And what will they do to me? Sansa found herself thinking of Lady again. She could smell out falsehood, she could, but she was dead, Father had killed her, on account of Arya. She drew the knife and held it before her with both hands.
- Sansa II, ACoK
I'm sorry, but what? She's still on this lie? After she finally sees Joffrey and Cersei for who they truly are, she still blames Arya for Lady's death? The only people responsible for Lady's death are Joffrey and Cersei. Lady would still be alive if Sansa and Joffrey had minded their own business and let Arya play at swords with her friend, Mycah. Lady would still be alive if Joffrey hadn't attacked Mycah. Arya only attacked Joffrey to protect Mycah, and Nymeria only attacked Joffrey to protect Arya when Joffrey started attacking her.
None of this is Arya's fault. Sansa's just the same immature brat she was in AGoT.

As he rode, Jon peeled off his glove to air his burned fingers. Ugly things. He remembered suddenly how he used to muss Arya's hair. His little stick of a sister. He wondered how she was faring. It made him a little sad to think that he might never muss her hair again. He began to flex his hand, opening and closing the fingers. If he let his sword hand stiffen and grow clumsy, it well might be the end of him, he knew. A man needed his sword beyond the Wall.
- Jon II, ACoK
Most of the Night's Watch is scared and nervous being beyond the Wall, and Jon is here thinking about Arya, finding comfort in the thought of her.
