he opens it expecting a diary or just a bunch of notes only to come face to face with a bunch of pictures of him

he’ll raise an eyebrow and keep looking until he finds a very beautiful and realistic drawing of him sleeping with Vic and he looses his shit

he’ll run to you and pull you back into the room to cuddle and tell you how much he loves you no he’s definitely not crying

you don’t get what’s happening until he tells you he saw your drawing and you will turn slightly pink but honestly you just can’t be mad

ok so we all know that when he finds this notebook he’ll be stone-faced

once he’s in his room oh boy

at first it’s just a hint of a smile, but it gets bigger and bigger until he’s smiling like a dork as he inspects your drawings

he’ll never admit it but the fact that you drew him really warmed his icy heart

he even finds one where he’s by a Christmas tree smiling and a little note next to it saying “I’ll make him smile like this one day”

he closes the book and puts on his stone face again and leaves his room

yup now he has that notebook with him on the piano and only let’s you get it back if you want to doddle in it some more

Theo came in to complain that there wasn’t enough syrup on his pancake and you flashed him a death glare and told him to get some from the cupboard

as he grumbles to himself h notices your sketchbook on the counter

and he proceeds to open it and go through it

he sees a bunch of pretty decent drawings of him and he’s surprised

he’ll act all tough but he’s really happy

“ Oi, Hondjie! What is this?” he shows you your most recent sketch. The one where he’s walking King with a faint smile on his lips.

“ Put that down! You where not supposed to see that! There not good just put it down”

he’ll sigh and pull you into a hug

Guess who saw IT chapter 2 in theaters last night???

Omg it was an amazing movie like I loved it so much I could watch it again. It was scary and hilarious and to me the cinematography was great

My butt hurt after cuz I did not want to miss anything and in scary parts I would cuddle with my jacket but never take my eyes off of it

Anywho I am adding this as a new fandom I will write so requests r open now for IT chapter 1 and IT chapter 2!!!👏 and for stranger things, Spider-Man homecoming and far from home, Gabriel Reyes / reaper, and 13 reasons why all seasons and season 3

So I’m crying and dying on the inside rn because Eddie is dead and Stanley died like I wanted my losers to be together and like Eddie was strong in the end he faced his fear and that shows what a strong and building character he was.

I have a Pomeranian so I will never be the same after that not scary scary and very scary door scene with Eddie and Richie

I luv Richie so much cuz he’s so funny and just doesn’t even care lol

The scene w Beverly and that old lady scared me sm

Also the scene in the beginning with the two gay guys and penny wise eats the guys like chest like bro I was eating my candy in that scene

My fav scene and what I loved the cinematography was when Beverly was getting bullied in the bathroom and then a whole wash of blood enters and Ben is getting buried alive alone which is his fear so they’re both screaming out for each other and like the scene where she kicks open the door and sticks her bloody hand out to Ben for him to take to me like that could of been a cover for a movie game or book it was that cool looking

I actually like stories and books that don’t end in happiness cuz it’s real life... what bill said

I honestly felt high watching the Native American sacrificing scene, did not get it at all until mike explained it

One of the most scariest scenes to me was when that cute adorable precious little girl went down under the bleachers to find pennywise and she is scared by him I would be too child. But he guilt trips her and the crying he does and the way he acts to me is so scary idk why! Anywho then he likes eats her which to me was scary and sad cuz she was so sweet to him like f u clown!

And the other kid dying at the carnival like I got stranger things vibes from the carnival

I loved it when Richie and Eddie are next to each other and big pennywise is trying to kill the others and Richie asks Eddie u think he can see us? Like I cracked up so hard

I also liked the chase scene like the blue light and how it felt like the characters were running on something spinning but it was they were running at an angle

I ships ben and Beverly so hard and I loved that they kissed

Fortune cookie scene was wack but like awesome wack and that only they can see it so the waitress walks in while mike is literally smashing the table with a chair for no reason

