Heyo guys. I’ma go ahead and put these troll ocs I have here. (I made up some other species)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So to give out names.
Kade
Zaida
Seaura
Pika
Timara
And Kiki
Kade (the first troll with half purple and orange hair) is part of the rock genre and is a sub-genre to rock. Kade is a cousin of barb’s that is the king of Heavy Metal. So with a bit of research it is said that Heavy metal compared to rock is more Heavier so I decided making him king of heavy metal.
Pika (the troll with mint colored hair) is a Horror-core troll. So she is vaguely into horror music or anything horror related.
Zaida (the orange-haired troll) and Seaura (the blue-haired troll) are underwater trolls like the Techno trolls but They are more of a sub-genre to the main genres funk, pop, country, rock and classical. Zaida is and siren troll while Seaura is a mermaid. I made them based off the song BIRTH OF VENUS. Sirens voices are more in the hypnotic route while Mermaids have voices that can have extremely powerful sound waves that can break through solid things. Sirens voice are more of a mix of pop and funk while Mermaids are a mix of pop and rock. The last two are also part of these species. Timara (the red troll with multicolored hair) is a Mermaid troll and Kiki (the yellow troll) is a Siren. Another thing is that Sirens and Mermaids can camouflage as normal land trolls. They camouflage themselves so pirates won’t get them.
Anyway I’ll have more information on each of them with another post stating some facts about them. Thanks for enjoying my content lately.

Solaris, 1972
Quotes and Evidence by Timara Hoskins
"We want to extend the Earth up to its borders. We don't know what to do with other worlds. We don't need other worlds. We need a mirror." - I like this quote a lot. I feel like it kind of explains focusing more on one thing rather than the multitude of things around us and the other worlds of which we have no knowledge of.
Tumblr media
This photo definitely makes me wonder what leads to this and how far into the movie this is. The man looks upset or distressed, and it seems there is a hint of sadness or a problem.
youtube
The trailer shows just enough for me to be captivated in the story. It looks very interesting.
"But love is a feeling we can experience." - This seems to be one of the biggest and most popular quotes from the movie. I like this quote and am excited to see how it pans out in the film.

Time Mage (prev. Cosmic Mage) in Re:Roll V0.2
Please note that this is playtest material, and subject to change.
The first three job classes have been posted to the Re:Roll Google Docs folder, and each further job class will be posted ~every two weeks!
LVL 1: ABILITY POOL
At first level, you gain access to the following abilities: Combo+, Haste, and MP Haste.
LVL 1: TIME MAGIC
At first level, you specialize in magic related to time and its manipulation. You gain access to spells with the Time tag.
LVL 2: INSIGNIA
At second level, something special happens to your mind as a result of your use of time magic, allowing you to see other occurrences happening at the same moment, regardless of distance. Designate a specific and uncommon symbol or item, such as a Greek letter or a particular image, as your insignia. Once per story, you can learn the current location and actions occurring anywhere you placed your insignia – including on a person.
Your insignia can translate information to you in many ways. Normally, it is done through a weapon which has been specifically enchanted to do so; the most famous of these is the Book of Prophecies, an immensely powerful magical focus used by the original Master of Masters to receive information from his Gazing Eye. Others, however, are less tangible; Xehanort gained knowledge from the letter χ through noncorporeal means, and thus could gather information by attaching it to names instead of requiring a physical version. Discuss with your MM how you will use your insignia and what benefits or detriments that usage may have.
You can place your insignia a number of times up to your level in Time Mage. When you learn the location and occurrences around your insignia, you can learn any number of them at once. Once you place an insignia, you cannot remove it except by physically taking it – be careful!
LVL 3: TIME REVERSAL
When someone deals damage to you, you can immediately turn back the clock to give yourself a second chance at avoiding it. When you are dealt damage from a Combat Ability, you can use an Interrupt to reverse time to just before the ability was used, forcing the person using it to reroll all dice involved to hit.
