criminology

Giyu finds beauty in looking beyond the surface and looking at the smaller details of the bigger picture; whether that be in criminal evidence or an abstract metaphor or symbolism

Tends to sit at the front of the class to avoid the troublemakers, and everyone tends to avoid him too

Always brings an ice coffee with him to class or the library when he's studying

Once he returns to his dorm, he tends to listen to crime podcasts while he's making and reviewing notes; it's therapeutic for him

He's hard on himself in every shape of the word, but no matter what grade he gets he's always very fast to bounce back and use this as a way to improve himself (88% on average)

Muichiro Tokito

He majors in Philosophy or Psychology

Muichiro finds peace and beauty in pondering lifes biggest questions and trying to find a solution; he also finds this peace and beauty in examining the human mind

Sits at the back of the class and zones out, he tends to get held back by the professor for summaries and additional resources to catch him up

Keeps to himself most of the time, but because of his absentminded attitude people talk shit about him frequently; he isn't afraid to roast and humiliate them in front of everyone tho

Lays on his bed and stares at the ceiling in the daze for an hour or so before he attempts to read through all his resources to catchup

Although he is very intelligent and passionate. he simply loses track of assignments and tuning in to lectures so his grades aren't the best but acceptable (65% on average)

Gyomei Himejima

He majors in Religious Studies or Child Development

Uses his head and figures all his years of experience would help him excel and eventually in the long run help people

Early to class and always very well dressed

Always very polite to everyone despite people finding him rather strange at first

Shares notes and tips with his classmates and is the class favourite by end of first term

He always finds time to meditate after a busy class and go to the gym; probably runs into Sanemi occasionally

Gyomei is adored by his professor and peers equally, there's nothing to pick at when it comes to him, he's always focussed when it comes to his studies too (85% on average)

Shinobu Kocho

She majors in either Nursing or Biology

Unlike any of the other Hashira, she wants to preserve her families history of specializing in medicine; in one fashion or another

Tends to sit at the front of the class to avoid the disruptive students, and takes extensive notes with diagrams

Although, she doesn't get visibly shaken, she's most defiantly stressed; so she's more prone to snapping but she just really needs to finish this assignment and a cup of coffee-

Tries her hardest to find some sort of academic and personal life balance by leaving every Saturday as her hang out night with her friends; so she can breathe and unwind

She's really hard on herself both as a med/bio student but as a person in general so she's not happy when it's "only" a 90% and not 100% (90% average)

Mitsuri Kanroji

She majors in either Graphic Design or Fashion Design

Mitsuri really wants to help people somehow but in the end probably drops out from nursing cause she can't handle the gore; then switches to Graphic/Fashion Design cause it's fun

Has a tendency to fall behind in her studies because she day dreams a lot and gets distracted while studying and completing assignments

Sits in the middle of the room, not at the back but not at the front; takes simple notes and doodles in class

Confides in Shinobu and Obanai for relieving her academic stress, especially around exam season;

Despite the fuss she makes and how many ups and downs she faces she has a pretty solid grade average (76% average)

Jazmin is a 14-year-old art prodigy who goes to SFAU She meets Hero and his friends during a school tour by the professor, when both of their schools have financial problems and are forced to combine, as the Dean (who is really a celebrity known as Justin, who was the leader of a boy band in the 90s-80s and now is solo celebrity and secretly the Dean of a school that he was gifted by one of his old boy band friend as a joke)of the school is giving a tour to big hero 6 they stop in the art department to introduce their own 14-year-old prodigy while she was at work painting, she throws a bucket of glitter onto a caves, revealing a beautiful portrait of a scientist to show school camaraderie as she turned around and let her hair down, glitter star falling from the air all around her Hiro instantly start having a crush on her and she with him when they first lay eyes on each other, but little do they know about their secret identity with Hiro and his friends being superheroes and her being the newest villain in town (even though she’s being forced against her will and it’s looking for a way out hopefully big hero six can help her escape a life of crime) she joins the group on their tour around the school and introduce her own group of friends in every department. There’s Joe the popstar bad boy who was the leader of his and his brother‘s boy band in the performing art music department who is going to school after the band broke up and is now studying directing and there’s also Austin the Australian(and yes, he knows how that sounds but there’s actually a romantic story to his name), he loves learning about history but also wants to be a professional comedian and actually works at a stand-up club and he also has a nac for playing pianos and singing then there’s Lucy from Chicago (she was actually raised in Barbados but born in Chicago and came back during middle school, where her and her sister and her parents work at the family bodega) and her cute but fciteierce and convenient fashion but she also loves to sing only if she can get over her stage fright and finally but not lest a redheaded New Yorker who is also the deans daughter Anne she is a ballerina dancer she’s been dancing since she was five when her dad would go and take her to practice his stage dancing for music videos and concerts. She stared taking ballet classes when she 6 and when she was 12 moved to Paris with her mom and attended a prestigious dance school for ballerinas and move back to New York with her dad to attend high school (PS her parents aren’t divorced. They are still very much in love their work just keeps them apart for long periods of time)she works as a ballerina in San Francisco ballet house, and also as a background dancer, not just for her dad or Joe music video but for other celebrities as well