Leprosy dude throwing up in eddies mouth lol I cannot the song and just

I kinda laughed when pennywise got small I’m sorry he just looked like a pancake

Stanley I luv u bby so much and I luv that u brought shower caps for the club house he is just so sweet

My sis just told me to put down that she fell in luv w Ben cuz he yes is delicious but she loved him so much even as a kid like she wanted him to be happy and have friends we just love Ben

My fav characters tho I can’t rlly choose r Richie and Eddie like I luv them so much I choose more Eddie in the first movie and then Richie in this movie but both r special

Pharmacist dude was touching himself and then touching my precious Eddie like dude get ur hands off my man

Love it when they all hugged Richie after eddies death and they held onto him like how friends do

Love it when men say they love u to other men and like as a friend it’s hard for them to do it but I liked it when mike said he loved him to bill and bill said he loved mike too

Didn’t rlly understand tho the bully zombie dude in the car like is he dead did they kill him what’s up w him like that part was pretty strange

hhh ok this is super late i’m so sorry so this is going to be a few initial thoughts that i /did/ note down but then mostly how i feel about the songs after ~a week i guess (also some of this is probably similar to stuff you said sorryyy, it just took me f o r e v e r to put my thoughts somewhere other than a computer file oops)

going to skip the songs from persona but wow am i mad they sacrificed mikrokosmos and home for make it right :/

anyway!! thoughts on the songs below the cut!!

interlude: shadow - sigh i do this every time but i wish i’d noted down some thoughts on this (& black swan and ego) when they first came out because now i don’t know what to say rip, i love the instumentals at the start of this wow and then yoongi’s voice !!!! the lyrics on this are just a lot emotionally gosh, and it’s a lot of stuff that we’d heard yoongi talk about before, i’m thinking especially of his poem in that run episode, but it still hits hard. G O D and then when the beat gets heavier (is that the right word) and his flow completely changes - i remember just staring at the screen when the mv came out oh my life

black swan - i really liked this when it came out, it was so different and hauntingly beautiful. i didn’t have the same instant love for it as i did for boy with luv but i really love it now, i think seeing that first stage of it on james corden really helped tbh because WOW. hobi’s verse into yoongi’s is such a GOOD part of this song i love it. you can tell how personal the lyrics are to them but at the same time it’s so relatable ;;;; i think that can apply to lyrics in a lot of their songs tbh and it’s one of the things i really love about them, that their music can be an outlet for their own thoughts/experiences/feelings while also calling out to the fans and /their/ thoughts/experiences/feelings

filter - killed me from the first listen oml, my mind immediately trying to imagine what kind of choreo this could have hahahh it’s fine. i adore the warm comfort of serendipity and promise but i also LOVE how different this is. jimin’s voice is just beautiful and he sounds gorgeous in his higher range but OH MY GOD those moments when his voice just goes so much deeper - the ‘yeah’ at ~2:09 Gand the 'ay’ near the end GOODBYE

my time - again so different from jk’s previous solo stuff, i love the way they’re exploring different sounds on this album. his vocals sound so beautiful on this track. i love the change in lyrics in the final chorus from 'i can’t’ to 'will you’, the song is so emotional the whole way though but i like that shift into a more hopeful/optimistic view ;;; and ahhh the vocalising at the end YES JK

louder than b/mbs - AHHH we really got a bts/troye sivan collab i’m so happy about this and oml the track is beautiful not that i’d expect anything less from that combo wow. i really love the way the vocal lines voices sound in this song and their high notes YES. namjoon’s voice in this oh my G O D and yoongi’s verse is amazing omg. i love when the rap lines parts all follow on from each other because it really lets you see how different they are but also how damn well they work together. this was probably one of the songs that i liked most on first listen and i still really love it CHILLS