LVL 4: ABILITY POOL
At fourth level, you gain access to the following abilities: Combo ++, MP Hastera, and Overtime.
LVL 5: FORESIGHT
At ninth level, you have gained a limited version of prophecy. You can use your insignia not just to learn about things occurring at the same time, but to determine things which may occur in the future.
When you focus on your insignias, you can choose a specific instance to focus on. Your MM describes one scene which will likely take place after the end of your current Story in the insignia’s area. Your MM does not have to provide details, such as characters’ specific conversations or the exact room, but they should give a general sense of what will occur – for example, “The person wearing the insignia will meet and discuss the Heartless with a mysterious hooded figure.” You may ask for clarifications about what you see, but it is up to the MM whether to give any further details.
LVL 6: SPEED UP
Your manipulation of time carries you through tasks quicker than others. You gain +1 to Rush. This can exceed normal Talent limitations.
LVL 7: TIME MAGIC II
At fourth level, you gain advanced knowledge about time magic. You gain access to spells with the Timara tag.
LVL 8: FORESIGHT+
At eighth level, your Foresight becomes more powerful. You can use Foresight to look into a period of time in the past you specify instead of the future, even if your insignia wasn’t present at the time in the past you specify, so long as the event in the past involves the person or object that your insignia is currently on.
Additionally, instead of occurring within the next Story, you can designate any period of time in the future to learn about what occurs where your insignia is. Keep in mind that unlike the past, in which all time must be stable and predictable, the future is in constant flux;
LVL 9: LIFEBOATS
At ninth level, you can create lifeboats – vessels in which time can be manipulated –as are used for spells like Scatter Through Time or Restore. Creating a single temporal vessel requires at least a month of work, 20,000 munny in tools and materials, and a lab in which to work. During the time in which you are creating a temporal vessel, you cannot participate in any Stories, except potentially ones which revolve around its creation.
LVL 10: ABILITY POOL
At tenth level, you gain access to the following abilities: Combo+++, Magic Galvanizer, and MP Hastega.
LVL 11: CONDITIONAL RESISTANCE
At eleventh level, your body has developed natural resistance to temporal manipulation. When you would be affected by the Slow or Stop status effects, roll a d4. On a 3-4, you instantly shake off the status effect.
12: TIME TRAVEL
At twelfth level, you gain one of the most powerful and forbidden time-related abilities: time travel.
Travelling in time takes a full Story, or, if all other players decide to wait for your return, a full month. There are several rules which restrict how you can travel through time.
To time travel, you must cast your heart from your body. Your body must be left behind in a temporal vessel, where it remains in a comatose state for the duration of your travel.
You can only travel along your own heart’s timeline – either to a point in your own future, or a point in your own past. You travel directly to the location of a version of your past self.
Unless there is a replica or other vessel in which your heart can take temporary refuge in, when you time travel, you can only reach the heart of your past or future self; you take no corporeal form, and you can only communicate mentally with yourself from that time period.
If your heart is forced out of its current form, whether that is your body from the time you travelled to or the vessel in which it resides, when it returns to its current timeline, it returns with no memories of the time travel. (The events of travelling can still subconsciously affect you; discuss with your MM how to go about doing so.)
You can only travel to a different time once each time you use time travel; you cannot hop around with a single use.
If you time travel for more than a month, the time in which your body remains in a coma extends equal to the time you are travelling.
In general, for the purposes of Re:Roll, time travel can only be done to the future. If you plan to time travel to the past, you must discuss it with your MM before the start of the adventure to determine how it will affect the game (since, as it occurred in the past, it already “happened”); you cannot change what occurred during the travel; and you must depart from the other player characters for at least one Story to complete the time travel (to fulfill the time loop). You cannot decide to time travel to the past more than once per adventure.
Unlike travelling to the past, time travelling to the future, which is always in flux, is a much easier thing to do. You can time travel to any point in the future.
