I have a lot of random dr0 headcanons that there's no evidence for but also not enough information to adequately disprove. But I think one of my favorites is that the Madarais were, like, a weird hivemind made as a test run for the Kamukura project
The basic premise would be that originally, one brother really was Ultimate Bodyguard, while the others were all reserve course. The 8 of them were contacted by the steering committee, and asked if they wanted to participate in an experiment to turn them all into ultimates. They agree, and it works in that they do all became the Ultimate Bodyguard, but only because their minds start to merge/flow into each other. When the Madarais try to tell the steering committee about his, the response is basically just "Oh well, sorry. The important thing here is that you were able to artificially receive talent. We didn't have concrete proof of that being possible before, so thanks. Time to proceed with the Kamukura project 👍"
I feel like this would be a better explanation for their perfectly in sync personalities, and give them a stronger motivation for being so aggressive in the search for the Tragedy's culprit. (They can assume that if they don't act, the school will absolutely just ignore the issue. But they can also count on being given a similarly blind eye if they do try and get revenge). Plus it would add another layer to Matsuda's whole "scientists like me are horrible people who will ignore ethics and screw people over in the name of knowledge, god I hate us them" thing

Since you know Isshiki Madarai, I wanna have a romance request of him with Male S/O. S/O is well known Ultimate Journalist and boyfriend of Isshiki Madarai. If you don't mind of course.
S/O Personality: Kind, nice, caring and loving boyfriend. He give his bodyguard boyfriend comfort and fluff, like hugs and kisses. He even can somehow distinguish between his boyfriend and his Brothers.
Cute! I feel like it's been a while since we've gotten an S/O ask, but maybe that's just me lol
It was hard to get to know any of the Madarai brothers on their own, but S/O had gotten through Isshiki’s barriers. In fact, he was one of the only people who could tell the brothers apart.
The two of them kind of kept their relationship to themselves, since Isshiki had his whole synchronization thing with his brothers, but S/O is actually really okay with that.
Isshiki always reads S/O’s articles when they’re published, sometimes even before. He’s always proud of the hard work S/O puts in with every article, dedicated to the facts.
The two of them spend a little time together at least once a week to cuddle. It’s one of S/O’s favorite things, and Isshiki liked it as well, especially when S/O kissed his forehead or his cheek.
Even though their relationship isn’t public, there was no way Isshiki would ever let anything happen to S/O. He was a bodyguard for a reason; protecting people was what he was good at.

Here are my sprite edits of what I think Ryuji and Yusuke's moms might look like! Yusuke's mom, I named her Tsumugi, and Ryuji's mom I named Saeko! I put some more detailed descriptions about both of them under the cut!
Keep in mind that everything under the cut is mostly my headcanons and only vaguely makes sense to the actual p5 lore lol
Tsumugi Kitagawa:
In an AU where Tsumugi didn't die due to Madarame's negligence, I find myself liking the idea that the moment when Madarame refused to try and save her life was the moment when Tsumugi would decide to turn her life around for the sake of her son. Leaving Madarame's abusive hold on her and her son with nothing to her name besides the clothes on her back, Tsumugi and Yusuke found themselves at a women's shelter. It was there where she met Ryuji and Saeko for the first time, but only briefly.
Tsumugi eventually got herself on her feet, but times were still tough for the single mother and her son. They managed to find a small room together, but it certainly wasn't the best way to live.
After a few years of quiet living for Yusuke and Tsumugi, with no more willing pupils left at his atelier and with a sudden change of heart, Madarame confessed to the abuse and plagiarism that he committed. He released to the public that Tsumugi was the true painter of The Sayuri.
Almost instantly life changed for Tsumugi and Yusuke. Tsumugi was offered almost endless deals with TV companies, movie producers, and interviewers. Because of stress being bad for her epilepsy, Tsumugi turned down all of the offers that she was given besides one: the chance to teach at Kosei High. She settled with this, and because of her status as a teacher and Yusuke's great skill, he was offered a scholarship!
Saeko Sakura:
Saeko Sakura (maiden name Uryuu) is Ryuji's mother.
She was a young, dumb, punk teenager when she first met Ryuji's father, a member of one of her favorite bands. He was also a teenager.
Ryuji wasn't a planned pregnancy, and when Saeko found out that she was pregnant, she went and told Ryuji's father that he had to take responsibility. He begrudgingly married her and settled down with her, but he always resented her and Ryuji for it.
Following the Persona 5 canon, Ryuji's father was verbally and physically abusive to his wife and son. unlike in canon, instead of his father up and leaving, it was Saeko and Ryuji who left, finding themselves in a womens shelter for some time.
Saeko's carer as a nurse helped the two of them to find another place to live fairly quickly, though because of this, Saeko found herself working many bizarre hours.
Eventually, she ended up meeting Sojiro Sakura, a man who worked at Cafe Leblanc which she frequently visited. She instantly found a sort of attraction the man, but she was certain that he was married to a certain Wakaba Isshiki because the two of them had two children together.
She later came to find out that they were in a different sort of family arrangement and the two of them were more platonic than anything.
She found love and a new family in Sojiro Sakura and his children, and they lived happily ever after!

