Spidey!Robin AU

this au from this post is still rotating in my head to the point of insanity so here are some ideas abt it

Robin didn't like spiders.

She wasn't afraid of them but most of them made her uneasy and she would rather not deal with them. Still, even with her uneasiness she could not bring herself to kill one. Which normally isn't a problem, Steve even if he himself was afraid of them, and Robin knew that, like Robin knew everything about Steve through years of exposure to him and extortion and possibly a case of their brains melting together, he would put a brave face and take care of it for her.

But Steve wasn't here right now and there was a spider on her desk. To top it, the spider itself was looking weird, almost intelligent. Maybe Steve was right and she was studying too much and her brain was going to fry up but she could swear there was something about the spider that made her think it could understand her.

"Here goes nothing." She mumbled to herself. "Okay little guy, I'll take you out the window but you need to stay put, no funny tricks!"

The spider predicably didn't respond.

"Jesus Christ Buckley, you're starting to talk to fucking spiders." She rolled her eyed and then sighed, and moved towards the spider with a sheet of paper. "I'm going to scoop you up on this thing buddy and then carry you to the window."

Still no response. She took a stabilizing breath and did as she said. The Spider, because at this point he deserved to be addressed with capitalized letters, was still staying put and letting itself be moved onto the sheet.

"Huh, this is easy." Steve always moans and complains all until the spider is out their apartment. But then, there rarely is a moment when Steve doesn't complain. Dustin always says he's like a grumpy grandpa, Robin just calls him bitchy. "We're almost there bud."

She opened the window and moved the sheet onto the window still. And then things happened so quickly she could barely blink. The Spider moved towards her hand and she went into the panic mode.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, get off, get off, oh my god, get off, this is not what we agreed on!" Trying to shake it off her hand she also moved closer to the window and that's when she felt it. A small pinch, barely noticeable through her panic. "What the fuck! You bit me!"

The betrayal she felt was almost as strong as her panic, she shook her hand even harder and that's when the spider fell of right into the open window.

Her first thought was, thank god.

Her second was, I'm never laughing at Steve when he needs to throw out a spider ever again.

The third was, oh god it bit me. I'm going to die.

So turns out she was not going to die.

After a panicky call to Steve and a visit at the hospital, it was confirmed she was fine.

So, she's not dying, great, mostly after a week the Spider was almost out of her mind.

And that's when she starts feeling weird.

After that, she discovers she has powers, she tells Steve like, the next day because she can't not tell Steve, c'man, they don't keep secrets so she becomes spiderwoman

Okay so Robin is a freshmen in college and she lives nearby campus with Steve who is also either a freshmen (had a one year gap) or a sophomore

Steve is the og man in chair but they need some way to hack the police radio to get intel and that's where they involve Dustin (bc Steve still is the babysitter, just without the upside down shit) and his tech knowledge, how Erica gets involved is anyone's guess (maybe she makes the costume, i feel like Dustin would definitely be the one to suggest a costume, the lil comic nerd) but she does and so the Scoops Team is like Robin's team of operations

Four months in and Robin is starting to get this vigilante shit. Unfortunately, she's not very, uh, discreet. So the city gets a hero, but also the mystery. Who is Spiderwoman?

Enter Nancy Wheeler. Nancy, the leader of the campus newspaper. Nancy dedicated to become someone big, someone important, Nancy committed to breaking out, hungry for a story that would put her name out there.

So obviously, obviously, she wants to know who spiderwoman is more than anyone. And she's not used to not getting what she wants.

Robin to sway her away from her trail joins the newspaper.

"Why can't you do it Steve?"

"Okay first of all, no one would believe I want to join the newspaper and besides, Nancy is my ex-girlfriend!"

"Yeah! So you know her the best! You know how to distract her!"

"Did you miss the ex part?"

