i keep gol dang forgetting to make updates about Things
whoopsie!! hello!! you may remember me, from Internet! I've been very busy lately, with things that Aren't Internet! it's probably gonna be another 2-ish weeks or more (depending on how good or bad my finals prep type stuff goes) before I'm back on here streaming and drawing in full force! this is a little bit sad for me because I both miss my friends and streaming with 'em, and because Haha Uh Oh That's One Income Source Down!! but, I will return...

=͟͟͞♡ lee know × fem!reader
=͟͟͞♡ chocolate aphrodisiacs (hard thought)
Minho who is usually the brattiest of brats, always teasing and answering back before giving you what you asked him, until the day you try feeding him special christmas chocolate pralines and he just melts in your embrace while you are watching home alone on your sofa.
You are splayed on the couch, Minho squirming on top of you, straddling your laps and softly nibbling at your earlobe, quiet moans directly on your skin while you caress his plush tighs.
"Uhm... b-baby... I am so hot -ah- why does it f-feel so hot?"
You turn your head to kiss his jaw. His face is flushed and red, and his skin feels very warm against your lips.
"Oh kitty... you knew the chocolate was going to work. but you said you could resist, don't you? Mh... did you change your mind already?"
Minho moves from your ear to start licking at your neck. His tongue is soft and wet and he sucks tiny kisses near your collarbones.
"Uh- mh. Wan' to..."
He stutters while moving a bit above you, his body is feverish, semi-hard cock already forming a tent, the underline of it looking delicious. You move your hand to play with the head over the fabric of his pants, feeling the way it twitches under your touch.
"Want to what, princess? Tell me, I might give it to you since you are so nice and good today."
Minho sighs and looks at you from his spot, nuzzled on the crook of your neck. His lips are still stained with the remains of the chocolate his ate before, collected in the corner of his lips.
You grab his chin with your fingers and you slowly start to lick all over his parted mouth, the sweet taste of the chocolate invading your taste buds together with a little bit of his saliva.
Minho moans directly in your mouth, your hand still teasing the tip of his clothed cock.
"W-wan' to suck, please, please, let me... ah-"
You bite his lower lip and you slide your tongue against it, shoving your hand into his pants and palming him before grabbing his heavy balls and squish them softly.
"Kitty wants to suck but he's so lost than cannot tell me what? Aw, baby..."
You coo condescendingly and you keep rolling one warm ball on your hand, the weight so nice on your fingers.
"W-whatever.. please, I need it - ah."
You crush your lips against his, finally grabbing his cock fully and starting to jerk him off, the squelching sounds so dirty in the room.
"Kitty, you're so wet.. mh- so wet like a girl. My dirty baby."
You circle your wrist against his head, precum gushing out of his slit while minho lets out the most loving sighs on your lips. You start to rub on the sensitive spot under his tip and his tongue lolls out of his mouths.
"I'm gonna decide for you, pretty. Suck on my tongue while I get my filthy princess off, mh?"
Minho nods frantically and takes your wet muscle in between his swollen lips, starting to suck on it messily, spit soaking both of your chins.
When he comes, he lets out the most desperate moan, all shivering and trembling while spurting all of his release inside his underwear.
"Good kitty, so cute and obedient for me."
You kiss his temple and Minho crashes on your body. The smell of chocolate is still in the air.
Oh, you definitively have to do this more often.

what’s the worst that could happen to a girl that’s already hurt?
Tumblr media
🎀 when your best friend ellie stands you up, the man who raised you both swoops in to save the day.
🎀 kittie??? using capital letters?? well i never. i present the much awaited father figure joel fic! it’s also a bff!ellie fic! double homicide. warning: it’s pretty angsty in some places, mentions of your birth father being a shitty guy, mention of alcohol (unrelated to your dad), all around daddy issues, ellie’s kind of a dick in this, fem!reader, reader is a woman luver, this is NOT hate towards dina she is simply just there, lemme know if i missed anything! p.s i’m trying out adding little cover pics to my fic, tried to make this one have the same vibes as like a journal / diary entry with stickers n stuff ? ok bye
Ellie was an everywhere kind of girl. She was strong, capable, intelligent, and always knew what to do. To you, she was truly a superhero around Jackson, always making sure that everyone was safe and doing her best to take on the jobs she thought was too dangerous for everyone else. Her selflessness was what drew you to her in a romantic sense in the first place, not that she had any idea. In her eyes, the two of you were long time best friends who grew up together — experiencing just about everything together, and you were certain to her that’s all it was. You’d liked her since you’d met.
For the most part, it didn’t suck. getting to be close with Ellie made it worth it, smoking together, laughing, and sometimes even playfully flirting (the butterflies in your stomach can attest to this.) There were hard times of course, Ellie getting with other girls and telling you all about them, the fact she probably saw you as a little sister, and most recently — she’d gotten super busy. So busy, that you had to start going out of your way just to say hi to her each day, always running about Jackson to find her. To you, it was worth it. You missed her.
“Boo!” Two hands grabbed you from behind as you swept the hay in the barn making you yelp and turn around with a wide eyed expression. “Totally got you.” Ellie smirked, backing off. She wore her khaki green jacket that you loved over her hoodie, done up with her jeans and her backpack on.
“What’re you doing here?” You asked softly, chest swelling with affection. She stepped around you, going to pat one of the horses as greeting.
“Thought I’d stop by, about to head out on patrol.” She took a carrot from the feeding tray and fed it to the horse.
“You always seem to be on patrol.” You smiled, and you cursed yourself at how it came out. It sounded kind of bitter, and shit — maybe you were a little bitter— but you knew it wasn’t ultimately her fault that you felt neglected. Perceptive as ever, Ellie turned her head towards you quickly wearing guilt on her face.
“I’m sorry, dude. I miss hanging out.” She took a step towards you and you let yourself sulk, turning your back to her and continuing to sweep. “I do.” She took another step closer.
“Don’t call me dude. I’m a girl.” You were being a little pathetic now, punishing her when she didn’t fully deserve it.
“Since when?” She chuckled and you whipped your head to her in shock, a look of anger and disbelief accidentally showcased in your expression. “I mean since when did you care about me calling you dude?”
When you didn’t respond, Ellie sighed— stepping up directly behind you. “Alright, I didn’t wanna have to do this. But I’m gonna have to call in reinforcements from the tickle monster.” She spoke seriously, and before you got the chance to protest this her hands were jabbing into your waist, fingers wiggling up and down your ribs as you squealed, a smile making a breakthrough onto your face as if despite everything your body couldn’t help but enjoy her touch.
“Ellie stop!” You chortled, your hands falling loose on the broom. Before it fell, Ellie reached around and caught it before swinging it round and hiding it behind her back. You spun around to her, lurching forward to try and grab it but instead just stepping right up close into her space.
It seemed like everything froze, just like that. Your faces were close and her eyes were boring into yours — the green of them almost painfully bright today, her cheeks looking like they’d caught a bit of sun, hair jostled in her messy half bun from all the commotion. You blinked up at her, collecting yourself as she smiled back smugly.
“Give my broom back.” You breathed out, confidence slightly lost at the close proximity.
“One condition.” She whispered and you leant on your hip with an attitude, tilting your head at her as if to say ‘what?’. She sucked in a breath, and you swear her eyes flickered to your lips for just a second but you might have imagined it. “Stop being mad at me. Let’s hang out.” She proposed and your heart fluttered. Finally.
“Alright.” You muttered with a shy smile and she tilt her head, grin widening.
“Yeah?” She seemed equally excited, and you felt elated. You had gotten in your own head a little with Ellie being so busy, thinking that maybe she’d been busy for a reason — trying to politely get you off her back. This was the confirmation you’d needed that you were overthinking, as usual.
“Remember how you said you were gonna teach me about skin… care…stuff? Let’s do it. It’s about time I start acting like a girl.” She chuckled, stepping back and breaking the tension of your closeness a little. You stepped back too, a little flushed from the moment and nodded happily. Footsteps approached the barn, capturing your attention for a moment before you rushed to organise your little hang out session.
“Tonight? At mine?”
Ellie’s head was turned towards the door, distracted by Dina poking her head around and realising she had been keeping her waiting. Her head snapped back to you as she wiped her hands down on her jeans nodding.
“Yeah, cool. I gotta get going but I’ll see you, yeah? It’s a date.” She rambled out, walking backwards for a moment to face you before turning around as you bid her farewell. You tried not to overthink the ‘it’s a date.’
Night time rolled around, and you were cringing at yourself in the mirror. It was just going to be a chill little night in with Ellie, the same way it always was since you’d had your own place in Jackson— but you’d put in a little extra effort to look cute, despite wearing just a tank top and pyjama pants. You did your hair all pretty, applying a little bit of makeup you’d made yourself from ingredients, which you’d learnt how to make from a book about female prisoners. You felt cute, and you were hoping Ellie might think the same— but you didn’t wanna get ahead of yourself.
A knock at your door sounded a little while into the night, and you tried to quell the relieved butterflies tearing through your stomach by taking a deep breath, heading out your room to answer it. You swung the door open, expecting Ellie — only to be met with Joel. Your smile faltered for no more than a second, wondering how long Ellie’s patrol was going on for before fixing your face, not wanting to hurt his feelings.
Joel was what you thought every man should be. You’d first met him and Ellie a few days outside of Jackson when they were trying to find Joel’s brother, Tommy. You were headed to Jackson too to find the only person that might’ve been alive in your family, your dad. You were no more than a year younger than Ellie, out there all by yourself and Joel couldn’t let you continue on that way. You were headed to the same place, so he let you tag along — plus, he figured Ellie might want a friend. So it turned out, your dad wasn’t the greatest guy. He was just as neglectful and angry since the last time you’d seen him as a child. After causing more damage, he packed up with his new family and left the safe haven of Jackson to live in a warmer climate (for whatever reason.) You were just a kid, a damaged and lonely kid — and Joel being the man he was, stepped up. He wasn’t just caring for Ellie, he now had you on his hands— making sure your needs were met and you were living comfortably in your new residence. The two of you had grown close over the years, he was the closest thing to a father you ever had.
“Y’asked to borrow sugar for those cookies you said you’d make for Maria’s thing?” He drawled, swinging his backpack off his shoulder to dig through it— having remembered the favour you’d briefly asked of him a week ago. “Got a whole tub of it, right here. Don’t let anyone else see that, they’ll come knockin’ and you’ll be out again in no time.” He presented you with a wooden tub, filled to the brim with brown sugar. Your expression softened, taking it in your hands as you looked up at him gratefully.
“Knew I could count on you, old man.” you grinned, the nickname you and Ellie had so kindly gifted him never losing its charm. He nodded, shy of affection but smiled anyway — your sweet ways poking him right in the soft spot. He stepped back to walk away, and before he could go any further your voice cut through, stopping him in his tracks.
“Joel.” you shot out, almost urgently. God, you felt a little desperate.
“Yeah?” He gruffed, and you paused for a moment, brows furrowed as you started to realise how late it was actually getting. Was Ellie coming at all? He saw right through your expression, knowing that something had to be bothering you. Joel stepped a little closer, tilting his head at your far away expression. “What’s up, kiddo?” Any other time you’d smile at the nickname. Ellie was kid, and you were kiddo. That, or ‘thing one’ and ‘thing two’ from that old Cat in the Hat book he’d shown you.
“Have you seen Ellie tonight, at all?” you gnawed on your bottom lip, trying to hide your concern and failing. Joel seemed to falter, his eyes skimming from you to behind you, noticing how you’d set up your living room. Jars of the skincare, face masks, the lot of it — laid out on the coffee table. Bowls of snacks sat out, untouched, with blankets strewn about to make the couch look comfy and fun. You’d even hung up some fairy lights that had been a pain to find batteries for if he remembers correctly, you begging him to always look for them on his hunts. He was piecing things together a little when your voice dragged his attention back to you, your frown deepening. “It’s just, she said she was gonna come round and hang out with me tonight. ‘Was gonna teach her about skin care. We haven’t hung out in ages and I guess… I just thought…” You trailed off, Joel’s eyes dropping down to his shoes briefly.
“Yeah, uh.” He cleared his throat a little awkwardly, unsure how to approach the situation that he was realising to be more delicate than he thought. “Saw ‘er at the bar with that Dina on the way over here. They… were gettin’ pretty wasted.” He sounded apologetic, like he knew just how pathetic you were and you couldn’t stop your face from falling — rejection and humiliation swiftly settling in making your cheeks heat up.
“Oh.” Your eyes widened, before they dropped away from Joel’s pitying gaze. “Yeah, makes sense I mean they were just on patrol together.” You rushed out a chuckle, hand resting back on your door like you wanted to close it. “Well thanks for stopping by with the sugar Joel, you’re the best.” You hurried, backing up so you could send him away, not wanting to give away how upset you were. It was no use though, Joel knew you. He knew the look on your face all too well, that same look of rejection on your face that he’d seen when your dad was still around. You had tells, your face would go all tight and rigid like you were afraid any display of emotion might send you hurtling over the edge into tears. Joel placed his hand on the door before you had even made an attempt to shut it, gazing at you for a moment trying to find the right words to say. It wasn’t often he had to do this kind of thing, a dad duty.
“You uh— you got room for me in there? I’m startin’ to look a little old, maybe I could… benefit from this typ’a thing.” He suggested, voice serious like it always was with a softness to his expression. You stared back at him, slightly surprised but considering it. You could send him away, spend the rest of the night in tears and eating all the snacks you’d prepared, or… “Until Ellie decides to show her sorry ass, of course.” He added, throwing in a jokey smile at the end. Joel smiling was rare, so when he did smile you always found it contagious. You pushed your door open wider, stepping aside.
“Welcome to my spa, mister Miller.”
Before long, Joel’s coat and boots were kicked off at your door and he was sat on your couch, your cold hands smearing your home made face mask over his face.
“You really need to shave. This beard is what’s making you look old.” You joked, the pink goo narrowly avoiding his beard hairs as you rubbed it into his cheek.
“Yeah yeah, you try findin’ a razor that’s worth shit around here.” He shook his head making you tut at his movement obstructing your application. “This supposed to burn?” He frowned, pointing to his face. Your eyes widened, pulling back. You were sure you had made it hypoallergenic, but the book you learnt how to make it from was pretty dated — maybe it was wrong. He chuckled at your expression, relaxing. “m’fuckin with ya, kiddo.”
You scrunched your nose angrily, scooping out some product and smearing it over his mouth so he couldn’t talk, his reaction to this making you burst out laughing. He wiped it off with the back of his hand, glaring at you, scrunching his own face up in disgust.
“Tastes like shit.”
“Well that’s because you’re not supposed to eat it, it’s to replenish the moisture barrier in your skin.” You enunciated, repeating what you’d read in your book proudly.
“To what?” He sarked and you rolled your eyes playfully, prodding his cheek gently to get him to turn it.
“No more questions. Let me finish this, grandpa.” You concentrated, applying the rest of the face mask to his skin. You leant back, admiring his glossy pink mask, all done. “Well, don’t you look pretty.” You held back your laugh, and he reached up to gently touch the sticky layer over his skin.
“What, you ain’t got no cucumbers for my eyes?” he leant back in his seat and you laughed at the imagery as you picked up your hand mirror, beginning to apply the face mask to your own skin.
“C’mon now Joel. You know that cucumbers are a luxury this time of year, I’m not wasting them on you.” You scooped out product, smoothing the refreshing slime across your cheek. He chuckled, raising his eyebrows as if to say ‘fair enough’ before falling quiet. You glanced his way, nodding at the popcorn bowl on the table. “Help yourself to the snacks, or i’m just gonna eat them all.” You chuckled lightly. He didn’t, as expected— arms crossed over his chest.
“So what do I do now? Just wait?” He looked around, taking in the way you’d decorated the place with hopes to impress Ellie. His heart was old and damaged, but it twinged in sympathy for you — knowing her repeated absence was probably weighing on you, the pair of you once joined at the hip.
“Yeah, it’ll dry and then you can peel it right off.” You smiled, your focus now centred in on making sure you didn’t get the mask in your eyebrows.
“Kiddo, I’m sorry you got stood up.” He turned to look at you and your movements froze, turning to look back at him caught off guard.
“Really, Joel— it’s okay, and I really appreciate you being here.” You smile, trying to convince him that you weren’t hurt by Ellie ditching you for Dina, the pure existence of the dark haired girl filling you with nerves and slight insecurity.
“But you’d rather her be here, right?” You wanted to put your defensives up, but his thick comforting accent made you sigh— putting down the jar and mirror, finished on your face. It was hard not to tell Joel the truth, maybe it would feel good to talk to someone about it. You opened your mouth to speak, and he cut you off. “You like’er.” He stated, and your words died in your throat. Surely he wasn’t calling you out like that?
“Of course I like Ellie, she’s my—”
“Not… like that. You love her.”
Your throat closed up and you blinked, how the fuck did he know? You said nothing, confirming his suspicions with your silence and your eyes got a little glassy, sure that this ordeal was making you look even more pathetic than before.
“And, hell— I want you to know it’s alright by me. Not that you need my permission or anythin’ but— i’m… i’m good with the gay stuff, always have been. N’ you two make sense together. I think i’ve always kinda known.” His forehead line deepened as he tried to word things sensitively, being gentle not exactly his forte.
“Well… thanks Joel. i’m sure i’ll just… get over it.”
“What I’m sayin’ is… You can talk to me. Alright?”
“Alright.”
You’d helped Joel peel off the mask, and now you were applying a cooling moisturiser that you’d made to his skin that was a little pink from the peel. “Now you’d better not go around tellin’ anyone I’d had a spa day with you. Don’t wanna damage my reputation.” He weakly threatened you as you smoothed the pearly product into his rough skin. Times like this, when he was going back and forth with you in such a humorous way made it easy to forget what he was capable of, how many people he’d killed effortlessly.
“And what’s your reputation. Grumpy old man?” You raised an eyebrow making him chuckle.
“Watch it.”
You moved on to apply the product to your own face, and he picked up your hand mirror, checking out your handiwork. To him, he looked the same — just a little shinier, though he wasn’t sure what he was expecting. A comfortable silence fell over you as you smoothed the product into your skin, reaching forward with your other hand and stuffing some popcorn into your mouth. His chuckle faded into a fond smile as he watched you miss your mouth with some of the kernels, giggling to yourself.
“You and Sarah would’a got on.”
Maybe he was feeling sentimental, it was always harder not to face your emotions later on in the night — and perhaps the ambience of your home that you’d made was reminding him of old times. You slowed your movements, as if you’d move too fast and burst his bubble of reminiscing. You wanted Joel to feel comfortable like he’d made you. You even chewed slower to be quieter, staying silent to let him speak as he stared into space at one of the lit candles on your fireplace. “She always liked doin’ this kinda thing. I always said no. Was too much of a manly man.” He scoffed with a sad smile at the silliness behind his reason, shaking his head slightly in regret.
“I would have liked to know her.” You admit softly, staring at his profile— still glowy from the product you’d applied.
“She was all girly, like you. Always wearin’ pink n’ purple. Would’a been the best of friends.” He finally turned to look at you, his eyes a little sad and glossy at the distant and lost possibility. Yours were too, you couldn’t imagine his loss— Joel never spoke about Sarah. You realised now, that he was sharing something vulnerable with you because you’d been brave enough to fess up to something vulnerable too that night, which made your heart expand in size by ten. For tonight, your Ellie wound was patched up by Joel. You touched his arm, and you shared a smile.
Joel stood with his boots on, pulling his coat on at the door — having just reached midnight and he figured it wasn’t appropriate to stay any longer.
“You feeling like a new man after that facial?” You jabbed with a grin. He chuckled, buttoning up his thick jacket preparing for the snowy weather.
“Damn right.” He went along with it making you laugh. He stood up straight after pulling his backpack on his back, looking down at you with more sincerity now. “You gonna be alright kiddo? Can talk to her if you want but I reckon you… got it handled.” He trailed off knowingly when your eyes widened at the suggestion.
“No, I’m sure me and her will talk… and i’m okay, thanks Joel.” You nod at him with more meaning than you’re both willing to address again and he nods back.
“I’ll see you.”
Jackson was quiet that time of night, watching his step as to not slip on melted ice. Joel’s eyes flit up from his boots to the figure fumbling away from the bar on the path towards the living spaces. Ellie, drunk as a skunk hobbling home, Dina in the distance stumbling her separate way.
“Ellie.” Joel greet, stepping up behind her and she swung around, gleefully throwing her arms up.
“Joel!”
“Let’s get you home.” He nodded, stepping by her side to make sure she didn’t fall and hurt herself. He wasn’t mad at her, she probably didn’t even know — but he couldn’t help but sigh at her thoughtless, joyful mood.
“Why’re you out so late, old man?” Ellie slurred slightly, head bowed to watch her step carefully.
“Don’t you worry about me kid.” He took a hold of her arm when she stumbled lightly, having lost the card game one too many times with Dina. Dina had needed cheering up after a spat with Jesse, and Ellie had stepped up to help being the good friend she was. It was mainly to get her to stop whining about it on their shared patrol trips.
“You had plans tonight. Shouldn’t’ve been in there gettin’ wasted. You know that.” His voice was quiet but meaningful and Ellie’s head rose from its position, staring ahead with a confused expression before it settled in realisation, saying your name.
“Shit.” She swore, wiping a hand down her face as she arrived at her house, right beside Joel’s. The thought of blowing you off so badly seemed sobering and she climbed the porch step, fumbling for her keys and turning to look at the man stood before her, even in her drunk state recognising the fatherly look of disappointment on his face. “Was she mad?” She squint and Joel stepped back.
“No.” He confirmed and she sighed, watching him for a moment. “Make it right, Ellie.” He nodded, before departing to his own house. Ellie sighed once more. She’d fucked up, bad.