OK everyone I think I got carried away with the other characters background, but don’t worry there’s more to come to learn about Jazmin and her situation. In the meantime I hope you enjoy her friends and I will be coming out soon with their portraits to but until then like and tell me what you think, thanks 😄😄

Cpuld u tell me a bit a Caligula effect? I keep seeing u talk abt it and I'm intrigued .. also music ? It's a music media (?)

Hi! I'm glad i got you interested in this series ^^ The Caligula Effect is a videogame series, written by Takuya Yamanaka, who's more famous for also being the writer behind Milgram. The plot, at least in the first game is that it's about this virtual reality called Mobius where people can go to fulfill their deepest wishes, this world was created by the virtuadolls µ and Aria to make humans happy. Virutadolls are basically in universe vocaloids. In this world everyone is turned into high school students and they will never age and will repeat high school for as long as they're here. A group of students realizes this world is fake and decide to escape and go back to reality, hence why they call themselves the Go-Home Club. At the same time there's the Ostinato Musicians, a group of people who are aware of Mobius being fake but they want to stay and keep Mobius as it is for their own reasons so they work with µ to stop the Go-Home Club.

That's how the main story goes. But the games also have something called Character Scenarios. These work like the social links in persona though less complicated to unlock. These are important because this is pretty much where you'll learn everything about the characters, something that both games do is that you don't actually get to learn much from them during the mains story. Like you do learn mostly about their views and personalities but you never truly learn about their backstories or why they're here in the first place. That's reserved for the scenarios, this is where you truly learn about these characters and what their problems are. And these are honestly the best part of the game imo.

Another important thing to clarify is that the first game has a remake Caligula Effect Overdose, which adds four new characters, two in each group and also has the musician route. This is a new path in the main story where you get to play as a musician, so after every two dungeons or so there will be segments where you play as a one with the other musicians as your party members, this also gives the musicians their own character scenarios which is great to fully flesh them out and make you sympathize better with them. The remake is the one you should go for since is the most complete.

Some warnings about it tho, the second and third dungeons can be pretty uncomfortable and hard to get through. The second one because the musician here is canonically a trans woman and she's not exactly treated super well during the main story since she's constantly misgendered, deadnamed and experiences fatphobic comments even after her dungeon's done. This wouldn't be so bad since you know it shows how even the people you're sided with can be assholes and be terrible. But after a certain point it becomes tiring and annoying and many of the scenes depicting this have an almost mocking tone. Her character is great though and i love her scenario and the things it discusses, but again the way she's treated in the main story makes the first part of the game hard to get through. As for the third musician he uhh is a creep, and you see him trying and succeeding at peeping on other women during the game. Yeah, it's not good obviously. These two asoects really make the first part of the game hard to get through and honestly a lot of my problems with the game come from these two. I do think everything afterwards is good though. Now that was all for the first game, but there's also a second game, and honestly i'm gonna be honest i have a lot of problems with the first game but if there's any reason why i'd recommend it is so you can play the second game, because imo it's better than the first one but i don't think you should jump straight into that one because a lot of the game's plot is built on the first one's and it's just better if you understand all the things they're referencing, a character from the first game even returns. Kinda follows the same formula as the first one, virtual reality, group of people trying to escape, musicians trying to stop them, but i think it pulls it off a lot better. But again you do need to know the events in the first game to understand it better.