ON - ahhh i hadn’t listened to the teaser for this beforehand so i really had no idea what to expect when i started the mv but wow this goes OFF, it’s got such a powerful performance value i really cannot WAIT to see what they do with this for tour oml. the drums!!! HOBI’S VERSE YES i love it ahhh and yoongi repeating the last line of hobi’s verse at the start of his SO GOOD. and not to sound like literally everyone but JK’S BRIDGE oh my god OMG?? he really did that he sounds incredible. an amazing title track oml

ugh! - *confession time* (why do i always do this for one track every album istg) i really wasn’t sure about this one for a looong time…. i’m not really sure why tbh because the beat is great, their flows are great and i could already sense the amazing energy it would have live from the first listen but for some reason i just wasn’t feeling it. it’s grown on me a hell of lot since, not one of my faves from the album but i definitely like it a lot more now. namjoon’s verse and the start of hobi’s are probably my favourite parts. GAH the bit at the end really goes off!!!

zero o'clock - ohh this is beautiful, vocal line tracks are always gorgeous ;;;; also i am very glad that i didn’t do a listen with lyrics until a few days after it dropped, it made me sob anyway when i did but oml if i’d looked up the lyrics on release day when i still felt /awful/ after my terrible week i can’t even imagine how i’d have felt…. 'and you gonna be happy’ artists for healing indeed ;;;

inner child - the instrumentals are so beautiful and tae’s voice is so beautiful and the lyrics are so beautiful and ahhh gosh i love this and him a lot ;;;; another one that made me cry when i listened with lyrics, the 'you’re my boy’ bit always gets me

friends - MY HEART this is the cutest damn thing just them reminiscing and showing their love for each other they’re so precious ;;; i love the inclusion of tae’s 'hey jimin, oneul’ from when they were recording it’s such an adorable personal touch. and when they call each other soulmate PLS. ahhh and i love the bit at the end with the gang vocals and the clapping it’s such a good end. i can’t wait to watch them be soft af with each other on stage performing this oml

moon - the first thing i wrote about this on first listen was just 'JIN’S VOICE ahhhh’ and i stand by that!! he really does sound amazing and i love that it’s upbeat, we know jin can kill it on a ballad but hearing him do something different is so nice as well. i really love the melody for this song so much it’s so lovely and the lyrics are so sweet i love it, i love JIN ;;;

respect - i love the beat for this so much oml, the AYO SUGA pls ;;; best throwback, god i’m so unbelievably happy to have a yoongi and namjoon subunit song and they really just bounce off each other so well. and i love the bit of satoori dialogue at the end!! this is such a JAM

we are bulletproof: the eternal - my first listen notes: 'oh nooo, this is the sad emotional one isn’t it ;;;; 'yeah we have you’ pls stop i can’t deal with this’, i really did expect this to have a similar vibe to the other we are bulletproofs hhhh, should have seen this coming with it being the second to last song though rip, but wow this song is beautiful and will 100% make me cry live ;;;; i love hobi’s verse in this, there’s always something about his verses in the slow, emotional concert ending-type songs that really gets me. gosh i just love them all so much and i’m so so glad that i found them

outro: ego - sdfgfa the mood change here, they said no more tears time to BOP. as i said for shadow i really wish i’d written down thoughts about this when the mv came out sigh. but it’s just so beautifully hobi and ahh it’s been 2 years since hope world so i’ve listened to that a lot today as well and it fits so perfectly with that vibe!!!

so yeah overall i really love this album, yay!!

It’s so crazy to think that at the start of this year the only Seventeen I knew was the number… and now, whenever I hear the number seventeen, the first thing I think of is the group of 13 boys that brightened up my 2017.

After my introduction to seventeen came my introduction to this fandom and to some really beautiful people. Happy new year!!!! Kick 2018 in the behind 😎

The last part is just a cheesy thank you to seventeen, which you don’t have to read if you don’t want to (and i couldn’t put it under a read more, sorry) -- this is kinda something I don’t want people to see but I also do because it needs to be said and I want to show people how wonderful seventeen is

so halfway through the year i found out about seventeen. i’d never stanned a kpop group before and i never really wanted to, just because of the emotional toll it would take on me. but seventeen pretty much said ‘nuh uh, coming through’ and... yeah... and i’m so grateful for that :’)