I'M BITING MY HANDS I NEED MORE ZANDIK AT THE ACADEMY.
I love the little zandik at the academy, I love webttore, I love the grown-up dottore with gray hair and a little wrinkles. Ohh I can't😣😣
I NEED THEM ALL.
Cooked up some more Akademiya Dottore hcs for you anon...
Whenever he wore the Akademiya's hat with his uniform, you'd always steal it and he'd get mad, but eventually he gave up and let you hog it. It's probably a little big on you and as revenge, he'd make fun of you for looking dumb. Same with his clothes, for some reason you'd wear his Akademiya uniform to sleep sometimes? Zandik doesn't understand but every time he tries to pull it off of you, he's been unsuccessful, so he'll just let you be a strange little human since it seems to be working for your productivity... Centuries later he's learned to deal with a few shirts going missing and then you returning them after a while because they 'lost his scent.' (He wears the same outfit anyway, no big deal).
Thanks to you, there were quite a few times the professors actually listened to him. Other peers pretty much never vouch or stand up for him so it does make them think a bit when a student such as yourself does do it so vehemently. Zandik says you don't need to waste your time on it since he doesn't really care what they think, but he did manage to get a few more research opportunities thanks to you. In the beginning, he was pretty much clueless on how to express some sort of gratitude since he couldn't force out the words 'thank you' for the life of him. It was very funny for you to watch.
Group projects become so much better once the two of you get comfortable with each other. Both of you have been victims of doing all the work. You were quite excited to work with someone like him because you know of his intelligence and how he gets down to business. Meanwhile, Zandik was quite skeptical and annoyed to work with you in the beginning because he thought you were just another person who would end up leeching off him again.
However, he was surprisingly yet pleasantly proven wrong. He's especially impressed with your writing in the reports/essays, but he's never going to admit that. At least not now. The synergy between you two and your minds is something he doesn't know how to deal with at first, having dealt with so many of the opposite situations, but it's one of the biggest things that Zandik grows to be appreciative of.
When the semester is over, all students need to leave/clear the dorms until the next semester begins. Most return to wherever home is, but of course that's not something Zandik has, so most times he manages to rent out a place for a while. When you met him in the beginning he would just disappear to Archons knows where and then come back as if nothing happened next semester.
It takes a long time for him to tell you. When he does, he claims that he regrets it due to how often you show up to bother him, but in reality, he finds himself lonely without your company. As even more years go by, eventually he "invites" you to live with him. ("Invites" as in he never directly says it. Just drops subtle hints so you would ask him first instead). You're just happy to be able to cook for him more often (and 24/7 cuddles!!) (Just me trying to push my domestic Zandik and Reader agenda).
Just frequently being with each other but not needing to interact with the other. Both of you just do your own things in the peace of knowing the other's there.
Doesn't like when you ask others for help when he's literally right there. Please ask your genius scholar bf first. It doesn't matter what the problem is. Just ask him otherwise he'll get huffy and glare at you. No, you're not wasting his time by doing so. Rather, you're wasting both his and your time when you decide to go to other people first!
Coming home from expeditions. For some reason despite how tired you are, you want to feed stray kitties. It becomes a sort of tradition for you two.
This one was said a while ago, but I'll bring it back again (x, x, x) but you needing to wipe Zandik's hands because he keeps breaking pens and splattering ink everywhere. Whenever you see he gets a little too excited, you swipe the pen and start writing light-speed so he doesn't try to steal it from you for being 'too slow.'

Cats In The Cradle
A/N: I was cleaning out my drive again and found a fun little chat fic I forgot about!
AO3
Futaba: @everyone
Futaba: Guys.
Futaba: Inari’s on the Phan Site
Ryuji: What?
Yusuke: ?
Futaba: “Kitagawa Yusuke keeps having his demon cat attack unsuspecting students”
Ann: lol what?
Akira: Links
Futaba: https://www.phansite.jp/forums/post/20004563
Futaba: apparently the cat just jumps on people’s lunches
Makoto: do they mean Morgana?
Akira: Morgana’s never attacked anyone
Yusuke: The poster probably means Vincent
Yusuke: Which is preposterous, because Vincent mostly just sits in the corner unless he wants pets. He’s certainly not a demon.
Yusuke: Who could look at this face and call him a demon cat
Yusuke: IMG_20170116_1345.jpeg
Sumire: AWWWWWWW
Sumire: he’s such a cute kitty, is he a tabby?
Yusuke: Yes, though I wouldn’t call him a “kitty,” He’s around 13.
Sumire: all cats are kitties. Also tell him I love him
Yusuke: will do.
Akira: I didn’t know you had another cat.
Ryuji: Is Mona jealous?
Akira: He says he isn’t
Yusuke: Vincent used to hang out around the shack and I’d see him on the way to school. Then a few weeks after I moved into the dorms, he just showed up.
Sumire: awwwwwwwww
Makoto: They allow you to have pets in the dorm?
Yusuke: Well the dorm I’m in specifically is the “pet dorm” for students who want to have pets and keep the separate from students who have allergies or just don’t want to live near them
Yusuke: It was the only dorm that still had a room on such short notice.
Ann: Oh that’s so cool!
Akira: Is that why you were allowed to keep your lobsters?
Ryuji: Oh yeah, how are they doing?
Yusuke: Da Vinci and Rembrandt are doing well
Yusuke: IMG_20170116_1356.jpeg
Sumire: AWWWWWWW
Akechi: They’re just lobsters
Sumire: they’re adorable >:T
Akechi: :/
Haru: Sorry to get off topic but did anyone else read that full post?
Futaba: Nah, I just saw the title and texted everyone
Akechi: Wow. This person hates your guts
Yusuke: Huh, odd.
Ryuji: Wait, the way Akechi hates Akira’s guts or the way he hates other people’s guts?
Akechi: what?
Sumire: Definitely the way he hates Maruki
Akechi: Wait what does that mean
Yusuke: I believe they mean is the commentor’s hatred of me laced with homoeroticism or not
Akechi: MY HATRED OF JOKER IS NOT LACED WITH HOMOEROTICISM
Sumire: No need to get so worked up, we aren’t saying you want to have hate sex with him or anything
Ryuji: I am 100% saying that
Sumire: It just could go either way sometimes the way you talk about him
Akechi: I hate all of you
Ann: But not the way you hate Akira, which is the point
Akechi has left the chat
Makoto: Anyway
Makoto: Is this worth looking into?
Yusuke: Probably not.
Yusuke: They haven’t tried anything directly, we should just consider it a troll or vent comment.
Yusuke: I can hardly think of anything I’ve done to warrant this ire though
Futaba: reading between the lines, sounds like Vincent gets out and bothers him when he shit talks you and now he’s convinced you’re doing this somehow
Yusuke: I don’t think Vincent is that smart, he just likes that I feed him.
Sumire: Shush! He loves you and is defending you from bullies!
Yusuke: that’s a pleasant thought :)
Sumire: You should bring him to the cafe and he can hang out with Mona!
Haru: Do you think he’d wear cute outfits?
Akira: Mona wants to pick out the outfits if he’s wearing anything.
Ann: Oh I know a place that makes little cat-shaped macarons!
Sumire: Cat playdate! Cat playdate!
Akira: Cat playdate! Cat playdate!
Yusuke: Vincent seems ok with it.
Ann: Cat playdate!
Haru: Cat playdate!
Makoto: Cat playdate?
Ryuji: Cat playdate!