LVL 13: TIME MAGIC III
At thirteenth level, you become an expert at time magic. You gain access to spells with the Timaga tag.

So little crossover, Bella and Buff Batdad cross dimensions and accidentally meets Bruce and Buff Batmom and the entire batfamily clan. How do you think Bruce and other batkids would react to a male version of their mother and a female version of Bruce. And what would Bella and Buff Batdad reaction to meeting opposite genders of themselves and their children.
Sit down and compare universes: Bruce/Bella, Tim/Timara Cassandra/Cassander
Uses it to fuck with people (like going outside and trying to convince people that they're long lost twins): Dick
Fight their counterpart (either friendly or to compete): Jason/Jessie, Damian/Damine, Batdad/Batmom

"Food and Faith." The Rape of Tamar, Part 1. From 2 Samuel 13.
Tumblr media
Tamar is the "Tallest, most fruitful date palm" which represents the Free Market Economy in Judaism.
The noun תמר (tamar) means palm tree but it's not immediately clear from what verb it comes, and thus how the ancients saw the palm tree — in the Bible all trees (oaks, figs, olives, and so on) relate to certain aspects of the wisdom tradition.
Female judge Deborah had her seat under a palm tree, which seems to suggest that the palm tree related to a kind of popular court.
Noun תמר (tomer) also means palm tree but secondarily refers to a kind of sign post or pillar. Nouns תמרה (timora) and תימרה (timara) refer to palm-like artistic expressions; the first word describes an image of a palm tree and the second a palm-like pillar.
Since the word "palm-like" does not necessarily mean to look like a palm, but merely to imitate some kind of signature quality of the palm, it's debated what a palm-like item might actually be.
It appears that the palm tree reminded the ancients of a social focal point that was spontaneously and organically established (rather than by some decree or violence or trickery).
A palm is like paths that form in an open field with a well at the center, or it's like the effects of a free market, which drives society to unknown heights that no single trader could have imagined.
What does it mean to rape the free market? 2 Samuel was written around 550 BCE, when the Jews and Greeks were starting to mix and read and write and think together. The concept of democracy, the free market, class warfare were emerging as critical topics in academia and public practice.
The Greeks contended with these ideas using strange stories. While the stories of the Jews were certainly strange too, they contained one element missing in the rest: all the characters are human. The rape of Ganumede by Zeus, for example, commentary for and against sex with ephebes is an example. "Zeus did it, so why not?".
The story certainly changes when the gods are absent and the rape takes place between a brother and a sister as we will see. Even still, as with the Greek versions of such things, alas, this one is not meant to be taken literally:
13 Now David’s son Absalom had a beautiful sister named Tamar. And Amnon, her half brother, fell desperately in love with her.
2 Amnon became so obsessed with Tamar that he became ill. She was a virgin, and Amnon thought he could never have her.
3 But Amnon had a very crafty friend—his cousin Jonadab. He was the son of David’s brother Shimea.[a] 4 One day Jonadab said to Amnon, “What’s the trouble? Why should the son of a king look so dejected morning after morning?”
So Amnon told him, “I am in love with Tamar, my brother Absalom’s sister.”
5 “Well,” Jonadab said, “I’ll tell you what to do. Go back to bed and pretend you are ill. When your father comes to see you, ask him to let Tamar come and prepare some food for you. Tell him you’ll feel better if she prepares it as you watch and feeds you with her own hands.”
6 So Amnon lay down and pretended to be sick. And when the king came to see him, Amnon asked him, “Please let my sister Tamar come and cook my favorite dish[b] as I watch. Then I can eat it from her own hands.”
7 So David agreed and sent Tamar to Amnon’s house to prepare some food for him.
In Judaism, familial relationships have symbolic meaning stemming from Adam and Eve. Men are commitments, females are habits. When they are both noble in purpose, a genealogy is formed.
The entire purpose of Judaism is one unbroken genealogy of nobility from Adam onward in faith, subtely, reality, personally and globally. If Adam and Eve make something good together, so will Cain and Abel, etc. except we know this is a process that is not without hazards. Abel was an idiot, Cain was a genius. They fought and Cain won.