My mind is a bit scattered and it was the Easter weekend. So please forgive the lateness.
Anyway, I have a few head canons for Totomaru “Toto” Isshiki, which I somehow incorporated into a fan fic.
Toto is secretly a part of the Moriarty family. The altered scenes on the anime version of episode 6 for me are a significant clue that he might be the one who recommended to send the invite using Jumonji as a dummy, without the latter knowing it. Also, during the last episode of the observatory arc, the anime writers, significantly added the scenes where a policeman actively searched for Toto but found Winter’s disguise instead.
Him working at the Japanese Metropolitan Police was thanks to his influential grandparents
Toto belies his good breeding when he suddenly bursts into cursing in a difficult situation, notably when it comes to Ron. A tirade of shit, fuck, ass, bastard, damn, etc. comes out from his mouth. Lots of unsavoury words his grandma, an old woman having a samurai ancestry, would be embarrassed about.
As far as he knows his parents died in a strange accident.
He dreamt of having an onsen of his own.
Though Ron and him seem to have a mutual understanding, he still sweats when someone implies that they are in a relationship.
Every Christmas he makes sure to do the three-shrine tour.
These are a few. I’d like to go back to this when I remember some things.

Why did Kaguya go bad?
Kaguya is an odd case. On the one hand, she did a lot of harm to the world of ninja. Yet her goals and initial motives were entirely benevolent. Perhaps the most moral member of her clan, she wanted an end to the bloodshed she had the misfortune to arrive in and while she didn't permanently defeat Isshiki, she did force him to retreat for an extended period of time. Inadvertently giving mankind a chance to prepare themselves for the invasion of her clan.
Yet she was also the creator of Black Zetsu and was the final villain of Shippuden. So she's hardly a saint. The question remains: how did we go from a loving mother who wanted what's best for Earth, to one of its greatest threats?
To start, there is of course the obvious culprit:
This is cited as the primary reason in the manga for why Kaguya went "insane". While it was implied in the manga, Hagoromo said that it was considered a sin to eat the Divine Fruit. Not to mention there is an overall theme of accumulating so much power that it risks one sanity. Such is the cause with Danzo who tried to graft all of the Uchiha's Sharingans on his arm, Orochimaru and Kabuto's to perfect their bodies and become stronger via genetic manipulation, and so on.
While this is certainly possible to let the power go to your head and warp your perception, it's also...fairly simplistic by Naruto standards. All the above characters mentioned had some reason for going to those lengths to acquire power (Danzo wanted to protect the village in his own twisted way, Orochimaru had a terminal illness, and Kabuto was on the bottom rung of society). Kaguya doesn't have that, and comes off as...a little flat as a result. Granted this is part and due to the writing which didn't really set her up all too well. So the manga doesn't give us a whole lot to work with.
Due to that, I'm gonna be using the details given both by her filler arc and Boruto so...take them with a grain of salt (mainly due to the former's canonicity and the latter's overall quality). And we're venturing into the realm of headcanon so again, feel free to disagree because this isn't necessarily official.
We know that Kaguya herself is a member of the Otsutsuki Clan, a rather violent people that has a track record of wiping out entire planets in order to become godlike beings by feeding on Divine Fruits. Now Kaguya is unique in that she's the only one who disagrees with their violent ways, to the point of betraying Isshiki and derailing their plans for Earth.
Now, here's where things get interesting. While Kaguya certainly wants to turn over a new leaf and maintain an era of peace...she's coming at this from the wrong perspective.
Remember, Kaguya comes from a warlike clan where the acquisition of power and lording it over others is intrinsic to its structure. Again, Kaguya's intentions are noble, and she did bring about an era of peace. This is undeniable.
Unfortunately, she also did it via how the Otsutsuki clan would've done it. While she certainly didn't set out to exterminate mankind like her clan members, the philosophy of her clan is right there in how she obtained power in the first place. Realistically, it's pretty hard to break out of a mindset you've been raised in all your life. You really need to unlearn that belief in order to break free of the clan.