FOX TALES: LUFFY/OC
fox tales
(cw: boyfriend luffy, oc, kitsune oc, food mention, self-indulgent kitty lore, dirty talk, sex mention, hand holding/kissing, no sex)
***
“Where did you learn about sex?”
You ask your captain, sitting crosslegged on the beach in front of you. You were sharing a scratchy woven blanket, spread out over the sand. The Sunny had docked at a small summer island, and Nami decided you had all earned a well-deserved beach day.
Luffy reaches into the picnic basket beside you. “I dunno,” he says, rummaging through the chips and sandwiches Sanji had packed for you two. “Ace told me a lot of things.”
“Really?” You ask, arching an eyebrow. You knew about your boyfriend’s brother, how he had wielded fire like a sword and shield. You knew your captain’s heart had been broken in half, the day he left. You reach out to touch Luffy’s knee. “Like what?”
“Hm,” Luffy chews with his eyes screwed up in thought, “Like how you’re supposed to treat girls, when they’re in your bed. He said they’re really sensitive, like cats, so you hafta pet them all slow and stuff.” He reaches into the basket for another hefty sandwich. He eats it in one bite.
“Am I like a cat?” You ask, tilting your head.
“You’re a vixen,” he corrects, playfully boxing around your ears. You duck, giggling.
“Yeah, yeah,” you wave him away, “What else?”
“Hm…,” he’s quiet for a minute as he thinks. “That you have to be gentle, but they wanna get fucked hard, sometimes. So you gotta ask,” he wipes the crumbs off his chin with the back of his hand. “Do I do a good job?”
That was an understatement.
“Aye, captain.”
He smirks, and turns back to the waves. You sit in silence for a while, watching the water play along the shore. You take a deep breath, settling into the calm of the sea.
“Am I good?” You ask eventually.
Luffy nods vigorously. “Oh, yes,” he grins, grabbing your hand. He places a small kiss onto your knuckles. A brush of lips, a dusting of affection that shoots sparks through your chest.
“I love you, d’you know that?”
The words come unbidden from your mouth, and tears start to prick at your eyes once you’ve said them. You’ve never said that out loud to anyone, before.
Not since—not since you left home.
But that was a long time ago.
Luffy appraises you with grey-storm eyes. “I know. I love you too, Kit.”
Something tangled in your chest begins to loosen, and your breaths come quick and heavy. Oh, oh god—
“Thank you,” you whisper-hiccup, curling into his side. Your arms go around your chest, pressing hard against your ribcage. Your sobs come in ragged breaths. “So much, for loving me. I don’t…I don’t think I can every repay you,” your voice cracks and you stop. Luffy lets you heave against his chest.
“Don’t have to,” he says simply, warm arms rubber-wrapped several times around your waist. He tucks your head under his chin, and rocks you gently side to side. You both breathe in time with the waves.
“Snack?” He asks you, waving a salty potato chip in front of your face. You giggle, and take it with your teeth.
“Good girl,” he grins, and reaches out to grab another from the bag. He feeds you like that, til there’s less than half the bag left. Once you sit up, no longer leaning against him like he’s the trunk of your favorite tree, he grabs the bag for himself to tip what’s left directly into his mouth. He crunches on his chips with a monkey grin, pleased with himself.
“I got kicked out,” you confess out of nowhere. Guess today’s the day for revelations, you think. “From my home. My mom and dad—they had a plan for me. To get married? To this fox-prince. But he—,” you gulp, “He wasn’t in love with me. He wanted—he wanted to use me, I think…,”
Your tears are bubbling up freely now, and you stare at your blurry hands as they fidget in your lap. Luffy is serious, regarding you with a steady calm you’ve only seen in battle. You hiccup, and continue.
“I was really in love with mortal men,” you say, fiercely quiet. Rage bubbles up in you at the memory. “And my mother hated that. She wanted me to stay in the spirit realm, and stay as the wife of this spirit-prince,” you wrench your face in disgust.
“I wouldn’t do it. I just couldn’t do it. It felt like there was someone holding me down by the shoulders, keeping me trapped.”
Luffy nods, expectantly. You swallow, and push a lock of hair back from your face. He comes over to tie it up for you, coming over to kneel behind you in the sand. The sun had started to gleam crimson, dipping down into the sea like a strawberry slice. You could hear your friends from far off, sounding like they were about to start a bonfire.
Luffy cards his fingers through your hair, the charcoal strands now kept more wavy than tangled. He takes the red ribbon he’s started keeping at his wrist for you, tugging at the beaded knot gently until it comes loose. Strong, steady hands start to brush the hair from your face. He scoops the front of it back, then ties it in a sloppy bun behind your head. The rest of your hair tumbles down beneath it around your waist. He pets over the dark gray waves, humming.
“So pretty, vixen,” he murmurs into your hair, “What happened next?”
You take a deep breath, leaning back against his chest. Your tails are a fluffy blanket around the two of you.
The pirate king’s kitsune, Luffy had once called you, announcing it to the world in a declaration of pride. You had blushed, then, hiding behind your hands.
But then Chopper had tugged on your pant leg, and you peeked at him between your fingers.
“It’s really cool,” he had said in an awed whisper.
Now, you feel a tiny spark of treasure start to wink in your chest. The pirate king’s…you think, rosy warmth blooming across your cheeks.
His.
“I ran away.”
You kick your toes in the sand, staring at your feet with Luffy squatting behind you. “I ran away and I never looked back.” All those years of crying youth…
“I got caught, by a trapper. But then I found the portal-portal fruit. It was blue.”
“Mine was purple.”
“It tasted awful—,”
“Mine too!!”
You laugh, caught off guard, and turn to face your boyfriend. He’s sitting cross-legged in the sand.
“But anyway, I had to get away from this trapper, so I ate the fruit and portalled outta there. And that’s how I got to the house with chicken legs.”
Luffy hums. That’s where he had found you.
“How long were you there?” Before I came, he doesn’t say.
“Three years.”
“Ah,” he nods, “I took a break like that. Two years training on an island with Rayleigh.”
“The haki guy?”
“Yeah.”
You hum, scooting closer to your sunset-gold captain. His black hair waves a bit in the sea breeze. You tuck a lock of it behind his ear.
“Human ears,” you say, softly. He turns his head to catch your palm against his lips.
“Fox ears,” he flicks at your fluffy, pointed ears. You twitch one out from beneath his touch. He grins.

How to Make DIY Kawaii Pens!
Tumblr media
Ciao lovelies! Do you like kawaii stationary? Have you ever wanted kawaii pens? Well today I'm going to show you how you can make super kawaii pens out of regular pens! It's super easy and fun! Let's get started!
What You'll Need:
Tumblr media
You will want for this project:
-Hot Glue Gun and Hot Glue sticks
-Pens like the ones pictured
-Ribbons
-Scissors
-Craft Foam
-Rhinestones or other desired embellishments
And lastly, not mentioned but pictured in every step- a placemat or other surface to work on, I'm using a placemat from the dollar store.
There are two different styles of Kawaii Pen design that I'm crafting today, so let's start with Method one:
Tumblr media
For method one we'll be creating this super kawaii pen that reminds me of a magical girl's wand. Here are the steps:
Tumblr media
Step one is fairly simple. You'll need to wrap the pen in your desired ribbon, here I'm using an elastic pink and sparkly ribbon. To wrap the ribbon around your pen, secure the end of the ribbon onto the end of the pen using hot glue. Then wrap the ribbon around the pen until you reach the end, and secure with glue periodically. Glue down the end of the ribbon, and your pen should be wrapped now!
So let's move on to decorating the end, with steps two and three!
Tumblr media
To make the embellishment for the end of the pen, cut a heart from craft foam and glue on some rhinestones in your desired colors and shapes. I went for a random yet symmetrical pattern.
Then glue the now-decorated-heart onto the end of the pen using hot glue!
And you're done with Method 1!
So now let's make a different style of pen for our second and last method, Method 2:
Tumblr media
This pen design is super cute, I love bows so I love this method so much!
So how do we make this style of pen? Here are the steps:
Tumblr media
For this pen design, wrap the pen in your desired ribbon like we did in Method 1. I chose a hot pink Hello Kitty ribbon this time.
Next, make a bow from a somewhat thick-width ribbon. I used a white satin ribbon to make my bow. Now glue the bow directly to the top of the pen.
Tumblr media
Lastly we get to have some fun with some fabulous rhinestones! I glued a big teardrop shaped silver rhinestone to the center of the bow first.
Lastly, I glued a pink oval rhinestone to the big silver one, and I also added some small silver rhinestones to the top corners of the bow!
And you've now completed two methods/designs of how to make DIY kawaii pens!
Tumblr media
What do you think of these tutorials? Will you be making your own DIY kawaii pens? Let me know in the comments, or tag us in your creations on Instagram using #OFTreaders to be featured in our story or on our feed!

What if Marinette and Adrien had an Adult (Part 2)
So been thinking about this for awhile. This is going to be a Maribat fic (Mostly found family, Daminette (eventually) Adrien x Jon Kent (they would be awesome together) Jason Todd x OFC (mentioned)). What if Selina took a note out of Bruce's book and adopted a little orphan of her own. What if she was close to Jason, what if she followed Dick and started the Teen Titans after losing Jason, and what if she eventually ended up in Paris saw Hawkmoth and these two kids doing their best and just went "mine now!". Well I guess we'll find out.
Masterlist
Prologue
Dusk welcomed the 2 young heros to her hideout
Kitty had bought this building when she first moved to Paris as a place to train in peace and a place for the Titans to hang out when they visited
Dusk: Welcome to Grande Falls or the unofficial name Titans' Falls!
Ladybug and Chat Noir looked in wonder at all the training equipment in the huge room that took up what looked to be two floors from the outside
Half the room was exercise equipment and the other half was filled with parkour equipment while the rafters had what look to be trapeze equipment
Chat Noir: Titans' Falls?
Dusk: Yep! I own this whole building and the Titans use it as a base for operations in France.
Ladybug *pointing up*: Is that trapeze stuff?
Dusk: Again yes, one of my friends is a trapeze artist and he taught me and I'm going to teach you. It'll help you in the field. I'll also going to be teaching you parkour and have y'all doing strength training. For now we're going to focus on your skills in the suits but as time goes on I want us to focus on your skills out of the suits too. But for now let's see what y'all can do in the suits, 10 laps around the gym right now!
The 2 younger heros have Dusk a solute before following orders
Dusk took her mother's approach to training
Be encouraging but tuff
After 2 hours of assessing their skills Dusk called for an end to training
Dusk: You did great tonight guys! Now head home and get to bed! We'll be doing out of suit practice Friday night at midnight. Wear exercise clothes and comfortable shoes.
Ladybug: shouldn't we do a patrol around the city to make sure everything is okay?
Dusk: I already patrolled for tonight and after that exercise you need rest not more work, but before I forget, these are for you
Dusk hand them 2 bright yellow Titans Communicators
Dusk: If you need me or each other you can call on this I already have all of our numbers programed into it, but I also have the number for the main Titans tower in it, just in case the worst is to happen you can still call for help.
Chat: Wow so cool!
Ladybug: Thank you Dusk for everything
Dusk rubbed the heads of the two teens affectionately
Dusk: Don't mention it kid, now off to bed the both of ya!
Once the 2 teens left Kitty tried to call Raven again to talk about the miraculous
Whenever she would try to talk about it, the feed would go static until she stop and it was like Raven completely forgot about their previous conversation until Kitty brought it up directly
It seemed that the miraculous or whoever was handing them out didn't want the information to leave Paris
So instead of getting information Kitty set up a safe word with the Titans that if they hear it they need to come to Paris ASAP and track the communicators and help the kids holding it
The safe words had to be something that people couldn't guess
Something that only she would use
The safe word was Pride and Prejudice
Kitty looked over to a well loved book that sat on her bedside table
She still remember the day she got that very book from...Jason
*Flashback*
Jason: Happy 16th Birthday KitKat!
Jason hugged Kitty from behind giving her a big kiss on the cheek
Kitty: Thank you, dork.
Jason: Aw and I thought we were past that darling. Enough of that! Time to open the present I got you.
The older boy handed over a small present
Kitty: Thank you Jason, but you know you didn't have to get me anything, you being here is enough, I feel like you're always on patrol or some case right now
Jason: I'll always make time for you. Now stop stalling and open your gift
Kitty did and inside was a copy of the book "Pride and Prejudice"
Kitty: I love this story, but I haven't read the book yet
Jason: Which is a crime! But I got you this book for another reason. This is our story. We started out with you hating me, while poor me fell in love at first sight and didn't know how to show it.
Kitty gave Jason a light shove at his dramatics
Jason: but we over came first impressions and became friends, then we became more than friends, and now I couldn't imagine my life without you Kitty. I know we're still young but I know you're it for me. I love you Kitty
Kitty: I love you too Jason
*Flashback End*
But it was more than just a book
Jason had made little notes in the margins for her
What he thought when he first saw her, his perspective on their interactions, and his thoughts on their future
Kitty couldn't bear to open the book now but she couldn't let it go either
It was the last thing she had of Jason and she wasn't willing to give it up
The next day Kitty was at her day job in the bakery when Marinette came storming in for lunch
Kitty: Whoa there firefly what's up? What's got you stomping around?
Marinette: Not only am I in class with Chloe again, but her friend Adrien is also in the class and he seems to be just as bad as her! He put gum on my chair today!
Kitty glanced towards the school and see a blond boy race out of the school and towards the bakery
Kitty: Did you see him put the gum on your chair or was he just standing over the gum
Marinette: Well I didn't exactly see him do it, but knowing Chloe I doubt people who call her a friend are much better
Kitty: I don't know mean people don't usually go out of their way to explain themselves
Marinette: But he hasn't!
Kitty: But it looks like he's about you
Adrien did come to apologize and explain that he was just trying to get the gum off her chair not put it on
That lunch period Marinette and Adrien struck up a strong friendship
The laughed and talked about the fashion world with Kitty interjecting every now and then but mostly just enjoying the conversation between the two teens
Outside the bakery an old man and the Turtle kwami stood and watch the trio laugh and joke
Wayzz: It seems like the holders have found a mentor mastor
Fu: Maybe that's a good thing. The holders are still very young and they could use some guidance. I cannot reveal myself until our enemy does, so until then Ms. Kyle seems to be doing a fine job for now.

