शुक्र - Shukra is known as Venus .

In Sanskrit , Shukra (Venus) means clear or bright. He is also known as the Guru of the the Daityas - the powerful but demonic beings. ( In whom ignorance , selfishness, dullness , greed is more high ) . These are the most difficult students & difficult lessons to learn . And these are also the traits that are also within us that lead us away from our true self .

There's deeper meaning to it .

Venus signifies beauty , material wealth , sensuality, Art , love , sex , creativity, relationships, great depth of understanding , soft & tender feelings , comforts , addictions , and most importantly spiritual wealth too.

On a superficial level Venus grants outward beauty , good relationships , love , sex , material wealth & possessions but on a deeper level , Venus is clarity & illumination . It represents the true essence of beauty which can only be felt within , the clarity we attain after realising our true self , the love we discover for our all parts of personality - the soft tender & the rough rejected dark edges . Understanding our selves and thus the compassion we feel for ourselves , the brightness of our hearts .

Venus also represents our relationships. How our relationship is with our inner world reflects in our outer relationships & world as well. 💌

🤍 When we establish and honor our need for quality time for solitude , we are able to connect with something permanent within. The silence & the depth of stillness. And in that stillness , true love blossoms . This love encompasses not only ourself but all others.

☘️ It's significations - singing , painting, literature , dance etc carry the song of the soul . It's for its own sake. The blossoming happens within & the fragrance shares itself & thus attracts. 🪷💚

🌻Sex is another way to transcend the boundaries of our timid self and experience that unification with everything & nothing .

🤍 Venus also teaches us that lower levels of addiction are in itself just inadequate ways to obtain that true understanding and love . It's the teaching as well as a lesson. I played three HIM albums at work today through youtube because I can't load almost anything in that building, so I try everything until something works. Love Metal, Dark Light, and Venus Doom in that order.

Literally all of my youtube ads are for online therapy now.

Like sure I'm depressed, but I've been listening to HIM since middle school. That was 20 years ago. Love Metal wasn't even out yet when I first fell in love. I found the "Right Here In My Arms" video on yahoo music, back in the day. Anybody else remember yahoo music? God I've gotten old.

Mercury is often called as the messenger of gods in many mythological stories. It is the planet of expression and communication. Mercury is fond of jokes. Mercury is often resonating with green, the colour of calmness, balance and harmony. So Mercury has the capacity to calm an agitated mind. Mercury governs things like information, communication, mental processing, timing, planning, and so much more. It’s a planet of many talents. Mercury likes discuss, even if that means ruffling others' mild-mannered sensibilities in the process. Mercury has good analysing skills, good social life and humour.

The moon

Neptune gets us more in tune with subtlety, and therefore increases the artistic side of one’s personality. Neptune rules all visual communication, whether with symbols or gestures, such as photography, film, ballet and other dance arts, music, painting and poetry. Neptune wants to escape mundane, everyday reality and to enter a more ideal, heavenly state. It urges us to excel and to exceed boundaries, to reject any and all limitations. Planets in retrograde in natal chart and what they mean. Now you need to take into consideration and in which house this planet reside and also what aspects are being made. One thing I may need to clarify in astrology the Moon and the Sun never go into retrograde motion. Some of us have more planets retrograde, others a few and some none of them. When planets are in retrograde in the natal chart, they shouldn't be stigmatized but more to understand where we may face difficulties in some shape or form also, I’ll be talking a bit about karma and the retrogrades in the natal chart. Retrograde planets turn energies inward, leading to a slower external manifestation. Those with retrograde planets tend to deeply contemplate these energies, a trait associated with geniuses and leaders. I may make a different post on the big asteroid in retrograde as well, comment if you want to see that.

Reactions to Young Master Shield's Chapter 206

TL;DR - Cale wants to back out from the speech, but can't because his family is excited about it. Cale recalls KRS's speech curse. Lock having low confidence and self-doubts. Cale wants to give Lock, On, and his siblings career counselling. Violan and Deruth turn the tables on Cale.

Cale's Reluctance This chapter had a lot of funny and touching moments. Cale wanted to avoid giving a speech, but accepted it after hearing that his family was very excited about it. Of course, he was mentally cursing Alberu all the time. 😂

Cale felt guilty that he received unconditional affection from his family, yet he did not spend much time with them. So he agreed to at least do the speech to make them happy. He knew that he was a bad son and older brother, so he wanted to make it up for them.

And then we learn some of his past as KRS. It seemed like he was under a curse of some sort in relation to speeches. KRS had a lot of speech and lecture offers, but he only agreed to them when his team's budget was increased.

However, despite the numerous speeches he accepted, none of it went through because something always happened. Like monsters attacking near the venue, or terrorist attacks happening nearby, so the venue had to be evacuated.

That was why this was really Cale's first speech. Cale had wondered if this 'speech curse' would also happen in Roan, but dismissed it because terrorists wouldn't dare attack the powerful Roan Kingdom, and monsters were gone.

Lock's Self-Doubt We get Lock's perspective today. I guess the author has begun laying down the foundation for the upcoming Lock-centric arc. Anyway, Cale had invited Lock to go with them to Aipotu, and he accepted it because he wanted to help too.

But Lock was doubting if he was even going to be helpful in Aipotu. Even Eruhaben noticed his low confidence. Cale seemed to be aware of it too.

Career Counselling When Cale arrived at the mansion, he told Lock and On that he wanted to give them some career counselling. And after he gave gifts to his younger siblings, Cale also told Basen and Lily that they also need to talk for career counselling.

