"Whether it's humans or Bugnarak... No matter how many times I tell you to stop fighting, it never changes. If you won't understand my words, then I'll have to teach you, physically. With a tale of terror that will haunt you forever!"
Idk if you’re still doing Jack and Maryse concepts but maybe one where she’s insecure about a song or a certain lyric and goes to Jack for advice 💕
series masterlist
Maryse sat at her piano, her fingers dancing over the keys, one particular lyric in her latest song kept haunting her thoughts, leaving her feeling insecure and uncertain.
With a sigh, she set aside her notebook and made her way to where Jack was lounging on the couch, lost in thought. Sitting beside him, she hesitated for a moment before finally speaking up.
“Hey, babe,” Maryse began tentatively, her voice laced with uncertainty. “I need your advice on something.”
Jack immediately sat up, concern evident in his eyes as he took in her troubled expression. “Of course, what’s on your mind?” he asked, his voice gentle.
“It’s about this lyric in my song,” Maryse admitted, her words tumbling out in a rush. “I just can’t shake the feeling that it’s not quite right, but I’m not sure how to fix it.”
Jack listened attentively as Maryse explained her dilemma, nodding as she shared her concerns. He reached for her notebook, flipping through the pages until he found the lyric.
He looked up at her with a reassuring smile. “You know, I think you’re onto something,” he said, his tone encouraging. “But I also think you’re being too hard on yourself. Your lyrics are always amazing.”
Maryse’s shoulders relaxed slightly at his words, a flicker of hope lighting up her eyes. “You really think so?” she asked, searching his face for reassurance.
“Absolutely,” he replied without hesitation. “But hey, if you want a second opinion, why don’t we brainstorm together? I’m sure we can come up with something even better”
Maryse leaned in to press a grateful kiss to his cheek. Grateful that she had Jack there to help her.