Ven was pacing. He couldn’t help it- his heart just wouldn’t calm down no matter how hard he willed it to.
Not long after parting from Aqua, Ven decided to write a note. That note ended up outside a certain room. Inside that note was an invitation and the location of one particular dress that had been suggested by Aqua. Now all Ven could do was wait. He tried to bide time by cranking the phonograph every so often, and he even checked the record to make sure it wouldn’t skip once he allowed it to start turning.
And, of course, he paced.
The sound of someone clearing their throat caught Ven’s attention. In that moment all his fears went away, and just as quickly a new wave of emotion set over him. Sabrina was at the door of the ballroom. Not only was she on time, she had also put on the suggested dress.
As Sabrina stepped further into the ballroom, everything in Ven froze just so his heart could leap right out of his chest. She was beautiful. The dress Aqua had suggested hugged Sabrina like a glove. The long skirt had a similar fullness to the circle skirts Sabrina was used to, and even boasted a silk underskirt for retaining modesty should she spin a bit too fast. Should Aqua ever decide to wear it again, Ven knew that all he would see was Sabrina. Crushed purple velvet was for Sabrina now- always and forever.
“Aqua’s really been hoarding dresses for decades, yeah? This is something my grandmother would wear.” Sabrina informed Ven once they were close enough.
“It definitely fits better than I thought it would.” Ven quietly mused. She didn’t quite seem to notice as she further scrutinized the dress.
“We’re not even the same size. Can you imagine being a whole half foot smaller than she is just to fit this?”
“No I can not.”
He almost let it slip that it was because he could only see her in it now, but he bit his tongue just in time. The odd moment must have been felt by Sabrina. She placed a hand on her hip as she stared him down.
“So did you invite me to the ballroom just to stare at me in one of Aqua’s older dresses, or is there a better reason?” she questioned.
Ven’s heart jumped right back into his chest again.
“Oh! Right.” he remembered. He gave her a pointed finger to indicate that she needed to wait for something. She then watched as Ven went over to the phonograph and turned its crank completely. Once the turntable was spinning, he placed the needle down on the record and went back to Sabrina. He offered a hand out to her as his face shown nothing but sincerity.
“A dance.” he offered. “Just one. That's all I ask.”
Sabrina looked at his hand, then at him. A mean little thought at the back of her head told her that he was testing her trust. The last few days were more than enough not to; his vampire master couldn’t keep her fangs to herself, he never directly told her that said master was watching, even though they both knew she was. But those were all issues that Aqua needed to address. It wasn’t Aqua that Sabrina was physically alone with right now. Aqua wasn’t the one she wrote letters to when her caravan was away.
Did she even need to not trust Ventus at this point?
“Slow dancing isn’t my thing.” Sabrina eventually said. Her smirk toward him was timid at best. This wasn’t going to be comfortable.
However, Ven was patient.
“Humor me.” he said back, holding his hand out a bit further.
Sabrina remained looking at him. Without ever looking away, she took his hand. She would let him lead- at least for now.
Aqua had spent half a year teaching Ventus various ballroom dances. They had both laughed at the time that they may never have proper balls or galas to show his dance moves in. There was one thing Aqua did tell Ven that was coming back now- read the cues, even if you may think you’re the one leading. Your partner may work to a different tempo, and that would be fine; so long you don’t run over another set of dancers. But adjusting would be a mutual effort. It also had to be done without any words being exchanged. That was what ultimately made dancing tricky. You could both be excellent dancers, but without reading each other and adjusting to your shared needs, everything could fall apart quickly.
For that reason, Ventus started slow and cautious. This was how he always approached Sabrina at first, so it made sense to dance the same way. Sabrina was too rigid, refusing to look anywhere but at Ventus, so he adjusted by allowing them to dance a bit further apart. This put her at a better comfort level. It would be her to bring them back in again once she gained a feel for the music’s tempo. That much made sense to both of them- Sabrina was the one who took time in knowing just what she was comfortable with and what she wasn’t. Offering herself to a vampire in exchange for knowing its familiar had been Sabrina’s idea. Sabrina remained at the castle after, even when she could have gone back home once she felt well again. Her presence still was a gift, not a right. And it all culminated in one important thing; her trust in Ventus.
As the song came to a close, and a new one replacing it, the two slowed in their dance but did not move far apart.
“Thank you.” Ven told Sabrina with full honesty.
“It wasn’t that horrible.” Sabrina retorted with a roll of her eyes. “Just another reminder that Aqua’s training you to be a fine gentleman- and not a feral monster like the rest of us.”
Ven’s face turned to disgust.
“You’re not a monster. Or feral.”
“I’m sure Papa would love to hear that one.” she laughed. She looked at him- a tricky little smile etching the corners of her lips. “You know, he talks about you. Always asking when I'm going to bring you around again. So, since we’ve shared a dance in your little hovel, why not spare one at mine? Eye for an eye, dance for a dance.”
He immediately wanted to agree.
“I’d have to ask…” Ven started to say. He soon shook his head. “I would love to escort you back home. It would be good to get some fresh air too.”
“The nightlife really shines in our camp.” Sabrina smiled. “A heart like yours might just explode from the energy.”
“I can do my best. Isn’t that what matters?”
“I suppose so.”
The two smiled at each other. Sabrina happened to glance down, noting that their hands were still knit inside each other. That was when she finally realized they were still so close. She stepped out of their circle like she was avoiding a snake.
“I should… go get my stuff ready,” she mumbled, “If I'm going home tonight.”
Ven nodded, allowing her the right to leave. She nodded back, not looking him in the eye, as she quickly made her way out of the ballroom. He could see her even as she left eye range. For a moment, he wondered how much longer she would be like a ghost to him; always there, but slightly out of reach. He only hoped it wouldn’t be for much longer…
-
They weren’t even able to reach the outskirts of the camp before hearing a cacophony of “Sabreenie! Sabreenie!” call out to them. Not long after, a bundle of kids came running up to pull at Sabrina’s dress. It only took one to notice Ventus- and they were the loudest of them all.
“Sabreenie brought a boy with her!!!”
The children let out a collective ‘ooooh’ at the discovery. Ven could feel his cheeks heat up. Sabrina wasn’t taking any of it. Her mouth opened, prepared to reprimand them, but someone managed to beat her to it.
“Give them space, you hoodlums.” the voice of the caravan’s patriarch, Sabrina’s Papa, told the children. “You still have to feed the horse and help Mama with dinner.”
“Yes sir.” the children replied with sad voices as they went back to the camp, heads down in despair. The patriarch laughed, then turned his attention to Sabrina and Ventus.
“Ventus!” Papa happily greeted. “It’s been awhile since you’ve been around. How have you been?”
“Fine,” Ven anxiously said, even rubbing the back of his head. “Do you mind if I stay for dinner tonight?”
“Did you miss our big pot of stew? It’s never the same way twice!”
Ven took a glance to Sabrina. “Something like that…”
Getting accustomed to the traveler’s camp again took quite a bit of effort. There was always someone who needed attention somewhere. And since Ventus was a familiar, yet not quite family, face, he was taken this and there to many questions and even more requests for help. He didn’t even get to see Sabrina until after everyone was able to eat, and even then, she had purposely sat down on the opposite side of the bonfire. Her tricky eyes flickering back at him, while he likely looked pretty lost from it all.
There was always someone dancing too. Men and women and children, taking turns and switching partners and making it hard to tell who was sitting at any time and who was part of the crowd. One of the current dancers had thrown Ventus into the fray. The poor vampire’s familiar found himself spinning in ways he’d never done before. In almost every ballroom dance, no one could consider you getting dizzy from not being able to spot where you’re going. The only time Ven was able to stop spinning was when he bumped right into someone’s arms.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to-” he started to say before realizing who had caught him.
It was Sabrina, and her face looked awfully smug.
“Having fun?” she asked- that smug look really went right to her lips.
“I don’t think I’m good at dancing this quickly.” Ven sheepishly admitted.
“Humor me.”
Ven’s heart jolted. He gave her a nod and started to take her lead.
Dancing at the traveler’s camp was like the opposite of dancing in the castle’s ballroom. Sabrina was leading, and it was Ventus who needed the assurance of trust to keep dancing. Their movements together were quick. It became a marvel that they could become synchronized so well. Not quickly, mind you, but with enough trust they could work with each other’s dancing comforts.
Ven didn’t realize how exhausting it all was until Sabrina made the decision to move them away from the bonfire and toward the wagons. It was so prominent that he didn’t even realize that she was taking him to a specific wagon until it was too late.
“I got to see the inside of your house,” Sabrina told him, “So now you get to see inside mine. Eye for an eye, dance for a dance, and home for a home.”
Ven blinked.
“Are you sure?” he asked, but she had already opened the door at the back of the wagon and entered. The boy blinked a few more times before his legs finally moved him forward. There were three floating steps to get inside the wagon.
Inside was like a world all its own. Sabrina had barely decorated the inside, and what she had usually consisted of a deep purple with a hint of blue. Her bed was placed against the long wall on the left, and her chests of clothing and other precious items were on the long right wall. At the front of the wagon was a small area that resembled a desk, sitting on top was a bottle of ink and a writing pen. Ven flushed in realizing that it was the place she must sit when they write their letters to each other.
He now understood why they always carried the smallest trace of lavender to them- her whole wagon had the aroma.
“A bit smaller than you’re used to, I’m sure.” Sabrina smirked. She was already sitting quite haughtily on her bed. Her shoes had been removed and placed carefully by the chests.
“It’s… comforting.” Ven carefully admitted. He sat next to her on her bed before adding, “It’s a lot like you.”
“You think I’m comforting?”
Ven’s face flushed a deep red.
“You know I didn’t mean it like that.”
Sabrina laughed, enjoying his mild discomfort.
“Why do you always laugh at me?” Ven questioned, refusing to look at her.
“Because you’re hopeless.” came the sure answer. “That’s what I like about you.”
“You like me? That’s news.”
Sabrina chuckled as she shook her head. She’d never fully admit how she felt about him. The meantime felt a lot funnier.
“Before, you asked me what I meant by a comfortable relationship.” she then told him. “Since we’re as alone as we’re going to get, I think you deserve to know.”
Ven put his hands in his lap. He prepared himself for whatever she was going to say next with controlled eagerness.
“For me,” Sabrina said to him, “There are no loving or caring relationships unless you trust the other person. You have to believe them enough to defend them when no one’s looking. Being comfortable in a relationship means that you can trust someone with a secret. Believe them when they tell you theirs. To invite them to a space special to you, like, say, the place they call home, takes so much love and trust and safety and-”
“Did you ever learn to say ‘I love you’ in a normal way?”
His boldness had shocked her. At the same time, she was absolutely thrilled by it.
“Not at all.” she smirked, moving closer to him. “Are you requesting that I make an attempt to?”
Ven smiled as he also moved close.
“Nope.”
The two were chest to chest now. Sabrina had even extended her arm over his body to keep herself steady.
“What if I use my actions instead?” she challenged. “Would you try to stop me?”
Her eyes were so dark, so relaxed at the sight of him. Ven felt like he was falling into an abyss. His head felt so light, it was no wonder that his eyes fluttered to the top of his skull when their lips were just breaths away.
“Never.” he promised. Seconds after, their lips touched with chilling static overcoming their bodies. Neither wanted to let go.
It got heavy fast. Ven found his hands roaming to cup Sabrina’s face as the kiss deepened. Sabrina was the one who led them down against her bed. From there, her hands roamed from his chest to his back, clenching his clothing to keep him as close as possible. Ven became the first to vocalize his lust. It didn’t take long for him to coax one out of Sabrina as well.
Note to self: Aqua was never allowed to touch Sabrina’s neck. Only Ven could taste her there. And only him from now on.
The two broke apart for all of a moment. Ven took the opportunity to sit back up, intending to undo the buttons on his vest and shirt. Sabrina stopped him by placing a hand over his.
“Not here, not now.” she told him. Her eyes clearly wanted differently, but even in this heated moment her mind was as rational as ever.
Ven looked like a child who had denied dessert.
“But I thought…”
Sabrina brought him closer, allowing their foreheads to touch.
“Not here, not now,” she repeated in a smaller, sincere voice. He understood.
“As you wish.” Ventus husked before leading them back in for one passionate kiss after another. No one else in the world mattered anymore.
-
Ven didn’t want to leave. Climbing around her had already been an exercise in patience, and now looking at her continue to sleep made him feel guilty. They didn’t even do anything. Except for a few kisses. …and even fewer bruises from getting a bit too engrossed in each other with the skin contact available.
Not that he felt guilty about those. He was actually quite proud of them, if he was going to be honest with himself.
“I love you.” Ven admitted in a hushed whisper as he stroked a thumb against Sabrina’s cheek. A small hum came from Sabrina’s lips. He took it as an answer. Smiling, Ventus left Sabrina’s wagon. He made sure no one was watching before transforming into his owl form to fly back home.
He would sleep well for the rest of the night. The ghost of Sabrina’s presence haunting his dreams with warmth.
The next morning was spent on autopilot as he got dressed and prepared Aqua’s breakfast. And of course she noticed. And thankfully she didn’t comment on it. As they spent the rest of the morning in the library, Aqua studied him.
He was still reading Giselle, but he certainly wasn’t looking at the words. It was then that Aqua made a choice. She carefully closed her book to give Ventus all of her attention.
“You know, I’ve been doing some thinking.” she told him.
“Oh yeah?” Ven mused, lulling his head over to look her way.
“I think we could join the travelers for a season. Perhaps winter. The Baron might be a bit lonely, but I’m sure he could manage for a few months.”
Ven’s eyes shot wide open.
“Are you serious?”
The vampire gave a firm nod. Ven’s eyes then lit up with joy.
“Winter would be perfect!” he agreed- his voice getting a bit too loud from his own excitement. “You could cover almost all the way up and it wouldn’t look out of place- especially since I don’t think anyone rides in the wagons while they’re traveling. Oh! That means we’d have to get you new veils! And gloves!”
Aqua laughed as her familiar started to form a list of needed items out loud.
“I wonder if we’d have to make our own wagon, or if we can borrow one. If that’s the case, then we’d have to spend time building it. And we can build it to have faux windows! It would be perfect, and no one would ever know! And if they do ask, we just say you have severe allergies to various pollen. We’ve done it before, and no one’s asked after. And since we’d be traveling somewhere new, it would be an even better excuse!
“But what about your feedings? We can’t use the same person every time- it would look suspicious. Trying to go after someone different would be weird too. If it’s someone from the camp, they’d pick up a pattern pretty quickly. And there’s  no guarantee there’d be wildlife where we go… We might have to work on that. If only there was a way to preserve plasma for long periods of time!”
A smile was on Aqua’s face, and it surely wasn’t going away anytime soon. Everything was just as it should be.
For now.
-
She didn’t want to admit it, but Sabrina spent the next morning taking too long trying to reach for a hand that wasn’t there. She knew it wouldn’t be there, but she still tried.
The bed felt a lot colder too, now that she thought about it.
Curse that idiot.
Curse him to the best-worst place in all the cosmos. He deserved every inch of it.
And yet, every bit of her felt light. The good mood allowed her to pick out one of her favorite skirts before heading out to the campfire for breakfast. She must have slept in, considering the only ones still around were her caretakers. She must have also been smiling, or otherwise looked far off, because Papa gave her a rather bemused double take.
“Did you sleep well last night?” he carefully probed.
“You know? I think I did.” Sabrina agreed, her voice sounding as if she was just finding this out now.
“Is the boy that came last night still here?” Mama then inquired.
Sabrina shook her head.
“He couldn’t stay. The schedule’s kinda rigid back at home for him.” A small pause. “Not that I wouldn’t mind him staying over again.”
Her caretakers exchanged a knowing look with each other- they knew something about Sabrina that it would take her years, if ever, to fully understand. And the thought pleased them, to say the least.
“Are you hungry?” Mama asked. “There are still some omelets left over. Plenty of fresh fruit too.”
“Did someone manage to find strawberries?”
“They did!”
“Then I’ll take the rest.”
The small family laughed. Breakfast then went on rather smoothly. She talked with her caretakers about her adventures while riding, and giving cryptic remarks on her time with Ventus when her caretakers asked about them. None of them noticed as a man came walking up to camp.
“Pardon me.” a new voice spoke up. Sabrina and her caretakers looked to the voice. It was a young man with brown hair and determinate blue eyes. He looked to her caretakers before zoning in on Sabrina herself.
“Are you the maiden with the white steed that glides through the woods at night?” he asked. His voice was stern and clear.
“I am she.” Sabrina agreed. “Who are you, and what brings you to ask?”
The mysterious man bowed to her.
“My name is Terra. I’ve come a long way in search of what lurks in the castle overlooking the village. I was hoping that you would aid my knowledge. Many of the villagers do not know you by name, but have seen you close to the area.”
Sabrina cocked an eyebrow. She looked the man over from head to toe. He dressed rather practically, for what it was worth. His well defined abdominal muscles faintly pressed against a black, long sleeved cotton top. The canvas trousers he wore sported the same deep brown as his coat- which in and of itself looked quite worn at the ends of the collar and back paneling. Even more noticeable were his boots. Made of rough leather, they were exceptionally clean for someone who must have trekked through some mud to get to the traveler’s camp. To finish the look off, the mysterious man wore elbow length work gloves and a shallow, wide brimmed hat that wouldn’t last long in higher winds.
After taking in his physical features, Sabrina noticed something almost poking out from the coat’s semi-closed lining. The man was wearing a leather belt across his chest- attached to one of the loops was a stake pointed and poised for an attack. Seeing this, Sabrina put on a sickeningly sweet smile.
This man was a vampire hunter.
Well then.
This poor sucker had no idea what he was in for.

