TW: Eye injury, facial scars

Here it is, a messy little demonstration of what I think Stu's face would look like after the events of the first movie if they had survived (well, more like a bunch of ideas hastily stapled together and digitalized). I took some creative liberties, like Stu only having injuries on the left side of his face due to trying to shield it from the TV and the pattern of the scars bc it looks cooler. I really can't decide if he should only have the scar cutting over his lips or just a whole chunk of his cheek missing and exposing his teeth lol (please open the image Tumblr's about to make this one extra crunchy with fries on the side)

And.... Here's Billy. He gets a participation trophy.

So funny when people make posts like "if you REALLY had [disability here] you wouldn't be ABLE to have a social media account" like god forbid disabled people do anything that isn't lament in total isolation until they are Fixed or until they die.

I think the term 'trauma bond' needs to be taken away from fandom for the foreseeable future, until some of y'all realize it's not a cutesy way of saying 'we had a traumatic experience and it bonded us together teehee' but in fact refers to a deeply unhealthy emotional attachment to the person who is causing said trauma in a cyclical pattern of abuse + affection...

I don't care who needs to hear it but:

not all conflict is abuse or bullying

not every negative experience is trauma

not every disagreement is gaslighting

not everyone you dislike is a narcissist

I guess since we are on the internet in 2024 almost everyone on here needs to hear it

Tired of seeing people defend poorly-written villains who have ptsd with the argument, “But they’re a villain and they have trauma, they’re not supposed to be behaving rationally or coherently!!! They’re just lashing out because trauma/ptsd!!!”

And it’s just like my dude, as someone who has ptsd and knows many people with ptsd, how do you think trauma works? I mean, yeah, it can be irrational from the outside to the uninformed, but it’s not just... random. There’s an internal logic to it, even if it isn’t proper logic. And if someone triggers the hell out of me and I have a meltdown and am mean to them during it, I still need to apologize for being mean, because we both hurt each other. If you like the character, fine, you do you, but don’t try to excuse poor writing with ‘evil and trauma, so actually what they’re doing makes sense.’ It does not. That is not how it works.

I hate that people are social creatures.

I hate having the thought that there is someone out there who feels the same as me and likes the same things as me, but we will never meet because we wouldn’t be able to understand each other or we just pass by each other.

I hate wanting to lock myself in my room with no one around. Feeling my friends aren’t really friends or even real.

Maybe that’s why I find comfort in typing this down here. I can’t see anyone but I still feel a connection to no one in particular.

The internet is scary and cruel but sometimes it’s someone’s only comfort.

The fact that I’m finally going to get to cosplay Jack tonight is terrifying ngl.

I’ve been in a similar headspace to when the game came out lately, in terms of how I see myself. When the game came out I near exclusively saw myself through Jack. I could only understand what I was feeling if I expressed it through him. The section of my journal from winter is filled with drawings of him, and I wrote so much fanfiction that never left the drafts because in the end it was just me venting through him.

I almost always have some character I’m doing this with at any given moment, but i almost saw myself as him with how vital he was to getting me through that time. The fact that I’m finally going to get to work through some of those feelings and debut this costume I’ve been working on basically since the week the game launched is absolutely wild.

i’m literally in tears rn.

So some explanation, I made a quiz called ““do you have internet trauma? FIND OUT INSIDE” and the responses I;ve gotten are literally heartbreaking.

I’m so happy I can provide this resource, but on god. Wtf we have to be better as just the greater internet, see something say something sorta deal. Because I’m literally on the verge of tears rn, these poor kids fr.