discovering seventeen this year has helped me a lot. these boys just radiate happiness and love, and you can’t not feel it. i’m a really (negative) emotional person, so if i get one whiff of sadness or anger, either from others or myself, i fall into this dark hole of negative emotions, which i usually just wait out. but now, whenever i’m in that dark hole, i can watch some seventeen videos or listen to their music and my heart will feel a bit lighter. i mostly watch their dance practices idk why?? maybe because it makes me feel so proud??? oh, also their performances!! which shows how much of an impact their stage presence/energy has. anyway, just watching them do anything really fills me with warmth and all these good emotions that override the bad. even just daydreaming about what it’s like to be part of their lives, surrounded by that bubble of joy and love they create gets me through it :)

they also made me realise that i need to surround myself with people who make me love life. i have a circle of friends but we’re not super close and i used to be fine with that, but learning about these boys and how important they are to each other made me realise that i shouldn’t settle for that. i need a friend that i can tell anything to, to lean on when i need to (and who’ll listen to me talk about seventeen all day). they give me hope that i’ll find friends like that, who i’ll treat like family. they also reinforce my belief that everything happens for a reason. can you imagine if scoups or woozi had debuted before the rest?? or if seungkwan ended up in jyp?? but nope, they all found each other and they adore each other so much while creating AMAZING music, so they give me hope for the future :)

i wanted to write another paragraph about dk but i’ll just say this: he reminds me of all the good things in the world and he can make me smile like no other 💖💖

so to sum this up, i want to thank the 13 beautiful boys of seventeen for making my 2017 a bit brighter just by being them :)) go and make 2018 your year like you did 2017, but look after yourselves!! i hope you carry this joy for life and love for one another into the new year 💕💓💖❤️💕💞💘💚💛💙💜❤️💕

In truth, he usually feels pretty damn insecure about himself after hanging around wealthy, talented and attractive people all day. His insecurities suddenly looks super small compared to what you must have to deal with, though. So he prepares this entire speech inside his head and you’re like:

“Oh it just didn’t occur to me to tell you guys. You never asked haha.” And goes on smiling, radiating confidence and beauty and grace and boi he’s smi t t en. He goes on crying, the speech turning into some babble about his fears and how he admires your ability to go through life being chill af. You hug him lots tbh pls hug him lots he trie s hi s b est

Jaehee

She doesn’t comment on it at first, trying to Play It Cool. But you can tell she has questions and often acts awkwardly because she isn’t sure how to approach it. So you casually bring it up in a joking manner.

“Can you open the jam jar for me? Metal hands sucks at lids.”

She rushes over immediately and the moment the jar lid pops open, the questions comes flowing. “Does it hurt? What happened? If you don’t mind me asking!! You don’t have to reply, of course… Is it alright if I hug you like this? How about like this? She listens to your answers with no judgement, only curiosity. Her eyes lights up with love and adoration with every passing moment as she grows to understand you more. There’s still some sadness in her though, wishing that she could do more for you even after you reassures her that you are mostly content with how things are.

ZEN

He smiles naturally when he greets you and treats you like a princess. Sweet words and pet names flow like honey from his lips and you soak it all up. For the first time, you feel truly precious, though you do wonder if he’s only so calm because he’s an actor.

The first comment he makes on your arm is: “Can I sign my name on it?”

It’s followed by a bit of flustered rambling. “Y’know, like, with a sharpie? When I had a cast on my leg a lot of people wanted to sign it— of course, I’m not saying that it’s the same thing I just… Is this a dumb question?” You manage to assure him that he’s fine, and laughed. A lot. Poor boy doesn’t know what to do with himself. You ask him why he doesn’t seem surprised with your arm even though you forgot to tell everyone and he blushed.

“It’s not that… I am surprised. And I want to ask you a lot of questions but I don’t want it to get in the way of our first meeting, you know? I wanted this to be perfect.”

Jumin

He does know quite a lot about disabilities, given that his best friend is currently blind and he has had experience with customers/clients/employees who are disabled before. So there isn’t any awkwardness when you two meet, and you soon realise that his protectiveness has nothing to do with your missing arm.