Any unusual opinions/thoughts/hc on Nightmare gang? 👀
You got me here! I'm not really a follower of the bad/star sanses movement, more like a passive observer - therefore I don't know much about them, other than general, widespread hcs. They feel like they're at that point where they belong to the fandom rather than their creators, you know?
My biggest point of contact are Nightmare and Patience (whose author I can't remember rn but you can find it on Ao3 and it's really good) and @kaygee-doodles stories, which are also fucking fantastic and very engaging.
I can give some general opinions, however! Since you're asking directly XD
My favorite one has to be Killer. Again, I don't know if the version of Killer I have in my head is anywhere near close to what OG Killer was meant to be but he's really fun and unhinged in a very fucked up way - what I enjoy the most is how people try to approach him emotionally, as well as his evolution when he is forced to face situations that clash with his inner monologue. He's hot too, and likes kitties, and he's a jerk, 100/10 relatable.
Dust is a second favorite! Though I'm heavily biased because I don't really like dusttale and the whole idea of Papyrus (or his ghost) chasing him everywhere, which kind of destroys the whole concept from the very base. I prefer considering Dust as his own little grenlin guy with several issues, and that's kinda it!
To get it out of the way (I'm sorry), I don't really care about Cross? I don't know anything about him other than there is something going on with him a cows and chocolate?? Don't ask me what, I couldn't say. I know Xtale is a huge thing but I never got into it and right now I feel like I would need a whole fucking lot of motivation to start - which mmmmm I don't really feel like doing. Kudos to him, he seems very simpy and soft.
Same with Horror - he's just Horror, you know? He's the guy from horrortale. I like him well enough and his feeding and momming tendencies are very cute if you tactfully avoid the deep truame he carries with himself. I'm always down for a Penis Party, tho, a Celebration of the Dick, an Erection Acknowledgement. You know what I mean, read Nightmare and Patience.
And then we have Nightmare himself! The goop man, the one who feeds on your bad feelings and needs to cause chaos and destroy universes to the a full belly! Unfortunately, he gets the same treatment as Cross. I know he has a thing with apples? And he's supposed to be some sort of parent/boss for the group; he likes reading and he's very serious and somewhat controlling and lives in a castle in the middle of who knows where. I think if I got invested and actually looked into it I could like him quite a bit, but I'm very lazy. He usually comes tied to Dream and all his drama, which is kind of the point, but they don't really catch my attention much.
And that should be it!

lord you guys, i'm so glad i decided i'm putting in my notice here tomorrow. one of the nurse's aides came up and told us that a resident had gone out to the hospital four days ago and the daughter had said she'd come immediately back for the cat, but no one had, and the night aides had been feeding it. and the move in coordinator was like, lease says they have to be out in 24 hours or we call animal control.
and i was like um can we call the daughter again and give her a chance to come for the cat first? and she was like NO THATS THE RULES. soooo i thought about it for about thirty seconds, looked up the resident's file, and called the daughter and was like, shit is going down, can you come now? and she was like i can come in an hour :( so i went to the move-in coordinator who was already telling the administrator about it and was like i called the daughter and she'll be here in an hour. then i looked at the administrator and said, do we still have to call animal control or can we give her a chance. and he was like idk. and then i got him alone and he was like no the daughter can get her, i don't want to call animal control. he's so nonconfrontational i knew i just had to also be forceful about it but honest to god i was gonna physically prevent this shit if i had to. i was gonna kidnap a cat. and then the move-in coordinator was also agitating that the resident shouldn't be allowed to have her cat back when she comes back because she violated the agreement. and the administrator called corporate and they were like no she can but warn her if it happens again she can't have the cat here. and it turns out the resident's kids had come by several times trying to get the cat out but the cat didn't want to come out because it was scared, so they'd feed it and leave. they didn't know it had to be out in 24 hours. and the move-in coordinator was like THE RESIDENT SIGNED THE AGREEMENT. like... she went out sick, i'm sure she didn't have a copy of it with her, for shit's sake. and then the daughter came and i called the aide who had told us (who was also horrified about calling animal control) and i went up to the room and helped the daughter... we had to take the mattress off and tip up the box spring bc the cat was hiding IN the box spring, and then the cat ran under a table so i sat with her and kept offering her my fist until she stopped hissing and gave it a sniff. and then kept doing that until she let me move onto head scritches. then i scruffed her, dragged her gently along the floor until i could hold her, and petted her. and then i picked her up and she hung like a loaf in my arm. she started hissing again when i tried to put her in the carrier but that's par for the course. so kitty is safely off with her mom's family now and i told the administrator i directly defied the move-in coordinator. his response was entirely noncommittal lol i was ready to walk out over this shit, honestly. i hate leaving a place where i feel like i'm the only person putting compassion first but i can't be this angry all the time either. this is not the first thing that's gone on that made me see complete fuckin red. it's so pointlessly cruel to adhere to the letter of the law when it doesn't fucking cost us anything to be a little kind to that resident and her poor pet. glad i'm bailing on this place -_-

your own ocs for the ask game
Anonymous I love you. Thank you so much.
Send me a fandom and I’ll tell you my:
blorbo (fave character): Dzamie. Indisputable. Gotta play favorites with the cute cheetah boi who's taken up my mind for over a decade.
skrunkly (very baby, So Shaped): Sylvia the hammerspace dragon. She is so smol. She is so cute. She is so hungry. Feed her a strawberry. Hold her and love her.
scrimblo bimblo (underrated): I literally can't answer this, since I'm pretty sure I'm the only one in this fandom. Hey, followers, let me know who your favorite OCs of mine are. Also, please send me more asks about my OCs.
glup shitto (rare fave): ...er, once again. I suppose I'd actually go with Cloaken Dagger, or maybe Rinta. They don't get much time on stage in my mind, but they often occupy the spotlight while they do.
poor little meow meow (Problematic™): Oh, HM by a landslide. He is an immoral destroyer of whatever pleases him and many people who've survived meeting him have done so because one of his partners told him not to kill them. He has done nothing wrong in his entire life except for when he bit Dzamie's arm as a prank to wake him up.
horse plinko (would bat like a cat with yarn): Rekus. I'm sorry, little kitty, but though you train to be a dragonslayer, your fate is to repeatedly be dragon food. At least they're nice dragons. Except for Sleek, who just wants to bite you. Maybe you can kill a mean one.
eeby deeby (Go Directly To Superhell): Fyoor. Look, I know she's a deity born of hatred and fury and her presence compels more of the same, but she's really quite a jerk. It may be impossible for her to chill out by her very nature, but she definitely should. At least it's funny when Eris upstages her.

I am beside you. You are beside me.
So don’t just sit there, crying. Go on and make it right.
So much that we take for granted.
She only reveals what she wants you to see.
Then I guess she had to crash.
About the liars and the dirty, dirty cheats of the world: the fakers are gonna fake, fake, fake.
I never miss a beat.
I’m lightning on my feet.
And that's what they don't see.
Why don’t you come to your senses?
It wasn't me she was foolin.
There were three young ladies singin', "Hey diddle diddle with a kitty-Kat in the middle.”
Like the video films we saw.
I am the DJ.
And I’ve got believers.
I'm sacrificin' myself to start the healin' and shit on my mind and it's heavy.
Tell you in pieces 'cause it's way too heavy.
Who keep 'em honest like us?
Who in alignment like us?
Who gotta heal 'em all? Us.
Time will tell on their power minds.
Making war just for fun. Treating people just like pawns in chess.
Day of judgement, God is calling.
Baby?
There’s NOTHING I wouldn't do.
There's something in the water.
“Please, forgive me, I've got demons in my head; won't let me speak. Tryna feed me lies til I’m dead. It's gonna get me by the end of the night.”
You can't go and pray this type of pain away.
Lolita.
I was your sport, she was your entertainment.
And as your fantasies are broken in two, did you really think this bloody road would pave the way for you?
I've got a message for you and your twisted hell:
you better turn around and blow your kiss goodbye to life eternal.
And then there was the issue of her.
Would smile at you… and stick a knife in your back.
God, I wish I was with my father.
It was a day like this.
If I ever find myself here again, I'll give everything.
This “love” left a permanent mark.
(I was into trios.)
“Stella Marie, you’re my star.”
If you should ask, aunt tinka…then maybe they’d tell you what I would say.
Somewhere under 6 am there is the room, and the event in this room.
And it took all of my strength to ignore the need to stay.
Elements: at this point aunt tinka went outside and was standing in front of a tree with the rain coming down, because the apt was getting to her. She wanted to ask me what it is in there that gets her so worked up, but we couldn’t do that without following protocol. That said, the elements help her shake it off (haha), and she likes it when we do something new & the music reflects what’s happening currently.
“I'm gonna try with all my might to make this story line come true.”
Someone named Joe wanted to say hi.
“It never felt so right to be so wrong.”
You know, I didn’t understand for a while, but then one of the elders made it clear.
I still pray for you, though. I know you need it.
There are different kinds of intelligence. Sometimes when we act from the head and ignore the heart, it’s because of past lives karma that we haven’t dealt with. It’s why we get stuck.
Including you know who.
I spent time with her when she was pregnant, before she told my aunt. WAY before she told her. You could say I was trying to guide her.
But not everyone can hear. Shrug.
She’s important because she’s the one who has listened to her the whole time it all was happening.
But she…thought my aunt was confused. Which was partly true.
And then when J wrote her that email, well that was the end of that.
What is it with humans writing her analyst instead of talking to her directly? Seems kinda backwards.
And that's how the story ends.