Oh yeah you mentioned music, it's not a music based series as like, let's say Milgram is but music is a big part of it because virtuadolls are a big part in the series and again they're just vocaloids. The soundtrack is awesome and the game uses it in a very creative way. Each dungeon has it's own theme, written in universe by the musician in that dungeon, and all the songs are sung by the the main virtuadoll in each game (µ in the first one and Regret in the second one), with the lyrics being personal to each musician. The way it works in gameplay is that when exploring the dungeon, an instrumental version of the song plays, when entering a battle the vocals start playing, and when facing against the boss a remix version of the song plays. It's so good to hear during gameplay and it never gets tiring, and again all the songs are bangers. AND to keep up with the vocaloid feel, each song in both games was composed by a vocaloid producer. And if you're curious yes, Deco27 also worked here, and this is how he and Yamanaka met.

Nick

The most emotional of the group, but also the one who knows his emotions the best. Wears his emotions on his sleeve

He really enjoys singing and has a really pretty voice. Can and will sing through entire musicals by himself

He is the tallest of the puppets, but that doesn’t mean he is tall by human standards. He is 142 cm or 4.6 feet. Teases Riley a lot for being the shortest of the Handeemen

Wears clothes if they are fashionable and comfortable, he does not care about if they are more masculine or feminine

His favorite tea is mint tea. Other favorites are various fruit tea. The only coffee he would tolerate is iced with a lot of sugar

Really wants to display his art (paintings, statues, etc) where a lot of people can see it, but is actually terrified of people disliking his work. He is very much a perfectionist, and when he starts a project it takes a lot for him to actually drop it if he isn’t happy with it

Time blurred a lot for him, so he has little reference about how long they have been alive, or even how long it goes in between people checking on him or him checking up on the others

The one of the Handeemen who would grasp social media the quickest, surprisingly for them all he is the one who understands technology the best

Had very little interaction with Scout, and only met her on her second host as she tried to flee an angry Riley. He was cold towards her, having been interrupted in his work, but let her continue her escape from Riley

Longs for freedom above all, but is also content with living as is. For him, safety is the most important thing. The studio provides it from the outside world, even if it doesn’t protect from Ennioch, so he is fine with being there a little longer

Riley

She is a night owl, working best when it’s dark outside. Sure, her sleep schedule is fucked up, but it’s quiet enough for her during the night

Loves stars, galaxies, and anything astronomy. As the only one leaving the studio for longer periods of time, she will admit that some of that time is just used to looking at the stars until Ennioch has enough and forces her back to the studio. Really wants to create her own starmap one day, and see aurora borealis

Her damage is the most severe of all the Handeemen, especially her mouth. She isn’t quite sure herself what Pierson did to damage it (I’m gonna write either a one-shot or a flashback for when he was there), but it hurt a lot. She struggled to talk for a while, the pain being too much, and while she didn’t let the others see the injury, Nick made her the mask she uses

Loves coffee, and drinks it without sugar or milk when she can. Not a big fan of tea (and stops drinking the sorry excuse of tea they have after a while), but joins the tea parties whenever possible

While she doesn’t really hate Scout, she dislikes her, and a big factor of that is jealousy. Scout managed to defy Ennioch, somehow convinced Mortimer to let her have a second and third chance, and then escaped to live what Riley can only assume is a good life? Yeah, she’s jealous, but will never ever admit it

Loves comfy clothing and weird graphic t-shirts, and would probably live and die in an oversized hoodie if she could. At the studio, her clothing options are limited, and not very comfortable, which she blames on Owen. She blames a lot of her problems on Owen

Doesn’t like sugar or sweet stuff, she prefers sour or bitter tastes whenever eating or drinking. Not the biggest fan of food in general, but has conducted experiments with what puppets can eat. Food or drinks usually disappear magically and gives them energy, but it isn’t needed. She did eat expired food once tho, and decided she was never doing a food experiment with what they had in the studio ever again

Not a fan of jewelry, but likes pins, both science-themed and dog-themed

Adores Rosco, her best boy, and dearest companion. Can and will pick Rosco over everyone else, no matter the reason. On the show, he was supposed to be her therapy dog for her anxiety (yes she has built-in anxiety, thanks for that Owen), but the network wouldn’t allow it, so he just became a big goofball instead

Likes heartbeats. She prefers when there is a steady and normal rhythm, but she also (with Ennioch’s influence) thinks it’s fascinating how a host’s heart starts racing when she experiments with them. Puppets do not have hearts or heartbeats, but she sometimes feels it like a phantom limb, and when it happens it terrifies her. When living with Bee (and after she became more comfortable with being there), she likes resting her head on Bee’s chest to listen to her heartbeat, a reminder that she and the others are alive