“Jumin, It’s fine. I’m safe. I’ll call you as soon as I get home, alright?” It’s only then that he glances at your prosthetic.

“Alright. However, I do wish you’d wear the dress for the party. You’d look stunning in it. And…” He pulls out a box, opens it and presents it to you. In it is an arm that ooks like it has been meticulously designed by a team of artists, not a hospital. A piece of royalty— emerald green highlighted by gold, carved into the shape of a shoulder guard that looks like it should belong to a medieval armour. And, you’d later find, it fits you perfectly.

“I contacted your doctor for guidance.” He says with a light shrug, cheeks dusted a light pink. He luvs u lots

O boi he does n o t get a nice reveal.

You have been using one of your more realistic prosthetics so he never noticed from the cameras. And he mostly stays out of your medical documents out of respect for your privacy, only paying attention to your criminal records and schooling when doing your background check. His reveal comes midway through your scuffle with Unknown— a sharp yank and a faulty clasp results in your arm literally ripping off your body.You’ve never seen someone so shocked and genuinely horrified before.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” He jumps straight to the point after the danger has passed and you could see leftover panic shaking his entire frame. Your reason dies in your throat— you’ve honestly just forgotten and scared him half to death because of it. Tears started to fall from under his glasses, thoughts racing faster than his heartbeat of what he could’ve and should’ve done, but never did to ensure your safety. “Do you know how much danger you were in? If he had known before I did, he could have taken advantage of that. He c-could have taken you.”

“I—… I’m so sorry.” o no ur crying too :c

He halts in his pacing, stuttering breaths calming down as he looks at you. No, the only one to blame is him and his incompetence. “I’m sorry I—” He wilts. “I shouldn’t have yelled. I’m sorry. I’m sorry.”

hello yes i just finished lord of the flies (and then watched the 1963 movie immediately afterwards) & i rlly luv piggy so im gonna yell abt Just Piggy Things™ even if no one cares

piggy’s the first character we’re introduced to, after ralph ofc, so that means we’re supposed to get attached, and boy did i get attached..

the fact that he’s been called mean nicknames so long that his real name doesnt matter to him?? he doesnt care what hes called?? poor thing wtf??? hes like eleven hes too little for this

the Flashing Anime Glasses. especially the one w the fire when he starts laughing maniacally. same.

im talking about: “then he laughed so strangely that they were hushed, looking at the flash of his spectacles in astonishment.”

also: “’i got the conch,’ said piggy, in a hurt voice. ‘i got a right to speak.’” let him speak hes the only damn reasonable one. also stop hurting him hes been hurt enough goddamnit

k but how much he loves ralph? and ralph is annoyed by him??? but then later he confides in him & cries over him & their friendship is my fav in the book so. they bond it just takes a while. but piggy was always good to ralph awe

k speaking of the conch, in the first movie, his laugh when ralph’s blowing the horn for the first time??? aw??? a rare moment of joy in that sad ass movie??

in the ‘63!film when he puts his hands on his hips when jack says “shut up fatty” and then hides behind the tree when they all laugh at him.

god in the book it’s easy to forget theyre actual babies but with the movie u cant possibly forget and theyre so cute but defenseless it’s so sad

i kno these actors r like 70 or dead now but i wanna go back in time & give them a hug. especially piggy cuz hes a pouty chubby bub gOD IM SO SAD

one last note on the film before i get back to the book: the movie rlly encompassed how awkward i imagined piggy to be & i luv that. also his story time abt camberly was adorable + educational (for me, anyway)

and when he gets upset over the mulberry boy probably bein killed in the fire :’( hes the most sensible and the most empathetic of all the other boys. what a cinnamon roll. unproblematic fav. true neutral. 10/10. the best boy.