6.29.23 Thursday
1:47 am
I can't sleep but I took a nap and done showering... I still have windblow trap...
I'm not happy...Thinking of my future... They don't take me seriously, my inner emotion. I wanna leave the hometown, thinking of money and job...
I feel bitter and ugly... I feel conscious... I have blemish on my butt now coz we stopped opening our ac for 6 months already....
I wanna get a bf who can be my support system of course bf is somehow your own personal soul, an another you... I feel conscious now... I can't even afford my bleaching creams and scrub... I'm damage now....
From the past months, my skin was almost perfect and I streamed in "Tagged" coz I like an arab man that I didn't know that he is a prince and I told myself will try to catch the attention of people in "Tagged" probably I can be famous in arab world to have the prince and I'm somehow confident coz my butt was evenly white, in a way....
Since our ac is off here, I feel that I no longer deserve the prince coz of my blemish on my skin most specially on my butt these days ( that I have to fix... ).
I wanna get a colored alien bf now, I want someone supportive on my vanity, I feel so conscious... I have low self-esteem...
2:07 am
Will talk to my friend Kuya Erning about the water, it seems there is a different taste.... hmm... I know we're friends... But I just need to ask him, why it seems there is somehow an after taste of something that from the past year and past months it was yummy...
2:59 am
I can't sleep... I still have windblow trap... If I'm like this I'm somehow worried coz probably I need my calm meds it is somehow sleeping pills.. My mind is awaken by the windblow and paranoaia on water... Probably coz I'm worrying so much...
10:51 am
Uncle Jun went to his best friend Georgia'Z forest ( which I hate them still plus the Betsilogz gang )... They are the people on a circle of friends here and Mimmy will not be there, Kitty probably was always with them ( I hope Kitty will tell me everything).
I have pelvic pain my sciatica or priformis and waiting for alms to have my massage therapy on Elsie ( the pain is here and it is weird ) pain on my lower abdomen, pain at the side and back of my pelvic and pain down to my left leg and sometimes both legs I feel numb....Weird! But my will power says just move and pray that you can make it! But I have sanity that I need to fix this but I have no fundings coz I'm bum and I feel self-pity here... ( fake providence of Uncle DD, that he wanted to be a father figure on Aunt Karen's son that what am I here??? I'm not gonna clean the poops of Neko and Lalah will just feed them coz I need to preserve my beauty angels somehow...
11:41 am
Another case of Neko coz she is a dog and she needs to be taken care of coz we are human beings.... Gets angels? ( It doesn't matter whose dog is Neko but it is Uncle DD but I'm aiming to adopt her if I have money in the future) the main point dogs should be taken care of by "human beings"....Dog has life, they are given by God as our faithful companion and they are animals like us but we human beings are the highest form of animals...
11:58 am
Special case of Neko, though she has her own dog room but I always transfer her to our old garage space coz it is so hot during noon time until 4pm on her dog room coz the sun is directly pointing out on her dog room...Dog can't stand that heat for 365 days even a K9!
We had so many dogs before and that is the reason why they were all dead after 2 years... All of our dogs... I remember everything now...
When you have dogs you should think of their ventilation space... Dog has rights to live comfortably...
12:23 noon

the ties that bind
Tumblr media
hello, I saw Shibari and blacked out so it’s a one-shot not hcs I’m sorry!
Kuroo x Virgin!Reader
Warnings: Smut, dirty talk, Shibari, fingering, Virginity taking
Word count: 1,600 (about)
summary: why not lose your virginity with a bang? and by bang, I mean ROPES AND DEGRADATION.
Kuroo didn’t mind waiting, he meant it when he said that he wanted you to be 100% comfortable before you did anything together. It didn’t bother him that you were a virgin. A little nervous maybe, it was a big deal to take someone’s virginity, but he was up for the challenge. The only thing that made this all difficult was when you made out, that was really the only time he struggled to control himself.
He had you pinned to the wall of your bedroom both of your wrists trapped in his hands. His broad chest pressed against yours feeling your heart hammer against his chest. You were so easy to rile up. All he had to do was suck on your tongue and you would moan loudly, your eyes rolling back in your head, then pull away and embarrassedly ask him to please stop teasing you.
Kuroo absolutely never stopped teasing you, maybe if you wanted him to go easy on you, you should try not being so cute all the time. Kissing you like this made him so hard, his dick twitched in his shorts meaning if you twitched your hips in just the right way you’d feel his boner. Which is why he kept his grip on you tight.
“Tetsu,” you whinnied squirming against him or at least tried to. “I want more,” you begged, canting your hips up. he started touching you through your shorts, pressing hard down on your folds making you squeal. You shifted your hips trying your best to grind down on him directly.
“Tetsu,” you breathed pleading to him with your eyes.
“What is it, Kitten? Is this not what you wanted?” he asked knowing damn well you wanted him to touch you directly. “Say it,”
“I want you to finger me,” you whispered.
“Louder,”
“Please finger my pussy Tetsu,” you cried out. He smirked and quietly laughed to himself. He slid your shorts and panties down your legs and spread your legs by splaying them around his knees and gave him a clear view of your cunt, dripping with arousal. He ran his middle and ring finger over your folds teasing your hole slicking his fingers with your wetness. You moaned sweetly, your legs trembling.  Tetsu was going to cum in his shorts if you kept it up like this, what he wouldn’t give to sink his cock inside of your tremoring walls. It was fine, you always returned the favor, you’d get him off with your hands after this and maybe it wouldn’t be as good going all the way but it would still be enough for now.
Yout syrupy walls sucked his fingers in every time he pulled them out. He tilted his fingers up and swiveled his wrist hitting your sweet spots with his fingers and rubbing your clit with his palm making you cream around him, your thighs clamping around his arm. If only Tetsu had about four more arms, he could pin you in place and pleasure you at the same time.
“Sorry Tetsu,” you whimpered, spreading your legs again, your thighs trembling.
“It’s okay Kitten,” he said, kissing your temple before pulling his hand back and looking at you dead in the eye as he licked his fingers clean.
“T-tesu?” you squeaked
“Hmm kitten what is it?
“I’m ready,”
“Ready for what?”
“T-to go all the way,” oh. oh.
“Are you sure? We don’t have to”
“I want to, please Tetsu?’ fuck you were going to kill him.
“Alright lay down Kitty I’ll take care of you,” he sighed, his breath shaky, his heart had leaped into his throat, he had to calm down.
“Do you think you can stay still for me, kitten? It would make things easier,” he gulped, you blushed.
“You could tie me up,”
He stopped. You’d seen the rope he had and he’d tied you up once as a joke but he still couldn’t believe you’d liked it that much.
“Are you sure? That’s a lot for the first time baby,” he said.
“I know, I’m sure, I trust you,” you said shifting awkwardly.
“Okay,” he gulped. “We’ll use the color system okay? Green means go, yellow means slow, and if you say red we’ll stop right away okay sweetheart?” he asked you agreed.
“Okay, take your shirt off for me, it’ll be hard to do once you’re tired.” you blushed and did as he asked. Tetsu smirked to himself. This was a completely different side of you he liked it.
“Any other secrets you’ve been keeping from me?” he teased wrapping his red rope around his elbow to get it ready.
“I like it when you talk dirty to me,” you admitted,
“Like praise or the mean stuff?”
“Both,” you whispered. Kuroo smiled, what a dirty kitten you were.
“Okay, it’s good to tell me things like this kitty so I can take care of you,” he said and you nodded.
“Ready?” he asked. You stood in front of him, obediently ready to do what he asked.
“Ready.”
“Put your hands together like this,” he said putting his palms together and spreading his fingers. You mimicked him. He started by wrapping the cord around your wrists and making a simple knot and adjusting the loop to the middle between your wrists then feeding the rope back through your hands towards you, he dropped half of the length and took the other half back around wrapping it around your ring fingers then tightening.
He took the rope and routed it around your thumb then continued braiding the rope through each of your fingers binding your hands together leaving you with a pretty diamond pattern on the back of your palms. He tied one final careful knot at your wrist leaving the extra rope to dangle so he could tie you to the bed later.
“Still doing okay? That isn’t too tight?” he asked.
“It’s good,” you nodded wiggling your fingers for him.
“Good,” he said. Kuroo couldn’t help but stare at you, you were naked for him and let him tie you up, he didn’t know how he was going to keep himself from running you when the time came
“Okay, lay down on the bed for me, I’ll tie your arms to your bed then we’ll do your legs,” he said. You nodded and laid down for him putting your hands above your head. It only took a second for him to tie you to the bed now for the real fun.
He started with a simple single column then tied it into a loop and ran the tail around the back of your leg feeding it through the loop, in the same way, creating a small loop then tightened the first loop locking it in place. It was tight enough to squeeze your thigh making it pudge a little but not enough to hurt or bruise. Maybe if you did this again he’d do something more elaborate braid down your leg or at least more knots, but for now, this was enough.
He tied off the end of the rope to the bedpost keeping you mostly stationary before repeating the process for the other leg.
You looked so pretty tied up like this, spread out and completely at his mercy. “Color?” he asked, swallowing.
“Green,” you said, funnily, you were calmer now tied up and helpless than you had been when he’d just been kissing you.
“Good girl,” he praised, his voice low and gravely. Then he thought again about what you said.
“What a dirty little slut you are, you haven’t even gotten fucked before but look at cha’ soaking wet,” he growled you shuddered and tried to close your legs but the ropes held strong.
“Please Tetsu fuck me, I need it,” you pleaded. You didn’t want him to eat you out or finger you again you wanted his cock.
“Okay baby, you’ve been good for me tonight so I won’t tease, much.”  Tetsu was painfully hard, and had been for a while now,
He slipped into you easily. Your walls clenched around him but he could tell you were struggling to relax.
“Deap Breath kitty, you’re doing great,” he said, slowly bottoming out inside of you. “Color?” he asked
“Green, Move Tetsu,” you sighed. He didn’t think he could deny you now even if he wanted to tease. He wasn’t a virgin but it had been a while since he’d gotten any action, he was probably just as sensitive as you were. Your eyes rolled back in your head, you moaned and tilted your head back exposing your neck.
Kuroo started trusting, rocking the bed back and forth as he fucked you. “You’re so good kitty,” he praised, “so tight and wet for me,” he praised. Tetsu stroked your clit again leaning over you so he could hear you panting.
“You’re so pretty,” he sighed.
He took his time slowly defiling you and finding all the sweet spots in your body and making your first time one to remember.
“Tetsu I’m going to cum,” you warned.
“Good baby, let me feel you,” he said you came around him making him shudder.
“Keep going Tetsu,” you moaned,
“Are you sure?” he asked.
“Yeah, I want to make cum too,” you whined.
“Awe little slut hasn’t had enough, it’s okay Daddy will take care of you,”