And nothing about Kaguya's time amongst the humans really did much to unlearn that mindset. Sure, Kaguya was able to form genuine comradery with Aino and cared about humanity to try and safeguard them from the rest of her clan. But she arrived during an era of war where the Land of Ancestors was under threat by the expansionist Land of That. And diplomacy during that time was usually rife with subterfuge and violence right before even war broke out.
There's nothing during her time that would've convinced her that humans were deserving of chakra. To be protected? Certainly. There's no doubt innocents like Aino existed. But the only way Kaguya was able to stop the fighting was by taking control by force, which further reinforced the mindset that man needed to be ruled over via a powerful individual rather than being able to govern themselves.
It's this belief that being powerful makes her worthy of leading mankind is not too dissimilar to the Otsutsuki belief of dominating lesser races. And this extends to how she ruled.
Kaguya ruled by subjugating the populace through her power, rather than through empathy or working with mankind. Again, this is adherent to the Otsutsuki doctrine. Whether Kaguya realized it or not, she's still guilty of perpetuating the "might makes right" mindset her clan believes in.
That being said, I doubt she consciously knew exactly what she was doing. Again, a mindset like this is difficult to break out of. Especially when it was reinforced by...
...yeah.
I think another part of what drove Kaguya to go that far was because she was that traumatized by Aino's death and just how brutal mankind could be. And mind you, this wasn't something she brushed off in the episode proper. She was nearly brought to tears by Aino's sacrifice.
Suddenly trying to rule over humanity through power makes sense if your only experience with them was during a bloody period of warfare. The lesser of two evils so to say.
There's just one problem: Kaguya was never able to properly deal with her trauma.
She was the only Otsutsuki on the planet. Chances are she didn't feel comfortable talking with the humans because of what happened, and her sons didn't have any context cause they grew up in an era of peace. So that trauma and distrust of humanity are never addressed and are allowed to fester and distort inside her spirit.
Suddenly a distrust of humanity mutates into paranoia. And once she finds out that the same humans that waged a bloody war and slaughtered their own may have gotten their hands on chakra...things won't end well.
Sadly, this segues into our final bit on why I feel Kaguya turned bad...she may have believed that she was the only one that could save mankind from her clan.
Think about it: Kaguya believed she was the only one who could wield chakra. The only one who could hold this world together from descending into barbarism. It's that arrogance inherent in the Otsutsuki doctrine combined with the trauma of what she went through and the amount of power at her disposal. Especially since she's the only one who dealt with Isshiki and she was the only one who made the plan to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi to get enough power to deal with Momoshiki and Kinshiki when they arrived.
And it gets easy to do some pretty horrendous things if you feel you're the only one in a position to do something about it. Especially if you feel you need to get even more powerful to stand a chance.
And because she wasn't able to properly deal with her trauma, Kaguya may have felt that she alone needs to do this so nobody else would get hurt. That no one she cared about would have to get needlessly butchered. And she did have somebody to care about. Two in fact.
Hagoromo and Hamura would've been able to even the scales against the clan, and giving humans chakra may have given Kaguya more allies so she wouldn't have to fight alone. But Kaguya was already traumatized by the loss of Aino, so chances were she couldn't bear to lose her sons, let alone trust mankind with chakra. And since she had the belief that power alone gave her the right to rule and determine how to lead, it seemed unlikely she'd explain to her sons her issues. Possibly to spare them the truth about what was coming so they wouldn't follow her into battle.
In her mind, she didn't have to explain herself. She was the strongest, she could handle things herself. Sadly, that caused a rift between herself and her sons until...
Her inability to unlearn the Otsutsuki mindset, her trauma that was not properly dealt with, her issues with humanity that were never addressed, and having so much power in her hands is what lead Kaguya down the path of darkness. I do genuinely believe that Kaguya had every intention of doing good. Perhaps in the right conditions, she may have turned out better.
Sadly, this wasn't the case. Kaguya's flaw was that she tried so hard to be a goddess, that she also forgot that she was human like the rest of us. And like humans, she too could fall.

