I saw this one blogger blog that they’re going to do a 5 days fast then have two days where they eat but only 600 cals/day so only 1200 in total- kinda want to do this but it looks like I have no discipline (the holidays ruined it.) Sooooo, even though I doubt barley anyone cares. Last night I kind of binged??? but from mental calculations i didnt go 1000 or over so I know I won’t gain anything. But I was upset with myself because the binge wasn’t even huge I just ate dinner and ate two snacks after that, but I had perfectly went all day without eating until my mom started pressuring me to eat at least a little. And I think we can all collectively agree that eating after basically not eating for two days can trigger you. Good thing is I didn’t go crazy crazy, so I know I just have to do better today (I’m trying to stay positive otherwise it can cause me to feel the urge to binge lol)

• rockstar energy blueberry, pomegranate, acai flavor (135kval)
• go active protein drink (ogólnie jest 151kval, ale ja wypilam 6 łyków i jest o łyk więcej niż połowa, 151:2 to 75,5 więc uznajmy że to co wypiłam miało z 65kval)
• 3 małe widelce spaghetti (policzmy z kolejne 65kval)
Całość: 665kval
Wyszło trochę ponad limit więc jestem trochę zawiedziona, a zakładając że nie byłam pewna co do napoju proteinowego i kanapki to może być nawet mniej, plus spaliłam 246.7kval więc jest duże prawdopodobieństwo że nie przekroczyłam limitu. Cieszę się jednak, że nie pokusiłam się na te laysy (itak się źle z tym czuję)>:3