------------
Seohyun kicked a pebble with her boot, sending it flying in the air. The black cat following Seohyun meowed as it wandered between her legs, rubbing itself along her naked legs. Seohyun kicked another pebble, and the cat meowed louder.
"I know, I know," she said, sighing, "I shouldn't have helped him."
The cat's grey eyes twinkled and it jumped a little to keep pace with Seohyun. She adjusted her sunglasses with the tip of her finger and tucked her long hair behind her ears, keeping her eyes fixed to the ground in hopes of finding more pebbles that she could kick.
Seohyun's hands went to the straps of her school bag on her shoulders as she finally found one, and she smirked. "Hey kitty, I'm gonna kick this one real hard."
As if the cat understood, it sat near her to watch the scene. Seohyun aimed her foot, sending the pebble flying with full force as a short laugh escaped her. She waited for the satisfying sound of the pebble hitting something hard, but a wail of pain answered her instead.
"Oops," Seohyun grimaced as she motioned the cat to follow her, trying to flee before she was caught. However, luck was rarely on her side.
"It was you, right?" She heard a boyish voice call out. She sneaked a peek, seeing a group of colourful heads belonging to boys that grew larger and larger as more joined them.
"I thought I hit one? Why are there so many..." she muttered, then turned back, bowing her head in a quick apology and turning again to run away, almost tripping on the cat and it howled in pain before following her.
"Hey, stop!" She heard voices, and she just sped up. She had enough to worry about.
"Where are my ghost friends when I need them.." Seohyun muttered under her breath as she sped up, cursing mentally. She could hear steps draw closer by every second, and she finally turned abruptly, making the group of boys stop dead in their tracks, bumping at each other.
"I apologized, what do you all want now?"
"You never apologized," the blue haired one said.
"Why do you think I bowed? To thank you?" Seohyun retorted. The blonde snickered, earning a kick in his ribs from not one but two of them.
"We couldn't see from so far, at least apologize properly!"
"Alright, alright. Was it you who got hit?"
"No, it was-"
Seohyun sighed out loud. "What got you so worked up then, if it wasn't even you?"
"He's my friend?" The blue haired boy said, making it sound more like a question.
"I told you all not to make a fuss, it's not like she did it on purpose," Seohyun heard one of them say, and her eyes shifted towards the boy with black hair, the eyebrow slit further defining his sharp features. Indeed, he was hurt. There was a painful scratch where the pebble must have grazed his cheekbone.
"Ah, so it was you..." Seohyun bit her lip. She thought she should apologize properly, so she bowed properly this time, and got up. "I never meant to hurt anyone. I'm sorry."
His eyes burned holes in her even though she wore sunglasses. He pursed his lips, nodding. "It's okay, just be careful next time."
She nodded. "Can I go now?" She didn't wait for an answer and turned, motioning the cat to come along, who meowed.
"Wait!" The eyebrow-slit boy sat down on one knee, motioning the cat to come to him, who gladly obliged and Seohyun rolled her eyes. He smiled at the cat, rubbing its head and offering it a biscuit, which the cat graciously accepted, munching right into it.
"Do you even give your cat food? It's so thin."
"It's not mine," Seohyun said and the boy's head turned up to look at her, curiosity in his eyes obvious. "It followed you rather gladly."
Seohyun just shrugged, looking away from his gaze and observing the group now. They were all dressed in school uniform like her, but it looked like it was a different school. She internally smiled at the interesting mix that stood in front of her.
"San, let's go," she heard the red-head call out. San, she thought.
"I need to go now too." Seohyun said, waiting for the boy to stop playing with the cat.
The boy- San- got up and said, "You said it's not yours. Can I take it then?"
Seohyun almost said yes, but hesitated. It was true the cat was not hers, but at this point, she could call it hers, the way it always followed her around whenever she was out. She had rather grown attached to the constant presence of her black furry friend.
"Uhh, I mean you could, but..." she bit her lip as she looked back as if for help, and then turned back to the boy. "This cat is my only friend."
Seohyun hated how it had almost come as a whisper, but the boy looked like he understood as he nodded, taking a step back. "I'll see you around then," he smiled sweetly at the cat, who meowed at him.
Seohyun finally turned, not bothering to check if the cat followed her or that boy, San. She was too scared to check. But when she heard the cat meow and rub at her legs, she smiled in relief.
"I'll feed you more now, I promise," she smiled at the cat.
Meanwhile, San watched the odd pair walk away in the distance.
"So rude!" the blue haired boy said, and everyone laughed. San turned and shook his head. "Not my fault you decided to act like my parent, Hongjoong."
"Doesn't look like she's from our school, but isn't it the school near the place we usually go to eat dinner?" The blonde asked.
"Yeah, it looks like it. You're treating us to dinner there tomorrow. You remember, right Yeosang?"
"You're always hungry for food Wooyoung, how could I forget?" He answered.
The group started to walk their way, talking about their plans for dinner, but San couldn't stop thinking about the girl with the grey streaks in her hair, the girl who had no friends other than a black cat. He unconsciously shook his head, finally paying attention to his present.
----------
"I said I'm sorry!" Seohyun yelled, "Now you leave my hair, and I'll leave yours."
"You first," the woman replied.
"Together, okay? One, two, three- YOU! You lied!"
"You lied too!" The woman shouted, and pulled at Seohyun's hair, earning a satisfactory groan from her.
"It's not like you can feel pain! You're a freaking ghost!"
"Doesn't mean I'm not insulted," the woman smirked, "Alright, I'll leave you first, and you leave no more than a second after, otherwise I'll make sure you feel the pain you love." The woman let go of Seohyun's hair and Seohyun did so right after, taking quick steps backward as she massaged her head.
"Bitch..." she muttered, and the woman laughed out loud.
The woman- ghost- had been keeping Seohyun company for about two months now, occasionally popping out of nowhere and leaving just as abruptly. At first, Seohyun had tried to help her in some way, help her move on and come to terms with her sudden death by accident, but the young woman had quite a difficult death and she was the first of a kind- a ghost with amnesia. No memories of how she had died and why she hadn't moved on.
Seohyun had to admit that she had grown used to her presence. She often found herself narrating her uneventful day to her, just like today, when she had excessively complained how useless of a friend she was and how none of her ghost friends had ever done her a favour. Somehow that had turned into an argument and then to them resorting to pulling each other's hair our, except her ghost friend couldn't feel any pain since she was, well, a ghost. Dead.
"I mean," Seohyun continued, fiddling with her hair, "it would have saved me from embarrassment had you popped up and helped me out there."
"What could I have done?" The woman sat down on the pavement, the black cat gladly jumping on her lap as the woman ran her hands through her fur. "It's not like anyone else can see me."
"Hello? You could have made me disappear."
"You know it's not good for your health. Why do it unless absolutely, absolutely necessary?" The woman glared at her.
"YES! That was absolutely, absolutely necessary. There were 8 of them! I was alone!" Seohyun whined and the woman just ignored her.
"Unnie~" Seohyun sat down near her, and the woman slid away from her.
"I told you not to call me that. I have a name, and it's Jiwoo."
"How can I call you by your name? You're much older than me." Seohyun grinned.
"And that's why I don't help you. Because you're a stubborn one. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not that old."
"That's rich coming from you," Seohyun retorted, ignoring the last remark, "I'm not the one refusing to move on just because I can't get enough of worldly pleasures."
"And that's my cue to leave you alone, like you always are. There's a reason you don't have friends, Seohyun." Jiwoo got up, putting the curled cat on the pavement.
"I do have friends-"
"I'm talking about human friends. Your sharp tongue and stubborn heart, it's about time you change that."
"I-" Before Seohyun could complete, Jiwoo disappeared. Seohyun sighed, her heart sinking a bit at her harsh but true words.
There was indeed a reason that she had no friends. And it wasn't her ability to see ghosts.
Seohyun pulled her knees to her chest, shutting her eyes. She wanted to disappear.
--------------
Senior year of high school was supposed to be tough, yes, but Seohyun had to face challenges other than academic ones.
And it wasn't just the fact that she had no social life at all; she only had a group of people she could interact with if need be, otherwise she was perfectly content on being on her own. She had no problem staying amused in her own company.
The problem was with Seohyun, though not directly. It was the problem that she could see and interact with some of the dead. And the dead made sure she got in trouble if she didn't hear their woes and skipped school to maybe find them something (or someone) they had an attachment to, or didn't take them to their loved ones immediately.
She had often tried to reason with them; she tried to explain that she was perfectly aware how bad they must have it, but she had it worse since she was still alive, and with life came unforeseen consequences, such as having to face her mother if they caused a scene (which they usually did), or if they tried to grab her attention by any means necessary, such as causing her desk to fall, her stuff to fly (where she would immediately have to either hold it or pretend to have thrown it).
She tried, oh she tried so hard to tell them to wait until she was free from school and then she would do whatever they asked her to, but no. Apparently whatever they wanted to do was more important than her school, her reputation (already in ruins), everything. There rarely was someone patient enough, and those she made sure she looked after properly. Like Jiwoo.
She wished Jiwoo was here so she could get rid of the old wrinkly man in front of her. She was trying to focus on her mathematics but it was hard to when a fat belly blocked her vision. And she couldn't even say anything out loud, so she just sent daggers through her eyes, the message in her eyes clear. But the old man just smirked, continuing to block her vision.
Seohyun sighed and turned the page of her notebook, scribbling in it, then turned the notebook to the ghost in front of her. The man was short so he didn't have to bend as he read what she had written.
"IF YOU COULD STOP PESTERING ME FOR A FEW MINUTES YOU WRINKLY OLD MAN I CAN'T FOCUS ON MATHS BECAUSE OF YOU"
The old man smirked, and Seohyun wished she could kick him somewhere he would surely feel pain even though ghosts couldn't feel pain. She was so absorbed in thinking of ways that she could make this ghost feel pain that she didn't notice him take her notebook and run away before she could snatch it back.
As soon as Seohyun noticed, she jerked in her seat, stopping herself from getting up and following him. He stopped a few feet away, teasingly coming closer and closer, the frown on Seohyun's face getting deeper and deeper until he stopped near the girl sitting in front of her, tore a page from her notebook and gave it back.
And then he did what she dreaded. He made a ball out of that paper, aimed at the teacher, taking one last look at the very satisfying horrified face of the girl who could see ghosts but refused to help them, and threw the paper ball at the teacher with considerable force, hitting him on his head.
The teacher turned, running his eyes across the classroom, not missing how everyone was glancing between the teacher and Seohyun, who folded her arms rather defensively, silently praying he wouldn't actually pick the paper ball. But the teacher bent down, and it so happened that he was also old, and a bit wrinkly, so when he read the scribbled message, his face went red.
"Who was it?!" The teacher pushed his glasses up his nose-bridge and watched as the students hesitantly pointed to Seohyun, who sank deeper into her chair, as if somehow a pit would open and swallow her.
"You meet me in my office after class." The teacher shook his head in disappointment and continued where he left.
Seohyun was given a warning, and it was her second. She had only one left before she would be kicked out of school (if something big happened, which usually did if she waited for the third warning) so she decided it was time for her to move on again.
And this time she dreaded. It was always a hassle to explain to her mom what had happened. Her mom knew she could see ghosts and when she was little, she had tried all sorts of methods, of almost all religions she could think of, hoping her only daughter would turn out normal, but she had failed. But now she liked to pretend that she had forgotten all about it, and when Seohyun told her she had gotten into trouble, she would silently nod and get her to change schools before something big happened and it got written in her school record.
So a few attempts from the old ghost trying to get her in trouble and a few days later, Seohyun was finally free of struggling. She changed schools. And tomorrow would be her first day, hopefully the last time she had to change schools before her senior year ended. Before high school ended.
Seohyun was still dressed in her old school's uniform when she went to her new school to submit her files and make sure everything was good before her first day. She had her baseball cap on this time, making sure she would hide most of her face since a lot of people would be staring at her. It was normal to stare when someone from another school came.
The black cat found her once again, following her as she walked to the building. Seohyun motioned the cat to stay and it obeyed, watching the girl walk into the building.
From a distance, San and his friends were watching the whole scene. They had recognized the girl not by her face, which was half-hidden anyway, but her cat and the grey streaks in her hair.
"Let's hope she doesn't attack you with a pebble again," Yunho snickered, and San smiled, his hand unconsciously going to the now faint scratch on his face.
"I'm not going to your rescue if that happens," Hongjoong said and Seonghwa chimed in, "Neither will I."
"I never asked you anyway..." San trailed off.
"The cat looks like it wants to escape," Jongho pointed his finger at the hoard of girls that gathered around the poor cat. "Poor cat."
"San, you should go bring the cat. It would recognize you," Mingi suggested and San considered. The cat was worth saving.
A few moments later, San was back with the cat in his arms. The cat did recognize him. He bought the cat to the boys, who lightly patted her one by one, taking turns so she wouldn't feel scared.
After about five minutes, the boys heard someone clear their throat right behind them. They turned to see it was that girl.
"Aren't you the same group from that day?" Seohyun wondered out loud.
"The cat was scared because people were gathering around her, so we brought her here," Yeosang said.
"That's... kind of you," Seohyun met eyes with each of them, and the boys got a proper look at her face for the first time without her glasses. She had light eyes. The shadows beneath her eyes were dark, which contrasted with her eyes rather strikingly.
"What were you doing here? You're not from our school," Wooyoung commented.
"Oh, I'll be joining from tomorrow..." Seohyun realized somehow she's ended up in the same school as the boys. "What class are you in?"
"Senior year, all of us," Wooyoung replied, and they didn't miss her groan.
"I'm guessing you're senior year too," Seonghwa asked, earning a nod of confirmation.
"How ironic. What if you end up in our class?" Yeosang wondered.
"God forbid," Seohyun shook her head, making them smile despite her remark. "Now, should I leave the cat here, or..."
"Does it have a name?" San asked, rubbing under the cat's chin.
"Uh, no actually," Seohyun faltered when she saw San give her a disappointed look, "I just call her kitty. You can give it a name if you want to."
"I'll think about it," San shifted his arms to hand the cat over to Seohyun, and she took it, placing the cat on her shoulders, waiting until she sat around her neck like she usually did.
"I guess I'll go now," she met eyes with San for the last time, noticing the mole on his eyelid. San nodded, and she muttered an awkward bye before walking past them, cursing at herself mentally for being so awkward with them.
"It's you who got me in trouble, you dumb cat," she muttered under her breath. The cat didn't even bother reply.
The boys watched her leave, and Yeosang finally spoke, "I have a feeling she'll be in our class now. Oh, how the tables have turned."
"Interesting," Jongho smiled, "Does San have a new friend now?"
"The cat? Sure." San smirked.
"Ah, let's see how that changes," Jongho retorted, smirking back.
---------------
Seohyun tried to calm her nerves as she looked at herself in the mirror of the girls' toilet in her new school.
The nerves always got the better of her whenever it was her first day at a school. It usually took her about three days to get comfortable with a new environment. Seohyun sighed as she wiped her sweaty palms on her black skirt, staring at her light brown eyes. She wished she could cover them with her sunglasses so she could avoid the excessive eye contact with humans and ghosts. Sadly, she couldn't do that in class.
She finally took a deep breath and somehow managed to make herself walk to the office, where she met her homeroom teacher, a middle-aged woman. She walked along with her to her class, and the teacher smiled warmly at her as she nudged her to come along.
They entered the class and watched as the boys and girls went back to sit at their seats, the room slowly falling silent. The teacher cleared her throat.
"Good morning class, we have a new student today. Please introduce yourself."
Seohyun, who had been looking down the entire time, finally gathered whatever courage she had and ran her eyes along the class as she finally spoke.
"Good morning, I am Lee Seohyun. I hope we can get along well."
"Alright, why don't you find yourself a seat?" The teacher said and Seohyun nodded, looking at the few empty seats and considering her choices.
Her first priority was to sit as far away as possible. Preferably by the window. There was one empty seat in the furthest row, but it was next to the seat by the window already occupied by someone-
It was one of those boys. She only knew San's name for now, and it was the blonde one. She quickly scanned her other options and decided this was the best for now.
As she made her way, she realized the 8 of them were all sitting around the empty seat that she was about to sit on. San was in front of her, the strawberry blonde on her other side, the rest around them too. She wondered if the seat belonged to one of their friends so she quietly asked the blonde, "Is this seat free?"
He shook his head and she internally sighed in relief as she settled herself, focusing on whatever the homeroom teacher said, trying not to stare holes at the back of San's head, until she left a few minutes later and she slumped back in her chair.
