Dance with me! ~Pablo Gavi
A/N: Surprise update! This song has been stuck in my head and it’s so good😭
Gavi watches you spin on the dance floor with your friends, your black bodycon dress catching his eyes the second you stepped foot on the dance floor. Him in the corner of the club, leaning on the wall with his drink in his hands. You and him were friends for a few years now, he caught feelings a few months ago, and now he couldn’t get you out of his head.
You spot Gavi, your friend and crush while dancing with your friends, it felt like the techno music slowed down and everything went in slow motion as you guys made eye contact. You smiled at him, and started walking towards him. “Hey!” You say when you reach him, looking at his gorgeous brown eyes. He grins at you and looks at his drink. You admire his outfit, a white collared shirt and some black pants.
“Wanna dance?” You blurt out. He looks up slowly looks up at you and smiles politely. You chuckle sheepishly and turn a dark shade of crimson on your cheeks. He spins the glass in his hands, thinking. “What have I got to lose?” He smirks and puts his drink on a random table. He takes your hand and you trail behind him while moving to the dance floor.
You guys have an excellent time, dancing together, smiling and laughing. He takes your hand and spins you, both of you laughing. You go back into him, looking up at him, feeling like the music has slowed for the millionth time that night and he looks at your lips. You do a slight nod and he takes it as a go ahead. He presses his lips softly on yours, he smiles into it. You do the same. You break the kiss for some air and you look back up at him.
He wraps his hands around your waist and you put your hands on his chest. He leans down to your ear. “Will you be my girlfriend?” He asks. “Yes!” You respond. He looks at you and takes your hand for the hundredth time and leads you outside the club. Once you get outside, you look up at him. The loud techno music still being heard even from the outside and the streetlights shining down a yellow glow on you and Gavi.
He chuckles a bit. “I can’t believe I asked you to be my girlfriend on the dance floor.”
You giggle a bit as well, then taking his other hand in yours. “I don’t mind, as long as i’m with you. I’m just glad I asked you to dance with me.”