But Cale's parents turn the tables on him. Violan praised Cale's idea of career counselling for the four, but said that it was Cale who needed career counselling from his parents. 😂

And then she whispered that Alberu told them about how Cale almost died because of his head nearly exploding. So Violan corrected herself, saying that Cale needed LIFE counselling and not just CAREER counselling. 🤣🤣🤣

What was funnier was Deruth's reaction. Deruth was teary-eyed and stuttering, saying stuff like "Cale, I understand your cause. But, as a father, I'm worried-" And Cale could only listen to everything, with his head down and his hands neatly placed on his knees as he thought that this was scarier than the Aipotu dragons... 🤣🤣🤣

Ending Remarks It seems like we'll get Cale's life counselling first before the speech. As for Cale's talk with the Molans, there was a mention of it today, but Cale postponed it again. And Hans. Yes, Hans finally appeared after so long, but Cale forgot about who he was for a moment... 😭 Yes, Cale. You need to spend some time with your family given that you even briefly forgot about Hans.

That part about KRS though. It's like a flag. Does that mean something will happen at Cale's speech at the academy?

vedic astro observations pt 3

in my previous post i had mentioned how some of the most famous mistresses/concubines/courtesans/women involved in adultery in real life or played such roles on screen often have Pushya or Punarvasu placements. here i'll be providing more example<3

Meena Kumari often played the "Other Woman" in her movies and here she is in her most famous role, playing a courtesan. She has Pushya sun and mercury

Elisabeth Moss plays a concubine in her most well known role in The Handmaiden. she has Pushya sun & mercury

Nicole Kidman played a courtesan in the iconic movie Moulin Rouge. She has punarvasu mercury atmakaraka and Pushya jupiter

Zhang Ziyi's most well known roles involve her playing a courtesan (Memoirs of a Geisha, House of Flying Daggers etc). She has Punarvasu moon

Bina Rai played the legendary courtesan Anarkali in the film of the same name in her most well known role. She has Punarvasu sun, Pushya mercury and jupiter

Sarika and Kamal Hassan had an affair while he was still married to Vani Ganapathy, leading to their split. Sarika has Mars in Punarvasu as her amatyakaraka. Her birth time is unconfirmed so she's either Ardra or Punarvasu moon

in a similar vein, Shilpa Shetty first started seeing Raj Kundra when he was still married to his first wife. She has Venus in Pushya darakaraka and Saturn in Punarvasu as her atmakaraka. She's also Rohini sun, another nakshatra that crops up often in the charts of women who are considered "home wreckers"

Pushya rising, Julia Roberts met her now husband when he was still married to someone else. Her most famous role to this date is that of a sex worker.

Lauren Bacall has Pushya venus & rising and met her husband Humphrey Bogart while he was still married to another woman

this is more of a speculation but JLo and Marc Anthony got married 5 months after he divorced his first wife, which implies that JLo and Marc probably started seeing each other when he was still married. Jennifer Lopez has Pushya moon

in an older post, i had mentioned how prostitutes in cinema are often played by Ketu natives and i think its interesting how different types of sex worker esque roles are played by different actors. prostitution is a very unglamorous, unrefined and morally frowned upon profession; Ketu is a shadow planet entirely separate from the material world where "morality" is created and enforced, thus it makes sense why these natives are chosen to play these roles, especially in gritty thrillers set in the underbelly of a big city (very Ketuvian). Ketu is in itself a malefic and associated with paradoxical concepts of apathy, impermanence but also liberation and salvation.

however, when courtesans or concubines are portrayed on screen, they are presented as extremely refined, polished and feminine creatures. historically, they were always educated, cultured, diversely talented and enjoyed a good position in the king's court.

they often acted as counsels, and were known for their refinement. such roles in cinema often seem to be played by Pushya or Punarvasu natives in cinema. i had already observed how cancer is the most feminine sign and how cancer women often play the "dream girl" or "trophy wife" in cinema and i would say this is an extension of that; their hyperfeminine mannerisms and persona make them highly desirable to men and courtesans and concubines are required to maintain themselves to a high degree of femininity in manner, appearance and conduct. it only makes sense that cancer girls, specifically Pushya (the height of femininity) and Punarvasu girls are chosen, repeatedly for these roles.

in most movies where a sex worker plays the protagonist, the main theme often tends to be about salvation/redemption. she's perhaps the whore with a heart of gold , the dichotomy between her character and her "immoral" life is explored. the Ketuvian roles explore these themes in the context of a dark, grungy, seedy brothel set in the underbelly of a big bad city whereas the Cancerian ones explore these in the context of a palace or a highly refined upper class setting where manners & conduct are subject to refinement. Ketu represents the shadow and Cancer ruled by the moon shows the light, although like yin and yang, there's good in the bad and bad in the good thoroughly interwoven into each other and impossible to separate.

2. in my personal observation, pisces rashi (0-3 degrees purvabhadrapada, uttarabhadrapada and revati) and bharani nakshatra endows a native with acting ability. these placements are present in the charts of some of the most talented actors in the history of cinema. obviously, one could have other placements and still be good actors.

Saoirse Ronan is Revati sun, Bharani moon & venus with mercury and mars in UBP

Timothee Chalamet has Purvabhadrapada moon (2 degrees pisces) and Ketu in Revati. love him or hate him, gotta admit that the boy can act 🤷🏼‍♀️

again, love her or hate her, you have to admit Rani Mukerji is a terrific actor. She has UBP sun & ketu with mercury and venus in Revati

pisces rashi, being a water sign gives the natives a certain emotional depth that gives them the ability to completely embody a character in the most convincing manner. being the final rashi, it encapsulates all the lessons of all the previous rashis and makes these natives possess an innate and inexplicable wisdom without first hand experience, thereby enabling them to portray a diverse range of characters convincingly.

bharani nakshatra's deity is lord yama and the nakshatra itself is associated with death. to be a good actor is to both subject your own self to a metaphorical death in order to birth the character within you and project it externally.
