Sometimes I get curious about the alpha troll session, how much we don't know about and can only speculate on. I really enjoy the interpretations people come up with, the multitude of possibilities there are.
I'm especially interested in the events already talked about, I want to know exactly what happened and what caused them. There's so much left in the dark about Mituna's accident, how much of it was an accident, how much was planned.
With the ties Kurloz and Damara have to Lord English's arrival, I'm sure there was a lot of planning that went through to the other sessions.
But an Heir of Doom would've been too dangerous for their plans, able to snuff out the preparations and prepare everyone for battle before they even knew of English's existence.
He had to be stopped before that, it wasn't worth the risk.
So I wonder if Kurloz had anything to do with the actual accident, or he really was just a bystander happening to witness that fated moment.
Who knows if there really was any danger, if Mituna's incident really was something heroic that saved the others.
Or if Mituna played right into the tricks, and Kurloz only created a threat to make him and the others feel better. To give reason to his accident.
I do think he would still feel guilt about what he did, but it had to be done regardless. It's the same with Meulin, Kurloz didn't mean to cause this much damage, nor was it part of the plan. He's shrouded in mystery to the point that no one knows how he really feels, his actions don't align with his grief. It must be frustrating to know all the harm you caused to those closest to you was all in vain, that with the loss of everything you worked so hard for, you really are just a bad person at the end of the day.
ima be honest the whole concept that new canon things were added because they were inspired by fan content is deeply uncomfortable to me. it muddles who these characters are and the intentions of the writers and actors behind them all the way back to EA. they’re just gonna slowly become the fan interpretations aren’t they? who were they originally? does it matter to larian? does it matter to fans?
Toji, Nanami, & Sukuna with an s/o who is obsessed with their arms like biceps and veins 😊😊 sfw plz!!!!!!
Armed with Affection!
JJK men with an arm-obsessed s/o
content: gn reader x jjk men; fluffy and sfw, just as the anon ordered!
a/n: something nice and easy for me to write, to wind down after a stressful day!
Toji Fushiguro who can't help but smirk when he catches you admiring his arms. He gets it, the ladies love a man who looks like he can bench press twice his weight. And he can, easily. Do you want a demonstration?
He ends up wearing a lot of short-sleeved tops, so that you can cop a feel whenever you want. If you decide to go to the gym with him, it's suddenly Arm Day on his schedule, and you get a front row seat to his biceps and veins. He'll incorporate you into his workout as well, complaining that the weights are boring, and promptly lifting you up into his arms. "Hardly weigh a thing, doll," he'll tighten his grip on you so you can feel his muscles tense, grinning at your giggle. "So? How many sets should I keep you in my arms for?"
Nanami Kento who either does not understand the fixation with his arms, or simply does not care. Being physically adept comes with the territory as a jujutsu sorcerer, a consequence of his job. It's nothing more than maintenance.
That being said, his priority is always to please you. He always rolls up his sleeves when he comes home from work, but now he makes sure to do it when you're around to watch. You want photos of his arms? He obliges, no questions asked, and even makes sure the lighting is nice so you can catch all the details. If you come up to him while he's doing something else, he'll silently offer you his hand to fiddle with. Why else would he have two of them, if not to hold yours whenever you want?
Ryomen Sukuna who is completely smug when you reveal that you like his arms. Of course you do. And what's better than two arms? Four. Once again, he proves himself to be better than everyone else in the physique department.
He won't go out of his way to do manual labour, just so you can watch his arms in action—chores are for servants and grunts. However, he will oblige you by allowing you to sit in his lap, all four of his arms wrapped around you. He watches in mild amusement as you trace the markings on his skin, flexing his muscles so they tighten around you, a reminder that you are his. He supposes that it is rather appealing, seeing you completely engulfed in his embrace. Perhaps he will entertain this fixation of yours more often.
DUSTIN N WILLS FRIENDSHIP IS SOO UNDERRATED!!!!!!!!!!
like they race each other home!!! He bought the comic to the hospital for Will!!!! Dustin would've 100% played DnD if he was with the party then!!! In season 4 he's like one of the only characters in Hawkins to MENTION Will and it's to say how they need him!!!!!
Everyone in the party is super close ofc but I feel like I see so little about Will and Dustin which is silly because they could have such a cool dynamic if we explore it further, I need them being ABSOLUTE MENACES NEXT SEASON.
The phrase "I'm here" means sm more when you think about their childhood
They have a fear of abandonment, or at least Taylor does (since she's the one they say "Im here" to) because of their parents being absent throughout their childhood
listen I’m not saying my eyes fill with tears whenever I remember that that silly little scene where Max is showing off her skateboard skills and Mike smiles at her for the first time ended up being a part of Max’s ‘maybe I wanna be alive after all’ montage okay?
for the longest time soap went editing his own videos because he didn’t trust anyone else—but then as his following grows, some of the work becomes overwhelming, and he’s forced to hire someone to help lighten the load a bit
the only application that stands out to him is ghost’s. his editing style is unique while also adhering to a style soap had developed for himself, he’s professional, and something about him has soap thinking that he could trust ghost wholeheartedly with such an important part of his videos
and apparently he’s right to—his fans clock the change immediately when ghost’s name is put in the description, commenting on how well done it is, noting all the little quirks ghosts had ventured out to add without knowing whether or not it’d be something soap would like, or knowing if it’d work with his audience
it doesn’t take long for them to reach that point of the classic ‘referring to the editor as an in-video bit’ part of their working relationship, and the fans eat it right up. though ghost’s cameos are sparse, they’re always perfectly timed, and people start to beg for more appearances because ghost and soap seem like the perfect balance for one another
and is it a surprise, maybe a year or so down the line when soap introduces a guest to his video and it turns out to be ghost? no, not at all
Honest to god Titans Tower is probably the funniest thing that's ever happened in comics to me? Like, there's so much to unpack here it's insane?? The tear-away stripper Red Hood costume? The knock-off Robin costume with the stupid ass yellow tights that somehow looks worse than if Jason just rocked the bare thighs? The way Jason is drawn like he is fully 35 with two stepkids and a mortgage? Jason inventing fanfiction about Tim and Bruce's relationship in his head because he refuses to believe Tim actually stalked his way into being Robin?? Trying to mimic his crowbar death by beating Tim with his own staff but I as a reader am entirely unable to take it seriously because of those stupid fucking tights-
And then you get to Tim's side of things and he says like, all of 5 things the entire time and three of them are a coded 'fuck you'. He has absolutely no time or respect for Jason's pity party and it's actually hysterical because Jason cannot stop yapping. Meanwhile, Tim is like, definitely losing the fight which makes it funnier??
Then the ending?? Jason scrawling "Jason Todd was here" on the wall in blood (or red paint meant to look like blood, up in the air) and signing it with a handprint like he's a middle schooler who just discovered Creepypasta???? Ripping the 'R' off Tim's costume when he's literally already unconscious?? Zipping away from the scene thinking "damn I actually like that kid, wish I had friends tbh"??