At first they have a bit of enemies flavor to them, because Nancy doesn't know why would Robin do this and also Nancy is publicly anti-spidey and Robin absolutely blabbers and ruins the two times she tries to defend spiderwoman (which actually, i think is just fucking flirting, you can't say Nancy doesn't enjoy a good argument and i think Robin thinks she flunked it but she actually made a few points that had Nancy thinking about them later like, huh, maybe there is something to her point and that makes Nancy feel all warm and fluttery inside, she just enjoys someone who can challenge her) but as they work together they start to have a bit more closer relationship

And she can't help it, she can't help it but develop a crush on Nancy fucking Wheeler of all people. But it's just she's so pretty and actually kind and stubborn and fierce, how was Robin not supposed to have a crush?

But Nancy Wheeler has a boyfriend. A boyfriend that also works for the newspaper. Jonathan Byler is a photographer for the campus newspaper and the biggest issue with him is that Robin actually fucking likes the guy.

And the thing is that at first Robin only really faces off against some petty criminals, like no one supernatural, for all she knows she is the only supernatural person in the world

Then Venom appears and Venom wants to fuck shit up. The guy is practically on a big power trip™ and Robin must stop him.

She can like spidersense him but only if she's really close to him, usually it works better, but this is almost like he's masking?? She doesn't really get it but she knows it it screws with her spidersense

And either they think its eddie munson because its just fit with the crime places and shit (but he's human) or one day her and Steve are walking through campus and they pass Eddie Munson and her spider senses are tingling™ (because he's spidey, bc spideys as a queer metaphor my beloved, also just imagine just how funny it would be if Eddie asked Robin if Steve is also like them (meaning queer) and she took it as meaning spidey so she's like "he wishes" chuckling and then starts talking how great and supportive he is tho, so Eddie thinks Steve is straight but a great ally snssj)

Either way Steve needs to get closer to Eddie Munson ("why i have to spend time with Eddie the freak Munson?" "Because i just joined the newspaper last month dingus! It's your time to pull your weight, besides your kids beg you like all the time to play their dice game! It's a good excuse!") so he starts sitting on hellfire meetings that is less a highschool club now and more of a friends meeting up together after Eddie graduated, under the disguise that he finally caved in with the kids begging (if he falls for Eddie Fucking Munson it's noones but his and Robin's business)

Venom is obvs Billy

Also! Also! A scene of Nancy sort of coming out to Robin, but not really Robin but spiderwoman and admitting her crush on Robin to her, on like some rooftop of a building after Robin saved her or some shit and Nancy is like "i feel like you would understand, constantly feeling torn between two words and identities" and it's like this vulnerable moment for Nancy and it's very bittersweet for Robin because now she knows

But she shouldn't have known. She shouldn't, she should have stopped Nancy before she said anything because she has really no right to know. Nancy didn't tell it to Robin Buckley, she said it to Spiderwoman. And after that Robin is a bit weird around Nancy because she KNOWS but she SHOULDN'T and oh god, she's gonna puke

And then Nancy finding out abt Robin being Spidey and feeling betrayed but also rejected because she now knows she revealed her crush to Robin and in turn Robin started acting weird so she takes this as rejection and it's this miscommunication between them and also maybe at this moment Robin also feels like a shit spiderwoman because Billy hurt Steve, who tried to protect the kids and she was unable to stop it and Steve is hurt and Nancy is mad at her and she can't be a superhero and she can't be just a normal girl and she feels so mad and tired

The canonical ages of Obito and Nagato in shippuden are 31 and 35 respectively. So the ame orphans are all 4 years older than Obito. • "Ay! Haven't seen you here before gorgeous" Buggy chimes in, making you raise a brow at the man.

• "You're in a active game?-" You point out, gesturing to his team and the opposing team behind him currently fighting on the Rink while the poor ref tries to break it up.

• "They can wait- Your phone number however cant" He said with a grin- You laughing at his antics and shake your head.

• "Well, Seems like you're gonna have to wait- Cause you ain't getting it" You wink- Seeing his face freeze in both shock and interest at yohr rejection.

• Everytime you were at a game, so was Buggy. Either playing or not he would show up and shoot his shot at you.

• Each time you'd reject him. Some days he took it like a champ and others he would throw a bitch fit.

• However he didn't quit- even after a solid year he hadn't stopped. While you rejected him romantically it didn't mean you hadn't become good friends with him and his team.

• "I swear to God I'd be so good to you" He said, leaned against the wall. Dressed in his gear as his game was starting up soon. You smirk at this, not used to a more Eros form of remark.

