Why are so many people of incapable grasping the concept of the multiverse?
Guys, TVA!Loki is not out of character. If you're wondering why he's not like the Loki in Thor: The Dark World or Thor: Ragnarok it's because HE IS NOT THAT LOKI!
Those events literally never occurred in TVA!Loki's life. Those events happened to a DIFFERENT Loki in a DIFFERENT universe in a DIFFERENT timeline! That means that EVERYTHING that happened in The Dark World and Ragnarok is null and void as far as the events of the Loki TV series goes.
When you watch the Loki TV series you are NOT seeing the Loki from The Dark World -- you're seeing a portrayal of the Ikol -- I-K-O-L (Loki) variant from Agent of Asgard. Ikol is the aged up version of Kid Loki. He's also one of the most vulnerable and insecure Loki variants because he is desperate for redemption.
Sound familiar?🙃
If anyone wants a reading list for the Loki series here you go--
Thor: Journey Into Mystery (2011-2012)
Young Avengers vol. 1: Style > Substance
Young Avengers vol. 2: Alternative Culture
Young Avengers vol. 3: Mic Drop At The Edge Of Space & Time
Loki: Agent Of Asgard
Vote Loki
Loki: Where Mischief Lies by McKenzie Lee (Print Novel)
Just fyi this is not a perfect list as it doesn't include the Kang the Conqueror books or the X-Men books that tie into the Young Avengers. That's because I've only listed the books that feature Loki as an MC. Oh, heads up, the Journey Into Mystery arc does feature incest.

365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
Beta Ray Bill
The Burning Galaxy was destroyed through the machinations of Surtur and his Fire Demons. The surviving Korbinites decided to choose a champion whom they would follow to their new home. That champion, known as Beta Ray Bill, was successful and was transformed into a cybernetic being resembling a fierce creature. The Korbinites then massed their fleet, put themselves into stasis, and followed Bill's ship, Skuttlebutt. Bill fought legions of demons sent by Surtur.
Fleeing from Surtur’s forces, Skuttlebutt entered into Earth’s orbit.  Thor and Lady Sif investigated the craft and Beta Ray Bill mistook the two heroes as agents of Surtur.  A battle ensued and Thor became separated from his hammer, causing him to revert to the human form of Donald Blake.  Curious of what had transpired, Beta Ray Bill picked up Blake’s walking stick and struck it to the ground, surprisingly granting him the powers of Thor.
Beta Ray Bill, Blake and Sif were all transported back to Asgard by Odin.  Bill claimed the hammer, Mjolnir, as his own.  To resolve the matter, Odin arranged a contest where Bill and Thor would compete for the right to wield Mjolnir.
Odin secretly offered Bill advantages in this contest, allowing him to win.  Odin did this to both test Bill’s worthiness and teach Thor greater humility.  Bill detected that he may have won the hammer in an unfair fashion and gave it back to Thor.  A pleased Odin then had a new hammer, called ‘Stormbreaker’ made for Bill which he could use to continue to protect his people.
The spacefaring hero first appeared in the pages of Thor Vol. 1 #337 (1983).

Comic Book Saturday
Tumblr media
This was a really cool comic book. A lot of the Marvel comic books are from Thor’s point of view, even when Loki is in it. But, this one is from Loki’s point of view. And, it’s not just Marvel stuff, it actually has quite a bit of Asgardian lore in it too. There’s Sif here, and Balder, and it has all Loki’s messy feelings about Thor and Odin.
And the art, the art is stunningly amazing. Ooh, and it has Hela in it too!! It’s just such a fun read, especially if you liked Loki’s own comic book titles.
You may like this book If you Liked: Invincible by Robert Kirkman, Thor by Donny Cates, or Loki: Agent of Asgard Vol. 1: Trust Me by Al Ewing