Isshiki Ōtsutsuki — Modern AU.
so it's basically headcanons of Isshiki's identity in a Modern AU : that includes his identity, his job, his skills, and all that.
mention of kidnapping, threats, violence, manipulation, narcissism, egocentrism, torture, sociopathy, selfish and arrogant personality, and murder.
i don't think there's manga spoilers, i'll check it when i'll be done.
oh and, btw, i'm tired asf so it might not be good lol.
So. First of all, Isshiki keep his full name, although it's somehow private for the public. He'll probably go by an another name if he's speaking about his job, or job-related discussions.
I think he'll be either Russian or German. He inspires me both vibes so yeah. He'd be more Russian tho.
And as a Russian, this man loves alcohol. Especially Vodka, he literally has an affinity with it. Alcohol is like water for him.
He'd work as a scientist. The reason ? Simple ; He wants to find a cure for cancer, so everyone would acclam his name and think of him as a prodigy. Yes, he loves fame.
But there's also an another reason : Isshiki wants to become immortal. The idea of living as a simple mortal who haven't achieved something huge in his life would be a shame for him.
He doesn't work alone, to my surprise. He'll probably recruit scientists that would obey him, and his favourite of them all is his work buddy, but also his right-hand man : Amado Sanzu. With Amado and his genius intelligence, they'll be successful in no time.
His workers would also exclusively work on what Isshiki wants. He's a leader, yeah, but also an egoist. A true egoist. He wants to be what would come the closest to a God. He wants to be a God among humans. That everyone is at his feet, worshipping him. He wants success, he wants money, he wants drugs, he wants alcohol, he wants a bad and dangerous but amusing life. He only thinks of himself. He's a true narcissist, yeah.

No. I know i repeat myself, but that's just not enough. I would repeat it a million times if needed.
We'll get back to his work. So, he recruited a dozens of scientists which he's the leader. First, Amado. And then follows Code, Eida, Daemon, Delta, and Kashin Koji, and each of them have their own roles :
Amado helps Isshiki in his experiments. He's a genius by nature, and studied science, chemistry and physics all his life. It was like his passion, so he couldn't be happier than working in a science-based job. And he's occupying the post that he always wanted : Being the one making experiments, alone or with someone.
Code is in charge of making plans along with Isshiki and sending the members to the mission. Because of his analytical skills and his planning intelligence, he's crucial to the group. He's a bit considered like the carefree and childish member, but everyone respects him. Except Daemon and Delta. While he's getting on Delta's nerves, Daemon despises him for... We don't know. Mystery.
Eida, being a natural beauty, is charged to seduce people, men or women, in order to extort informations. Her role is to use seduction and her amazing beauty to manipulate everyone into thinking she actually care about them, all that for betraying them at the very end
Delta and Daemon are promised to threats and physical violence, just in order someone would resist seduction or anything else that's on purpose to make the person comfortable enough that she/he/they willingly say everything. They'll even have the honor to take someone in hostage for the person to give them important documents. They're also, rarely though, in charge when it concerns to kidnap someone. Their physical prowess makes them the perfect persons for that. These persons would sometime serve as subjects or sacrifices for Isshiki's experiences. In brief, everything that requires fight or physical strenght is for Delta and Daemon. They're often partner for a mission.
And finally, Kashin Koji. Mysterious, cunning, charismatic and calm as he is, he's perfect for spying or acting as a double agent. His calm attitude and charming voice have the power to put everyone in confidence, so it's relatively easy for him to infiltrate associations or just spying on them. When he's in possession of all the information he need, he'll quickly go back to their QG and summarizing everyone to Isshiki himself. He's also the perfect man when his leader needs proofs, such as writed contracts, recording a conversation or photo evidences.
That said, i think Isshiki also gives private lessons to teenagers or childs. He's particularly asked for Mathematics, Physics, Science and Chemistry, naturally being a genius in these subjects. And because he's a good private teacher, he has the reputation of a well-explainer and kind teacher. Of course, he doesn't give private lessons because he want to, but because that'd increase his influence and makes him free money.
Speaking of influence, he's quite influent in business too. He collaborates with lots of doctors in different countries, giving them clues and hint about cancer's treatment, because it's mostly what doctors search nowadays. For the same motivation as his private lessons, yes.
I like to think he's polyglot. He fluently speaks lots of languages, such as English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese.