my second favorite line in the whole book: “then, with the martyred expression of a parent who has to keep up with the senseless ebullience of the children, he picked up the conch, turned toward the forest, and began to pick his way over the tumbled scar.” tired mama piggy lmao

he wants to make a sundial?? hes so smart aw

piggy thinking ralph’s patronizing smile was a friendly one :( :( he just wants a friendddd hes so naive & sweet im sadddd

i think it’s implied most of the other boys (particularly the choir boys & ralph) are from a nicer, more upper class part of england, &, despite his intelligence, piggy’s more lower class, judging by his cockney-esque accent (his use of ‘them’ instead of ‘those’, etc.) and also “piggy was an outsider, not only by accent, which did not matter…” idk why this is cute i dunno

“piggy arrived, out of breath and whimpering like a littlun.” me in pe. but also poor thing ;-;

“piggy sniveled and simon shushed him as though he had spoken too loudly in church.” i interpreted shushed as, like, consoled, more than, like, ‘quit crying, ya baby’, which was more what he was doing, but still…first of many cute piggy & simon interactions. i’d ship them but theyre like twelve so nah. but they cute as buddies

“this was too bitter for piggy, who forgot his timidity in the agony of his loss. he began to cry out, shrilly: ‘you and your blood, jack merridew! you and your hunting! we might have gone home-’” this hurts because if jack hadn’t gone hunting, they may have been rescued before simon or piggy died :( :( :( horrible vague foreshadowing

PIGGY GETTIN ALL BADASS & DETERMINED & TALKING ABOUT WHAT HES GONNA TELL JACK

“he held out the conch to piggy who flushed, this time with pride” and then “piggy sought in his mind for words to convey his passionate willingness to carry the conch against all odds.” the conch is the only constant on the island, the only dependable thing he has besides ralph, so hes so invested in it, hes pretty much deemed himself the caretaker of the conch, and it dies with him…

the scene where piggy reassures ralph & it says “the twins were examining ralph curiously, as though they were seeing him for the first time” is probably my fav scene in the entire book…it just really shows, in a couple of lines, the characters that ralph & piggy are, and what their relationship is like, and why they’re a partnership throughout the whole book. fantastic.

“’am i safe?’ quavered piggy. ‘i feel awful–’” fuckin foreshadowing, i hate it. imagine being practically blind on a cliff and then, minutes later, falling to your death. god it’s terrible.

piggy crying for ralph not to leave him actually hurts like psychically in my chest. him and simon were babies??? i know it’s fiction but kids are the sweetest things, not even fictional kids deserve to be killed so mercilessly??? im so fuckin sad

his last words…powerful and iconic.

i dont wanna talk about his death. im very sad

k ik it’s terrible but when he died his skull cracked open & his brain more or less fell out (”and stuff came out”, “with his empty head”), and thats p macabre but it’s also symbolic and genius bc when roger killed him he also took away the only thing he had going for him, the only thing that gave him superiority over the others - his intelligence. his brain.

of course, have to end on: “ralph wept for the end of innocence, the darkness of man’s heart, and the fall through the air of the true, wise friend called piggy.” cue me shutting the book, hugging it to my chest, and sobbing

Unfortunately, I never specified Hoseok and Seokjin’s ages in the story but they would have been University age too :D

Yes - I was excited to reveal why Namjoon was the way he was, so that everyone could understand him better. I felt that this chapter was the best time to do that as the other chapters before the ball kind of painted him in a negative light. Requested: By anonymously Hi! Hope it’s okay for me to request here! Could you please do a Keith x reader from voltron where the reader is an alien and exceptionally good fighter but she doesn’t know a lot about earth stuff (kind of like Wonder Woman) and Keith falls her and just lots of fluff and Keith being a cute blushy mess? Hope this is okay! Thank you!

Authors Note: hello anon of course u can request here! i luv keith fun fact he was my fav the first time i watched voltron. also i luv wonder woman she is one of my fav superheros she is so amazing! i tried to make this very fluffy as possible srry if this sucks. i also added some angst cuz im depressing✌️ thank u so much for requesting pls guys advice and feedback i do luv so much so just remember that! p.s. srry again for not writing yesterday u all know why so yep srry again! enjoy!

“C’mon y/n! Is that the best you can do?”

You placed your sword if front of you, swinging it from side to side with skill. Keith was dodging each blow.