hi!! can you recommend some of your fave or good to start with comics that focus on thor and loki's relationship as bros?? I rewatched ragnarok recently and it seems like a really good and angsty time!! <3 thanks so much for ur help if you see this. I'm someone that doesn't read comics generally LOL
Warning for death in almost every comic I'm listing also suicide as Loki tend to ....ehhhhhhhhh go depresso only getting myself killed will fix this sometimes.
In the comics Loki adoption isn't a secret, everyone knows he's adopted sorry if you already know ( if you think it was a good thing It actually sucked for Loki as Odin loved to rub it in his face everytime he messes up,like if I had a penny for everytime odin be like "is this how you pay me for adopting you?" I would be rich uggufufuf) also the comics are very different than the mcu again sorry if you already know.
Blood brothers,Loki is ugly in that but it's a great angsty comic with Loki just angsting over how Thor stopped loving him. There is also him angsting about being alone and unloved which is like typical from comics Loki but that's beside the point. Don't go expecting a happy ending Tho.
This part is basically a reading list for Kid Loki because kid Loki storyline focused heavily on Thor and loki relationship and it is WHOLESOME with a taste of angst on the side and a very tragic ending.
Since listing all the comics kid Loki appeared in is gonna take ages here is a Wiki page with all his appearance instead
https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Loki_Laufeyson_(Kid_Loki)_(Earth-616)/Appearances
Stop reading after Journey Into Mystery Vol 1 645 as the rest will get you very confused as it requires reading other unrelated shit to Thor and Loki relationship.
Agent of asgard has wholesome Loki and Thor moments intill it gose understandably unwholesome by issues #10. It also shows you what I was talking about when I said Thor is part of why Loki gose back to evil even when he actually don't want his brother to end up like that.
Orginal sin Thor&Loki happens in the middle of agent of asgard storyline right after the axis event and before issues 10.
The current Thor 2020 has some sweet Thor and Loki. Stop reading after donny cates leave for a break as Loki becomes non existing after(probably with cuase the writer don't like him or something bad happened to him)
King Thor is another angsty comic about one of the possible futures of the 616 universe (there is too many possible futures lol) where Loki kills everyone on earth then gose to kill Thor .You don't need to read anything to understand what's going but if you liked gor or hated Thor : love and thunder gor storyline definitely read Thor : God of thunder it's the better version.
I feel like you need to read their entire morden characters story lines as it gives a bigger picture on why Thor acts the way he dose to ikol and it's mainly because he has anger issues and tried as fuck and Loki really isn't helping .There is also alot of misunderstandings that gose during the build ups for the war of the realms where Loki is trying to do his own shit( which in hinstaight looks very evil) And is Thor trying to do his own shit with them clashing in the middle.

It's All Connected
The motivation behind It's All Connected lies in Avengers: Endgame.
I was so annoyed with the way events on Vormir turned out I started to rethink the scene. Then I started to rethink other scenes. Then I started to think about how they originally said the whole MCU would be connected, even the TV shows. And then about how that proved to be untrue. But what if...it was all connected? All of it...what changes would you need to make?
It became too much to hold in my head so I decided to type it out. Then I started thinking about missed opportunities like integrating the earlier X-Men movies and having Cap team up with the Invaders. Now I have (somewhat) refined all my ramblings and present them to you. The MCU IAC (rolls easily off the tongue, no?).
Some general notes:
Probably for MCU geeks only.
This is total fantasy, so there is no limit on time, budget or casting. CGI will always look great (monsters, deaging etc).
I genuinely enjoyed all the movies, even the ones people generally don't like. So most of the things that I've changed are for connectedness, missed opportunities or fairly minor gripes. For the most part.
Where I have consciously taken inspiration from outside the MCU I have tried to label or link to that.
Happy to add links to anything I might have missed. Suggestions welcome for blank spaces in casting, continuity errors etc.
And obviously...MASSIVE SPOILERS...right the way through.
I hope you enjoy.

top 3 supervillains in mcu
Thanos
Tumblr media
The enormous awful. The greatest awful. In one snap, Thanos eradicated half of the known universe from presence — however, it's more than that. The development of Thanos essentially characterized the whole speed of the MCU's most memorable genuinely rambling story bend, from Iron Man to Final plan. Wonder endured 10 whole years prodding and setting up this gigantic lowlife before 2018's Justice fighters: Boundlessness War gave him an ostensibly critical job to carry out. It was quite a stunt, and it could never have worked without the 10 years of development clarifying that a bigger, more noxious manikin ace was continuously calling the shots barely out of view. There are additional thrilling lowlifes in the MCU, yet Thanos is, as could be, unavoidable.

Loki
Tumblr media
There's an explanation Loki is the interesting baddie to stay close by for more than one film (and an entire Program). He's the main MCU supervillain who's pretty much as completely created as the MCU superheroes - and with his miserable story of familial tension, he's nearly as thoughtful.
Furthermore, Tom Hiddleston gives Loki a dangerous, smirky magnetism that is difficult to stand up to. You pay attention to one of his artificial Shakespearean talks and let me know you're not enticed to move over to the clouded side.

Green goblin
Tumblr media
No chance Home might have brought back each eminent Bug Man lowlife starting around 2002 (sorry, Ogre), yet Willem Dafoe's Green Troll is a wonderful champion as he encourages them all to denounce any authority.
This character once laid the basis for the off-track researcher who transforms into a terrible examination that each Spidey lowlife followed until Vulture, and his exhibition is however off the wall and marvelous as it seemed to be quite a while back.
Sliding once again into Troll's reinforcement, frenzy, and mark chuckle, Dafoe advises us that he everything except created the advanced comic book film miscreant, that every other person here is in the house that Troll assembled. It's an amazing heritage to abandon in any case, and, surprisingly, mightier to satisfy it yourself.