• "Oh? Switching up the flirting Clown Boy?" You mused. However looking in his eyes you don't see lust like all the times before- No this was different.

• "I'd rub your feet good, Cook you dinner- make you fruit covered in chocolate. Just let me shoot my shot (Y/N) I promise"

• You stare at him surprised- A feeling of warmth hitting your face. "G-Go play. Your game is soon"

• He nods accepting what he felt was another rejection as he headed off to the rink.. Your heart seemingly skipping some beats.

• "I need your quote from the last game" You say, Seated in a Cafe so you could interview Buggy. However he was being difficult and turned facing away from you in the chair. "Which would be easier if you turned to face me"

• "Don't know about that- If I face you I may blow a hole through the table-" He deadpanned which made your eyes roll.

• "Well try-"

• "Alright but you look like that so don't be surprised if I look like I wanna be underneath you" He said with a smile, turning in his seat to take you in fully. A bright smile on his face-

• "Wow-" He said like he was blown away by you. "Quote- Now" You emphasize not wanting to fall into his new attempt at you.

• "I'll Honor you to the day I die- I Swear.. And you can quote that" He said with a bright smile, Winking at you and staring with only love in his eye.

• This continued for a week- And in truth your resolve was starting to break. It wasn't just flirting anymore but true interest in you and desire.

• It was getting harder and harder to reject him.. Maybe you liked his red nose, his blue hair or the way he giggled.

• However it wasn't till the first game of the new season that things changed. He had come to you with roses this time and his jersey.

• This was the most that people had ever showed up for a Big Top Game and it showed by how clean the team seemed for once. Including Buggy-

• His hair in a ponytail as he held the items out to you, stopping the flow of his team going on the Rink just for this.

• "Buggy what are you-" He cut you off with a desperate look in his eyes.

• "One chance- Give me a Moment and I swear, I'll make it last a lifetime"

• You stare at him, smiling as held put the jersey to you and flowers to you. A grin on his face as you shake your head with a chuckle, taking the gifts from him.

• His face lit up like you'd given him a million dollars and a blow job.

• "You get one moment- Make it count"

• That night you'd seen he had actually tried- putting out the best plays you'd ever seen and winning the game that night for the first time.

Silly toonjuice x reader ramble

I like the concept alot

Reader is gender neutral

"What was so important you made me leave work early? I'm already on thin ice" you grumble entering the road

Beetlejuice stood next to the front door, pressed firmly against the wall where he quickly grabbed you arm and pulled you uncomfortably close

"What?" You bark, not too keen about having to make up work because of his shit

"That" he whispers pointing out the window, you glance out, you were just out there you didn't see anything out of the ordinary, well for the netherworld anyways.

"What am I looking at?"

Beetlejuice grumbles and rolls his eyes "THAT!"

Again, you weren't getting it, only looking at the ghoul with mild annoyance

"Fine" he snarls, moving from his safe spot out of view the ghoul peaks his head in the window, now visible to the outsiders

It takes a moment, silence, then girlish squeal, you look out, the undead women you passed to get here was now fanning herself as little hearts float about her head

"What?" You mumble

"Exactly, she's been on me all day babes-"

"Why?"

"Why? I'm in the slime of my prime babes, I'm a real catch- know what I mean" for a brief moment beetlejuice shifts his appearance to be a black and white striped fish with a rather large hook in his mouth

"Seriously BJ, what's her deal?"

Changing back to himself the ghoul chuckles "I may or may not have pissed off a witch, ya know how it goes babes, and this chick, may have be cursed or something I don't know"

"So instead of cursing you, she's your punishment? Poor girl" you look back out to the cursed soul, she was very pretty

"So that's why your here babes, go defend your property" beetlejuice starts pushing you towards the door eager for you to clean up his mess

"I don't know beej"

"What?" He haults

"Maybe my property isn't worth defending"

"WHAT?!" He shouts, spinning you around to face him "you're not gonna defend us?"

You shake your head

"Fine!" Beetlejuice pushes you away "if that's what you want babes, you want me to walk out this door and start an afterlife with her Fine!" Beetlejuice flings open the door now carrying bindle "cuz I'll do it babes"

You gesture for him to keep going, the ghoul stares you down for only a moment before throwing himself to you knees, clinging to you dearly and sobbing.

