Literally, I cry every time I think about those three. they have torn my soul in half and my heart is in constant tears at the thought of them. I think me shipping nobelflower makes everything worse, but I like the sadness, it's comforting.

Just found out people ship Minerva McGonagall and Poppy Pomfrey and I’m fucking obsessed why did no one tell me WISEFLOWER was a thing???

Thinking about how all of my Marauders ship didn't even get the luxury of dying together.

James died thinking Lily will be save and he died years after Regulus. Regulus died thinking James hate him. Mary had to live years, mourning Lily. Dorcas was swallowed by grief after Marlene died and became such a threat Voldemort had to kill her personally, but killing death eathers wouldn't bring Marlene back. Remus lost Sirius for twelve years, got him back for two and lost him again, this time forever. Evan died and Barty spent 13 years stuck in his father home, slowly going insine. Xeno found his wife dead body and their young daughter who just witness her mother's death. Sybill thought Sirius killed Peter and probably never learned the truth. That her vision was true. Peter did betray his friends and she wasn't able to stop it. Emmeline dies during second war and Hestia lives. Amelia dies and Emma probably lives. Caradoc and Benjy most likely did not died together. Edgar's wife died with him because he wanted to fight for what right. Rita and Bella didn't love each other enough to change who they were. Ted and Dora dies and Andromeda lives. Frank and Alice live but better dead than what happened to them and Narcissa is stuck in that perfect live because she wasn't brave enough to escape like Andi and Sirius.

And Minnie and Poppy lived but outlived all of their children

  “Mr Black, could I see you for a moment?” McGonagall asks. Sirius glances at James before standing up. “Uh, yeah. Do I need to bring my books?” She shakes her head. “No, come along, quickly now.” 

Sirius follows her dutifully from the Charms classroom. “Er, am I in trouble?” he asks after a few minutes of walking. “No, I just need to speak with you and your brother,” She leads him down to the dungeons, stopping in front of the potions classroom. “Wait here.”

Sirius shifts uncomfortably, pulling at the threads on his robes. A minute later, McGonagall steps out of the room, Regulus trailing behind. He gives Sirius a questioning look, and Sirius shrugs. 

  “Follow me to the hospital wing, please.” 

When they reach the hospital wing, Madam Pomfrey leads them all into her office. 

  “All right, do either of you now why you’re here?” Pomfrey asks gently, gesturing for them to sit. They both shake their heads, taking a seat. 

Madam Pomfrey hums, sitting across from them. “Well, as you know, Regulus broke his arm last week during a flying lesson. While I was healing him, a noticed a bit of scarring on him,” She pauses, watching the way Sirius scoots his chair a little farther in front of Regulus’s. “I also noticed that when I was healing Sirius’s leg before Christmas, you also had quite an accumulation of scars up the back of your legs. Now, at first, I thought perhaps you’d been harming yourself, but when I looked closer, I realised that they’re magical. Sectumsempra scars is what they look like, in fact-” Sirius stands, pushing his chair back and interrupting her. 

  “What are you suggesting?” he asks angrily. “I’m not suggesting anything dear. We simply need to know if someone has been using this spell on the two of you, and who,” Madam Pomfrey explains gently. “We’re concerned for your well being.”

Sirius scoffs, pulling Regulus up. “We’re not being hurt, right Reg?” He glances at his brother, who’d began shaking slightly. “No, no of course not.” “Exactly, we’re fine, we were just clumsy children. Maybe you should get your eyes checked. Now, if you’re done accusing my brother and I, we’ve got classes to be in.” Sirius snaps, putting an arm around Regulus’s shoulders and pulling him out of the office.

Minerva and Poppy glance at one another, sighing softly. “Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa responded the same way.” Poppy murmurs, rubbing her eyes tiredly. 

  “There’s nothing we can do until one of them admits it, or we have substantial proof...” Minerva says quietly.

Pomfrey: Ugh, I got barely any sleep last night

Sprout: And why do you think that is? What’s the prognosis, how much longer do you have left dear?

Pomfrey *scoffs*: I’m completely healthy, it’s just…my cat

McGonagall: *winks*

And of course by currently writing I mean I haven’t opened the google doc for the past few days, but it’s still going on in the back of my mind

mmmm yes yes. it's actually probably very different from whatever you're imagining :)) it's basically a long canon-compliant fic about poppy and minerva!! it would take so much planning and time since they literally lived through both of the wizarding wars, however i would love to still write it bc their plotline is fucking awesome, so maybe i'll continue?? i sort of took a break from it, but i've written like two chapters <3