she's the Queen Bee of the first-years. Beauty, brains, and talent, she's got them all. plus that pedigree? she's the perfect package
there's no inferiority complex at all—she wants others to try their best and is insulted if anyone else says otherwise. she put a 110% in—y'all better do so too
she always practices with her hair in a bun. using Lightning constantly causes even the slightest brush of her hair to be perceived like needles. only in competitions will it be in a ponytail.
she's so supportive. like most people think it's Touko, but this is the girl who is unconditionally supportive of no matter what choice anyone makes. quit? fine, that's your choice and I will be by you
she names every one of her foils. Shiori noticed that after practice one day, and to this day kept it as a secret
Shiori Kanou
she's quiet with strangers, and she's quiet with friends. but her friends always knows that she's listening. the quiet hums and nods easily proving that she's following their conversations
she's actually second-ranked in theory (after Cardinal George), but loses in magic skills cause the other students are just OP in that sense. she's actually even more analytical than George
perfect posture. even after a full day of exams and such—there's just a sense of decorum.
her skill lies in the immediate detection of her opponent's attacks and abilities and the quick integration of a counterattack. she would make a rather good lieutenant on the field than a tactician.
she's the silent extrovert. she likes being around people b/c being alone means she's left alone with her analytical brain and that gets to be too much. it makes a great pairing with Touko, who'd rather die than be alone.
Touko Tsukushiin
confidence personified. people like her b/c they're similarly uplifted with her, but what others aren't as aware of is how vicious she can get. if you cross her or her friends, maybe you should immigrate to another country to get away from her
she's acc really clumsy on land. it's not odd to see her trip over something nonexistent. it's most likely the reason why she's so graceful in the water.
b/c of her skill with water spirits, Touko is so empathetic. it's the main reason why she got along with Shiori so easily b/c she understood everything despite w/o Shiori having to express it verbally
she's not a planner, so her strength lies in the ability to change it up in the middle. she's gotten quite good at balancing her impulsivity, but it shows up during class.

Yomi and Juurou (UuultraC): Juurou has a Yomi kink but lbr size kink, monster fucking kink, etc. He wants giant kaiju Yomi to rip him limb from limb it's all he wants and Yomi wont do it from him because "that kills people". Yomi is just fairly kinkless 😔
Isshiki and Shirou (UuultraC): Pray for Isshiki as he deals with Shirou's pregnancy risk kink. I'm sorry, that man is not being normal about it, he is not letting it leave his mind. Also think he probably has a thing for Isshiki's scars post game. Know what, I think Shirou is pent up enough we're at risk of him being a little too into the thought of Isshiki eating him especially with the epilogue story. God, pray for Isshiki realising his husband is so horny all the time. Isshiki chill in comparison like y'know, car sex, semi-public, that sort of thing. Likes to have his make up done. I think he should lift Shirou up and fold him and fuck him like that-
Taxian-Jun and Chu Wanning (2ha): TXJ has an omegaverse kink. Like if he ever learned what omegaverse was he'd be like "wow it's my full kink list". Then again it's probably missing a good amount of blood and hate sex. He's just one of those guys. I think Mo Ran is less on the blood and hate sex but damn it was doing it for TXJ. He was also really into the sex pollen, need to be careful he doesn't just go for that all the time. I don't know about CWN yet, other than I've heard he's joining Shirou in the repressed virgin to kinkiest fucker. I think he was into whatever TXJ offered.
Koike and Izuru (Caligula): Calmer side of this. Koike has a praise kink. He needs praise and compliments constantly and also is really into being a pillow princess but has to be tsun about it. Like he's the elder here so he can't just give in like that but Izuru literally doesn't care to judge. Izuru likes when Koike touches his scars cause it reminds him they're there even when he can't see them.
Xue Yang and Xiao Xingchen (mdzs): XY history of BDSM and blood play and knife play and so much stuff in that realm. He'd love for Daozhang to tie him up and torture him, but all he gets is XXC tying him up and sitting there, letting him struggle and doing nothing. Luckily that also ends up doing it for him. XXC can be so soft and adoring though. Nuzzling him and telling him how good he is and breaking him down with kindness while XY is tied up and can't do anything to stop him. Also like XY could blow him and he'd just relax completely, lazy petting XY's hair. But also they can switch roles and XXC can relax in losing control and letting someone else take the lead for once, not having to feel like he holds everything together. Even if it involves a knife running up his chest, long as it's only tickling and he can bury his face in XY.

General Isshiki Dating Headcanons

Dating Isshiki is really fun! If a bit odd at times.
He’ll often make personalized boxed lunches for his s/o.
He’ll help out with chores around the Polar Star Dormitory.
However, his s/o will also have to deal with his more strange behavior.
Like suddenly seeing him in the ceiling or him barely wearing any clothes.
Isshiki gives really good hugs! They’re soft, warm, and overall just feel safe and secure.
He can be a bit of a tease too. Like, he’ll kiss his s/o out of nowhere and just smile at their reaction.
He’ll also tickle his s/o during cuddle sessions. Both on purpose and by accident (usually on purpose).