"I cant take it anymore babes! Just make out with me in the doorway, she'll get the picture" he wails

"Will that break the curse?"

"I don't know"

You sigh, this was gonna be a long day

i’m too shy to share the whole picture IM SORRY—i just wanted to capture a few headcanons into a single shamelessly horny drawing of the three of them together. also, my thoughts are completely unorganized and this post is mostly just me rambling!

small disclaimer, if you don’t agree with or like my headcanons, that’s totally valid but please don’t tell me so 🙇 i kindly ask you just move on from this post. thank you!

okay. so i feel like both reth and jel are service tops HEAR ME OUT—like, they’re both just a couple of pathetic lover boys who are so head over heels in love with you. the fact they practically always gift you something when you flirt with them in-game (jel gifting silk and reth gifting soup) i feel is their attempts at spoiling you and taking care of you in their own way. they just want to see you happy and make you cum your brains out a thousand times until you can’t think straight anymore 🥺

and in general, i feel jel would love to shower you in compliments and words of praise and practically worship your body. while i feel reth is the type to show you how he feels and relish in watching you come undone with him. but personally 👉👈 i feel jel and reth align more closely as switches because they’re both so.. so soft and need to be spoiled and loved so deeply (no innuendo intended)

with that said, i think jel is a more intimate and passionate lover while reth is a bit more unhinged and rough. that’s not to say jel doesn’t have his sadistic bouts. i feel it stems directly from his obsessive nature and grows into a desire to watch you submit to him and his whims, sort of in a controlling way. but it makes him so happy when you do. the need to know you belong to him, both your heart and body, is honestly really important to him. i actually feel he has control issues due to a number of reasons but that’s a different discussion—💀 and he rewards you so thoroughly for showing him how much you love him. god, the aftercare? he’s so gentle and attentive and treats you like the most precious thing he’s ever held.

more on reth, while not as sadistic, i feel he’s still plenty controlling when he wants to be. the poor man has hardly any control in his day-to-day life and the fact you allow him an ounce of control? over your body of all things? yeah, that shit drives him mad (positive). gets a bit carried away and leaves marks on your body, hickeys, scratches, bruises, the like. but hey, at least it’s a pretty reminder of how much fun you had together. plus, if anyone sees they’ll know you belong to him. but he definitely teases you about it the following days by making sly comments and even running his fingers over the more sensitive marks.

so, in my polycule i envision moments where two will actively spoil the other. so for instance like when maddox and reth want to spoil jel and shower him in the love and affection he deserves, he gets all shy and blushy but relishes in the moment. he pays them back tenfold once they’re finished, but not that same night. maddox and reth make sure he’s completely worn out so he’ll finally get some damn sleep for once. reth is the same in that regard; he gets all shy and blushy but he enjoys being spoiled for once. not having to care about anything or anyone else and focus fully on himself and his pleasure. and the two know this and want to show him how loved he is. lowkey i imagine jel bringing him to tears, crying tears of pleasure and from overstimulation but that may be a personal thing of mine. 💀 and as for maddox? they both know exactly which buttons to push. i imagine them sort of egging each other along. i mentioned earlier i think jel has a sadistic side to him, well i think the same of reth albeit not nearly as prominent. like, the fact he teases and flirts so much could be for a number of reasons, but how lovely it would be if it were only to watch their reactions each time. with that said, maddox happens to be very reactive and discovering that fact in bed, like, awakens something inside of him to tease more, to push as much as maddox will allow him. and yes, he notices the way jel reacts to it too. it only makes him want to tease him for the fact as well 🥴 WHICH is why i drew him with that expression LMAO normally i would’ve imagined him with a much softer and kinder expression but i think he’s quick to lose himself in the throes of pleasure which causes him to act a bit selfish at times. but like i said, i see him as a service top so really his ‘selfish’ moments are him just spoiling maddie and jel and showering their bodies with so much love and attention.

i have so many more thoughts but this post is getting long and i’m getting embarrassed so i’ll stop there for now.