“I do not wished to be teased by an earthling. I know I can do better, I am just going easy on you.” You giggled, flipping, dodging Keith’s attacks.

Keith raised his eyebrow at your comment. “Try some of this then!” Keith jumped in the air, doing a flip, and landing in front of you. Unfortunately, he would of made it perfect had your leg not been out and tripped him, causing him to fall on top of you.

“Wow, okay this is awkward,” Keith looked everywhere but into your eyes, blushing at the fact that his body was pressed onto yours.

You smirked but as Shiro walked in you threw Kieth off of you, muttering, “Earth boys are so shy.”

You stood up to greet Shiro leaving Keith in a blushing mess.

“Oh crap, why do you like her? I mean like why?” Keith questioned himself in his head while staring at you.

He liked many attributes of you. You were a great fighter, you were kind, smart, gentle, and a real friend to the team.

After your discussion with Shiro you went to go take a shower leaving the two men.

Shiro walked up to Keith, trying to keep his smile at bay.

“So, you and y/n, are you guys a thing?”

“What? No, ew, stop, no we’re not a thing! Whatever!”

Shiro chuckled and placed a strong hand on Keith’s shoulder. “I think she likes you too.”

Keith’s eyes bugged out, “Seriously? You think she likes me?”

Shiro nodded, “She speaks very fondly of you, about your training, your attitude, heck even sometimes the way you eat.”

Keith giggled and wiped his forehead from the sweat. “Yeah, its an alien thing.”

“You guys would make a great couple. But all I’m saying is, its not bad to want something or someone for yourself. To have something to make you happy. Keith, its not wrong to feel happy.”

Keith bit his lip thinking and stood up, “Yeah, thanks for all of this. I’m gonna hit the showers. See you at dinner.”

Shiro gave Keith a wave.

After you struggled to turn on the shower for about 10 minutes which Hunk helped you with that. You got yourself ready for dinner. You wore what earthlings call it a t-shirt (which was too big for you), and some 80s sweats. The clothes that you had come in were ripped to shreds and then you remember.

You remembered that you wore your home planet attire when you first met Keith. Your planet was getting destroyed, your whole family perished by the hands of the Galran empire. Tears started coming down your face, you stared at your reflection in the mirror, wiping away the fog from the glass. You remembered you were struggling to fight, to stay alive. Voltron found you. They found you, all battered and bruised with nothing but the ripped up clothes you wore. They offered you to stay with them as long as you wanted. Truth be told you wanted to stay with them forever. They were like family to you. Keith was what made you smile everyday and not think about your devastating parents death. He made you feel at home, peace.

Tears started to come out more while looking in the mirror. You heard a knock and dressed yourself up quickly. “I’m coming.”

You opened the door and there was Keith.

“Dinner is- hey are you okay?”

You sniffled and wiped your eyes. “Yeah I am fine earthling. Do not worry about me.”

Keith gave a look of concern as you walked by him to go to the dinner table.

As you entered the room everyone greeted you. You greeted them with your proper hello from your home planet. That just made you feel homesick.

“Is something the matter y/n?” Allura asked eating her food.

You looked up and gave a fake smile. “No its nothing, I think I got what you call shamoo stuck in my eye.”

Every one laughed and you shrugged. “What are you all laughing at?”

Lance, across from you, smiled and said, “silly its not called shamoo, its called shampoo! Shamoo I think is a whale!”

You laughed at your mistake, cherishing these precious moments with your friends.

While eating dinner you picked up your spoon the opposite way and tried to pick up some of your dish to eat. Keith always sat next to you, helping you out with whatever you didn’t know.

“Am I doing this wrong?” You grumbled in frustration. “Keith I don’t think this, spoon? Is that what you call it, spoon? I don’t think this spoon works Keith.”

Keith looked to you and flipped the spoon the correct way. “Like this.”

“Oh, I see.” You dug into your food and filled yourself up.

