Just saw a little Twitter meltdown where someone got mad at a teen girl for saying her dad offered her alcohol and she was a little uncomfortable, and that made me think about something.
Why are some adults so pressed about minors wanting to set boundaries with things that make them uncomfortable? Do some kids take it too far? No shit, there's people like that in every group. But I really hate this whole "puriteen" thing when it's just kids setting boundaries based on what they've been taught is bad? Leave them alone! They'll likely grow out of it as adults!

If you're new or returning, I'm here sometimes lol. Please feel free to chat in the tags, replies on posts, reblogs whatever.
I generally prefer Tumblr for fandom because there're less shitheads to filter out on Tumblr vs Twitter, which is nice.
My blog is pretty random, but I use the post scheduler so I do my best not to spam. I try to tag ships/content that could possibly be triggering etc and I post things I think are pretty, amusing, weird etc.
I find Tumblr is less "serious" than Twitter, which is also nice. Definitely prefer the weirdo vibes.
Anyway! Wb, godspeed, the internet is dying but at least we'll always have Tumblr or something.