To outwit the sibling that is not worthy and succeed is how the genealogy is built. The Torah emphasizes this process of elimination between siblings quite a lot. It is continued by God and the Synagogue, which together produce lots of little bouncing baby Jews.
Here, the siblings are not brothers, they are brother and sister and the competition, the survival of the fittest is decided by trickery and a rape.
What is a rape in Judaism before we get all messed up about it? The rape of a man or woman in the Torah refers to the loss of that person's voice by force. Ancient Greeks and Jews differed on this a great deal. Women in Greek culture were nothing. Oppression of women was usual and customary, there were few restrictions regarding the mistreatment of women.
The Torah and the Mishnah however, all speak of compensation and lashes in some case as punishment for the rape. What is really supposed to happen, however is the oppression that allowed the rapist to silence the other woman's or man's voice has to be lifted.
Rape in the Torah and Tanakh refer more to the pre-existing conditions of the rape than the rape itself. The Mishnah says "This...shall not enter your mind."
So the story of the Rape of Tamar seems to be about a pattern of abuse in society that originates in the Court of the King as a thought rather than an act. Let us see what kind of thought that is and how it pertains to silencing the voice of the Free Market:
v. 1. David= persistent beauty
son Absalom= "father of peace"
Tamar= the open market
Amnon= faith
"Faith in the open market leads to persistent beauty."
v. 2. the Gematria value is 846, ח‎דו‎‎, heydo, "lively, able to speak."
Amnon, faith, therefore felt as if it was not going to find its voice and lusted for the Marketplace.
=Free Speech
v. 3.
Jonadab= to volunteer
The verb נדב (nadab) means to give, donate or volunteer, and by implication to be noble. From it derive the noun נדבה (nedaba), freewill offering, the noun and adjective נדיב (nadib), generous or noble, and the noun נדיבה (nediba), generous deed.
Shimea=to report, but this could mean rumors as much as free speech
Amnon is a prince, and what do they do besides act like shmucks? Princes are supposed to descend into the depths of human suffering on behalf of the people and emerge victorious. Princes are supposed to be the heroes of the people. The King is in charge, the Prince is the lifeblood of the kingdom. Princes represent humanity's most intense and profound fantasy.
This one, Amnon, faith, however is having a few problems.
v. 4. The value is 11146, קיאםו, kiamo, "because of the burden"
The substantive כי (ki), expresses "a temporal, causal, or objective relationship among clauses expressed or unexpressed" (in the elegant words of HAW Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament). It's used more than 4,000 times in the Old Testament and can most often be translated with "that" or "in that (= because)" or "in that (= when)".
Both the verbs עמש ('amas) and עמס ('amas) mean to load or carry a load. Noun מעמסה (ma'amasa) means load or burden.
"The burden of the Prince is always Mashiach. The Free Market and the burden of Mashiach on humanity are one and the same."
v.5. Food is always the impetus for one's conduct. If one consumes the Torah, one's conduct for example, is expected to be non-violent. The appetite for non-violence feeds the habit for consuming the Torah and then the food and the appetite reciprocate in creating the energy needed for the ongoing effort to curb violence.
The value for v. 5 is 11151, קיאהא, kiaha, "the cause for a fellow member of a social economic node (a "house") within a broader economic whole."
Faith in the government and the market is not enough, there needs to be a cause. What is the cause?
v. 6-7, the value is 10008, י'ח, Eighteen. 18 is the numerical value of the Hebrew word "chai" which means "life." It is a Jewish custom to give monetary gifts in increments of 18, thus symbolically blessing the recipient of the gift with a good long life.
So if we want to have faith, we need free speech, we need a voice and a marketplace for it. The reason we would create such a thing is to bless humanity with a long and blessed, violence and oppression free way of life.
More on the Rape of Tamar to follow.