San finally turned, raising his brows, "What a coincidence."
Seohyun shrugged, straightening her skirt. "Ironic, really."
"Is there a reason you changed schools?" The blonde turned towards her, resting his head on his hand as he looked at her curiously.
"Uh," Seohyun hesitated as she tried to recall her excuse for every time someone asked her this, "for convenience. It's closer to home."
"That's an interesting reason to change school," he replied, earning a shrug.
"Maybe she doesn't want to tell you why exactly. Am I right?" San locked eyes with her, his smirk growing.
"Maybe," Seohyun teased back.
"How's your cat?" She heard someone call, and she looked at the black haired boy.
"It's not exactly mine, but it's fine. Probably."
"That's... reassuring. I'm Wooyoung by the way. This is Yeosang-" he pointed to the blonde next to her, "San, and that's Yunho next to you."
She looked at Yunho and he waved shyly. "That's Seonghwa," he pointed in front of him, and when Seohyun nodded, he continued, "The blueberry is Hongjoong, the red one is Jongho, and that's Mingi over there."
Seohyun nodded slowly, looking at them all slowly. "Yunho, Seonghwa, Hongjoong blueberry,-"
"I heard that!" Hongjoong shouted, turning around and making a pout at Seonghwa. Ignoring him, she continued, "San, Jongho in the front, then Mingi beside him, Wooyoung and Yeosang. I got it."
"You're quick," Yunho grinned. Seohyun wished she could tell him that it was because of the several hundred ghosts she had met and had promised never to forget their names.
"So the 8 of you are friends?" She asked, and San nodded. "Why was this seat in the middle empty then?"
"Mingi used to sit here but his eyesight got worse so he moved to the front."
"Well, that explains..."
Their teacher walked in, a man in his 30s, and she found out he was to be her math teacher. At least he's not old and wrinkly, she thought as she took out her notebook.
---------
The rest of her day was uneventful, except for the break when the boys asked if she wanted to join them but she didn't. She said she had to go to the office, but that was a lie. She wanted to take a breather.
When they left, she looked again at her options. She was already regretting sitting among the group of friends. She was going to be a disturbance to them, or something even worse. She didn't want them to think she was weird. Not yet.
She surprised herself at the thought. Why did she care? She had never cared before. But she told herself it was probably because she had a few encounters with them before and it would be weirder if they found out now. That she was strange. They'd probably stop talking to her very suddenly. That part always hurt her, which was why she always avoided making friends.
Seohyun shook her head and looked at the empty seat in the middle of the room. The spot was out of question. Being in the middle of the room meant she could be surprised from anywhere by those damned ghosts.
Then there was one in the very front with the wall. She could go there, but...
She felt more comfortable here. The spot was perfect. The problem was the boys. They were in for disappointment.
She saw some girls staring at her. They were probably considering if they should talk and make friends with her. But Seohyun was in no mood for friends, so she just put her head on the desk and closed her eyes.
She almost drifted to sleep when she heard someone put something on her desk. She got up and saw that it was San. "We figured you didn't have time for lunch, so."
Seohyun looked from the bread and juice to San, and back at the food presented to her. "Thank you, that's uh... very kind of you?" She looked at San and Yeosang, and they laughed shamelessly at her.
"You don't sound so happy," Yeosang commented and she shook her head, sipping at the juice to prove her point as she said, "No, actually I'm glad, but it wasn't necessary."
They just shook her head at her, smiling as they absorbed themselves in some discussion. Seohyun silently ate the bread, wishing she could disappear because she didn't even know how to thank people properly.
At that moment, Jiwoo the ghost appeared, and Seohyun muttered, "About freaking time."
Jiwoo laughed and said, "I see you're having a good day."
"And I don't expect you to ruin it, so please live up to my expectations for once," Seohyun hissed, keeping her voice as low as possible, but it still made Seonghwa look at her once before he focused back on his friends.
Seohyun sighed. She couldn't write in her notebook now because they would definitely see it. And she couldn't talk. So she just folded her arms as she slowly sipped on the juice while Jiwoo danced around the classroom.
As soon as the bell rang indicating the end of the day, Seohyun sighed in relief. The day was over without any incident. She slowly packed her bag, thinking about her promise to meet a new ghost after her school. It was a girl about her age, and thankfully she understood what school demanded of her, so she had promised to not disturb her.
"You look ready to go to your bed and fall right asleep," Yeosang commented.
"Tell me about it," Seohyun muttered, wearing her bag and making her way out of the class, the boys not far behind.
San watched Seohyun walk as if she was in a hurry but couldn't care less at the same time. She would speed up, then slow down again, and repeat.
"Are you in a hurry?" Wooyoung asked her, falling in step with her.
"Uh, not really. Just can't wait to get home," she said, but her voice didn't match what she said. She sounded the least excited to do that.
"Long day, huh?" Wooyoung said and she finally passed him a smile. "So you know no one at this school?"
"Well," she said, "I am new."
"Well, you can be our friend. Only if you want to."
She stopped in her track, making San almost bump in her, and she muttered a sorry to him as she continued walking again. San decided he would join them now.
"Something wrong?" he asked.
"Not sure you'd like me as a friend."
"And why do you think that?" San looked at her curiously.
Seohyun sighed, "I'm... how do I put it? I don't think I need friends. But that sounds rude. I don't mean to sound rude, it's just... better if you all don't mind me. I'd only be a bother and make everyone uncomfortable."
"We don't mind. We weren't all friends from the beginning. The group grew larger with time."
"And why do you think you don't need friends?" San asked.
Seohyun looked at him, then looked away, trying to avoid his steel gaze. "Not the type of person anyone would like as a friend."
"We won't know until we try though," Wooyoung said and smiled at her, making Seohyun wonder why the world didn't have more Wooyoungs.
"No harm in trying, right?" Yunho, who was behind her, vouched in.
Seohyun stopped to look at the odd group of friends, who were all smiling cheekily.
"You sure, blueberry?" She asked Hongjoong, who gasped in surprise. Yunho laughed out loud.
"If you don't call me blueberry, then why not?"
"Blueberry." Seohyun said and turned to walk away, hearing everyone laugh and make fun of Hongjoong. She saw the familiar figure of the ghost she had decided to meet, and she motioned with her eyes to turn to their left.
The ghost understood and it waited for her to turn left too. Seohyun looked back once at the boys who were now a good few steps behind, and she turned left, hoping no one had seen her, saw the empty road and joined hands with the ghost. She felt the familiar feeling of her heart sinking and her stomach flipping as the ghost teleported her to where it wanted to go.
The boys, who did notice her turning left in a hurry, followed soon after, only to find a very empty road with no where she could have gone or hidden.
"She did turn left. Right?" Mingi asked.
"She did. Didn't she? Or am I losing it finally?" Jongho muttered.
"Maybe it wasn't her?" Wooyoung suggested.
"But it was her. The grey in her hair..." Yunho said. "Maybe she turned right?" He looked at his right, where a few students were walking too.
San had been watching her and he was very sure she had turned left. Where she had gone... was a mystery.
"Strange..."
---------------
"That's... horrible."
Seohyun stood in front of a small house, the white walls glaring back at her. The ghost, a young girl only her age, had just teleported her to an empty alley near this house, which belonged to her best friend. The ghost had just finished telling her how she had died; a road accident by a drunk driver. Since she had died an untimely death, she couldn't do anything about it except mourn over her own death.
"But... people who die in such accidents usually like to make sure justice is served, and get the perpetrator punished. Don't you wanna do that?"
"Oh, I did," the girl pushed her long black hair back, "my parents are doing a good job there, so I wanna let them continue. I don't... want them to know that I'm still here. They should find their peace with all this."
"Wow," Seohyun couldn't help but be amazed at how thoughtful this girl was, "that's very wise of you actually. So what are we doing here?"
"I checked on my friend, Chaeyoung, and it seems like she's not... doing well. I want to somehow let her know that I'm okay. I think that's when I'll be able to move on."
Seohyun, for once, felt actually sorry for the friend. She didn't have a best friend so she couldn't relate, but having someone like that in your life and so suddenly losing them... must be very sad.
"Okay, let's do this," Seohyun said, taking a deep breath and taking off her baseball cap off. She smoothened her uniform and finally rang the bell.
"What if someone else is home, and she creates a ruckus-"
"I checked, she's alone for now." The girl said, and again, she mentally applauded the girl for being so thoughtful.
"Hey, what was your name again? I mean how do I introduce-"
At that moment, a tall girl sporting a bob and puffy eyes fresh from crying opened the door.
"Hi," Seohyun said.
"Do I know you?" Chaeyeong asked.
"You don't, but I'm here to talk to you. I heard your friend recently passed away-" Seohyun paused when Chaeyoung rolled her eyes and attempted to shut the door at her face.
"Wait!" Seohyun said and Chaeyoung paused.
"My name is Soojin." The ghost finally said, and Seohyun looked at her once, catching her nervous stance before turning back to Chaeyoung.
"You might not believe it, but Soojin is here," Seohyun said, and Chaeyoung pursed her lips. "And I don't have all day, so I'll just prove it. Soojin told me some stuff only the two of you would know. How you had a crush on her brother for the longest time, how you want to meet your childhood best friend who's moved to the States, how-"
"Wait," Chaeyoung stepped out, "How- when did Soojin tell you this? Are you Soojin's friend?"
"My name is Seohyun. and I'm sure you've never heard of me from Soojin," Chaeyoung nodded and Seohyun continued, "Soojin is here. She hasn't been able to move on to the afterlife or whatever it is ahead because she can't stand seeing you in pain and blaming yourself because you invited her over to meet with you. She wants you to know that her parents are doing a great job at making sure the drunk driver gets punished, and she wants you to know it's not your fault."
Seohyun watched Chaeyoung's eyes fill with tears at that, and she put a hand in front of her mouth as tears fell, "She's really here?"
"Right here," Seohyun pointed towards where Soojin stood.
"Can't I see her?" Chaeyoung asked, "I want to see her one last time. If I can."
"I'm afraid not," Seohyun sighed, "I don't know if that's possible. But she can see you and hear you right now, just like me. So I'll leave you to say your last goodbye. You can call me when you're done, okay Soojin?"
Soojin nodded and Seohyun went into the little garden in the house to give them some space. She watched as Chaeyoung cried and spoke to her best friend for the last time, falling to her knees. Soojin couldn't touch her, but she patted her head and it was like Chaeyoung could actually feel it.
Seohyun looked up at the cloudy sky. For once, she wished it was sunnier.
After a few minutes, Soojin called out to Seohyun. She awkwardly patted Chaeyoung on the back, and Soojin started speaking as Seohyun told Chaeyoung that Soojin loved her, and yes, it was her who kept sticking their photo back at the wall to give her a sign, and she wanted Chaeyoung to stop talking to the walls because she won't be there to listen to her anymore and that would only make her look crazy (at which Chaeyoung laughed).
"I don't have a best friend, but you guys, you both had something special. And I'm saying this from my self, that I hope you cherish the bond you both had in your heart and really move on. Do what you want to, because life is short," Seohyun said and smiled.
"Thank you. I'll do my best," Chaeyoung wiped the last of her tears.
"She's going now," Seohyun said, "She wants you to smile so that's the last thing she sees."
Chaeyoung smiled as tears fell from her eyes, and Soojin said, "This fool. I told her to smile."
"Stop being so petty, Soojin, she is smiling!"
"What did she say?" Chaeyoung asked.
"She said she asked you to smile, not cry," Seohyun said and Chaeyoung burst out laughing.
Soojin thanked Seohyun for helping her, and she watched as she shut her eyes, and disappeared in an instant.
Seohyun sighed, and Chaeyoung understood. "Thank you, Seohyun. I hope we can meet again?"
"Oh, you don't have to do that," Seohyun shook her head, "I just hope you'll have a good life ahead."
"I feel bad for not doing anything for you, maybe I could take you for some coffee next time?"
"Well, actually," Seohyun looked around, "there is something you can do. Can you tell me where I am? And can you call me a taxi?"
-----------
It turned out Seohyun was actually quite a while from home, so Chaeyoung ended up paying for the taxi because she felt bad for Soojin being so thoughtless when she teleported her here (at which Seohyun admitted Soojin was one of the wisest ghosts she had encountered). About 40 minutes later, Seohyun decided to drop by at a food street, because she was starving.
Seohyun walked through the hustling street, various food carts lining the street, several restaurants and cafes amidst them. She decided jjajangmyeon would do, so she sat alone at the table in the street, waiting for her meal. She was too tired to look at her phone so she just watched the people walking and eating.
She wished Jiwoo was here. Better than having no company. She wouldn't admit it, but she had grown quite used to her company. Jiwoo still hadn't been able to recall her memories of who she was and how she died, and why she was still hanging around. So Seohyun had left her at it.
Seohyun was so lost thinking about Jiwoo that she didn't notice Seonghwa, Hongjoong and Mingi approaching her until they stopped right in front of her.
"Of all the places," Seohyun wondered out loud, not caring how it might sound to them.
"It seems like we were meant to meet today," Mingi said dramatically, and Hongjoong slapped his arm as he said, "It looks like you haven't gone home yet. Isn't it very late?"
Seohyun sat back in her chair, putting one leg on top of the other. "And what do you care?"
"Ah, so that's what you meant when you said people don't like to have you as a friend," Hongjoong said, and Seonghwa gasped at his friend as he scolded him, but stopped when Seohyun laughed out loud.
"Since you're here, are you gonna take a seat or will you be continuing to walk aimlessly?"
"I guess we'll take a seat," Mingi said, and they all sat and decided to order food first.
"Aren't you cold?" Seonghwa asked, as he noticed how Seohyun put her bag on her bare legs.
"I am. But I'm okay," she said, and Seonghwa shook his head as he started to take off his jacket. "Oh please, I'm okay, I'll feel really bad if you do this."
"Nonsense, this is an extra layer anyway," Seonghwa handed her the jacket and she realized it was true; he did have many layers on him. So Seohyun put his jacket on her legs, muttering a thank you.
"So what's your story?" Hongjoong asked, and Seohyun raised her brows as she said, "You first. I'll talk after I have some food."
"Alright then," Hongjoong said, and told her how they all had been classmates since elementary, with Seonghwa and Hongjoong being friends since that time, until Wooyoung and Yeosang who had also been friends joined, then one by one the group grew.
"Interesting," Seohyun said, "And the 8 of you... How do you get along peacefully? I can't even get along with one."
Mingi pfft-ed at her. "We aren't exactly saints ourselves, but with us being 8, it becomes hard to take anyone serious."
Seohyun scoffed, "So the reason you all get along so well is because you all don't take anyone serious."
"Basically, yes," Mingi answered proudly, and food was served. Seohyun hungrily dig in, and Seonghwa scolded her for eating so quick.
"So with Seonghwa as a mother figure of the group," Seohyun began, "I can imagine why there is peace among all of you."
"Ha. ha. Very funny," Seonghwa rolled his eyes but Hongjoong and Mingi laughed, agreeing with her as they said, "She's not wrong."
She watched them bicker back and forth and wondered if this could really work out. They seemed very tightly knit, and she felt like an intruder. She wasn't even sure if they would feel comfortable with her. Why had they even asked her to be their friend?
"It really does show. That you've been friends for a long time," Seohyun commented, fiddling with her noodles.
"It does, huh?" Mingi smiled at her.
"Can I ask you something?" Seohyun said, and they nodded, "Why did you ask me to be your friend? I mean, you guys look okay as you are now. You don't need an extra friend in this group of yours. So why ask, and why me?"
"Well, how do I put it..." Hongjoong wondered out loud.
"You've got good aim," Mingi said, and for a second, Seohyun was lost before she realized.
"I didn't do that on purpose!" Seohyun's eyes were wide, and Mingi told her that he, of course, was joking, But he winked right after, which made her wonder if that was actually one of the reasons.
"Our group needs a girl. There are too many boys." Seonghwa said, and Seohyun raised an eyebrow.
"I'm sure there's no lack of girls in your school."
"There isn't... but they are too... girly?" Hongjoong seemed to think how to put it, and Seohyun folded her arms.
"And what if I am girly too?" Seohyun countered.
"You're just the right amount of weird. Yeosang already clicked so well with you. San loves your cat. You sit in the middle of us. You have no friends. Now you can't avoid it."
"Wow, okay," Seohyun finished her noodles as she thought about what they had said. "And what if... we don't get along?" Seohyun asked.
"We're not exactly forcing you, are we?" Hongjoong asked and she nodded, "If you like to stay alone, then fine. But Wooyoung, it was his idea. And he really knows when a person needs a friend."
"Oh," Seohyun realized what he meant. She looked like she needed friends.
"Plus, we do get along well, don't you think?" Mingi smiled.
"Well, what can I say, except that you'll find me really weird. And okay, I can try. But one day, you're gonna wonder why you even thought we could be friends. You'll wish you'd never asked me."
The three of them stared at her. Seohyun stared back and once again, the three of them burst out laughing.
"We're already regretting. Was it so hard to make friends, Hongjoong?" Mingi asked.
"I don't even remember. Wow."
Seohyun couldn't help but laugh as she thought how it was gonna be. It was true. No one took anything serious.
Maybe they'll never find out about her ghost problems then.
Or maybe they'll never believe her.
