i wish i could take the time to parse through my taylor swift is/isn't a gay icon thoughts on here but i fear people on this website don't know how to behave

#like she isn't a gay icon. but she is a lesbian icon? but like in different ways than gay icons have historically been gay icons #basically what i'm trying to say is that her status as a lesbian icon has literally nothing to do with her interactions with the lesbian #community. like i don't feel particularly revered or nurtured by her in the way someone like gaga has taken the time to #actually sit with and deliberately cater to gay culture for example #like it's different.#and almost entirely fandom-led #whether taylor is actually queer is also irrelevant to this #am i making any sense?#like okay i think you could argue she did a little bit of it in 2019 but we all know how that felt/came across #she's better at being a gay icon when she's explicitly not including the queer community in her work or acknowledging them in any way #because it's literally not of her own volition #and i'm honestly not convinced it's an aspect of her art or fanbase she considers #sometimes it feels like it actively makes her uncomfortable #and yet she really has become entrenched in modern day lesbian pop culture iconography in these last few years #anyway this isn't me Saying Anything. i'm just thinking about it #vi is typing...

I have to imagine something to this effect has been asked before, but how’d u come up w the name Smunker?

i dont like giving fursonas names because it took me forever to pick my nickname Cheye as a name for myself bc nothing else fit, I don't often like any other names for myself. And refering to a sona as self would be embarrassing considering I self ship with ocs.

So my sonas all have funny names like Skunker, Quacker, or no names at all, etc.

"Stan favors Mabel and Ford Dipper" WRONG!!!

#We see them interact less due to their personalities.#Mabel is attracted to Stan much quicker #due to her nature of getting on other's good sides and wanting to be friends #as well as outgoing.#While Dipper was still unsure about his feelings of this for all intents and purposes stranger #Mabel would have squeezed her way into his life already. Dipper is not good with people #and insecure #so he takes Stan's jabs seriously just like he does with Mabel. Mabel and Stan have a love language #that include a few insults that have no real feelings in it.#He wouldn't catch on and participate or (depending on when) tell him straight up he doesn't like it.#Dipper is in it for the mysteries and locks himself up while focusing on it. It's on his mind the entire show.#Ford wasn't meant to talk to the kids. He was even avoiding Dipper until an accident happened and he got caught up in the game of ddmd.#Not to mention that the episodes almost always contribute to the story #even filler ones. They may not progress the plot but they will reveal sides of characters or show them growing or changing.#Ford was in it so little that they needed to squeeze the most out of the time which led to little Mabel and him filler.#He didn't have any problems with Mabel unlike how Dipper had some problems with Stan so that wasn't an issue to address #they love each other ur honor #gravity falls #my ramblings
