Watching a cooking show rn, drinking water more, chewing my gum, I just need to find a good food to eat and I'll have everything!! Probably going to be hardboiled eggs bc theyre only 60 kcals, not sure though bc i havent had em yet lol

Drinking water DOES help apparently
I binged yesterday- but less, because I drank ~water~ and now I'm doing a new diet I invented: "An apple a day keeps the weight gain away!" Basically an apple. That's it. One singular apple for the day. Yay :)

I saw somewhere on here that just the flavoring packet in ramen is like 13 cals so I had that last night and it's pretty good :) Also worked out a solid dinner plan + snack lol
I might skip lunch, might do a 75 chews rule with 5 swallows of water in between. Not sure but last time I did that I only ate like 230 cals of the 800 school lunches are in my area

New workout you can do in class during a lecture! Put both of your hands on your chair (or rest your arms on the desk), and try to lift your knees so that they reach the underside of the desk. A 150lb (68kg) person burns 240 calories per hour of these, so a more relevant (for goal weights at least) 100lb (45kg) person would burn 160 calories per hour!! Now most people have approx. 8 classes a day, so you can burn 1280 CALORIES A DAY AT 100 POUNDS!!!!! UNDERWEIGHT FOR AN AVERAGE HEIGHT ADULT; 1280 CALORIES A DAY!!!!! I am a genius <3

Did a binge on chips sadly (~1000 kcals ew), when I realized something. I like to graze- meaning that I need a low calorie option that lets me chew, giving me the sensation of eating without all the calories. I also get a sweet tooth often- meaning that miracle food needs to be sweet. So may I present to you... ED ICE CREAM!! Ice + 0 kcal sweetener, 0 kcals, it's perfect! And if I use my special spoon, it takes longer for me to eat it, letting me graze. A wonderful solution to all my problems with binging :)

School laptop filter system decided that tumblr existed, so I had a forced hiatus for a while lol. However, this site has a browser in the "Apps" section, so I'm finally back :) Also only ate ~a third of the school lunch today, which is a big improvement from eating the whole thing!!

Gosh, he must hate me. “Charlie, are you alright?” My mind froze. All I could do was… cry. Silently. Ash pulled me into an embrace, no, no— wait. This was alright. Ash wasn’t going to hurt me.