During your conversations you learned some dishes that were popular to the Alteans. Your mind getting bigger with knowledge of every ones cultures. You learned Lance’s favorite Cuban dish, Hunk’s favorite dessert, Pidge’s favorite drink, Shiro’s favorite snack, and you even learned what Keith’s favorite sandwich was. You were learning so many things at the dinner table.

“Oh my god can we just for a second remember ice cream.” Pidge almost drooled at the thought of that.

Hunk’s face grew sad knowing that they didn’t have ice cream in the ship.

“What is ice cream?”

The whole gang put their attention on you. You looked at them oblivious to the stares and open shocked mouths.

“Wait let me get this straight, you don’t know what ice cream is?” Lance was the most shocked.

“Is it that obvious?”

Shiro smacked Lance’s head, and said with an annoyed dad voice. “Lance.”

Lance looked down and said sorry. Shiro went on, “Its okay y/n if you don’t know what ice cream is, I just wish we had some so you can try it. What it basically is, is its a frozen dessert, so its cold. Its sweet and its made out of dairy. There are many flavors. Ice cream is very delicious and I think you would enjoy it.”

Pidge pushed her glasses up, “you kinda sound like “How its made.”

You looked at your fingers, “that does sound very appetizing right now. I shall try it when we find it in your home town Shiro.”

Shiro chuckled and placed his utensils on his plate. “Y/n you can find ice cream almost anywhere on earth. Its that popular.”

“I am excited to try this dairy dessert. Well I think it is time for me to go to rest, but I will wake up tomorrow to train so if anyone would like to join me, you are more than welcomed to.”

Keith stood up as well and quickly, before any one got the chance to, said that he would like to join you.

You grinned and nodded. “Alright earthling, you shall train with me tomorrow.”

As you placed your dishes in the sink and went to get ready for bed, Keith had asked you to come to his room.

Your palms were sweating and you prepared yourself for anything. You stood up straight and walked all posh, gently knocking on his door.

“Y/n is that you?”

You smiled hearing Keith’s voice on the other end. “Yes, its me, Kie-earthling. May I come in?”

Keith then opened the door, your face almost bumping onto his. Your faces were just a few spaces apart. Yours and his breathing shared. Keith’s cheeks began to get red again, the second time the same day.

“Yeah, come in.”

You slowly walked in after him. Your hands were clasped together being nervous. This was your first time being in a boys room, actually this was your first time being in Keith’s room. You felt scared, frightened. Not because of Keith but because of yourself. You were terrified you were going to ruin this moment.

“You can sit if you want to.” Kieth pointed to his bed.

You sat down slowly, awaiting for Keith to talk first. His bed smelled just like him. You gave a light smile at the thought of Keith’s smell, and you cuddling up to him.

“I just, god I’m not good at this, but its about what happened-”

“What happened before dinner.” You finished his sentence for him knowing it was difficult for him to talk about others feelings.

“Yeah. Do you want to talk about it?”

You sighed and stared at your fingers. “I sometimes feel homesick. I miss my planet and miss the people there. The customs. But most importantly I miss my parents. I dream about them every night.”

Keith nodded, his face of sadness.

“Sorry you probably don’t want to hear any of this. I will get on my way then.” You stood up, wiping your tears that were anew away.

“No I want to hear, please y/n. Don’t shut yourself out, don’t pretend like we don’t care about you because we do. I do.” He said the last part quietly and bashfully.

You turned around abruptly, shocked as to what you heard.

“Y/n, I’m sorry about what happened to your parents and your home. You can come to me when you are hurt or feel like crying.”

Your mouth grew wide open and then you ran to him, hugging his chest and sobbing.

Keith soothed you, comforting you and rubbing your head. “Its okay, I’m here.”

He carried you to the left side of his bed and he entered in after you. You laid there crying into his chest, while he cuddled you. His protecting arms were around you, you felt warm and safe.

“I’m here y/n. I’m here.”

Your cries became sniffles and your head laid gently on his chest listening to his heartbeat.

“You okay?”

You looked up and saw Keith’s face. He had on a smile to comfort you.

You smiled as well, “yes I am now. How do you say, yeah, thank you. Thank you Keith.”
