Eddie is a famous musician. Gaining fame through the 90s with Corroded Coffin. Him and Steve have been together since 1987, but they were always very private about their relationship. Steve is like a cryptid in the Corroded Coffin fandom, with very little information about him, and very few pictures. Eddie is promoting a solo album in 2021, and Steve is pulled on camera to do a silly interview with him. They're about 54/55 in this fic.

Part 4

I decided that I wanted to round up some of my faves that I’ve read over the past week or so to share (and also so I can keep track 🤷‍♀️) So here we go. As always, mind the tags however I will try to make sure any specific warnings are listed as needed.

This week’s list is a little light because I was out of town over the weekend and really didn’t have time or access to my phone. But here we go!

where you go to rest your bones by @jamesvanriemsdyk - Travis Konecny/Nolan Patrick (Mature, 6k) - Do you ever read something and it just feels like home. Like, that’s honestly the best way I can describe this fic. I’m not from Delaware, hell I’ve never even been there yet everything about this fic just felt familiar. Except for honey sticks, I legit had to google what those were. Anyways. This has been added to my list of comfort/bad day fics and I think anyone who reads it will understand why.

Stocholm Therapy by barefootstarz - Tyson Jost/JT Compher/Alexander Kerfoot (Mature, 35k) - This was a revisit because apparently I hate myself. NO OFFENSE. This fic makes me cry almost as much as that one TK/Patty that I never shut up about. Another important “read the tags before you start” work however I would go to the grave advocating for this fic as a very important read. I’m not sure I’ve read anything with this trio that ISN’T a huge angst fest *shrugs* but I love them dearly.

Get This Ring by Canary - Morgan Frost/Joel Farabee (Explicit, 6k) - Would it be a rec list by Jess if there wasn’t an ABO fic. This is a non-traditional ABO and those specifically tend to be my favorites and this one was no exception. I even messaged @softgrantaire about it the second after I finished only because he’s the one who gets my FrostyBee fEeLiNgS. So anyways. Honest, simple review: take some hot ABO smut but give the idiots FEELINGS. (Wow, if that doesn’t describe my reading habits in a nutshell...)

Kid fics are not usually my cuppa buuuuut I’ll make an exception when EJ is involved even if he’s not the one who has the kids in this one. Basically NateMac acquires TWINS and EJ finds out and moves in and falls in love with all three of them. That’s the short version. But please, if you want some v soft content, please read this one.
